I found roleplay first through Warcraft III:Frozen Throne, I still remember it. I joined an rp map that had a lot of water in the middle, and there was a small elvish forest area off to the left side. I spawned a barrel, added a fire sfx, and then slowly learned the ropes until I became a pro. I hosted games for a clan I made, garnering members from other clans, and my three closest buddies, (Couch_Killer, Vule, and ToasterWaffle) We hence then became: Magical-Roe, Magical-Piggy, Magical-Couch, and Magical-Vule, the four horsemen of a dying breed of roleplay, a sanctuary, as DotA slowly took over the games lists. My clan was call LOTRP; Last of the RolePlayers.
Since then we've moved on, lost facebook connections, lost touch of skype, and went our seperate ways. I here my buddy Colton (Magical-Piggy) stills roleplays on Starcraft II:HoT, yet I find myself more at home here. This forum fits around my schedule and my life, and it's been that way for a long while now. I don't remember who mentioned this place, they did it offhandedly during a discussion through OOC chat as we spent hours slowly spawning, aligning, rotating, adding effects, and populating our map. I checked it out and at the time it didn't stick. Until the roleplay aspect started to feel truly dead.
I've been here ever since, from hosting and playing the GM from warcraft maps, to here. At first I only joined stories as a player, but that didn't last long. My appetite was much bigger, and I found myself building up the knowledge and skill to host my own games. There's been a lot of attempts between here and now, but I love GMing my own stories and letting others experience my ideals. I wouldn't change it for the world.
