**Jamie Drummond** Three. Two. One. That was how many seconds it took for Jamie to analyse the situation, freak out (mildly) and consider his options. He could deny it, with the cigarette in his hand; bribe the teacher – Physics was a chill subject, right? – like any true Drummond would do; or he could bluff his way out, professionally, and plead ignorance. As it was, his nerves were so frazzled that he “decided” on a mixture of them all, stifling the remains of his cigarette on the nearby window frame and tossing it out before turning to the teacher with a grin. “Wassup, sir?” His fingers itched and he stuffed them in his pockets before continuing, “Nope, if I recall correctly, there's not any rules on it. D'you want one?” Jamie surreptitiously took a step back towards the staircase, as nonchalantly as he possibly could. He would have to run if things went south – not from the teacher (he lied to himself), but so he could make football practice in time. His ever-present grin didn't fade from his face the entire time, but it did sour slightly, a lie plastered across his face.

**Amy Snow** "I don't mind. Though the library is closed Sunday's so I can meet you in the cafeteria." She felt like she was saying something so obvious about the library. "I'll make sure the to have the right books that will help you." She added. Amy wasn't part of any clubs or teams or anything. That of course was the main reason she had trouble when applying for schools. Amy just wasn't outgoing enough.

**Stephen O'Connell** Stephen was shocked that this student had tried to bribe him, "Are you trying to *bribe* me," he asked the student, "I should take you to the headmistress's office right away!" However, he was particularly stressed today, having missed Ireland, and worrying a bit about transforming during the next full moon without his father - something which he had never done. Surely, he could make a single exception? "Today's your lucky day," he told the boy. As he lit up a cigarette, he told him, "But if I catch you again, you're in big trouble," before walking out of the building to finish the cigarette. ----- **James Mason** *How could you be so stupid!?* James asked himself, *Of course the library's closed on Sundays!* James told her, "Sure, that's fine," before looking at his watch. It was twenty to five. "Oh my gosh, i'm so sorry, I've got to go to football practice!" he said, before packing his bag and rushing out of the library, "One pm?" he asked from across the room, "I'll see you there!"

Amy Snow - The library Amy nodded, "One pm." The librarian looked up at her a bit shocked that she spoke so loudly in the library. Amy mouthed sorry to her and then hid her face behind her book. A football player. Amy had been to the foot ball games before, but the guys wore helmets and stuff so it wasn't like she was really expected to recognize people by their faces. She tried to remember Mason's name, but couldn't figure out what position he played. Amy shook her head and went back to studying, a smile on her face as she did so.

