Name: Ellis Val Sonata. Age: She claims to have 18, though many think she is younger. Race: Human. Personality: Ellis is someone quite monotone in the way she talks, showing no emotion neither in her expressions or her words. However, this doesn't mean she is emotionless, rather, she does indeed have lots of emotions, and most of them are full of perverted-ness. Do not be fooled by her child-like exterior, since inside her resides one of the most perverted creatures that have ever walked through Earth, and one with a really odd sense of modesty too. She has no sense of decency whatsoevr and kisses everyone she meets the first time she does. She is also quite the oddball, often saying she is in fact, a succubus. She also likes to play tricks and annoy other people, mostly those she would consider her rivals. She prepares traps, pranks and things of the like to infuriate others, often getting out of line because of them. While some thought at first that it was a childish attempt to get attention, they were proved wrong after people tried to shower her with enough attention for her to be satisfied, but that changed nothing, as Ellis had only acquired easier targets for her pranks, as well as favorite victims for them. Ellis continues to prank others even to this day, and often gets on the nerves of others just by using her sharp tongue. Name: Jason Ford. Age: 21 (Born; 23 October, 2029) Gender: Male Class: Human Appearance: Jason Jason stands at an impressive 5'10, and weighs around 145 pounds. His most prominent physical trait are his dark brown, long hair which he seldom wraps in a ponytail of sorts. His eyes possess a brownish, hazel color. In terms of clothes, he favors long coats, scarfs and jeans, but is able to adapt depending on the season and the weather. He also has a thing for dull, darker colors, which is what you'd expect from a man who was imprisoned all his life. As for his physique, he is rather skinny and isn't much fond of exercise, which is odd taking into account he has a big appetite. Background: Originating from the United States, Jason was born as the legitimate son of Benedict and Chantry Ford. Due to his father occupying a very crucial position in the US cabinet, their family had enough wealth and privileges to give the Queen of England a run for her money. Unfortunately, the young Ford learned it the hard way that money doesn't equal happiness. Since the get-go, his father had kept him in isolation, stripping him off the chance to make friends and even brainwashing him by thoroughly explaining the disadvantages of sentiment. Every single day after school, he'd sent a chauffeur to pick the boy up, designed a strict diet especially for him and every evening, he would put his intelligence to a test. But even though intelligent, Jason still couldn't comprehend his father's behavior and his obsession with staying healthy. Everything came together in a December night of 2037. An eight year old Jason was invited to a fancy, but secluded place, along with his father, where he was explained the reason why his childhood was robbed of him. Ever since the discovery of the Pure Energy, there were several independent and government organizations who wanted to know the truth about it and the machine that made sure the dust spread out; Madou. The United States had gathered a few pieces of the puzzle, and they were paranoid. The encrypting programs they had designed to store intel proved to be less than effective in the past, so they couldn't trust a secret so big at the hands of machines. That's where Jason came in. The strict diet, the evening games, the strict 'no friend' rules were all stages of a grueling mental training that was supposed to expand the boy's memory repository until it eventually developed eidetic capabilities. He was a vessel, an organic machine, marked to carry government secrets. He was a safe bet, taking into account no human, no matter how cunning and smart, would ever suspect that a child was capable of storing large amounts of information. Benedict's path to raising a child led to several disagreements between him and his wife, Chantry. She was against keeping the child in isolation, while he justified his actions by claiming the boy was a national treasure. Fast forward a few months, and the Ford couple filed for a divorce, with Benedict arranging to have full custody over the child. That didn't fare well with Chantry, but she didn't commit anything heinous, choosing to live with her burden instead. Of course, a normal human could only hold so much. Ten years later, one bright Wednesday, an aging Chantry made a run before the U.S senate and began listing everything she knew about her husband's dirty work, including the secret about her only son. She couldn't reveal enough before she was hit by a knockout round on her neck, but she did enough to warrant an immediate evacuation. Later that Wednesday, at night, Jason was booked a flight to Japan, but not before being forced to undertake a 'therapy session', which was in fact a hypnotic memory wipe. Traces of the Pure Energy and Madou were totally eliminated, while there was still something left concerning his family and his father's shady backdoor dealings, which would haunt him for the following years. After the incident, Benedict got his son a nice apartment in Shimizu and enough money to live for an eternity. He