Well, my flights are usually 11-2, then I'm home at around 3, then eating and other stuff until 4. So... you would've been waiting on me. Now I'm going to wake up early, call in saying "Surprise, teacher! Looks like we're not flying!" then hit the hay until 12. Then really get dressed. Eat. Then respond. Although I might read as I'm double checking the weather in the morning. By the way, stop responding to us. Fourth Dimensional Power: Energy Bio and personality: Shela has not mastered her ability, not even close. In fact, she sees herself useless. She is always lonely, and tries not to bother others, as she thinks she will only get in the way. She has no self confidence in herself, and sees the bad side of things all the time. She has never had any friends, and she thinks she never will. Her only friend is her teddy. Although, truth is, she is actually very talented. She has a lot of potential if she actually tried, her only downside is her self confidence, She has never had confidence, she always wanted to be special, to help others, but every time she tried, she just got in the way, and she was pushed and shoved, nobody cared for her, so, why should she care for herself? She always wanted to be useful, but that dream went out the window. Now, she is hopeless, with nobody to trust, with nobody to cry to, with no friends to help her get back on her feet. She is, alone, but, one has to ask, what of her parents? Dead, gone. It was all her fault. Their house was broken into, her parents tried to deal with the threat, but, she was stupid, she stood behind her parents, watching as they defended her, it was all ok, until she rushed out to her mother's aid. That was when she was grabbed, and held hostage. Her parents were forced to lay down their weapons, and when they did, they were killed. Even today, Shela blames herself, for getting involved, getting in the way when she didn't need to. It is why she now never get's in the way of others, why she doesn't bother them, in case she makes it worse, in case things go unplanned, her parents died because of her.

Okay! Here is my personal pet peeve.... I set up a format, including |'s and specifically saying Bio, not 'and personality'. Just a minor thing. I'm diagnosed with OCD, so... that's mainly why. As for the bio, you still technically only have one paragraph, as you never separated the new addition from the old one. I'll give a pass on little detail about her past, since she is only 6, but I'm still expecting a little tiny bit more.

Fourth Dimensional Power: Sound Bio and Personality: Mimi is a full on child celeb, going on x factor to get fame, she sang to the world, putting on an amazing performance. Mimi is highly excitable, and she loves to make a song out of anything she can think of, especially when there is a crowd. She states the obvious all the time, and does whatever she can to cheer the mood up. Mimi wanted to be the best there was, wanting to sing and become famous, wanting everyone to know her name. That was her dream. To keep that dream alive, she constantly sang to every new person she met, just so they could hear what heaven sounds like. Her parents never supported her carrier, they always told her to give up her dreams, told her that she could not sing. but, she she didn't listen. She was determined to prove them wrong. She took every opportunity to sing and become popular. She took the stage, even if nobody was interested, and still struck the hearts of many with her heavenly voice. She was never interested in cool gear, cubes, or sound thingies never interested her. What she was interested in, was friends, popularity, beauty and care. She wanted to make, not only herself, but others popular. She wanted friends, she wanted everyone to love and praise her. That was the sole reason she went to the convention, to become popular, to make sure nobody was alone, to make sure everyone was beaming with energy.

