It is one of the first decisions that I can use to directly influence the next post I make. I've gotta congratulate you on that. Different is what I am looking for. It gives me a chance to throw things out there. This might even lead to your character gaining a memory if you wish it. Edit: Have updated the NPC list and am going to start work on a section of the original post called Character Choices and Outcomes. This section will list out character choices and who made them along with their Outcomes.

The Outcome could end badly or rather well. But, whether or not Ellis finds the Mysterious Figure is still up to debate. Though that could also be influenced if anybody decides to follow her.

lol, Ellis is all about "what are my best odds." Right now, the unknown is looking better than an enemy that keeps popping up and she doesn't know how many there are. She probably should've waited longer before bolting, but she's disoriented and not in the best state of mind, I guess... please don't kill her off. ^.^;

Nah mate, I don't kill off characters unless they are inactive for sometime. As for your character, still unknown what she will run into out there.

I'm excited to see how Ruko will end up going through this, as even though I'm controlling her, the roleplay being so open with choices means her entire quest could be different from what I originally expected due to one argument, one action, or just some temptation. Even though I have her memories mostly planned out, I don't even know if she'll get them back. This alone has given me so much more faith in this roleplay, and along with this cast of characters, I just know we'll get somewhere. Who knows? xD I myself have never really liked unbending plots or plots that can flex but are really strict on how much they flex. I've preferred plots which are character driven. Sort of like a choice system which has multiple choices for each decision and is influenced by all previous decisions. In all seriousness, never once have I finished a roleplay who's plot is unbending. I like to hear that people have faith in this. It gives me hope that this will survive. In the past year of roleplaying, I have made lord knows how many roleplays which have died and been in countless roleplays which have died due to inactivity in both the case of GM inactivity and character inactivity. As the mentor of mine who taught me how to be a better roleplayer said **"It is not the goal of a roleplay to tell a story and just end but to leave the player/reader wanting more."**. And that is what I want from a roleplay. I don't just want a simple 'The End'. I want people to read it and reach the end and be hysterical just because they wanted more from. And this is my goal with this roleplay. I even have plans for things after this ends(and I hope it reaches a point where it can). Though, none of this can be revealed.

I know for sure that Act 1 is not going to be short and I doubt Act 2(And maybe 3) is going to be short either. Occasionally roleplays just leave you bored or you generally get shunned by others(I've personally had this experience and it's more irritating than depressing), so dropping out on occasion is understandable. Glad you're dedicated to this, as it's hard to find a GM really looking to see something through rather than just amuse him/herself for a short while before not caring anymore. Just throw a few more acts onto that list and this could turn into a Diablo RP. Lol.
