Leila didn't even look at the male that followed her and Wildflower but said," It's called checking why a Lone Wolf is on the territory. And call us idiots once again I might actually let you see my mean side.", she said calmly but with anger.The female beta didn't like being called a idiot by anyone. So she took what he said very offensive. But she didn't let her anger show on her face.

Wildflower looked down at Riagan and snarled. "Riagan, you don't talk that way to us. When you act like this, you seem to be nothing more than a pup. Go back down to the rock." She wanted to slow down and nip at him, but now wasn't the time, so she just increased her speed and turned her head. "Leila, it may be more than one wolf, so be on alert."

He bore his teeth although she couldn't see him. He retorted with a haughty "this loner hasn't done anything to hurt the others- if anything he'll take our running up on him as a challenge and possibly retaliate in the future. Randomly attacking another wolf when they've kept a safe distance doesn't sound too smart, Leila." He couldn't understand this mode of action. As long as no blood was shed why were they going out of their way to fight?

Leila kept her face calm, "He used to be in our pack. He left but now he came back. And we are not going to attack," her gaze looked at him as she still ran, "We just are going to talk to him. As for Wildflower, her mother instincts kicked in and she is protecting the pups and I want to protect the pups too. What happens if we leave the Lone Wolf alone and he attacks us or the pups? Better to check then to be sorry later." She kept her eyes on the male wolf but would look straight when needed, then saying "If you don't like what we are doing, I suggest you go back." When she saw Wildflower increase her speed, she did also but she did look back at the male, but she forced to look forward then said "I'm on high alert." If one of them goes faster, she will also. She didn't want anyone getting hurt. She will increase her speed even if they do think they can take care of themselves. She isn't taking any chances.

"I'm not turning back. I care too much for the others to leave you two alone." He understood now, somewhat. He had not recognized this loner before. Riagan was aware with how annoyed these two were with him. He'd feel horrible if something had happened to these two if he did turn back.

Ranger sat under his tree waiting for the hunt to begin so that he could go exploring, "I wish I was old enough to go on the hunt" he said to himself before his ears perked up to the sounds of the commotion happening "I wonder what it is now?" He said as he curled up and rested his head on his paws about to fall asleep.

Shadow just turned and started to walk away, not really much caring for their aggression towards him. He wasn't dumb enough to fight all of them. He wasn't even planning on doing anything to them anyways. Going back to his cave, he laid down to sleep.

When Wildflower arrived at the ledge she saw the loner, calmly walking away. She snarled at him and scratched the ground, waiting for him to make a move. "I would like you to explain yourself."

Leila stopped at the ledge as she watched the wolf walk away. She looked at Wildflower when she growled giving her a look to signal her to calm down. She knew that Wildflower just wanted to know why the wolf was on the territory, but she needed to calm down. And if the wolf did put up a fight she will let her take him on if she wanted. She said looking at where the wolf was going, "It looks like he doesn't want to talk. We have two options, go after him or tell the alpha and handle it with him"

Shadow stopped, looking at Wildflower. "I don't mean to cause trouble. I don't even really care enough to bother any of you. I don't want revenge for being kicked out or anything like that. I was just watching because seeing the pups play was nostalgic..." The look in his eye wasn't anger or aggression of any kind, but it seemed to have a slight hint of sadness, despite his expression being calm.

Wildflower tilted her head, she glanced at Leila and calmed down. "You were kicked out? Explain, please." She looked sympathetic, and took a calm step towards the lone wolf. Maybe he wasn't an immediate threat after all, she took another step closer, and sat down carefully. Waiting for his explanation.

Riagan skidded to a stop behind them and he watched as Wildflower growled at the loner, showing clear aggression. He held his tongue as Leila bid her companion to calm down. As the Loner explained he found himself feeling bad for him. He had been right- this loner meant them no harm. "I honestly sense that he's telling the truth." He said. "And I don't get the vibe that he's a threat to us, really."

