Name: Robert Morris Age: 25 Gender: Male Inventory: Nothing Race: Mimiga Bio: 'Robert Morris, ace Journalist'... well, that's what he'd have you believe, anyways. He is, in fact, a journalist, but, whether or not he's an 'ace' at anything, let alone that, has yet to be seen. He makes mediocre articles about this and that involving military affairs for a magazine that nobody actually reads anymore. How they've remained in business through all of this is a mystery that, Robert would rather not cover himself. Unfortunately, as the war raged on, the military let fewer and fewer people cover their stories, heck, his latest one was supposed to be about why and how our own military was changing into the enemy, but, instead, all the let him cover was how 'delicious' and 'amazing' the food rations were. That flop of an article almost lost Robert his job, but, after his explanation, Mr. Handywrite (he legally changed his name), Robert's boss, let him off on a warning. His job was dangling from a string, and the military was getting even more strict about media coverage thanks to some news station showing them killing one of their former privates post-transformation. That, of course, was supposed to be Robert's scoop, not this amateur news anchor who can't tell the difference between a good scoop and some celebrity getting caught picking their nose. Robert then started sneaking around to get his articles, and, for a while, that worked without any issues, and, due to the unpopularity of the magazine, the military was none the wiser... but, unfortunately, so too, was the entire populace, due to the same unpopularity. Eventually, Robert found himself on some random military helicopter while sneaking around for good stories, and he managed to hide in their cargo bay pretty much the entire trip. Once the thing landed, Robert ran out to see the military people, but they already left, leaving Robert alone in the helicopter... well, save for a vaguely human-shaped silhouette outlined by a bright light. Robert tried to get a better view of the stranger, but before he could, the stranger fired some sort of energy ball at him, which started the process of changing him into what he is now... some sort of strange rabbit-dog creature that he now knows is known as a mimiga. The first thing he did while changing was drop his notepad and pencil, and, thanks to the stranger somehow teleporting him to what he could only guess was some sort of greenhouse growing these odd red flowers. He then heard about his new boss, the Doctor, and what he was doing to others of his new species, as well as humanity. He took a stand, not wanting to help this 'doctor' anymore... which got him thrown in the local jail about two seconds afterwards... whoops. Appearance: He's actually somewhat short, even for a mimiga, standing at a mere three feet tall, and, he'd normally be somewhat chubby, but he lost that fat in jail, where they didn't feed him all that much. He has oddly large ears for his size, though, and he always wears a blue T-shirt, similarly-colored denim pants. His face is somewhat round compared to others of his kind, as well. Other: I'd teleport out of there, and dance on what was going to be my grave. Starting Location: The Plantation