A Collaborative post between Zordon and Liriia
Hazel took the outstretched hand carefully, nodding once as she repeated the name over and over within her mind to be sure to remember. Zaylin, what a nice name, Hazel smirked a bit at the thought then stood swiftly, bowing at the waist out of habit while she still awkwardly clung to the other girl's hand. After a moment's pause she straighten, releasing the hand and blushing furiously as she stammered out a quick, "Sorry, gotta run!" Before jogging off towards the main school building. The bun that had barely withstood even the slightest late-summer breeze fell apart as she ran, allowing her long hair to fall and tangle against her shoulders and back. She puffed a stray clump away from her nose as she pushed through one of the many side doors and glanced around cautiously. It seemed as though the next period had just started, proven by the few stragglers who were glancing through closed doors with upturned eyebrows or gathering books hurriedly from their lockers, and as Hazel slowed down to a peppy walk she kept her gaze forward and face straight. Didn't want to attract any unneeded attention, she was in too much of a rush to talk to others. The halls soon became empty the further she wandered, and with slight worry she neatened her hair and glanced about, eyes finally landing upon the music room door. 'Looks like she's still in, thank goodness...' She thought as her eyes quickly saw the dark silhouette of Ms. Sonata within the colorful room. Hazel took one last moment to adjust herself, smoothing down her shirt and hair multiple times before finally rasping her fist against the wood, silvery eyes peering through with slight anxiety as she uttered a firm, "You'll be fine." To herself.
Cerise stood in the vivid music room, a visible black hole in comparison to her surroundings, finishing her conversation with Elena. The young girl showed promise musically and though many would not believe her to be capable of such a thing, Cerise cared deeply for the child. After all, Elena didn't cower like the other children. In fact, Elena has done quite the opposite since they had first met. Memories of their first meeting brought a soft smile to her lips as Elena gathered her things. "Do not forget our conversation here, child. Enjoy your lunch period." she murmured, just as a light knock met her ears. "It appears mine will have to wait a few minutes more." Elena said nothing, simply nodding and leaving the room with her books clung tightly to her chest. Cerise watched as the young girl left, leaving an anxious one standing in her door frame. "You may enter." She spoke with authority, taking a seat nearest the piano. "You must have come to visit me for a reason, child. You look troubled. Tell me - what troubles you?"
Hazel nodded briefly as a girl whom she didn't know opened the door and then brushed passed her, saying nothing in exchange. She sighed once, head hanging low, but perked up as the familiar voice of Ms. Sonata drew her inside. Hazel smiled slightly, hands folded gently on her lap as she bowed slightly upon meeting the teacher's gaze, eyebrows upturning slightly, "Oh, ah, I'm not troubled at all, I just..." She toyed with her cuticles, lips pursing as she sought for the words, "It's just, don't you think it would be a good idea to make a Music Club? Like, I think lots of the students would have fun with it, we could all hang out and practice music. Maybe even... Preform, if we can. Like a rock band! I thought that since you're the music teacher you might like to be the adviser or something, or maybe you can help us practice, or, or..." She trailed off, blushing as she realized she had just kind of went off on a tangent suddenly. Poor Ms. Sonata might be a bit overwhelmed. "Sorry, I'm just kind of excited about this. I love music after all. It might be the only reason why I was allowed to go here..." She dug her heel into the paneled floor, ignoring the squeaky sound produced as she stared down at the dark-haired woman expectantly, "You don't have to do it if you don't want to, though. I can always find another teacher..."
It was not often that Cerise caught herself smirking and yet here she was, twice in a matter of minutes. She shook her head from side to side, her ebony tresses swaying slightly. "Please, sit." She spoke, gracefully lifting a hand and motioning to a nearby chair. She watched intently in the silence as the girl nervously followed orders. "Do not be a fool, child. What teacher would best suit a music club if not for the music teacher? But, you knew that already." Cerise spoke barely above a whisper as a devious smile threatened to cross her face. She stood slowly, now looming over the poor girl. "Surely you are aware that the school already has various clubs for the arts. Tell me. How will this music club of yours differ from all the others?"
'Holy crap, I didn't realize how creepy Ms. Sonata can be. If looks could kill, I guess.' Hazel's thoughts on the dark teacher's appearance were interrupted as she was instructed to take a seat. Polite as always, she nodded briefly and stepped over to the nearest seat as quietly as possible. Sitting awkwardly on the chair, Hazel nodded as the teacher spoke, and once the dark-feeling woman was looming over her like some sort of predator she let out a short, nervous laugh. She slowly sat back, allowing her own eyes to meet the dark Cerise's and with a small shrug she began to rattle off again, "Well, it wouldn't be much different from the music classes. I'm imagining it to be a get together for those who love music, where they can all talk, practice, and maybe even p-preform if they want too," she curled a strand of hair around her finger tightly, ignoring the sting of restriction as she continued on, "Like, perhaps the students could perform and provide constructive criticism aimed at improving performance and compositional skills. We could maybe even form some kind of vocal-and-instrumental band that can preform at dances or other gigs. That way, it's both educational and fun. A win-win, right?" As she spoke, her uncomfortable anxiety grew to be a passing threat, and she even managed to smile a tiny bit as she described the club's properties and possibly activities.
Ms. Sonata crossed her arms across her chest, eyeing the girl carefully. "What is your name, girl?"
"Ah, right, Hazel, Hazel Barwicke." She smiled gently, blushing slightly after forgetting the most needed part of introductions.
"Well, well Miss Hazel.." Cerise stroked lightly at her chin as if deep in thought, her eyes never breaking contact with the girl. "I will discuss the possibility of this club with the headmistress. You will need to come up with a schedule for the club meetings, a agenda to get us started and a list of say, 5 other students interested in the concept. Only then can I approach the headmistress." She bent at the waist, her nose nearly brushing against Hazel's. "Do you think you can manage that, child?" Cerise silently wondered to herself the answer to her own question. Was this young girl, twirling her hair in what seemed to be a nervous habit, be capable of organizing the club? Granted, Cerise knew that if the girl was incapable-she may very well go to the headmistress herself for approval anyway. The concept of a music club had planted a seed and Cerise saw this as a way to expand her private collection of musicians. After all, most of the students avoided her for her appearance, and might still if Hazel mentioned her as the sponsor of this club. Music has always been a sweet spot for Miss Sonata. She silently wished the girl luck, while awaiting her response.
Hazel listened to Ms. Sonata's demands with a concentrated expression, repeating each need within her head many times in an effort to remember it. Perhaps she should start investing in colorful strings to tie around her fingers, that could help with her memory issue... No time to think about that now, though! Focus! "I believe I can manage it, Ms. Sonata. Thank you so much for this, it means a lot to me..." Her smile widened, feeling complete joy as her dream of joining a music club was now within her reach. With a little bounce in her step she rose, brushing back a few clumps of hair as she slightly bowed once more to the music teacher, "I'll have everything ready before the end of the week, hell, maybe even the end of the weekend!" She put hand to her mouth as she uttered the curse word, but brushed it off just as quick as she glanced towards the door. With one last smile towards the teacher she turned, slipped through the doorway, and was soon gone, running down the hall with the excitement of a child.
----------------------------------
Elena strode down the hall, the sound of her steps slightly echoing in the empty corridor. She clung her books to her chest, thinking about what Ms. Sonata had said about her composition. She had also spoke to her briefly about the passing of Helen - asking if it bothered her. To be honest, Elena hadn't thought about it much. She didn't know the girl and though she'd heard the stories - she did her best not to linger on the horrifying imagery people described. She raised a hand, shielding her eyes from the sun as she exited the building and into the bright sunlight. She smiled as the rays warmed her skin, a welcome feeling after being in Ms. Sonatas presence. The woman cared for Elena but she had never been able to get used to the cold aura that surrounded her. Within a few moments, Elena found herself nearest the football field, gazing as the team began to practice. She had never been good at land sports and her...unusual circumstances prevented her from joining the one team she most wanted to; the swim team. Breaking out of her trance of admiring the athleticism below, she turned back the cover of the book she carried and dug through her bag for a pencil, clicking the eraser a few times and pressing the lead to paper. Her piece was incomplete and now was as good a time of any to work on it.

