Serphia marched through the hallways of Sharon's house, with both Rithrynn and Sharon in tow, as well as Liaena somewhere further behind them. The long and determined strides of the Captain forced the rest of the party to almost run in order to keep up with her as she descended the levels back towards the atrium. Upon returning to the atrium, she was met with a crowd of teary-eyed, grimacing Sentinels, but looking much more awake than last time. It was quite obvious that they had gotten a free taste of the hangover cure from Vashi, said elven magi looking particularly happy as she stood next to them. "**Warriors of the Night, assemble!**" Serphia's clear voice sounded throughout the room, and the crowd of sentinels immediately formed into a pristine line at the bottom of the stairs. Upon reaching the lower floor, Serphia's silvery eyes scanned across her warriors. But judging by the small smile that formed on her face, then either there was nothing wrong with her warriors that she could spot, or Falere and Shani had just begun a legendary wrestling match! "Have the nightsabers been prepared?" She asked, eyeing the blue haired sentinel Saleen at the end of the row, who immediately gave a salute. "Yes, mistress! They are right outside!" "Good." Serphia nodded, before she turned towards the door. "With me, warriors. You will be briefed at the rendezvous point." Marching out through that which had once been the place where Sharon had used to keep a front door, the eight sentinels lead by Serphia, as well as Liaena and Sharon flowed out into the garden where a pack of five nightsabers were waiting. None of the warbeasts looked none too happy about having to leave the warm confines of the mansion in favor of the wet and cold exterior. As the Night Elves mounted up, typically sharing a single mount between two, Rithrynn rode up next to Sharon and Liaena on Nisha. Patting the back of her saddle, she motioned for them to jump on. "Come on, you can ride with me!" Rithrynn suggested, trying to sound as cheerful as possible, knowing the particularly foul mood that Liaena was in after having had Sharon 'taken' from her will to the mission. "Don't worry, she's just a friendly little adorable dummy!" ***ROAR!*** "She won't bite! ... much... " "High Elf, do you have a specific point that you want to gather before the assault?" Serphia's voice suddenly sounded as the Night Elf rode up to the group, with Vashi sitting behind her Captain on what looked like by far the angriest, meaniest and ill tempered black haired nightsaber of the group. Presumably a mount that Serphia had chosen due to the similar personality types.

Although Liaena looked none too happy about the current situation, Sharon did try to stand as close to her as possible. The ominous silence emanating from the little human girl spoke volumes of her opinion about the current arrangement, enough to give the High Elf a small feeling of guilt towards her. "Come on, you can ride with me!" Rithrynn's enthusiasm on the other hand stood in stark contrast to Liaena. Taking a step up next to Liaena, Sharon motioned towards Rithrynn. "That sounds like it would be fun, wouldn't it?" Sharon carefully suggested to the mute girl, before walking up to the oversized cat that Rithrynn was riding. It was all quite bizarre to Sharon, to see people riding monster-sized felines. It did not help that he had never been much a fan of cats in the first place. Not because he was afraid of them, but because they were lazy, self serving and assholes. And he liked to think that his house could only hold one lazy asshole, and that was himself. "High Elf, do you have a specific point that you want to gather before the assault?" Sharon, who had been contemplating how to mount the saber without both getting bitten or having to ask Rithrynn for help, suddenly turned to look up at Night Elven captain who was riding an even bigger nightsaber. "Yes, actually I do." Sharon replied, while moving a hand to the saddle. "Greymoon has a private resort on the top of the harbor, overlooking the entire sea approach. It's empty, but I have the key. So, ugh!" The High Elf struggled for a little bit as he jumped up onto Nisha behind Rithrynn. The main reason was that all of the armor he was wearing was a little cumbersome. The second reason was because even though he had plenty of experience with horses, giant cats was something very new to him! "It's in the northernmost part in the cathedral district, just before the archway leading to the stairs going down to the dock." Turning to look down at Liaena, Sharon extended a hand to the human girl, while inadvertently using Rithrynn's shoulder to keep himself in the saddle. "That light aide of yours, Liaena; from the Cathedral, did they give you a meeting point?"

Liaena had been eying Nisha with a look of combined distrust and malevolence, the big cat cracking its jaws open in a huge uncaring yawn that showed off a highly impressive set of teeth. Upon hearing Sharons words she looked up at him, as her face formed a slight grimace. “…No. Thea…my contact said she would sort it out, but maybe we need to stop off by the Cathedral or…” “Mistress!” Serphia turned, as did Liaena to see one of the Watchers from the gate approach. From one hand there was dangling a boy, looking to be in his early teens, wearing the dull grey tunic and robes that could be identified as Cathedral servants or support staff. Having reached the group, the watcher promptly dropped the boy with a quiet ‘splat’ onto the slushy ground beneath her, where he landed on his face. “He was asking to come in, Mistress. Says he has a message for Syn’dials monkey” “Is **that** your help?” Rithrynn enquired from somewhere over Liaena’s head, sounding highly unimpressed with the situation. Liaena chose to ignore her, moving to crouch down gingerly next to the boy in the slush. “Uh. Hi, Rory. Why are you here?” “Looking for you” The boy said sullenly as he peeled his face out of the muck of the garden to give her an accusatory look. That expression quickly shifted to one of terrified compliance as Nisha padded over to sniff him, as he looked at Liaena pleadingly. “…I-I got asked to deliver a message. Nobody mentioned _tigers_” “Well, life’s a bitch” Liaena muttered tetchily, having little patience even to affect sympathy with the clock ticking and success chances slipping away by the moment. “Where is it?” “…” Even in the presence of tigers, thrift apparently won out. The two teens engaged in a staring match for a few moments before Liaena relented and fished in her pocket for a coin. Proffered a small, folded over scrap of paper in return, the girl quickly unfolded it. The brief message read as follows. _Meet you by the Steps. You suck. B_ _ “….You must be joking”_ **“SYNDIAL!”** Serphia’s voice thundered, sounding deeply unimpressed with the situation. Looking up, Liaena became aware that most of the Night Sabres were already at the gates. Nisha, Rithrynn and Sharon were the only ones remaining, the former bobbing about in impatience to leave having decided that the new arrival didn’t smell very delicious. Flapping a hand at Rithrynn in a ‘just one moment’ fashion, Liaena turned quickly back to the boy. “Isn’t there anything else? Did you speak to Thea? Did you – ooff!” An impatient purple hand had grabbed Liaena by the back of her robes as Nisha gambolled past, slinging her like a sack of potatoes onto the Night Sabre. Liaena found herself clutching onto Sharon for dear life to remain in the saddle after her highly undignified landing, rapidly coming to the conclusion that she would prefer a runaway cab to the up-and-down motion of a big cat any day of the week. “HEY!”