She also doesn't have a lot of content in her bio, as it's mostly just explaining how awesome she is at singing and how much she just absolutely loves it. Then, with the new addition to the bio, suddenly starts talking about her parents. I'd like to know how did she get into singing, if her parents were against it? Didn't they try and stop her and simply say "No, you can't go. We are your parents, and don't give you permission"? If she did it against her parents wishes, as I think you said, I'd like to know how. Also, nothing in her application would tie her connection in with the convention. Why would she be interested in that? That doesn't have to be mentioned in the app, I'd just like to know a reason. Okay! I have a 'quest' I'd like you to do for me, if you're willing. It's not required, and I won't hold you to it if you don't feel like it, or feel uncomfortable, but I'd like you to try. I would like you to write a very specific character: You. Go grab the official format I posted, and try to fill in as many details about yourself as you're willing to release. If you don't want your name, or your age, or what you look like posted, just leave it blank. Don't fill in fake information, just instead don't put it there. This little test is so I can get to know you a little bit better... as right now, I'm having a hard time judging who you are. As I've explained recently, you can't help judging people. I'd like to make sure I can understand who you are, and through this test I will be able to better understand your problems with writing this. If it turns out you write your age is... say... 8... then, um, I'll know exactly why then. If you end up mentioning in your appearance that you're missing half of your fingers... yeah, that might be the reason. Plus, it's fun! If you don't want to do this, I perfectly understand! If you want, I would be more than willing to do it myself, and put up my own character up. (Keep in mind these characters aren't going in the RP, it's just a test.) Please no one quote her self-app if she makes one, unless she says you can. As for your character, denied because of Unraveller's reasons. I'd like to point out a few things. Both of my characters, are 100% my own. Some backstory might be cliche, but that's unavoidable because there's several billion people on our world, and SOME parts are bound to mix up. Both of Ragna's characters are also his own. Not copied from anywhere but his own brain. Unraveller's is also, surprise, his own. As you've probably seen me say in the OOC, I think he may have been inspired by his avatar... but from the looks of it, it's probably generic. Plus, his character IS a cliche muscleman, with a few twists and turns that ends up putting him in a new category. What's important? It's not a character from some show. If we accept clones from shows and such, imagine this as a TV series... it would NEVER happen. "Oh wow, this RP looks so cool, I'd like to contact them and turn it into a series! Oh wait... most of those characters are clones from shows... we'd get in trouble if we did that... nevermind." and then what? :( Not that that would happen, just a "what if" stupid remark I made up. Plus, for all we know we might have people reading this RP, as opposed to attending it. It's happened before! All of my RPs have had stalkers in them that find it very interesting to read, like a book. When you add in characters from other shows, you forget what you're reading, and it's just not the same anymore... plus, it's cheating. As for Tyson, simply denied because he has no content other than a picture and a hawk. Please add more to him. I'd also like to throw out some statistics I just computed for the heck of it. I have posted 499 posts in 122 days. That's an average of 04.09+ per day. Unraveller has posted 144 posts in 5 days. That's an average of 28.80 per day! The One has posted 980 posts in 382 days. That's an average of 02.56+ per day. Dragon has posted 270 posts in 381 days. That's an average of 00.70+ per day. That's a hell of a lot of numbers there, but I'm sure it means something. Unraveller, how is that possible? Me, that's understandable. A lot of my posts have been OOC, and IC, so I think that's balanced. The One... you've got a ton of posts, but you've been here for over a year. Same with Dragon... except... for the posting part. We're looking for quality here, not quantity. I've always said I like lots of characters... but when it's a factory line, forget it. Especially when your characters have worse personalities than NPCs. By the way, Ragna and I are LITERALLY from an RP where we have given apps to our NPCs, and they're massive! Plus, they also all have statistics, and item lists, and tons of other stuff just to make it more complicated.

Tek looks like he put a lot of time and work into doing all that, and the same with our characters and whatever plot he's got going on right now. Its a bit annoying when you put a lot of work into something, but no one else puts the effort in as well. Its like group projects in school. No one likes the kid that puts in the least amount of work and makes excuses all the time. Back when I had 5-6 RPs going on at a time, I quit for a while. I never really understood why, and now I do. I shoveled out characters haphazardly because I liked the idea of that RP. But once I got into them, I felt bored with my characters, because I put no work into them. When you really work on a character, you rp better, you enjoy rping more, and you appreciate your own and other peoples characters that much more

*Nods* Oh yes, and that's another point. It doesn't look like they're very interested in the RP, or are going to stay when they show us apps like that. :( You remember on the HBRP, people will drop in apps, and disappear? That's happened in the past, even if they were accepted! They'd just drop in an app just to mess with us or whatever their evil plans were. Or they were so uninterested anymore that they forgot.

I might have gotten too excited as soon as I joined the forum, and I threw myself into several different RPs at once. I've got three characters now that I believe have a decent amount of story and I feel for them each. I post in OOC a lot though so there is that. I'll have to agree with pretty much everything put out before me. And I'll say it again, characters should come from the soul, have depth and meaning to their creator. So much so that you feel attached at a visceral level.

Sorry, I find it hard to put detailed backstories in, and can't think what to do next, while in the Rp, it is more fun and easier to come up with something. Dragon said he wouldn't be able to edit much today, so, that's probably why his apps have nothing on them.

I'll personally do that little "test" thing too if it helps them at all. Though, Tek knows me for the most part. I think I've been RPing with him for at least a year now. I have 15 total characters made throughout my entire 4 years of RPing. And only 5 of those did I put almost no work towards, and I seriously regret that. They could have been so much better.

I will do the test, I don't care what people think of me, although, as you will find out, I am not very old at all, I am only 14, plus I have several learning problems, so, it make take some time to get it right, sorry.

Alright! Since Ragna's doin' it, I'll do it. I can't be left out! I'm not sure how many character's I've had. I do remember I have a whole Taiyo family tree somewhere, but they've constantly evolved, and been used differently in many different RPs. Let's see... Minaki, Maosu, Old-Man, Lucario, Josia, Josive, Bironica, Leera, Naoto, Jolion, Kassy, Herobrine, Steve, Man-In-Book, Random-Leader-Dude, Liera, Aaron, Liera's Nemesis, Christopher, Eli, Chris/Eli's other Friend. Most of which I've put effort in, other's have slowly evolved over time... other's have disappeared and only remembered at this point. Other's don't even have apps, or haven't been talked about in public. So that's a total of 21 characters. At least 11 of them have actually been 'full characters' with apps. And 5 of them I've used more than 3 times. I tried to add them in order of when they were created... but... it might not be perfect. (Yes Ragna, Christopher is actually mine. :O!) Yay The One!