refrained from visiting his estranged son, and that actually worked for the better, as Jason used all his resources to set up an awareness group called "Sakurai" that was dead set on uncovering information about the Pure Energy. He had no bright memories to cherish, which made him focus all the more at the silhouette his missing memories left. Somehow, he had a hunch that the Energy was linked to his past. Personality: Like his father, Jason was an arrogant and stuck up creature of habit. Due to his extraordinary intelligence, he always used to make fun of his peers, and sometimes, professors, never exhibiting any pleasurable trait in his personality. What was unique, however, was the fact that he was well aware of his behavior and the effect it had on his surroundings. He knew that it was his father, Benedict, the one who planted these seeds that improved his analytical and rational thinking, but in turn deprived him off his humanity, also arguing that there must have been a hereditary factor in the equation. He just didn't care enough, embracing his role as a human storage. Over the course of the years, his behavior changed. Whether it's for the better or for the worse, it all depends on where you stand. He became more rebellious and less willing to adhere to his Dad's rules, often prompting Benedict to go a little overboard on his punishment. After he was abandoned in Japan, he started showing traits of determination, motivated to find more about his lost memory to the point where he even found an organization, 'Sakurai'. His behavior also softened a tad, as he became more and more accommodated to conversing with other fellow human beings, even though he still believed he was a one rank higher than them in the non-existing societal hierarchy. He also has developed a sense of humor over time, a dark sense of humor but a sense nevertheless. Skills/Abilities: Jason's memory storage is expanded to the point where he could learn Japanese in a matter of one week. He has the ability to recall trivial details after being exposed only once to them. He also possesses an outstanding intellect, proving to be very knowledgeable on politics, science and even able to jump to conclusions via the collective powers of induction and deduction. • Jason has a licensed Zenith 10 mm stored in one of his drawers, but rarely uses it.
• He also possesses an Android phone which enables him with with a real time feed of everything that's happening in the 'Sakurai' nerve center.
• 'Sakurai' main office is based west of Shimizu, in a four story building.
• Jason is a superb cook, able to memorize over forty-three recipes. That's the main reason he always eats at home.

Name: Leon Gainsbourg Age: 27 Sex: Male Class: Human Nationality: French Appearance: art by atlf3 (but with dirty blond hair instead) Leon is of average size, standing at 1.7 metres and weighing 75 kg. he appears lanky but is quite athletic because of his continuous training. He keeps his hair tidy and well kempt, his eyes are a striking emerald colour. Despite his rather sharp features he seems to be perpetually smiling. His job requires him to dress in a professional manner, something which leaks through in his civilian life, it is practically unheard of to find him in anything less than a dress shirt, tie and vest. Background: Leon was raised by his parents in a normal environment, save for the fact that his father was a well loved gendarmerie officer and criminal profiler. His father was a tad tough on Leon, but his parents nonetheless loved him and Leon grew up in a loving home environment in the french Provençe. As Leon moved on in life he became a model student, despite his growing interest in pulpy movies in his teenage years. However, he cleaned up his image and decided to follow in his father's footsteps, becoming an officer of the gendarmerie and specializing in criminal profiling, partly in an attempt to understand his father better and strengthen their bond . He quickly got much attention due to his keen attention to human reactions, provoked by his sometimes odd behaviour. In a relatively short amount of time, he got promoted to Special Agent for solving many bizarre murder cases. Eventually, however, a string of murders he was sent to investigate turned out eerily tied to higher forces, as traces of Pure energy suggested the new energy source was being used as a form of drug or torture . Young women found dead, with strange green veins found on their bodies and empty devices called "ampules" which could convert the highly adaptable Pure Energy into a kind of amphetamine with hallucinogetic properties. Harmless enough in small quantities but lethal at higher doses. This became the primary bulk of Leon's career, as the murders decidedly also had a bizarre, nature to them that defied modern explanation,seeped in symbolism and ritualism, which causes some political friction and media sensationalism in the country. The bodies were always found in public places, eventhough there weren't any witnesses and always accompanied with coins on their eyes. It's this bizarre occurrence which sat these cases right in the jurisdiction of the DGSE Special Agents. So far he has been able to trace the production of so called "ampules" to Japan where he continues his investigation, loosely assisted by the local police force, who aren't too keen on a foreigner