James Mason James ran to the locker room in order to get changed in time. He got into a bit of a crush when he was nearly there, but thankfully by the time he had gotten to the locker room there were still a few boys finishing to get changed. *No Jamie,* he thought, *he must have gotten here early*. After rushing to finished getting changed. As he jogged out onto the field, he caught sight of Jamie, who looked happier than usual. "You look happy," he told Jamie, "What did you get out of this time?"

Aery sat in the bleachers at the swimming pool, watching the other students show up. She had gotten there a couple minutes early, as she always did. Not that it mattered, really. She didn't exactly have any friends on the team, she just did it for the sake of having something to compete in. And anyway, most of the other students resented her at least a little bit, for getting in as a second-year at only fourteen; for being the only girl who ever actually swam distance; for getting good grades without even trying. It was always something. But what she wouldn't admit to herself was that she desired their friendship.

Nero was chilling in one of the sequester rooms of the library, where it would seem he was studying because the door was hardwood, soundproof, and had a lock. He melted back into the velvet chair. The school was a nice one, and he knew through research that the library was the one place that had lasted the longest sence it's being built. In front of him was a stack of leather bound tomes, and he reached out to open one up. He had used his charm to permanently'reserve' This room for his stay, and he had convinced the librarian to let him check books from the archives into the room. Sometimes it paid to have a supernatural charm, and he wasn't a stranger to useing it to get what he wanted. He snapped his fingers, performing a small bit of magic that came easily to him, and a warm fire burst to life in the fire place. He grinned, showing off his somewhat extraordinarily sharp canines, and put a toothpick in his mouth out of habit and because he thought it looked cool. In the firelight the silver and ruby ring on his left ringfinger glinted menacingly as he turned the rare and beautiful pages of the first book. The book was nowhere near as in depth as his the ones his adoptive father continuously spent all his income on, he would probably have to search for those himself, but it was still an interesting volume on some of the more creative psychology of the time it was written. He Reached out with one hand to take a sip from a drink he had in a nice glass cup. It wasn't brandy, no matter his own sentiments he doubted even his charm could get him out of that, and instead it was just non alcoholic Apple cider. He'd never actually gotten a drink, but he had always found that a glass of amber liquid was the best way to complete the look without too much risk. He continued this for quite a while, so that he was unsure of them time, and he didn't even think to look at his pocketwatch. He put the tomes into a small oak bookshelf to one side of the door. Once he was done arranging them satisfactorily he put on his fedora and trench coat stepping tword the door. He put on a pair of rose tinted glasses as he reached the door, then concentrated letting the fire die. The he took the small ornate silver key out of his pocket, moveing out to the other side and locking the door. He pocketed the key and tipped his hat at the librarian who smiled though she seemed a bit confused at why he was still here. He moved himself outside and, taking out his ornate silver pocketwatch, checked the time.

