I have plans for my characters. Vague plans that depend on what happens in the roleplays they are in.

That is also a good way to go about things. It's interesting to see how different people write their characters. There are many different processes that one can go through to arrive at what the character will ultimately do/say.

Kagerou probably needs to talk to Bruce or one of the upper level staff to get an idea of what's going on.
