Violet growls in frustration as they rip apart her shadow string and she then presses her hands to the steps. She rips the shadows from the upper ten steps and puls them into her vial. The steps turn to dust immediately and she takes the shadows she got from them and forms a large barrier wall. She pushes the wall forward and she thrusts her hands forward, throwing the wall down the steps toward them. That wall is almost as solid as concrete. She grins and pulls the shadows off some more steps for safe keeping

Ryan just continued observing everyone from the top of the hill. " How are we doing so far on points?" He asked out loud.

"Who do you think is winning dimwit?" Jinx yells up at him. "Your team has been the only one up there so far."

Jack was beyond stunned. He had been loosely paying attention as it all began, much to the teams detriment. But when the sound burst hit he was thrown off balance hard, taking a serious hit of vertigo. After he finally recovered and looked about, he saw Violet scrambling to the top wounded. He wanted to go after the one who did it, but he had to stay focused on the goal. He took the time to plan out his next move as carefully as possible, hoping to avoid as much as he could and give the enemy a good hit. He saw his opportunity finally when Violet made her shadow wall. Vector went full costume and prepared himself by charging his energies. He sprinted forward at a high speed, the terrain not really bothering him as he glided straight at the wall. And went through it. Vector would have vibrated his body rapidly, causing his molecules to become unstable and granting him temporarily intangibility. He slipped right through the wall and reappeared, spinning wildly at his top speed and sending a couple twisters the rest of the way up. The Cyclones would twist around one another and make straight for Violet and her team, slightly damaging the terrain as they went like small tornadoes. If they made contact, it would blow them around and cause general disarray, as well as a painful landing if they aren't careful. Vector would circle them slowly, for him at least, and watch for their reactions.

As they continued to run. Ariella noticed a big shadow wall being pushed down to the hill where her team was going up. This made Ariella a little mad. It was a competition but this was just getting out of hand! Ariella ran towards the wall and.threw both of her hands infront of her as it caused the center of the shadow wall to explode as a hole was made and her team can go right through it. Ariella continued to run, angry now.

Molly sees the shadow wall bearing down on her team as well as the piercing, horrid noise coming from Dimitri that made her stomach swim with nausea. She could only grimace as she began to feel sick, either she was going to be flattened and become a new red smear on this lovely pyramid, or she was going to puke or do something worse to make a different coloured smear on the pyramid. With a growl, she scooped up a collection of the small beads that James made into one hand and attributed a weak gravitational pull to a few of them, causing a very uniform ball to be formed. With a twist of her other arm, she made another in the other hand, letting down her field to concentrate her power on the metal spheres she now held. She looked back to her teammates with a grimace and shouts, "Anyone think they can stop that wall? I ain't built for this, and I don't have my hammer!" Her voice was wavering, slightly surprised. With a grunt and a great leap, she lifts herself into the air for but a second, enough to clear the wall just barely, as it clipped her foot and sent her spinning to the ground. It was a second later that she noticed the hole that Ariella had made and kicked herself for it. As she recovered, she took aim at both Dimitri and James, and with a flex of her fingertips, sent two balls of metal beads hurtling towards them at a speed slightly slower than that of a baseball pitching machine, intending to knock them back and break Dimitri's concentration on his sound.

Violet glares at Jack. Well, they are on different teams. She quickly side steps the tornadoes and runs toward Jack. Sliding between his legs, she creates a rope out of shadow and hooks his ankles, pulling him to the ground. She then flips him over and pins his arms above his head. She grins at him and says, "Pinned." She smiles at him before noticing his tornadoes coming towards them. She smiles down at him, still sitting above him, and says,"That's going to suck if you get hit by your own creation."

Jack would smile and shrug, vibrating until one of his arms reaches out of the bindings and grabs hold of Violet, whirling around to bind her to himself. "Not if it hits you too." The tornado would be a mere second from making contact with the two of them, and Jack wouldn't be fighting it. The other twisters would close in on those perched at the top of the hill.

Violet smiles up at him and says, "You forget, Vector. The name's Shadow for a reason." She takes a deep breath and suddenly, she becomes like a shadow herself. She floats into the ground underneath him and slides back behind him before coming solid once again. Using some of her extra shadows, she quickly wraps his arms and legs before winking at him and standing a good distance away. "Good luck, Vector."

Vector would shake his head at her. "And you obviously have short term memory loss." The twister would hit Vector and throw him straight up. He would vibrate and become intangible, floating out of the bindings and spinning within the tornado, picking up speed. He would be swirling his hands rapidly as he spun, a miniature vortex forming in them and becoming a baseball sized sonic boom in his hands. He would hit the ground and throw it like a professional player, straight at the ground next to Violet, hoping the burst would throw her away and stun her for a time. At the least it should stumble her pretty hard.

Violet stares at him as he averts danger once again before suddenly she's stunned by his sonic boom. With the lack of blood still flowing to her head and the dizziness, the boom knocks her unconscious for a moment, but that was the worst moment of her day. She drops unconscious so close to the edge of the pyramid that she rolls off. She wakes up just in time to catch the edge of the pyramid but she doesn't have enough strength to pulls herself back up.

