To his siblings (equivalent beings), he uses the Royal We/Us which may be interpreted as a product of his dual personas being referenced with a more straightforward syntax. To all other things (lesser beings) speaks in an convoluted form and refers to himself in Third Person. > Post #2 and I already regret my speaking pattern... Still less regrettable than you, however.

Not the people I was referring to. I meant the other people who haven't yet posted their second post <_<. I am wondering if Synn should create the Law of Death or not. With the fragment of Ybris' Power, Synn could encroach upon the gift of procreation and create a means for population control. Such that the first human creature which died shall become the Keeper of Life and Death and their lifeless body will be given life once more as a puppet of Synn who shall collect the portions of lifeforces from every extinguished life and created such that the transfer of life energies from one living creature to another would never be equal. Although I think that would be something more along the lines of the entropic levels, as such, perhaps Synn will leave this balancing to the God of the Void or even the God of Chaos. Or perhaps the God of Corruption would create more predators to serve as population control... Synn: "DANCE PUPPETS. DANCE." Until the rise of agriculture (which Synn had mandated would happen eventually) and/or clans/tribes, I think Synn would retreat back into his tower, with his new pet Werewolf and watch creation from afar.

Yeah, I'm sort of waiting for that golden time to come as well. I think the general act of taking someones life falls under destruction.

![](http://b.vimeocdn.com/ts/268/391/26839103_640.jpg) Herma-Mora, the God of Power and Prophecy Abilities: The ability to read the Books of Fate- which is essentially some godly artifacts that remain out of reach of mortals, with all that will and has happened already written. He knows them and acts upon what they say- he follows them to the letter, and then watches as they play out, even though he knows what happens. He grants leaders of any kind strength and confidence, reinforcing their resolve. He can nudge would-be leaders to accept that, even if they are reluctant, and he can send down a prophecy whenever a baby is born, a simply cryptic message delivered by a ball of light- his form, also known as a wisp. By giving a prophecy, he gives power to the newborn individual, and can give them the potential to use magic in certain fields. Every now and then, he may give them very great power, letting their unstable reserves do exactly what needs to be done. He sometimes drives the unworthy leaders insane, whispering in their head endlessly, the voice of Herma Mora. Because of his role as the prophesizer, and knowing pretty much everything that's going to happen, the people are much more likely to call him the God of Knowledge, simply because he knows what'll be happening, when it'll be happening, etc., even though he isn't. A long time ago, he erected a multitude of temples under the population centers where great leaders resided, placing within them a Black Book, which, when read, would take them to his realm, where they'd be tested by the servants of the long-past Powerful, and then granted insight to the future, or the next prophecy to change the world. Sometimes, they may even be rewarded with magical abilities or the extension of them. **Personality & Personality Flaws:** He holds mortals in utter contempt, driving them insane through whispering or through a flash of a possible future- and there are many- just because. He will make bargains with one and never break them, and make bargains with another and consume him as he would anyone else that trespassed in his realm and failed. His area is wherever power is- where there is a necromancer, there is Herma Mora, watching. Where there is a place where a great battle shall take place, that will decide the war, he will be there, influencing both sides. He holds most other gods and goddesses in differing amounts contempt, and respects few. For example, he doesn't think too highly of the Goddess of Knowledge- she cares for the mortals- and the feeling is most likely mutual. Where Herma-Mora would drive one insane, she might comfort them. He is ruthless, and seeks anything that is kept from him. But, when he takes a champion, he rewards them well, and carefully.

Not sure what to post so far. I think the remaining gods are mostly the Fundamentals/Concepts coupled with the 4 Primals. Should we agree on progressing the roleplay by doing a global time leap at the GM's discretion to create early civilization/tribes/nomads?

>Although I think that would be something more along the lines of the entropic levels, as such, perhaps Synn will leave this balancing to the God of the Void or even the God of Chaos. I'm assuming that by God of Void, you mean Nihil. If that's not the case, ignore this. Nihil would not be quite suited to causing death. Death means action, whereas Nihil is a being that actively strives towards inaction, but constantly fails to achieve such inaction. Death is something that he wouldn't quite be attuned to, because, the way he sees it, there is no disposal. Nothing returns to the void, in his eyes. That is not the same as saying that he would not be welcome to dealing with souls, however, his dealing with souls would be closer to removing them from existence, destroying them in their entirety. I imagine that, if this were the case, Nihil would be seen as a demon of some sort, causing people to believe that he has a realm of hell that is infinite nothing. Obviously, that is not truly the case. >Or perhaps the God of Corruption would create more predators to serve as population control... I think this could work much better than a god of void or chaos overseeing death. As a God of Corruption, Slatera could, in theory, corrupt the essence of life, creating death. (Also, that reminds me, Slatera did sacrifice the mark of death according to his CS, which he could do in character to remind everyone of this.) Also, a general question: What happened to the God of Sleep and Dreams? If they are gone for good, then what should we do? Of course, this is a question best left for the GM, so as to not cause any unwanted disturbance.

I imagine that, if this were the case, Nihil would be seen as a demon of some sort, causing people to believe that he has a realm of hell that is infinite nothing. Obviously, that is not truly the case. > Actually the it would be the void in its entirety. The trophic levels generally have a so-call 10% rule in energy transfer. Such that 90% of the energy is wasted, thus input is required to be greater than output. Thus such a rule would require life/existence to strive for survival by or be swallowed by the entropic void. Such a rule would also put limits on the natural population growth such that humans would not abuse Ybris' Gift. Hence why Synn's Law of Death would balance out.

Right, I see that no one is really getting a chance to do anything here, so, [here's a strawpoll I set up](http://strawpoll.me/3407294) asking your opinion about fast forwarding time to early civilization, in which humas had reproduced to the point of living in a community of about 50-100 people. Those who answered 'No' can send me a PM about it or post right here what they want to do in Creation, or what needs to be created still.