Leila looked at him as her head tilted a bit at what he said. He looked so sad beyond his calm face, she could see it. And she thinks everyone else can see it, if they look closely. But she looked at him mostly because it was like seeing a twin! But he looked like her if she was a male form. Then she looked at the male wolf who followed them, rolling her eyes when he said he was right. Then said to him, "Yes your right. But like I said, better to be safe then sorry later. So I would like if you would-" she let out a puff of air her eyes turn soft then said again, "Yes you were right. But we wanted to see for ourself." The female beta walked next to Wildflower then looked at her when she asked to tell them the reason why he was kicked out. She looked back at the lone wolf, she was curious herself also. So she said in her natural soft voice, "I'm quite curious myself on why you were kicked out. And also curious why you still linger around the territory. "

Shadow looked at them. "I used to be a hunter, but I was too reckless and aggressive during hunts. I would jump headfirst into danger, but doing that tended to cause trouble for the rest of the pack, because it would sometimes get me or a fellow pack member hurt. It wasn't until it got another pack member killed that he threw me out. I knew what I had done, and didn't argue with him...it was my fault anyways...I only stay around because I'm not very good with the loneliness of being so far from those I know..."

Autumn glanced the way Wildflower and the others went. She hoped they were okay. She liked them and didn't want them to get hurt. The pup looked at Dodge then looked up at the wide expanse of sky above her. It made her feel so tiny compared to it. Though she was just tiny in the first place. Bored, Autumn rolled onto her back before jumping to her feet. A butterfly fluttered past her nose and off she went, leaping and pawing at the insect; chasing it around and around the clearing. She tripped over her feet a few times but it only took a moment before she was back on her feet and resuming the chase. At one point she tumbled head over tail when she tripped over a root. The butterfly landed on her nose, mocking her silently. She went cross-eyed as she tried to stare at it.

Ruka sighed as most of his pack seemed to run after some lone wolf. He seemed he would have to watch the pups. He walked over to the young ones and layed down next to them. He wanted to greet the lone male out there, yet he couldn't leave the pups alone. Watching the lone wolf in the distance, he began to feel a bit of sympathy towards him. Being alone was never easy for him either. He then looked over at the pups and had been thinking of adopting one of them, or maybe both. ___________________________________________ Jenna went back to where her earlier kill was, hoping no wolf had taken it. She looked back every now and then to make sure her son was following this time which he was. She looked straight ahead to find her kill was still there. She ran towards it and tore a chunk of meat off of it before dropping it in front of Jonas. Jonas began to eat the meat once it was dropped in front of him. "Mom, I'm sorry for wandering off." He said inbetween bites. "However, when I was there, there were multiple wolves nearby. I didn't see them, but I smelt them." He explained. "You were near an unknown pack?" Jenna looked stern once again at him. "You know not to trust strangers." She said, but then softened before getting some meat for herself.

Leila held no emotion on her face at all, but in the inside, she felt pity and knew how he felt. She wouldn't like being far away from the people she cared about or knew. She would be feeling to much emotions and lose control. "I'm sorry to hear that. And I would be doing the same if I were in you." She heard her voice say,"You seem to not be a threat to us. So there is no problem with you lingering around." She gave the like wolf a soft smile.

Shadow nodded. "I would try to ask Ruka to let me back in, but considering the person that got killed because of me...I doubt it..." Of course, he wasn't going to tell them that it was his own sister who had died because of him. They'd have to ask Ruka for that information.

Wildflower nodded, taking another step forward until she was fact to face with the other wolf. "I'm sorry, I wish it was different for you." She nuzzled him slightly, then stepped away again, hoping to make him feel better. She wondered how long it had been since this wolf had felt real affection. "I'm Wildflower."

Shadow looked at them, his expression lightening up a bit. "I'm Shadow," he said. He hadn't really been speaking very loudly all this time, and his voice was deeper than any of the members of the pack.
