If things go south, so to speak, Tenator will try to take the castle. It's very close to the coast, after all, and he has more bodyguards than others. His domain is very close. After all, he can smash villages and small towns as much as he wants- armies are what he has to fear, and castles/large cities, so a team of 4 powerful dragons will be a force to be reckoned with.
Things go North, he'll probably be out killing humans. A single dragon could hop from town to town, destroying another every day, and feeding whenever he needs. This would cut off supplies from armies, with the villages burning, and the villages provide the food. That would weaken them, get them ready to be slaughtered.
He'll have to come to the supposed Dragon King and test him, first, though. Even if Tenator looks brutal and cruel in comparison to his more refined, elegant look.