Ash Mareinos- The school pool Ash climbed out of the pool first, done with the dozen laps for warm up. She didn't bother drying off with a towel, enjoying the cool air of the indoor pool against her damp skin. She spotted one of the new girls in the bleachers. Ash hadn't learned her name yet, and knew that it was the girl's first year on the team, but she was fairly certain she was a second year. To Ash that just meant she had transferred here. Miss Reese blew her whistle as the last swimmer climbed out of the pool. "All right some things about last practice." Miss Reese started lecturing about their techniques. "Miss Mareinos focus, you're not immune to this." Ash turned her attention back to the English teacher. "First group we're doing drills." Ash wasn't part of the first group so she climbed up the bleachers to the new girl. "I'm Ash." She said sitting next to her. Ever the extrovert Ash made friends with anyone she could. So far of the people from the year prior that she had really talked to that she hadn't ended up getting along with was Amy and that's because Amy tried too hard to be the perfect student. Amy Snow - The Library Amy, curled back up on her seat, looked up at the sound of the door closing. She glanced at her wristwatch, a gift from Nancy back home. An older student walked passed her, he definitely wasn't wearing the uniform though, so Amy had to wonder if he was a student or not. She shook her head a bit confused at the notion. Were hats even allowed? Certainly not inside.

Aery looked at Ash. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Aeriana." She wasn't going to turn down conversation, she just didn't much enjoy initiating it. The coach was setting out groups, starting with the sprinters (as always!) So Aery was content to wait on the bleachers until the coach assigned the last lane, the long-distance freestylers. "That's me. I'm a five-hundred-er and up. What about you?" She asked Ash, while attempting to stuff her long hair into her swim cap.

Ash Mareinos "I'm best in time trials, but do also do long course." Ash answered, "Need a hand?" She kept her hair at shoulder length, but often helped people with a quick twist she had learned at a younger age to get all the hair under the cap. "Miss Mareinos, Miss Thomas, pool now please. Time for drills." Miss Reese called up at them.

"Sorry, sorry, Ms. Reese! I'm just having hair problems." Aery grinned. "Could you please help me, Ash? I can never get it on my own." She really appreciated those girls who could, but then those girls never had thick hair and never hair longer than their shoulders. It felt so good to get into the water that she actually did two extra laps on her 500 warm-up. She missed the cold water. And this pool was nice, cool enough that she wasn't getting nauseated with high-speed flip turns but warm enough that she wasn't freezing. And the water was clear.

Nero grinned, looking up from his pocket watch. He realized that their was more then enough time left in the day for a bit more fun. He'd seen a bookwormy girl as he left, she could be fun. Flicking closed his pocket watch he turned an walked back inside. He moved to the table where the girl was sitting and sat in one of the obviously inferior chairs out here. "So," he said, putting a bit of charm in his voice. "I've reserved a study room, it's much nicer then out here. Why don't you come back and see? Please, it's my first day here and I could use a few friends." He finished by felting up and leading her to the room, not even looking back to see her following him.