Rithrynn did not pay much attention to the complaints of Liaena as she launched herself and Nisha in a frantic sprint to catch up with Serphia and and the rest of the warband, most of whom had already left the gate. The watcher by the gate merely stood and held the gate open while the large felines and their riders rampaged past her, to the point that they distorted the air enough for her cloak to be wildly flailing around her! "What did it say? Are we getting help?" Rithrynn asked as she rode out through the gate, trying to arch her head around to look back at Liaena. "They are idiots!" "Is that a yes?" Rithrynn inquired as she turned her head to return her focus on the road ahead. " ... yes." Liaena would finally tetchily answer after a brief silence. "Where?" "By the stairs." "Mistress!" Rithrynn suddenly shouted as she urged Nisha forward, trying to maneuver her saber between that of her sisters to catch up with Serphia while they charged through the empty streets of night time Stormwind mage district. "Li has someone she has to pick up, it's our reinforcements. Solution to the undead, that sort of important thing!" Serphia turned to look back down at Rithrynn who was now riding next to her, then to Sharon and Liaena who were sitting behind her. "Where?" "By the steps!" "What steps?" "The ones leading to the dock! ... I think." "We'll deal with it after we have set up our forward base." Serphia replied, and just as she finished, she managed to return her gaze to the road ahead just in time to notice an old woman passing the ice covered road right ahead of them! The woman, who had been slowly crossing the road, turned her head to look at the incoming horde of rampaging nightsabers. And when she spotted them, her jaw dropped as she immediately froze on the spot in fear! Only through an emergency maneuver were Serphia and Rithrynn able to pull apart to create a opening around the elderly woman, as the entire warband rode past her on either side! "**Watch where you go, stupid monkey!**" Although the cat-by had only lasted the blink of an eye, the elderly woman still remained petrified on the spot even as all the nightsabers had passed her, still alive and unscathed... at least physically. The journey of Serphia's warriors however continued uninterrupted through the somber streets of Stormwind, her sabers being able to easily outrun and outmaneuver any horse on the slippery surface of early spring Stormwind thanks to their big claws that they dug deep down into the ice and snow whenever they made a rapid turn. This was proven as they were chased by two horse mounted city guardsmen through the trade district who apparently had a problem with Serphia's mini rampage through the city and complete disregard for any notion of 'safe riding', traffic rules or just mounted caution in general, but they were unable to keep up with them and soon fell behind. It did not take long for the Night Elves to reach the Cathedral district, marked by its white marble houses, hanging banners and high archways. Or essentially just the fact that practically everything was better and wealthier in this district than all of the other districts combined. Riding into the northermost part of the district as they followed Sharon's directions, Serphia would eventually order her warband to slow down as they adopted a much more reasonable pace while trotting through district. Turning her attention over to Sharon, Liaena and Rithrynn, her eyes would fix themselves on the former. "High Elf, come with me. Find me that house. Rithrynn, you take Nisha and pick up whatever aide it is that your monkey is talking about." "What?!" "Of course, mistress!"

Any concern he might have had for arriving late had quickly dissipated once the Night Elves had lounged out across the city in their seemingly frantic chase. It was hard to tell if the elves were riding in some form of formation, or if it was more of a race where they competed with each other to get to the Cathedral District first. At least if one were to judge by their wild charge through the city. Any citizen who might look out of their windows as they passed by would be excused for thinking there was an invasion going on! _"At least they make up for what they lack in subtlety by sheer speed."_ Fortunately however, they managed to arrive at the Cathedral district before the number of citizens they had trampled to death had exceeded the number of zero. "Yes, over there. Penance Street 27." Sharon suddenly exclaimed as he pointed past Rithrynn at one of the houses in the white rows surrounded them, positioned at the northern end of the street. "Of course, mistress!" Sharon barely had a time to wedge himself out from between Rithrynn and Liaena to dismount, before Rithrynn had already sprinted off on Nisha with Liaena in tow, barely clinging on! The house in question he had marked for Serphia and her elves looked like a mix between a small church and a mini mansion. On a first glance, it might he bard to tell what exactly it was. That was, until one noticed the lavish curtains and luxurious garden that surrounded its fenced off perimeter. Not as big as Sharon's mansion, but made of much higher quality material, marble, and luxuriously decorated. Passing through the front gate which had been left unlocked, due to the low amount of crime in the particular district, it was only a few strides across the tiled walkway to reach the front door. Fiddling with a key that he produced from his robes, he moved it to the golden lock in which it fit perfectly, and the door opened with a 'click' as he turned the key. As the door slid open, it revealed an abandoned wooden hallway leading into a larger living room with a panorama view across the entire Stormwind harbor. Seeing as the row of houses were built into the very upper fortifications above the harbor, it gave a clear view past the lower rooftops to the dock, as well as the ships, warehouses and the towering fortress at the edge of the harbor, Honor's Watch, whose cannons covered the entire waterway. "Step in, ladies, and make yourselves at home." Sharon bowed graciously as he motioned for Serphia and her sentinels that it was OK to enter. Not that Serphia was really the person to ask or wait for his consent in the first place...