"I'm stuck with the other team, guys!" Jami yelled as Bear held on. She would jump off to help him, but the tiny beads rolling down the hill would automatically make her slip. She waited until they stopped, then jumped off and shrunk Bear. She started to run towards the defense, climbing up.

Dimitri clucked his tongue as Vector recovered and came into the competition in an unfortunately large way. "Twisters!? You made TWISTERS?! Oh come o-" *CLANG*. Dimitri was cut off as a rather large metal sphere struck him in the gut, knocking the air out of him with a loud 'whoof'. Dimitri fell back and clutched his stomach instinctively despite his lack of nerve endings. The cyborg lay stunned for a few seconds before he finally raised his head and lifted his hands, then grimaced at the baseball sized dent in his abdominal region, "That's gonna be a two person fix...joy.". Dimitri slowly stood to his feet once more and wheezed a bit, chalking the dent up as another reason not to feel as bad for his previous attack. Once more Dimitri made his way towards the top of the pyramid, being mindful of the cyclones that twisted about, flinging debris in their wake like so much rubbish. He glanced at each of his opponents, then, thinking quickly, ran diagonally until Vector and Ariella were lined up. "Upping the ante this time. Sorry about this man." Dimitri said as he aimed at Vector and fired another low frequency dB blast to nauseate his target. This was perfect for Dimitri, he knew that there was a high likelihood of Vector moving out of the way, however if he did, then his teammate would suffer the consequences.

Perched atop the little fort he made James waited as the torrents of wind approached. he tossed a few pellets at them and watched where they went. It wasn't an exact science but it was manageable. Anchoring himself down he barely managed to see the metal ball hurdling toward him. Bringing his hand up he destroyed most oh it but some slipped through his fingers and hit him in the shoulder. Were he not already held down he would have fallen for sure. It hurt like hell though. The impact did make him reevaluate his plan though. It could potentially harm his teammates. He needed another option. The thrashing from the wind was making it a bit harder to think as well. He was a target and everyone could spot him right now. Bingo. The tornadoes turned dark and started throwing ash everywhere cutting visibility to mere feet. He might not be able to see, but neither could anyone else. Except Violet perhaps, now that there was a cloud cutting out the light.

Jami found it hard to climb the defenses her own team set up, but she got halfway. She placed Bear on the wall, and the teddy bear crawled over to her head and used it as a step stool. He jumped up, getting over the defense and onto the other side.

Molly took the initiative of the newly appearing ash clouds and the lack of focus on her as a sign, and bolstered her resolve to move forward. With step after cautious step, she advanced slowly, reaching the peak relatively unseen by the opponents under the cover of the clouds. In the back of her mind all she could hear was, 'Keep moving, keep moving, keep moving.' as she trudged to the top and stopped. There were others up here, others not on her team. Getting points for their team. That needed to change. With a quick leap into the air, Molly brought her fists down onto the ground and unleashed a wave of force upon the opposing team, desperate to go on the offensive now instead of cowering behind defenses. There was a high-pitched whine that transitioned into a full, machinelike sound as a wave of warped air flew forward like a wave rushing to the shore, aiming to sweep or disturb the others on the peak that weren't on her team.

Jack would have nearly exclaimed when he nailed his target, until he saw Violet roll off the edge and nearly fall. He had a moment to think as he fell. He saw the havoc that was brought on at the top, and he knew he could make his move if he acted now. But... Against his better judgement, and almost oblivious of the blast that headed his way, he moved to the end of the pyramid and planted a foot firmly in the ground as he grabbed Violet's hand and hauled her up onto the edge. "Other team or not, I'll save all of you before I let you fall." Jack hoped she wouldn't capitalize on this moment, but he was prepared if she were to do so.

Jami heard something crash behind the barrier, and she started to climb quicker. She felt more energetic. Bear was down. She finally jumped over the defense and grabbed her teddy bear, sacrificing energy to bring him back. "Right. I'm getting tired, so we might have to wait until you get better. For now, let's get up to the top!" she said to him, picking him up and charging up.

Ariella continued to run to the top of the hill. Everyone was attacking everyone at once and that started to get pretty annoying and awful. People could actually get hurt! As she ran, she noticed Jack going to help a member from the other team. "What....?" And then she threw both of her hands causing the dB attacks's molcules to speed up rapidly as it sent the dB blast back to Dimitri. This was a skill that Ariella rarely used. She could actually reverse attacks by speeding up the molecules rapidly, causing it to send a shockwave to that specific attack and sending it flying back to the opponent.

It was organized chaos, everyone had picked a target and was raising hell to take them out. He was advancing when Shadow sent down a wall, he was about to retreat when Ariella blasted a hole through it which he proceeded to jump through. After clearing the hole he glanced back to see Shadow towards the bottom of the pyramid with Jack helping her up. He didn't have time to deal with that, his target was James. With most of the opposing team's defenses down he focused on their power player, reaching the top he immediately bolted for James before lunging at him and tackling him to the ground. Throughout all of this he said nothing, his facial expressions were Nome to be had. Yet the entire time he was feeling a myriad of emotions: anger, frustration, rage, even a but of happiness as he reached to top of the pyramid. If he could hold down James long enough for the rest of his team to get up here they could come back for a win.