Ash Ash slid through the water as if she were made of it herself. There wasn't the slightest resistance. After her own laps she sat near the edge of the pool and grinned at Aery. "You're good." Amy Snow Amy looked up at the cute boy. What was going on? Two guys talking to her on the same day. One from the football team and one extremely attractive. had she done her hair different or something? "You're new? Uh sure." The rooms were usually for study groups. She also was fairly certain you couldn't reserve them but something about this boy drew her after him. She gathered her stuff and followed him into the room. She had used one last year for a projec. "It is nice in here. I am Amy by the way."

Sam Rivers After the last period of the day Sam made his way to the locker rooms to change for football practice. Although it was probably going to earn him a punishment, he didn’t think he was going to make it to soccer workouts today. It was right after football practice and Sam just didn’t have the right motivation to attend today. Plus he wasn’t even sure if he was going to continue with soccer this year. If anything he was going to get more scholarships playing football than soccer. When he arrived at his destination most of the team was already there. As usual, he said hi to whoever greeted him first and then tried to lay low. People at school thought he was a loner but that was far from the truth. He associated with a few people…but it was very limited. It was no secret that he was good at football. Actually, Sam was good at all sports. His energy never seemed to run out of energy and he was very strong. If he was being honest, he kind of hated football. And he knew the coach wasn’t too fond of Sam, mostly because he wasn’t very outgoing. Coach only liked the boys that kissed his ass all the time. But if you’re good at something, why waste talent? And anyway, he still needed to get scholarships to pay for college because he knew his mom certainly wouldn’t be able to fund it. Martha Jacobs Martha’s head was throbbing by the end of the school day. It had been about two hours since it had started to ache slightly and by the pain was almost unbearable. As soon as class ended she made her way outside to get some fresh air, hoping it would at least help a little. But each step she made on the hard concrete seemed to make her whole body vibrate causing her head to throb even more. As she made her way to her dorm building she let out a sigh and put one hand over her forehead to block her eyes from the bright sun. It was at this time, with one hand blocking her vision, she ran straight into someone much taller and bigger than her. It was a wonder that she didn’t see him before but Martha supposed that she hadn’t really been paying much attention to her surroundings. Her main focus had been on the awful headache she was experiencing and how wonderful it would be to lie on her bed. And maybe if her roommate wasn’t there she could draw the shades and sit in complete darkness and wait for the pain to subside. She stumbled back a little and looked up, startled. Martha stared up at the boy she had just bumped into, and found herself caught by his intense but surprised gaze. He was completely still, unaffected by the weak force of her thin body. “O-oh, sorry,” she stammered, face turning pink. “I wasn’t paying attention to where I was going. My bad.”

James Mason James couldn't believe what Jamie was saying, "What, the Irish one?" he asked, "Did you give him a cigarette?" James chuckled, "You're one of a kind, you are" James began running on the spot, and debated whether or not to tell Jamie what had happened in the library, "I was just doing some homework," he said, "Didn't see the time. Anyway, talking about cigarettes, how many have you got left?"

Sitting down Nero smiled, and he snapped the fire on. He took off his coat and put it on the back of the chair. He left his hat and rose glasses on, he felt it would be fun. "Well," He said, haply. "It's nice to meet you Amy, my name is Nero. If you want you can come here whenever you want, I've got the keys." He tossed another silver key, flashing a quick grin which glinted with magical charm.

Max: Max was very startled indeed. It was kind of his fault, he guessed. Max had seen the girl walking in his direction but hadn’t moved out of the way for some reason. “O-Oh, I’m sorry. I wasn’t paying attention to where I was going. My bad.” She said as her face became a little red. Max blinked and frowned. “It’s…okay. Just, uh, be careful next time, okay?” He didn’t mean to sound so mean and he mentally smacked himself for it. She was blonde and petite, had a pretty mouth, and nice blue eyes. She seemed nice enough. “I mean, not in a bad way. Just, you know, maybe try not to cover your eyes while you’re walking?” He forced an awkward smile, fully aware of how much he was embarrassing himself. Lydia: After school, Lydia went back to the library. She liked how quiet it was and the librarian was fond of her. Charlotte was nowhere to be found, which was kind of nice considering the fact that Lydia had to study for an upcoming exam in her British Literature class. When she arrived, she saw a girl in her grade following a boy into one of the private study rooms. She had never seen him before, but she had seen the girl often in the library. Lydia would have spoken to her in the past but she always seemed to cower from the idea. Sometimes she hated how hard it was for her to talk to others.
