I'm not sure at the moment. The sheet isn't really sparking to life just yet and these things just don't turn out right if I try to force it.
No pressure, you got time. Let me know if you have any questions or need help with something.

Good to hear, yeah I have stopped GMing until the summer, joys of exams and other commitments. Duck keeps pestering me to start one or join his but with this and a couple of 1x1s I think I have enough RPs. Overall though I havent been to bad, making yourself a family? The von Hoffendolts are always a good friend to have.

Thats alright, took me a little time to get a history together and even so the end of mine feels kinda forced so I am thinking of rewriting bits already.

Cheers mate, it's not so much not understanding it as per just not feeling a solid idea for a family. I'll let you know.

Okay, a family tree, history (I butchered the last one a bit) and list of current holdings is up. Please let me know if I need to change anything and I can elaborate on other peoples history if needs be as I only covered heads of the house.

Only heads of the house are mandatory so you're good. The others are more or less for the story purposes and details.

This is really interesting. I'll start making a character application now, assuming there is room left.

I actually had two exams. English for economists and Economical mathematics. I'm waiting for results with high hopes :D There's a second part of both exams in about a week but don't worry, I will start the RP by then.

Guys, I've thought about adding some modifiers, mostly regarding battle. Modifiers would give certain effects based on several different things and would happen either through an event or would be randomly given to a person through PM by me. What do you think about this? Also, should I reveal them or keep them private so it comes more as a surprise gift? The events in particular depend on how people are Roleplaying.

I think that would be a great idea. As to whether or not they should be private, I think it depends on the situation honestly.

@Durandel The event would be announced as it would be long term. Modifiers would be private as they are for one use only (with one or two exceptions). @VoiD Excellent! Looking forward to reading it. I am currently working out four-month wages for each troop type. I have made a list of things that bring in the ducats and will figure out how much each will give according to the wages.

Well for our house head we could pick traits like each 2 positive traits match to a lower one or stuff like how they do for CK2 Also sorry still somewhat sick.

Sure, this is allowed. Describe your family members, it will give more depth to the RP. Erm, would it be too much to use tables for information on population numbers, manpower and revenues? Like this:
It looks a bit bland, I know, but it's just for information purposes.

It's not too heavy on the eyes, is it? I planned on doing this for all five counties and then just sum up for the duchy. I already have the numbers, I'm just thinking what's the best way to present them. I also have troop trees and wages as well as businesses (for Edlers), mines and agriculture revenues on paper. Each can be upgraded for higher income.

Since its more about usefulness that aesthetic beauty it looks fine and is easy to navigate. Just a point to make, how is income for a count going to work??? Because, for example, the Burgrave of Manburg gets 1125, how much goes to the count??? Since the Burgrve needs to make some. Again, that same point works with the count's income to the duke.

I will use percentage. For example, the amount of taxes gained from places is exactly one quarter of a pound per citizen and the highest tax would be 1 pound, though at serious risk of an uprising. Counts receive percentage of taxes from all the towns, castles and villages in the county and a percentage of all those taxes collected by counts goes to the duke. If the tax percentage is, say 20%, looking at County of Manburg who's revenue is a total of 9000, 1800 would go to the Count while the rest would be in collected by the owners of the places. 40% of what Count collected (720 pounds) would go to the Duke. Von Rittenburgs own Manburg, Rittenberg, Alfenau, Bauerdorf, Granzfurt, Grafenschlag and Gerungen. All of these (except for Alfenau) are in the county of Manburg so it's mostly useless to take taxes from them as they go into the same 'bank account'. The combined revenue from assets from Manburg county is 5350, plus Alfenau minus the taxes to the count, it would be around 5400 in total. This is without the mines. BUT, keep in mind that these are YEARLY taxes. So this is the amount you get after 3 RL days while you have to be paying your troops daily. In short, these 5400 pounds have to cover costs of troops over three RL days. PS: You guys don't have to worry with numbers too much, I will do most of the calculating myself in the reports every 6 days though it's probably useful to keep track before hiring troops. If the costs are too large it could lead to some undesirable events.

That sounded complicated. Anyway, just now for the first time since I thought about doing this calculating system I've actually thought it's going to be great, because I finally got the clue how it will all play out, and trust me guys, it's pretty great. I just tested out how my army would look with the revenue that I have calculated and it's going to be tough, so it would be extremely necessary to have a full treasury in order to always be able to wage war. Also, as I've said already, there will be upgrades on how to increase your income but these upgrades cost as well so it should be interesting to watch how people will spend their money. I'm about as excited as a girl scout at this point.
