I edited the first IC post to add my first post. Let the festival begin!

A few questions. 1. Run on sentences are harder to read. Can you add some periods? (I know, it's free roleplay, but it would make it easier on the rest of us if you could.) 2. Dwarves have sex slaves, but a city where many of them live doesn't even allow prostitutes or even alcohol (which traditionally dwarves are known for)? I guess you're in the elven or dragon districts.

Hadrogen: I like the character. Go ahead and join in when you like. All: I had an idea for how the city is arranged. The city could have a large circular Central district surrounded by five roughly equal districts, one for each major race to live in. Any member of any race may live in any district, but the laws and customs of each district are determined by the laws and customs of the race which runs the district. As there aren't any Wyvern in the city, their district has become a home for the members of minor races that work in and around the city and poorer members of the other races, essentially another, poorer, central district. We could, however, divided the city by occupation instead. In this case, there would be a trade district, a manufacturing district, an Arts district, and others for different types of workers to live in. What do you guys think?

Personally, I think we should do the first, and my character could try and lead a movement to do the latter?

That could work. It's probably already starting, as smiths from many races would want to live with the dwarf masters.

A realistic portrayal, then, sense you had us wondering. Also, I hinted at it above, but what district are you in, since I'm dividing the city into districts now? With a ban on both prostitutes and booze, I'm assuming it's the Elven or Dragon districts, as humans probably wouldn't ban either, and traditionally dwarves are heavy drinkers (Also, my first post mentioned some Dwarves that had drinking contests). My character is in a low rent apartment in Wyvern district, goes to school in the Central district, and works in the Dwarven district. His parents live in the Human district, and he is headed to that district now.

Actually, I said human and dwarf sectors didn't make sense. What do you mean by humans being barbarians? Their culture isn't as advanced as the others, but they are as advanced technologically.

By barbarians I mean not being the most polite, having a bit better technology but being dumber and meaner, with lots of bad things like Sexism and racism

I guess you're in the elven or dragon districts. 1 sorry, I am a bit of a bad writer, 2 well my character lampshaded that Prostitutes weren't allowed in the city, the prostitutes aren't supposed to be there and the bar serves beer Illegally, its a crime place I guess

Wouldn't that make Dwarves barbarians?

well, dwarfs are barbarians too, I'm guessing all of the races are Not without sin, theres not really a lot of lore on this RP so I am kinda making stuff up as I go,

Ok. I'll do some human lore. You handle the dwarf lore for now, and the others can do dragon and elf lore. Edit: OK, I can work with that. The seaside town you were in was in the human district of the island, but the city is in the central district of island, and is divided like the island is.