Name: Samuel Boone Age: 23 Gender: Male Inventory: None Race: Mimiga Bio: Samuel was born in Pennsylvania, in the United States. His mother was Asian, his father Caucasian and he came out looking more like his mother than his father. He grew up as a healthy boy, and was teased for needing glasses, like most kids who have glasses are. He was 20/200 in one eye, and 20/440 in his other eye, so his glasses were specially made for his eyes. He had bad grades in most of his classes because he procrastinated horribly, but in high-school he stopped slacking off and got to work, pulling himself up to A's and B's, and a few C's. He hated his match teacher the most, all they did was nag and sit at their desk, not teaching anything. A kid could yell the dirtiest swear he knew and she wouldn't... well, he would probably get in trouble, but it'd be a slap on the wrist. Samuel hated his class, too. He had to sit in the back of his class because he was so tall. After graduation, he enrolled in the military, since he felt like he needed to give back to America, rather than sit on his arse and eat junk all day. He joined the military at age twenty-two and a half, and less than a year after joining, he was assigned the most important job he had. He went with an attack crew onto The Island in September, a week away from his birthday. After slaughtering many rabid mimiga, he got to The Doctor with his team, and immediately had their weapons ripped from their hands, and they were pinned to the wall and knocked unconscious. From what he's heard, he was the only man who the Doctor decided to 'spare', but why? Two days before his birthday he had to go through the long process of changing from a human into a mimiga, which took a few days. When he finally woke up again, he was in a cold jail cell that was dripping with water and mold and smelled like rabbit droppings, and it probably was rabbit droppings. He was with one of those tamer versions of the mimiga, and soon found out he himself was one, too. Appearance: ![enter image description here](http://i.imgur.com/UklExis.jpg "enter image title here") ![enter image description here](http://i.imgur.com/NCPPsmz.jpg "enter image title here") 3'06" Other:You could use a banana peel to make the coffin's hinges slippery, and push it out, and then dig your way out. Not that sure about my guy but.... here we go... Name:Erion Letendre Age:23 Gender: Male Inventory: Modified Colt gun. (Uses energy instead of bullets), wrench. Race:Human Bio: Erion, as a young age, was always intrigued by mechanics, about how things worked and the science behind machines. It always intrigued him greatly, seeing how one part would make another part work. This had made him want to go and advance in his studies more, finding him jobs in multiple places until one day he ended up in the military, actually working on the tanks and taking care of their engines. He was also trained how to use a gun in case the base was attacked. Life was good until one day things changed when the war broke up. Erion was going to a friend’s house on his day off to help out with his car, without any guns. When he got out of his car at his best friend’s house to help out with repairing his car that been having trouble lately, what he saw horrified him. A big creature was over his friend, a big claw like paw going to strike him. Erion in a burst of energy through his wrench at the creatures head, who turned and looked at him from the rather hard hit. Erion, scared, got back in his car as the creature started to chase him instead of his friend, who went to safety. Erion drove very fast, actually smashing one or 2 of those creatures on the way. He knew where to go. He drove back to the military base, only to see multiple of the creatures attacking and killing man’s, with some of them being abducted by some creatures. He drove full force and hit one of the creature blocking his way, before getting in the base as he arrived at helicopters, one of the man recognising him at a distance. As his car arrived to a halt, smoke forming from it, Erion got out of his car and rushing in the helicopter, as multiple of the mimigas creatures rushed in and destroyed the base. The helicopter was flying away to safety. The base was lost, but the battle was not over yet. Erion, not being a soldier naturally, didn’t know what else he could do to help. Sure he could help with tanks and drones, but that was about it. As the war continued on down below, Erion looked down as people were fighting against the rage filled beasts. As the helicopter landed at a still clean base that was heavily defended, Erion waited as the captain of the old base explained the situation. Then the other captain looked at the mans that survived, asking their name and ranks. When it came to Erion, he raised an eye at his response of being an mechanic of the old base. He explained how he arrived there and the captain nodded, seeing both anger and fear in his eyes. As time passed, Erion was trained as a soldier more, to use weapons better than before. He showed much potential as war continued. It was then he was sent with multiple mans to attack the source of all the attacks: The flying island of the doctor. This scared Erion a bit, but he knew he had to do it. During his time in the new base, scientists actually worked and equipped a squad of man with new bio-enhancers. Erion was with those mans. As the helicopters were sent off, Erion sat back with a simple energy gun in his side and a wrench in the other. He was supposed to be in the stealth section of the mission, to infiltrate and get information about the base itself, as well as cause damage to the labs and computers on the place. A squad of 4 mans. Everything was going smoothly… that is until the helicopter was attacked. The driver moved the helicopter away, but was forced to crash land in the outer wall when the propellers were hit. Erion then lost consciousness then. When got his consciousness back, his squad was gone, and the driver was dead on the floor. As he looked around, he stares everywhere. He didn’t know where he was, and was left alone now. This was bad… He would need to fend off whatever was thrown at him if he wanted to survive this. Appearance: Erion has black hair which is rather short, longer then military cut but simimilar. He also as brown eyes. He wears a dark blue jacket with a blue shirt underneath with a pair of black cargo jeans. To his left he has a gun holder. Under his jeans on the bottom part he has strange metal wiring as well as metal capped brown boots. Other: *Insert large drill here to pierce the coffin to be able to breath and open the coffin to dig* Starting location: Outer Wall