snooping around. Personality: Leon is a kind, curious, and sometimes weird person. He is unafraid to speak his mind and is often oblivious to personal boundaries, which sometimes clashes with more reserved people. He hates fighting and prefers to avoid conflict, which his easy going and rather suave demeanor helps with. He also appears to be somewhat scatter-brained, though this trait belies his true aptitude as an DGES Agent, in the field he has a playful and cocky personality and a tendency to ignore authority, often using unorthodox methods which are met with disapproval by his coworkers. He is also stubborn, and never misses a chance to use as much vulgar language as possible, slipping back into his native language just for this. Weapons/abilities: FN Five-seveN: this Belgian made handgun gained a lot of popularity with the rise of Pure Energy fueled personal defense systems, the SS190 cartridges being able to pierce several layers of kevlar grade protection. Leon is a great shot because of his training, both stationary and mobile targets Basic self defense training: Every agent is required to pass fitness tests and self defense training, a mix of take down techniques from different martial arts, Leon however is not very skilled at hand to hand combat and will avoid it wherever possible. Other: Like many of his fellow countrymen, Leon is an aggressive driver, prone to road rage. he is aware of this and tries to remedy this by singing aloud while driving, frequently startling his passengers. he also has a huge fondness for food and is rather picky about that subject, though if push comes to shove, he will eat just about anything. Leon is also very passionate about his interests and hobbies, particularly those relating to movies and music. He will often ramble on with whoever is unlucky enough to be partnered with him about movie trivia, particularly older movies, and can talk at great length about any film he may have seen. Leon is an avid smoker, although he's well aware of the health risks and is frequently annoyed by people who call him out on it. he preffers Gauloises but if they are unavailable he'll take Lucky Strikes, but he won't be happy about it.

Name: Maria Black Age: 19 Gender: Female Class: Esper Background: Maria's father was a soldier, and taught her how to defend herself at a young age. As she grew up, she's had to defend herself from more and more people, and once her powers manifested, that just meant more people wanting to prove themselves against her. Personality: Maria is a tomboy, her personality shaped by her lifestyle. She's had to fight her entire life, but far from resenting it, she always feels better when she's in a brawl. Fighting is what she does best, and she's constantly looking for a way to use that to help people. Abilities: Phantom Manifest Maria can create illusions, either making people see things that aren't there, or making them not see things that are. Anything larger than a certain size (about as large as her) or beyond a certain range (About 20 feet from her) requires a constant effort to maintain. Name: Annette Delauney Image: Age: 25 Gender: Female Class: Esper Background: The heiress to low noble French family (at least claimed. Them's details), she was always the rebel child, never satisfied with what she had, and not willing to be shoehorned into the role her parents expected of her. This lasted through school, which while she had no trouble in terms of academics, she distinguished herself by hanging with the wrong crowd, in spurts of youthful rebellion. Eventually it became too much, and her parents cracked down, hoping to put an end to the youthful rebelliousness. But it backfired, as Annette went off on her own. Disowned from the family, she moved into crime, becoming a burglar and 'fixer', working as a freelancer. She stole, and solved peoples problems for them, using her esper powers to help her there. She has traveled across the globe, and is now wanted for several international crimes, but has managed to stay ahead of authorities thus far, and plans to enjoy herself until she gets caught. Personality: Her true personality is hard to find, given that her skills in subterfuge make her malleable in what she appears to be to other people. She's cocky though, confident in her skills, with a slight hatred for authority figures and rich people. Doesn't play well with others, but she tolerates people who demonstrate that they have skills and aren't idiots. Skills/Abilities: Wave Manipulation - A fancy term that means the ability to manipulate, control, generate, and negate all forms of radiation. Name: Masayume Yakuse (正夢 役背) Age: 32 Gender: Male Class: Magus Background: Yakuse was a successor of a family dojo in Japan. As the Magical Beings rampage continues, he eventually sent as a soldier to fight in Tokyo. In year 2027, the fight finally comes to an end and Tokyo is finally sealed for good. He then positioned as a guard on the Tokyo gate. Three years later he married to his wife and was blessed with a child shortly after. After a certain incident his wife was found dead and he quit his job as a guard. He had a steady life with his daughter for a year before he entrusted her to a relative. His daughter was found dead two years later. Yakuse whereabouts were unknown for a certain period of time until he reappears in China as a teacher in year 