“Li! Where’re we going!?” “The steps! I said!” Liaena peeled her face out of Rithrynn’s cloak, exposing her face to the blast of cold night air just long enough to shout back. “Where we were after the Falere thing! Yesterday!” “Ohh, Right” A few terrified evening strollers, several hairpin bends that nearly sent Liaena flying off Nisha and a mad dash later and the big cat screeched to a halt by the archway that led to the huge flight of marble steps that led down to the most affluent end of Stormwind Harbour. The place where the vast battleships and vessels of lords docked, with the simple trading ships and even fishing boats secreted away down the other end. “Okay. Just…just give me a second, would you?” was all Liaena could manage after the whirlwind ride, sliding off Nisha to step towards the archway. As she approached, Rithrynn slowly moving up behind her, a figure stepped out of the shadows to fold her arms and give her an extremely unimpressed look. Liaena returned it in kind as she glowered at the other dark haired girl. “Is this all? What’s is wrong with Thea!?” “Is **that **all!?” Bella fired back immediately, glancing over Liaena’s shoulder at Rithrynn before she gave the former an extremely worried look. “**one** Night Elf!? I thought you said you had a horde!” “I do. You’ve got no idea what you’re getting into!” Liaena hissed furiously. Glancing back at Rithrynn, she flapped a hand at her in a quick ‘stay back’ motion as she turned to her peer again. Not, she belatedly realised, would it do any good, with the fabled Night Elf hearing active. “Get out of here! Go and tell Thea to send someone more useful this time!” “Oh. Oh _thanks_, Liaena” Bella took a step back, to place her hands on her hips and narrow her eyes down at the shorter girl. “I’m _so_ sorry I’m risking my career to save Lennox’s useless ass. If you wanted someone better, maybe she should try and be more popular next time” “Would you two _stop it_—“ The third human in the rapidly developing brawl interjected angrily. This individual was a tall, slightly lanky looking man in priest robes, with an age that clearly outstripped Liaena and her ike, but nowhere near enough to be viewed as ‘mature’ in the eyes in the church white and greybeards. He was also completely ignored by Liaena, who had turned an angry shade of scarlet at Bella’s comment. “So why’d you come then Bella!? Don’t tell me you’d actually started to care about anything. It’d be a first” “I came because Thea guilt-tripped me! And reasons!” Bella spat back. Cocking her head on one side, a nasty thought clearly occurred to her with a nasty smile. “But why don’t you just go by yourself, Li. It couldn't be the Light’s not with you?” “Stop—“ **-BAM-** Liaena’s fist caught Bella squarely in the nose, who looked shocked for a second before delivering a slap across the face back. A moment later, the ‘rescue mission’ had devolved into two girls engaging in a full-on cat-fight, with a wandering guard on the other side of the road clearly wondering if it was worth his while to break up the party.

From atop of her nightsaber, Rithrynn eyed the two human girls as they went at each other with all the fury and bitchy-ness they could muster. The Night Elf had originally carried an expression of surprise, but it had soon turned into a more curios and amused stare as she watched the 'fight' between the human girls, which consisted more of wild flailing, slapping, shrieks and hair-pulling. "You-BITCH!" *BLAM* " ... you vile mouthed cow!" "Owwww, let go! Let go!" On the other side, opposite the fight of Rithrynn was the younger human priest, looking as confused as he was uncomfortable standing next to the fighting girls! "No, girls, p-please. S-s-stop!" He stammered, his arms flailing around before him as he seemed completely unsure what to do! "The l-light teaches p-peace! To love thy neighbor, family and friends! That when struck, to turn the other cheek... " *BAM* " ... instead of striking back." The boy's skin was about to become pale as that of a ghost when the girls were suddenly pulled away from each other, and hoisted up into the air by Rithrynn who had dismounted from Nisha. The nightsaber in question was standing behind her, sniffing curiously at Bella's cloak as if it smelled of fish and potential food. Holding Liaena and Bella in each hand, away from one another, Rithrynn's silvery eyes shifted between the two girls with an amused grin; both of whom were still flailing their arms and legs wildly around in the air as they tried to reach the other in vain. "If you really have so much pent up tension for one another, why not just kiss now and get it over with? We have a mission, and no time to rent a private bed for you two!" * "Step in, ladies, and make yourselves at home." Serphia did not answer the hospitality of the High Elf at first, let alone even acknowledge it as she walked past him and gazed out across the living room. Her sentinels followed shortly behind her, happy to get out of the cold outside for what little time they had before the mission would start. Behind them followed their nightsabers, all of whom went on to assault and tear up one of the guestrooms of which one of the sentinels had opened the door to. "This will be a good forward base of operation." Serphia commented dryly as she finished observing the room, to look down at the High Elf with a small smile. "And the added luxury won't hurt. I am starting to wonder whether your kind practically shits gold, Quel'dorei."