...I'm late, because I've been gaming for the last few days - I got school in two days. - - - Name: Miles Hall Age: 30 Gender: Male Inventory: Five-seveN with a torch attachment (some basic training with guns), radio headset Race: Human Bio: Miles was given up to an orphanage, after the day his mother and father were killed in a car crash. He had no other family nor relatives, so he was to be given up for adoption. Despite this, Miles was always quite jumpy and enthusiastic, always trying to make light of his status as an orphan. For many years, Miles would wish other children good luck on adoption, and often enjoyed life to its fullest even in an orphanage. However, as the years went by, Miles realised he was quite lonely. While he seemed fun and outgoing, on the inside he was alone and sad. His brief friends would always be adopted and would bid him farewell, while he would stick around in the orphanage for a long time. All too often, he would find himself in a situation where friends could help him - but, he never really had friends. Eventually, he stopped being so happy, resigning himself to his room in the orphanage. Though his personality eventually changed, he still managed to receive an education and left the orphanage. For about a year, he was reduced to living on the streets, unsure of what to do in life while living off a limited amount of money and donations. Miles would often get into street fights just to defend himself and get any money, a stark contrast to what he formerly was as a child. After being subdued during a fight in an abandoned building, Miles had an epiphany: if he was to continue his current lifestyle, he would probably die within the next year or so, and would achieve nothing in his life. Beaten down and under the threat of being finished off, Miles reasoned with his attacker, trying to find common ground they could relate to - it worked, with Miles' attacker letting him live as he was one of the children at his orphanage, also not adopted and left to fend for themselves. Crazily enough, the two eventually became friends, with Miles forgiving his attacker Davis. It was then his personality changed back for the better, becoming his fun-loving old self. Not willing to continue living homeless, Miles sought out to find a job, volunteering at his old orphanage's charity event. He ended up being surrounded by orphans like him, to which he gave advice to and taught them life concepts. Miles was offered to stay at the orphanage, to live there at least until able to find a residency. Of course, he gladly accepted, finding another job at a drycleaner nearby to be able to make a living for himself and his roommate Davis, who had also found a job as a waiter. Deciding there was more to life than his current lifestyle, Miles eventually signed up for helicopter lessons, intending on becoming a pilot for an air ambulance. Davis had already moved on and started a family, living in a new house just down the street, causing Miles to envy him somewhat. After months of training and job searching, Miles was able to find a job as an air ambulance pilot at a nearby hospital, leaving his old room behind for a new apartment closer to the hospital. Miles was initially unnoticed and treated as if he was just another pilot. However, his unique style of flying gave way to a reputation (and almost got him fired), leading him from the hospital to an airshow. While he nearly crashed several times, this only solidified his reputation as a helicopter pilot. Though, he was frightened by the experience, taking a break from flying for several months. However, by the time he returned to work, many things had happened - the world was at war with an enemy in the sky, invading and laying siege to many cities around the world. Miles was taken on by surprise, having to deal with a tremendous spike in patient numbers to bring to the hospital. This not only included civilians, but also soldiers and other military personal at the frontline of the war. Miles was initially calm about the war, though surprised at the current situation. He was shot down several times, though he survived all events with varying injuries - one event left him with a fractured shin and nearly caused severe blood loss. Unfortunately, Miles was not able to ignore the severity of the war. An offensive by the Mimiga was repelled, though causing a Pyrrhic victory; half the city was destroyed, and many people were killed. Including Davis, leaving behind a wife and two daughters. Upon hearing news of this, Miles swore vengeance on the figure capable of such evil, only known as the Doctor. Miles left the city with Davis' remaining family, as well as countless other refugees and military personal once the city was clearly at this point destroyed and lost. Leaving them at a fort, Miles left his position as an air ambulance pilot, instead intent on working for the military as a helicopter pilot. The fort held steady as Miles relayed supplies from its supply network to the island in a Chinook helicopter. But that wasn't enough - Miles had applied as a pilot for a gunship, notably a Bell UH-1 with armaments. Sure enough, he was at this point responsible for dropping off military personal and providing aerial support against Mimigas and other creatures. This did not come without difficulties, however - he was nearly shot down by not only hidden missile defenses on the island, but creatures and mechanical beings in the sky. This, and the fact the man he was looking for was well above his possible altitude. He wished for revenge for his friend Davis, though at this point it was apparent he wouldn't be able to do it by himself. So, instead, he was intent on following others to find the Doctor, and end his operations for the sake of everyone. Including Davis. A quick patrol of the island would reveal a chance for this to happen, looking down and noting a group of people prepared to fight as well. Appearance: Somewhat cocky and seemingly unreliable. Miles has a slightly thick build but short build, with hazel eyes, straight black hair and tanned skin from obvious exposure to the sun as a pilot, and possible Hispanic descent. He wears a typical USAF uniform with green camouflage, which has slight notches in several places from attempts to escape attacking enemies in the sky. He has a black gun holster complete with a pistol on the right of his legs, as well as an insignia embroiled on his shoulder, originally given to him by an orphan - it has the appearance of a light blue cloud with a red, blue and yellow-stripped lightning bolt striking from it. Many people often comment on how it comes from popular culture and a TV show, belonging to a specific character with flight abilities similar to his. He also carries two pens of little use in his left breast pocket, the red and blue caps sticking out. Miles also wears a headset used to communicate while in a helicopter, though outside of one it's used more as a helmet to protect against anything. He also has some tank boots of green camouflage, and also wears a sports watch on his left wrist. He usually doesn't bother with body armour, though it is required in his line of work as an aggressive helicopter pilot - so, he has a green camo Kevlar bullet-resistant vest to wear on his chest. Due to lack of strength and endurance training, he cannot wear full body armour, instead focusing on his chest. Other: I'm sorry, what bullsh- someone actually used a diamond ring to escape a coffin, and called the police on her husband who buried her alive. True story. Starting location: Flying over the Outer Wall.

Hm... some parts in it were a little cliche... Both parents dead in a car accident, while very common in the real world, still is a cliche in apps, the orphan that was never adopted is kinda meh, and that last part of the app was probably the worst cliche of them all. 'My name in Inigo Montoya Miles Hall. You killed my father friend. Prepare to die.' is what it's summed up to.

Here's an old saying I came up with a few days ago: "Everything is just a copy of another thing." Dem cliches can't be THAT original, otherwise then it'll be unrecognisable. You're somewhat paranoid about the whole 'cliche' thing to be honest, 'cause nothing's really original. It's more of the problem of how cliche things are. Also, I wouldn't ask Evanist because of falling out between us. Y'know, BIAS.

Either way, he had the most difficult time coming up with a character for this. Denying this app would pretty much guarantee that he's not going to join this RP. If the only real issue is cliches, then the app is still good, at least, in my book. Besides, he came up with several paragraphs of a somewhat decent bio. The most we came up with was two. I think we should let him in, Sumable.

Actually, it's more filler than anything. I'd go pick on the other apps for supposed cliches, though that wouldn't help with anything. Meanwhile, that may be the case, but the overarching issue is that you have too many people acting as admins. You're gonna get into conflict sooner or later.

I kinda am in Kabling's though for admin thing... and I usually don't like going admin too much in rp's, having other things to do sometimes. Though even with the cliche, I do find the app alright. And with how large it is, it was fillers, so I think it would be accepted.