2040. He eventually became a history teacher and counselor at Chengdu Moshu Yanjiu Academy. Although receiving good reputation among students for being friendly, he’s not well received among other teacher due to his carefree nature. He lives alone in a quite luxury apartment, but after his meeting with the rumored “Vessel of Magic Knowledge”, his tranquil life slowly crumbles. Personality: Yakuse was famous for being a reliable and diligent person during his young age, and most of his old acquaintances find his current self –which is carefree and sloppy- to be polar opposite of his old self. Yakuse often act childish towards things that he loves, but would change gear when dealing with his job. Madou:: Yakuse possess two Madous. His bracelet Madou is what he wear on daily basis, due to its relatively small size it only enables him to execute basic magics. His second Madou is his pair of leather gloves, the one he uses during his active time as a soldier in Japan. Magic: Physical Enchantment - He able to enhance part of his physical body like increasing his power output or enhance his eyes to improve his sight. He personally call this "Break Pass". Magic Coating - He coats his body with [Pure Energy] to decrease any external forces that may harm him. ??? - Unknown. Role: Civil Servant, Teacher, Guardian. Engages in: Investigation, Planning, Unarmed Fighting. Subject of: Assault, child abuse, injury, suspended animation. Name: Victor Glarus Age: 47 Gender: Male Appearance: Victor is a well built man, standing tall at 6'2 and weighing 13 stone; his build is that of a somewhat toned and a quite slim, wiry frame, although he is quite sturdy and is a lot stronger than he looks. Victor has a pair of dark hazel eyes, that have a shine of wisdom within them, paired with a steely determination. His hair is a jet black thatch of unkempt and unruly hair that reaches down to the nape of his neck, the ends having a slight curl to them. His features are quite handsome, his nose is straight and his skin is relatively pale but he still looks like he's full of health, even if he is getting on a bit. His eyebrows are very prominent and make his expression quite stern whenever he's deep in thought or concentrating, it can quite easily be mistaken for a glare if someone is unfamiliar with Victor. His jaw line and cheekbones are both strongly set and small stubble is commonly found on his face. Class: Human Background: Victor is from the small island known as Great Britain, and he does surprisingly well for himself in his home land, being from a semi-influential family; his mother a doctor, and his father a General in the military. He had a tough upbringing with lots of expectations, with every mistake he made being a painful reminder from his parents that he would fail, and every success a way to raise the bar of his parents expectations of him, something he doubted many a time he would ever reach. But his time at college and then university - which resulted in him become a Barrister - was something both he and his parents were exceptionally proud of, but for quite some time now, Victor was growing dubious of the state his country was in, both internally and internationally. He began to form a budding interest in Japan; he started learning about its history, its rise from Feudalism to imperialism, influential samurai like Minamoto no Raiko and Uesugi Kenshin as well as many others. Their history entrapped him and as a result he began to study Japanese law, becoming incredibly proficient in it, he stated his intentions to his parents; which received a jaded reply but nevertheless their support. Victor loves Japanese culture but more so of their history, he's both proficient in their history and their language and is proving to be a decent Lawyer in a foreign country something that is really quite rare. Personality: Victor has lived through a tough childhood, it hasn't made him cruel or unforgiving, however, if anything he thrived under the scrutiny his parents gave him, it has made him a very strong willed person, someone who will do whatever it takes to do what needs to be done. However through the years Victor has become quite a mellow and contemplative person, he's commonly found in thought; he prefers to think situations through and does so well as it is his strength. Other than being quite a serious person he is very easy going around those he likes and once he opens up to his friends they see him for who he truly is. A kind and thoughtful person who is quick to a smile. However, logic dominates his thinking and reasoning, as a result he is not very fond of those driven purely by emotion, these people frustrate him as he can never work out what they're thinking or why the performs certain acts. Skills/Abilities: Diplomatic- Thinks things out very well and resolves problems with rational and logic. Master of Kendo- A traditional and very old sport in Japan, it's slowly dieing out but Victor has proven his mettle in the sport, as a result his reaction time and reflexes are borderline flawless. A virtuoso on the Piano and on the Violin. Loves chess, a way to hone the mind and learn more about his opponent. Misc: Owns a legitimate Masamune Katana, something of incredible cost and worth, both historically and personally. His name commands a certain amount of respect back in Japan, and is widely known throughout Tokyo.