"It's not that hard, actually." Sharon pulled on his shoulder as he gazed back up at Serphia following her comment about the High Elves' remarkable ability to generate gold in general. "All you need is a simple understanding of basic economics, coupled with a skillset that can be commercialized and an adventurous spirit; with some good social graces sprinkled on top." Sharon explained in a peaceful manner as he began to walk towards the center of the living room. "You would be surprised how many people actually lack basic social intelligence and general humility. It has ruined the ventures of many skilled merchants and capitalists." Sharon commented with a smile, looking at nobody in particular as he talked to Serphia. Looking out across the wide window and down towards the harbor, Sharon could see that the sun had almost disappeared completely in the horizon. The red hue and weak light of dusk was soon to give way to the encroaching darkness of the night, as the light had already retracted itself from many yards and alleys down among the docks. From the window, Sharon could see many dockworkers and sailors already on their way home, or to the nearest tavern. Indeed, while the lights from the various different warehouses and administration buildings slowly died out, a few of the more popular taverns and inns by the docks began to light up as the various sailors, dockworkers, administrators and navymen went to look for drinks. "As you can see, Honor's Watch is still under construction. It is not complete yet." Sharon commented as he pointed down towards the imposing fortress that loomed over the harbor from its tall reef. Some of its towers, as well as the main stone buildings were still incomplete, with scaffolding and wooden support structures adorning the sides and tops of some of the fortifications. "That means that beyond the garrison's own soldiers and personnel, we still have to avoid detection by potential night shift workers." Sharon explained, before turning to give Serphia a sharper stare. "And I would prefer if you did not kill any of them. They are just simple contractors, most with family, and do not deserve to die for whatever crimes the White Hand might have on their hands. I do not want our rescue operation turning into a bloodbath." The High Elf knew all too well that however skilled and experienced Serphia and her warriors might have been, concepts such as mercy or even basic rules of engagement might be all but alien to them. It was after all understandable, given the fact that they spent so much time in the forests, where there were no rules. But Sharon would prefer if the cruel rules of nature remained in nature, and were not brought to the city of Stormwind.

"If you really have so much pent up tension for one another, why not just kiss now and get it over with? We have a mission, and no time to rent a private bed for you two!" “….WE ARE NOT A THING, RITHRYNN!” Liaena screamed at the top of her lungs, the guard across from the road from them now wandering away shaking his head. Bella, who had ceased to struggle in Rithrynn’s firm grip, proceeded to give Liaena a very peculiar look. “…well, obviously. Ew.” Resisting the urge to kick Bella for that, or Rithrynn, or possibly both of them, Liaena folded her arms across her chest and glowered until she was finally dumped back onto her feet. The boy, apparently sensing a moment to instil some semblance of authority into the situation, scurried forward to glare in a not-very-ferocious manner and poke a finger down at the two girls. “You two should be ashamed of yourselves. How would you feel if I were to report this to Priestess Thea, exactly!?” He was met with twin deadpan you-have-got-to-be-kidding-me looks in return, before Liaena finally relented with a sigh. “Hi, Liam” “Priest Gray” “…Priest Gray. Fine.” Liaena retorted with a sigh. Mentally, she wondered what the repercussions would be if she had Rithrynn batter both of them down and returned to them to the Cathedral with a ‘returned due to faulty goods’ note. “Why are you here?” “Why am I….I’m here because Ki…Apprentice Lennox has been captured, by cultists. All because you led her into danger. Am I right!?” Liaena managed not to wince at that one, wilting slightly as Liam glowered at her. “…Right” “Right. And as I understand it, this is a time critical mission, yes? But never mind that. Let’s bicker, and whine, and fight.” Priest Gray seethed. Still being held up by Rithrynn, Bella stopped inspecting her nails for a moment to glance over at the pair. “Ooh. Burn.” “And furthermore—“ “Alright! Alright! Fine!” Liaena broke in finally. Giving the other two a final withering look – which was returned with a shrug from Bella – she turned to walk back towards Greymoons holiday home. “Lets go then. We’ll be meeting up with Rithrynn’s warband first” “…Okay. Good.” Liam said cautiously. Straightening up, one could almost see him mentally switching back into ‘responsible qualified superior’ mode as he headed after Liaena. “…This will be going on your permanent record though” “Oh goodie. That ups the average”

Rithrynn gazed down at the three humans with utmost intrigue, seemingly as curious as she was slightly baffled by what she assumed was Liaena's circles. That being, whatever social interaction the girl ever had short of Sharon, herself and her many official and unofficial laboratories that dotted Stormwind. "Don't worry, we don't have to walk!" Rithrynn suddenly said cheerfully to Bella and Liam as the two were currently staring at Liaena's back as the black haired girl had already begun to walk back to Greymoon's resort. Bella was only slightly larger than Liaena, and by no means anywhere near that of a Night Elf in terms of size. Liam on the other hand, the aspiring human priest, seemed little more than skin and bones. Moving a glove behind her to stroke the fur of Nisha, Rithrynn motioned towards her large battle cat with a nod. "I can carry all three of you, no problem!" "Is that... a tiger?" Came a rather nervous question from Liam, as the boy stared at Nisha, quite clearly uncomfortable being in the way of the big, glowing yellow eyes of the nightsaber. Bella seemed to react as well, the girl's eyes widening as she looked at the big animal. Nisha on the other hand let out a slight growl of complaint, turning her head to look up at Rithrynn as if to complain about the potential passenger load; a complaint that was plainly ignored by the Sentinel! "Awww, isn't she adorable?!" Came Bella's voice as the girl's face turned into a lovable smile, and she suddenly walked forward to pet Nisha. Liam was quick to react however, immediately reaching out with a pair of arms to stop Bella from walking straight into Nisha. "No! Are you mad?! The beast will bite your head off!" "Let me go, Liam. This is like the only cool thing that's ever come out of this pointless quest with Rune! I'll be damned if you can keep me from it!" Bella complained back at Liam, the latter obviously being no fan of climbing up onto the back of the menacing looking battle-cat. However, Bella and Liam did not come to any formal agreement before Rithrynn suddenly grabbed them both from on top of Nisha, and placed them behind her. A small, excited squeal came from Bella, which was mirrored by a nervous 'yelp' from Liam as the boy swallowed hard, freezing up completely as if he was utterly afraid to do anything! Liaena, who had been marching with great purpose ahead of them, quite clearly having suffered enough of Bella and Liam's company already; was suddenly snatched and thrown into the saddle beneath Rithrynn's arms. "You have to agree, Li! This is the best way to travel!" Rithrynn exclaimed as Nisha frantically dashed through the streets on all four, reaching a speed that was enough to water their eyes as they zoomed through the somber streets of the city! "Beats the rolling coffins we had earlier!" * "As long as they do not raise arms against us, they have nothing to fear." Serphia replied as she walked up next to Sharon to gaze out across the harbor, her eyes focusing on the little behemoth of a fortress that was Honor's Watch. "I will give it to the apes, they know a thing or two about masonry and stone work." Serphia muttered as her eyes narrowed in on the ramparts and the surrounding scaffolding, being able to pick out some small moving sources of light, presumably from torches. Whether it was civilians or chevaliers who carried them was harder to tell however, in the darkening dusk. "We can take a small raft or rowboat out from between the larger ships docked near the fort, up to the south side of the reef. From there, we'll have the shortest path to the bottom of the scaffolding; which we can use to quickly reach the lower walls. Then we will be in." Serphia said with a thoughtful expression, leaning herself against the window frame before turning to look down at the High Elf. "I hope you have a lead as to where in the construct your friend is. It could take hours to scour the entire interior of the castle, at which point detection will not be a matter of 'if,' but 'when'."

