**"Careful there or my spikes'll get you."** Rey warned, as Juniper pulled her hand back quickly, not out of fear but safety for herself. The smile plastered across his face could only mean he had done something mischevious. **"Arson, four accounts, and money laundering. Though, I'm surprised those idiots didn't pin me with endangerment and murder."** he said, and Juniper's slender eyebrows raised rather impressed. He rolled his eyes, relaxing his body before continuing **"My family is from Germany. Prussia actually, before the East and West became one. Came to the great US of A in the 1960s and haven't left ever since."** Juniper's head nodded along to his back story. *"Nothing like a tall, rich, and hot man to put things in to perspective."* she teased, watching as his body shifted and shaped as they stood. She knew what it felt like to ache for freedom.
*"They got me for attempted murder."* Juniper admitted, breaking the small sense of understood silence between them. *"Asshole deserved it though, I can't stand cheaters."* she stated, her face stern, before she relaxed once again, a pursed lip becoming a small smile again. *"Hey, I want to take a shower first, but let's grab a bite to eat or go for a walk or something."* She suggested, shrugging her shoulders before turning into her room.
Quickly walking into her room she bent down and opened her bag, taking our items of clothing that looked and smelled relatively clean. In the bottom of her bag was a beach towel, grains of sand still clung to it from years and years gone by. She wouldn't use any other one to dry off when she took a shower or bath, or even swam. It wouldn't seem right any other way.
