You might want to cut and paste your introductory OOC post into the Interest Check. It's quick and likely inspire more interest than what it says currently about an ill choice in rule making.

Name: Kai Ralk'bar Age: 24 Race: Bothan Appearance: He is short and slender like most Bothans. He has a few scars on his snout and the tip of one ear had been burned off by a lightsaber. His fur is brown. Profession: He is a thief for hire. Equipment: He wears a thick brown overcoat covering a dark red vest. He carries two blaster pistols holstered under his coat as well as a vibrodagger. Personality: Kai is a cheerful and charming Bothan. He finds himself having to talk his way out of many situations. When the diplomatic solutions fail however, he is not afraid to turn to aggressive negotiations. Back Story: Kai Ralk'bar is from the clan Bar back on Bothawui. His father is an extremely important and powerful political figure as the representative of clan Bar on the Bothan council. One day, on a diplomatic mission to an outter-rim colony, Kai got into a confrontation with a Republic Officer over a game of sebacc. The confrontation resulted in the death of the officer leaving Kai to flee from authorities. He was also exiled by his father after bringing dishonor to his clan. He now travels only as Kai Ralk, leaving his clan name behind.