"Well... " Sharon said, biting his lower lips as he eyed the castle. "I have a general clue." "A 'general' clue?" Came the immediate response for the towering Night Elf next to him as Serphia's eyes narrowed down on him. Pulling on his collar a little bit, he gazed back up at her. "Dungeons, and any prisoners held within them; tend to be located at the base of most castles and citadels." Sharon reasoned, channeling the unimpressive architect within himself. Raising an arm, he pointed down at the reef that the castle was situated on top of. "It would not surprise me if they had corridors running down through the reef itself. I see no elevators leading down to their sea entrance, for instance. That means it has to be some kind of system of tunnels to transport goods and personnel from the bottom to the top." Sharon said as he pointed down at the large cove entrance at the toe of the reef, pointing out towards the seaway. He had seen at least one smaller merchant ship enter through that seaway, which convinced him that there must some kind of smaller dock or harbor inside the very reef itself. Although he couldn't help himself but think what poor impression all his assumptions and speculation made on Serphia. The lack of hard facts probably didn't help her confidence in his plan. -------------------------------------------- On the outside of Penance Street 27, a taller, slender figure appeared from the shadows of one of the alleyways. Eyes scanning the row of houses from beneath a large, black leather hat, the woman's eyes remained on Greymoon's resort, which was by far the most luxurious of all the already impressive houses on Penance street. The woman was wearing a long black leather coat, concealing her lower body. Slowly making her way towards the entrance to the garden, she suddenly paused. "Hey! Lassie! Do ye kno where Penance street 23 is?!" Sounded the groggy voice of a dwarf that came walking up behind her. The dwarf in question was none other than "Smokey" Bart Khel, the dwarven demolitions 'expert'. The dwarf carried a deep brown hair, although was completely bald on top of his head, and his beard played host to remnants of what looked like at least three different dinners that the dwarf had enjoyed. Smokey was wearing no more than a simple linen cloak and canvas pants, with a checkered woolen shirt. However, over his clothes he carried at least four different satchels strapped to a leather raiment over his torso, with a heavy backpack on his back. Although said containers were closed, it was still possible to see the occasional butt of a dynamite sticking out through the various containers to hint at his explosive cargo. And in his hands, he held a large, smooth-bore musket. "I'm looking for some fancy fella named Sharon Dei-something. He lives around here." At first, the woman did not answer the dwarf; merely staring at him with two deep blue eyes from beneath her hat. But eventually, she tilted her head slightly to the side, revealing her brown hair. "If you would but look up, you would see that this is Penance Street 27, not 23. And Sharon is here." "Oh? Really! I thought for sure it was... waitt'a, you're 'ere to meet the elf too?" Smokey suddenly exclaimed, increasing his grip around his smoothbore musket. "Yer' no poncy Night Elf! Are ye tryin' tha steal me contract?!" Smokey had begun to raise the bore of his musket up towards the woman, only to halt when she immediately produced a smaller and loaded crossbow from her coat which she pointed right down at the dwarf. "Don't." "What's going on here?!" Sounded the voice of Fran, the gold bearded and red caped dwarf appearing behind the couple. Fran barely had time to look at both of them before he suddenly found himself the target of both the woman's crossbow as well as Smokey's musket, all of which were aimed at the confused Red Vanguard. "Fran? The bloody hell are you doing here?" Smokey exclaimed! "Bart? Me ancestors... aren't you with the White Hand? What are ye doing here?" Fran asked, hands raised. "They skipped their last payment. I'm getting a new job!" "Then what are... " But Fran did not have time to ask his question as the attention of both Smokey and the mysterious woman immediately turned to the noise of a nightsaber rapidly approaching them at the gate!