Name: Yang Ming-Yu Age: 18 Bio: He doesn't like mentioning it as of now. Personality: Reckless, restless, cautious, conservative, jerk, rebellious, prankster, gamer. Name: Arata Aoshiki (First name, last name) Age: 18 Gender: Male Class: ESPer Background: A Japanese youth who'd stumbled on to great power. Arata comes from a boring, nondescript family from Kyoto, and was rather unexceptional himself other than his excellent grades in school. He drifted through his education easily, and by the time college rolled around, was pretty much set for some boring desk job, or maybe something in scientific research. However, when he applied and received a scholarship to a university in Shimizu, little did he know that that would all change. He rented an apartment and moved to the city to complete his studies and earn a degree or two. He lived peacefully for a short time, a few months at most, until he decided to participate in the ESPer program after being persuaded to by one of his friends who took up research in that field. After receiving his ability, he used it to flee from Japan to China. Personality: Arata is a rather meek individual, but a reliable and honest one at least. Polite too. He maintains a kind demeanor and apologizes a lot, usually for stuff that's inconsequential to others. Though his heart is in the right place, Arata is often unsure of what he should do or if what he'd already done was the right thing. Not only that, but his aimless and indecisive nature makes him easy to manipulate. On the other hand, it also makes him a rather malleable individual, able to channel what potential he has into quickly picking up skills and traits. However, once he does finally settle on something to do, with or without external assistance, he'll do everything he can to succeed at that goal, and then likely feel bad about it afterwards. Skills/Abilities: ESPer Ability: Dimension Shift The ability to manipulate the properties of space, distance, and shapes. Specific applications of the ability are numerous, making for a powerful and versatile ability. His area of effect is anywhere that can be considered "within his field of vision" and "that which he can perceive", and areas targeted by his power need not be in that range at the same time. Passively, it distorts spatial coordinates on a microscopic scale, unnoticeable to the average person, but enough to throw off teleporters and sufficiently small objects. Naturally, as dimensions and proportions are key to this ability, the owner of this ability can discern them at a glance. Parkour A skill recently picked up. Arata's okay at it, but anything more complicated than hopping a fence or a short wall requires his ability. He's working on remedying that though. Driving Capable of using most cars and motorcycles. Name: Julia Miller Age: 34 (looks 24) Gender: Female Class: Esper Nationality: American Background: Julia grew up on the streets, abandoned after her parents died of sickness. Because of her powers, it was simple, though not always pleasant, to survive. At the age of ten, she was discovered by a government training program and recruited. There she quickly rose to the top of her class, learning everything from foreign language to advanced combat skills as easily as basic spelling and arithmetic. Once she was out of the program, she was set up as an ambassador to china, and now lives there most of the year. Personality: Julia is a bit confusing to be around. She's overall a good person, and likes to help wherever she can, but she's also rather abrasive and blunt to everybody, which makes it seem strange for her to be an ambassador. When she's on the job though, her personality becomes much more amiable, and she does what she can to please everybody. Abilities: Perfect Life Julia is immortal. She can be cut, stabbed and shot without dying, cannot die of starvation, cold or heat, can be burned to ashes and reform with time. Any wound she sustains will heal itself, weather it be a small cut or a lost limb, though how long it takes depends on the severity of the wound. Her mind is always at 100% efficiency, she never forgets anything, and her body metabolizes drugs almost instantly. Her physical abilities are significantly above an average adult male's, making her stronger, faster, and more perceptive than most people. Name: Meifang Huang Age: Don't ask a woman's age, teens. Gender: Female Class: Esper Background: The youngest H-W.M.D with the ability of Electrokinesis. Mei Fang is born at the city of Tian Jin in a noble family who are part of the Tian Jin Circle, a group of nobles who develops Esper affairs and the facilities of the city. Personality: Addicted to sweets, eccentrically self cautious, intuitive, and the level headed. Meiren keeps herself cool with her approachable demeanor, on the other hand she dislikes extreme energetic people as opposed to her reservedness. Skills/Abilities: Electrokinesis Mei is able to shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons), Mei is limited into generating electricity to certain uses such as shooting bolts and streaming. She is also able to ride wires and fuse electricity in objects.
