I'll work on fixing my sheet. I think there may be 5 leftover years though. In the OP, it says the war started 35 years ago, but then it says it lasted 25 years. If it lasted 25 years and then there were 5 years of political instability and civil war, then that's 30 years. You need to edit 'It lasted 25 years' to 'It lasted 30 years', otherwise there are 5 leftover years in there. I think we are all in understanding now, but you may want to fix that so no body messes up in the future.

Inb4 this OOC becomes a lot of "will post soon, I promise talk". I'm also wondering where Googer is with his app. In other news, for the sake of inspirations and what not I'm wondering what sort of movies could be watched or even some books read from about this period. Films are the easiest because they're short, so to speak. But all I can think of is the Crucible's film adaptations. Delving into this sort of media might help out to give us future story ideas if need be.

Last of the Mohicans and Conquest of Paradise come to mind. Last of the Mohicans is really good. It has Daniel Day Lewis in it, and involves a lot of running around the types of places that would be in this rp. Also has a pretty cool theme. Conquest of Paradise is... definetly not a documentary. It was born out of the backlash against Columbus revisionism, and they seem to be trying to excuse Columbus of being the raging dick-storm that he historically was. So really, it ends up being a lot of "No srsly, Columbus was cool, people just kept being dicks and blamed it on him." Still, same time-frame, might have some inspiration in it. Also cool, melodramtic theme.

That you may, but I have a question to ask. Are the lot of you friends on steam/skype/any other messaging system? If you are, it explains why this is a little different than most OOCs, and that's okay. I hope you don't take the lack of OOC activity as a sign of rot, as I check this multiple times every day. I could probably throw up another post, but I wouldn't be sure where to take it. Collaboration, perhaps?

The lot of us communication a lot through Steam. But there's surprisingly little RP talk there. When I last brought it up it was last concluded that right now most of us are trying to get our footing in this world to see what sort of ideas come to us that'll perpetuate themselves throughout the RP.

Most of us have known each other for a while, and those of us that do are an older lot than most RP circles, mostly over eighteen and largely in our twenties, so we have real life responsibilities to attend to. I think it also helps that we've known each other so long we just kind of naturally stick together and don't need a lot of OOC chatter. That being said, we do have steam. I'm also Vilageidiotx on steam.

I'm probably going to be up for another 2-3 hours, then passing out for eight hours, then four hours of getting to, sitting at, and coming home from ye kommunity collage.