“This – is not – the best way to travel!” Liaena hissed back, clinging on like a limpet to Rithrynn’s arm. A horse, or perhaps even a carriage would suit her better, any day of the week. There at least she had control over the vehicle, as opposed to being bundled around like a piece of luggage. She might have complained more if it were not for the presence of Bella in the immediate vicinity, conspicuously very much enjoying the ride with far more style than she was herself. “This is amaaaazing! Why don’t we have these things!?” “Would you please put your hands down!?” With a final snarl, Nisha screeched to a halt outside Graymoons mansion as she plonked her arse down into the slush sharply. Liaena was saved from going flying by Rithrynn, poised expertly in her seat, while Bella and Liam barely avoided going flying over the Night Elfs head; a move that would have resulted in them impacting the gate with some considerable velocity. “I swear to the Light, I am not riding this thing on the way back. I’d sooner have to outrun Sherpa’s forces” Liaena climbed out of the saddle with not a small amount of grump, a mood only marginally lessened by the admittedly extreme swiftness in which they had made the journey. Landing on her feet in the slush, she turned around to be confronted by three extra individuals to their party, two of which she recognised, one of which she did not. “YOU!” Smokey roared as he brought his musket around, before coughing and glancing at the mansion as he made a big show of pointing it at the ground again, occasionally shooting death glares at Liaena. “…Yer lucky I be working for dat fella of yours, ya wee rat. But there will be a reckonin’, ho yes. There will be…” Liaena blinked, before coughing slightly as she made a big show of inspecting Smokey closely. “…Oh, I’m sorry, have we met before? Hi Fran” “Evenin’ Lass” Fran responded in a trace of amusement in his tone, torn between confusion at the situation and relief that at least one of the weapons that had been pointed at him, now was not. “Did yeh get tha’ backup you wanted?” “Eh…” Liaena said vaguely, glancing over her shoulder. Bella was still cooing over Nisha as Rithrynn dragged open the gate, Liam having immediately put several meters between himself and the big cat the moment his feet touched the ground. Regardless of her feelings on the matter, the girl was inclined to feel that disavowing her companions would cause far more trouble than not. “….sorta” At that, she turned to the final person waiting at the gate, the woman she had failed to recognise. Liaena eyed her with frank suspicion as she stepped through the gate to head towards the house. “Do I know you?”

"You remind me more of a philosopher, High Elf." Serphia commented dryly as she gazed down at Sharon. "All pure logic and models of reasoning, but absent physical realities." Serphia was not about to comment on the High Elf's knowledge of human architecture, given that however abysmal it might possibly have been, her own understanding of monkey constructs would hardly be any more epic. "Mistress, Sister Syn'Dial has returned! And she brought a lot of company?" Turning around, Serphia's eyes narrowed on the sentinel that had just run into the living room and was currently pointing at the front door. "How much aide was that human church supposed to send exactly?" "There's six people with her. Her black haired midget pet is one of them." "I see. Let's go and say hello. I would hate for this... brother of yours, to surprise us in a preemptive strike." Serphia said as she looked back down at Sharon with a slight smile, before the towering Night Elven Captain trailed through the room to head towards the corridor to the front door; moving a hand to the handle of one of her swords as she passed out of the room. On the outside, Rithrynn had just managed to herd Nisha through the front gate; with Bella close in tow, excessively patting and cuddling with Nisha as if it had been a simple house-cat, not a battle-cat. The nightsaber in particular seemed conflicted about the whole ordeal. On one side, she enjoyed the great attention and cuddling she was receiving from Bella, but then again, Bella was not anywhere near as big or menacing as that of a Night Elf. But should that pose a problem? As they walked towards the front door, it suddenly swung open as Serphia appeared in the doorway, an armed sentinel at each of her side. And if one were to look up, one would see that a third sentinel had already positioned herself on top of the balcony, bow in hand as she looked down at them. Whatever calm or soft demeanor Serphia had possessed inside Greymoon's little mansion had long since dissipated, to give way for a much darker, more intimidating stare as she looked down at the newcomers. "I want names, and I want purpose!" Serphia was quick to demand, as her silvery eyes glowered across the group. "I'm Ri,-" "Not you, idiot!" Serphia was quick to interrupt Rithrynn as the sentinel had been about to speak, her eyes quickly returning to the rest of the strangers. "I know less than half of you, and it's making me uncomfortable!"

“Do I know you?” Sensing no danger, the woman retracted her crossbow back beneath her coat when Liaena asked. Turning her head to look down at the slightly shorter, black haired girl, she simply stared at her for a moment. "No. You don't." The coated woman answered with a disaffected voice, gazing down at Liaena with a neutral expression. But even though her face was unmoving, her blue eyes were much more alive; looking like they were scanning every single part of Liaena's body with deadly curiosity. But it was a brief curiosity, as the woman turned her head around to look towards the front door, having seemingly lost any interest in Liaena already. That was when the door of the house opened, and the towering presence of Serphia then loomed over them like a dark cloud! Fran and Smokey immediately stopped when they saw the big Night Elf, with Smokey instinctively reaching down with a hand to protect his groin. "Do not worry, they are friends." Sharon's voice suddenly sounded behind Serphia, as the High Elf squeezed himself out between Serphia and one of her sentinels as they almost blocked off the doorway completely. Walking out into the garden, Sharon's eyes quickly fell on Fran. "This is Fran, a man who's hatred of the White Hand almost matches that of my love, Liaena Rune. And this is... " Turning to Smokey, Sharon hesitated for a moment. "Bart Khel, a... recent associate of mine. Qualified Dwarven demolition expert, assured to solve any physical obstructions that we might encounter." Finally, Sharon's eyes dawned on the quiet woman standing next to Liaena, who in return gazed at him from beneath her heavy leather hat. "And this is Specialist De'Roje Alissah, who... " "Could you please speak any louder, Sharon? I'm afraid that child can only hear half of what you are saying." The woman, supposedly named Alissah, said with a slightly irritated tone as she raised a hand to point with her thumb over her shoulder at one of the windows of the house on the opposite end of the street, in which one of the windows featured the face of a very curious blond haired kid glued to the frame, barely above seven, who stared down at the strange congregation that had gathered outside of Greymoon's house. " ... please?" "Ahem, yes, duly noted... " Sharon replied, slightly pulling in the metal collar of his breastplate before he turned to Serphia. "Let's continue inside, shall we?" The High Elf suggested, raising his arms to slightly push Serphia and the sentinel next to her back inside of the corridor, while secretly praying that she wouldn't kick him right out of the house. Serphia was just the kind of person that he imagined wouldn't be too averted to potentially occupying a house simply because she could. Indeed, he wasn't even sure if he could ever remove her warband from his own house without her own consent.

