I'm glad I have such an easy time coming up with a theme. It's fairly obvious given his arc with his family. Also for funsies I've added a section where you can post original ideas for Grimm at the bottom of the google doc. Add your own form of horrible soul destroying abominations there for maximum funtimes inspiration!

Lets see, since most of us are basing our characters sort of off of Fairy Tale characters and creatures, mythological figures, and what not I guess I need to figure out which Fairy Tale my character comes from. I know for one that I based Gray off of the Werewolf accidentally. It started off mythologies about the moon but that got a tinge bit difficult and so I just went off of the Werewolf. However, most stories have the Werewolf portrayed as an antagonistic like person which sort of works due to the Umbra side of him... However, I can't make him a douchebag who just constantly flirts with girls 24/7 so he is mainly a nice guy with myriads of personalities due to a disorder he has. Anyone got any clues on which Fairy Tale to use as I'm looking through most of the tales and finding nothing that easily relates to Gray other than the plain Werewolf/Moon motif.

Mokuren looks like a Kitsune. Doesn't have the whole tricking people and devouring men though.

Or, you can go with the the simple origins of a lunatic. I go crazy cause the moon says hi and what not.

Or does she and you're just trying to be subtle about it? Cue Mokuren walking out of a boys bathroom and teachers finding two half eaten students and one very prominent looking glory hole in one of the stalls. Mokuren's team gives her a wary side glance, "Hey... why weren't you at practice today?" "Oh, I just had a bit of a tummy ache," flashes a sinister grin at the camera (camera?!) as it fades to black, only outlining the silhouette of her fox like features, burning, silver eyes, and the white of her teeth spread wide. The next day cuts to a newspaper article outlining the deaths of three of Mokuren's teammates and her recounting of the terrifying tale. Dun dun duuuun. Maybe that wasn't subtle enough. Hm... I STILL HAVE MY SUSPICIONS.

I just finished writing a piece about a grimm that literally eats babies and thought that was pretty horrible. Then you come in and apparently take it as a challenge. *is scared now*

That's actually a great idea. I'm so going to go Kitsune on the NPCs.

The themes don't necessarily need to be mythological of fairy-tale based, but it helps because those are some of the most rich. For future reference here is a list of prominent fairy-tale characters. Rumplestiltskin, Mary, Peter Pan, Hansel and Gretel, Maleficent, and Puss in Boots are already taken; that's all I really know.

I just now checked the document. That's a lot of Grimm ideas A shame they're going to go to waste. I kid, I kid. I'll incorporate both the old ones and the new ones into the new Grand Bestiary. Big news time I want to promote two or three of you to Co-GM to help manage monsters, teachers, and so on. Literacy, organizational skills, and an online presence at least every other day are key. Anyone who wants in may tell me so on the document.

Hmm... Hecate is the Greek goddess of magic and crossroads. She's portrayed as having two clones:

Technically it's not clones as the drawings seem to say but three different forms. She goes through a life cycle every day. Child in the morning, woman in the afternoon and old crone in the evening. This symbolizes the different choices of life as she is the goddess of crossroads. There are many depictions of her where all three forms are present so it appears she could multiply herself but that is not actually the case.

Meh, my best guess! As I remember, his clones have their own personality so that might be the case?

Less than a day left. Get organized, get named, get everything. We're about to get this show on the road.

Heracles, Hercules, Ares, or Mars work best for him. As well as Samson from the Bible. Actually, I think Samson might work best for him. ;) Look up his story, if you want.

Now I might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but currently having two teams half complete seems a bit silly.

We can merge them if you like but it's not going to be easy making a team name from RRVJ!

Well, if my black friend wasn't lying, black hair usually doesn't grow very fast (I remember her complaining about it after she had a impulse hair cut and then screaming, "Why?!" really loudly, Spanish Soap Opera Style. My memory is fuzzy, so I may be exaggerating) so lucky for him, he doesn't have to deal with that annoyance for awhile. However, celibacy seems to be his best bet if he doesn't want anyone else cutting it. >_> <_<