Liaena eyed the woman with slightly baleful intent as the latter immediately followed Sharon into the building, the younger girl trailing them both. It had taken about a minute of sharing the same air space with Specialist De'Roje Alissah for Liaena to decide that she didn’t like her. “…Hey Li” Bella, having finally released Nisha (who looked a bit put out with a grumble) sidled up to Liaena to whisper to her. Not that whispering would do any good at all given their present company of course, in a house full of Night Elves. Rithrynn in particular was walking quite close to them both. “…is that your boyfriend? Really?” Even under the circumstances, Liaena couldn’t help but feel more than a little smug at the astonishment in her peers tone, straightening her back slightly as she walked. “Yes.” “….” “…..sooo, what did you use on him?” “what?” the girl muttered as she gave Bella an odd look, only to see her waggling her eyes brows as she gave Liaena’s satchel a meaningful stare. “…I did not. Use anything. On him.” “Suuure” Liaena ground her teeth at the blatant sarcasm as she rounded on Bella, extremely sensitive of their proximity to Alissah, Sharon, Rithrynn and any other Night Elf in the house who bothered to care. “For Light’s sake, how old are you? We’ve got a job to do, in case you’d forgotten!” “Yes, quite” Liam remarked sharply from her other side, making it fairly blatant just how not-subtle their part whispered, part hissed conversation had been. “For once we’re in agreement, so focus, Silva” “…Oh come on, there’s nothing even happening yet…” After shooting a slightly surprised glance at Priest Gray as he took her side, Liaena darted forward to leave a quietly grousing Bella behind and circumvent Alissah to fall into step at Sharon’s side. Still with slightly flushed cheeks, she shot him an apologetic look as he looked down at her, before querying the numbers of people walking behind them with her eyes. “Ah…are we waiting for anyone else?”

Noticing Liaena as the smaller girl scurried up beside him as they entered the living room, Sharon threw her a soft smile. "No, with the arrival of the two mercs, I believe all of us should be accounted for." Sharon answered as he approached the table in the center of the room, where a large map that spanned the entire width of the table lay. The map seemed to be the blueprints of the ramparts of the castle, Honor's Watch, giving a hand written aerial view-illustration of the top of the castle. "Thanks to the help of Greymoon, I was able to requisition an old blueprint of the design of the castle that we are about to infiltrate." Sharon explained as he stopped next to the table. "Unfortunately, this is not an up-to-date version, and there may be slight modifications in the actual fortifications." Sharon motioned through the window, down at Honor's Watch which rested on its reef by the end of the harbor, looking quite peaceful and serene under moonlight. "Fran, is everything set?" The High Elf then asked, his attention turning to Fran who was standing with the rest of the crowd that had gathered in the living room. "Aye! We've got a mob of more than 100 well soaked, strong lads back at the alehouse, none of whom hold any great love for the bloody lillies. Soon we'll rally them, and then we'll trash their stupid offices in the Cathedral District!" Nodding, Sharon turned to look at the rest of the group as he pointed with an arm to Fran. "Indeed. As you may have heard, the Red Vanguard will provide the distraction while we infiltrate the fort. With any lucky, it will draw both the attention and a lot of White Hand mercenaries away from Honor's Watch while we search for Kathlin Lennox." Sharon smiled, the High Elf looking genuinely excited for the mission. He had been cramped up in his office for too long, and the thought of finally being able to throw himself into harms way in what would hopefully be an action-filled rescue mission made his adventurer blood tingle. "As for the infiltration, we will launch a two-pronged entrance to the fort, divided into two groups, lead by,-" Sharon suddenly paused for a moment, noticing the absolutely vile look that he was receiving from Serphia, and quickly readjusted his words. " ... centered around me and Liaena. Group one will be me, the Night Elves, Khel and Alissah. This will be the group that approaches from the sea, using the side of the reef to climb to the lowermost section of the fortifications. But we need at least one light wielder in each group. Liaena, how do you intend to deploy the church's finest on this mission?" Sharon asked at the end with a slightly amused tone, as his eyes drifted towards Priest Gray and Apprentice Bella.

Serphia gained a small, satisifed smile as Sharon was soon to correct himself in his speech. The Night Elves had split out into a half circle around the table, although a lot of their eyes were focusing on the five newcomers, in particular the dwarf who was openly carrying a bag of explosives, and the much reserved figure of Alissah, both of whom received many suspicious glares. "Wait, Li is going to lead her own group?" Rithrynn suddenly asked, her eyes jumping quizzically between Sharon and Liaena. " ... does she even know how to climb?" " ... " "I mean, agility is not her strong suit!" Serphia gazed down at Rithrynn, the Captain standing next to the Sentinel, but made no visible effort to intrude on Rithrynn's sudden commentary. Instead, the Captain turned her attention towards the non-Night Elves in the room, giving them a narrow glare. "I believe that one of my warriors touches on a very important detail. How many in this room can actually scale those walls?" Serphia asked as she pointed out through the window, down at the harrowing sight of the steep, black stone walls on the side of the reef that Honor's Watch was situated on. It was quite obvious, even from kilometers away, that the sides of the reef were not suitable for first-grade climbers. Or second. Or third! Perhaps fourth-grade climbers could stand a chance, assuming they didn't mind a high probability of death by 'squish' caused by gravity. "If you were hoping that we will just open the front gate once inside, you are wrong."

Liaena gave Rithrynn a sidelong dark glare as the Night Elf butted in to discuss her wall-climbing expertise in front of the room full of observers. Coughing slightly to insert herself into the conversation as Serphia finished, she stepped forward to the table. “I won’t be climbing the wall. I’ll be going in by air, with….” Here Liaena turned slightly, to study askance the two she had brought with her. When choosing, it was a close run race between who she least wanted to associate herself with, who would actually be the most useful….and whose grief with her plan would provide the most schadenfreude “….Bella” “What!?” Bella protested in surprise. A quick glance around the table she was standing at clearly proved that everyone else standing there had already been selected by Sharon for Team A, with the sole exception of herself, Liam and Liaena. “I don’t want to go with you! I’ll go in with the Night Elves. Pick Liam” “You’re too fat for them to carry you, sorry” Liaena snapped back, before returning to looking around the room. “We’ll be creating a distraction inside the castle to draw people away from the side you lot will be getting in from. I’ll make sure that they’re all looking the other way” “Then I’ll be going in with the Night Elves” Liam observed, standing slightly away from the table at the window to look down at the castle below. Turning back to the group, his already pale skin had lightened even further to a milky grey, however he noticeably stiffened his back and his jaw as he looked up at Serphia. “I…may require some assistance with the climb, Ma’am” “Oh, they’ll carry you like a piece of luggage” Liaena observed, with the caustic tone of one who had been subjected to luggagedom on many, many occasions in the past. The girl rummaged in her satchel for a moment – provoking many knee-jerk manoeuvres from Night Elves who swung around to train weapons on her – to produce a large clear bottle full of some white opaque liquid that strongly resembled milk to place it on the table. “…..” “What’s that?” Serphia asked coldly after a pause, where no explanation was immediately forthcoming. “An antidote” “…You have those!?” “I have been known to bother on occasion, yes” Liaena remarked dryly to Rithrynn, as the one who had asked the incredulous question. The girl eyed the potion sitting on top of the table, before pointing a finger at it. “Everyone who is going in, needs to take some of that. I’m going to be using some stuff that’ll give the Hand some serious problems, and the last thing I need is you lot getting caught up in it too. Is that clear?”

"The cliff-sides will not be an obstacle." Alissah commented dryly as she observed them from the corner of the room. Smokey, who was the one standing the closest to the enigmatic women, jerked on his shoulder before producing an odd wooden contraption featuring two pedal like levers on each side. "If ye would but carry a rope up with ye, it won't be an issue for me either." Smokey commented with a large smile as he held the contraption and a bundle of rope up to the stoic Alissah. "Of all here, I've probably got the biggest load to carry." The woman merely stared down at the rugged dwarf in return, her grey eyes narrowing as she observed the dwarf. Not receiving any answers, Smokey raised an arm. "Come on, lass; it's no big deal! I had better teamplayers in my last outfit, and they were all idiots!" Smokey began to complain, the dwarf raising the volume of his voice! Simply continuing to stare back at him for a moment, Alissah eventually extended a hand out from her coat to accept the rope. "Very well, dwarf... " Having observed the quarreling duo that was supposed to be his hired aide resolve their conflict on their own, Sharon returned his attention to Liaena and the Sentinels. Perhaps the first thing he noticed was the absolute suspicion that penetrated the eyes of the Night Elves as they stared down at the antitode that had been produced by Liaena as if it had been poison! Deciding to step in before any exaggerated accusations of conspiracy or trickery could be levied against Liaena by the zealous elves, Sharon picked up the bottle for all the Night Elves to see as he turned to Serphia. "Once we leave for the castle, I will take the first sip. Do not worry, the contents are entirely safe." Sharon assured the Night Elves, hosting his best smile while hoping that his confidence in Liaena would rub off on the Night Elves. "Then we each have our purpose. Liaena will take Bella with her through her airborne entry, while I will accompany Serphia's elves, Liam and our mercs on the climb." Sharon explained to the rest of the group, before turning to look back at Serphia. "I am no seasoned climber I'm afraid. But I can shrink myself down and accompany you that way." Sharon proposed, albeit a little bit hesitantly. Perhaps when it came to the risks of shrinking oneself around Night Elves, no one knew it better than Sharon; thanks in no small part to Rithrynn. He doubted he'd get Serphia to carry both a full sized Liam and Sharon, with all his fancy armor and gear. However, it was a compromise that he was willing to make. "What's the worst that could happne?"

Serphia had folded her arms as Sharon had rallied to defend Liaena's potion. Truly, it made her nothing but skeptical whenever the devious little monkey produced anything from her insidious satchel. Even if the human's intentions had been completely noble, she still wouldn't blindly trust the girl. Granted, the High Elf's willingness to sacrifice himself in case the potion was a fluke or had any unforeseen side effects was enough for her to accept it. After all, if the potion should somehow lead to a spontaneous internal combustion with the imbiber, it would just be Sharon, and not one of her Night Elves that burst into flames. However, the High Elf's last suggestion of shrinking himself when coming along with them made Serphia suddenly raise an eyebrow in surprise at Sharon. "That would make it more practical, Quel'Dorei... " Serphia spoke with a more softer tone, looking down at the High Elf on the other end of the table with a more approving look. Indeed, having to drag the High Elf alongside his armor up the cliff side of the wet reef would be a task that she would very well prefer to avoid. Rithrynn on the other hand, who had been standing next to Serphia, reacted immediately by spinning around the table to lean over Sharon on the opposite side of Liaena! "Don't worry, Shaw! I'll take great care of you during the mission!" Rithrynn beamed down on him with a humongous smile, placing her hands around his shoulder. A couple of whispers and some low snickering emanated from the Night Elves in the room as they watched Rithrynn cling to Sharon, with what seemed like great amusement. Of the members from Rithrynn's warband, Serphia seemed to be the only one retaining a blank, yet slightly fuddled expression. The Captain's eyes shifted from Rithrynn, to Sharon, over to Liaena and back again to Rithrynn, as if she was genuinely unsure whether or not to exercise her indiscriminate authority, or simply not care at all.
