@EnergyWhale your character reminds me of a qoute "Skyrim is now host to giant, flying lizards and two-legged cat-men... and you're surprised by me? Yes. I just talked. And am continuing to do so" xD

Robie, I have several concerns about your app, but as it is the admin's decision on most of it, I would simply like to make the point that the Thalmor-lead Aldmeri Dominion is less than 200 years old, which goes against a lot of your bio.

Another point I'd like to make, is the fact that Altmer believe in eugenics and selective breeding, an Altmer raised in the summerset isles would sooner die than allow their superior breeding to be ruined in such a way.

While I suspect this is probably true for the most part, do you have any evidence to support this claim? Also I think that while the Altmer have always been purists, the whole eugenics thing was hijacked by the Thalmor. And at the end of the day each individual is different so its not completely outside the realms of possibility that a Altmer would do interracial. Speaking of interacial breeding I think there was a book about it somewhere in one of the ES games, I will try to look for it EDIT: This might be the wrong book but I think this is it http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Notes_on_Racial_Phylogeny

Whoops! Sorry about that fellas! I'll go back and edit things around a bit to make it more Lore friendly. Thanks for telling me about it and again sorry about that, the only elder scrolls game I've played is Skyrim so my knowledge is sorta limited.

You should try the others, or at least Oblivion and Morrowind, which is still the best IMO

Ugh! >.< I dunno what it was about Oblivion, but I just found it the least immersive. Still a fun RPG, but just the character designs, they were just so...blugh, and the way they stared at you dead eyed really creeped me out. Still had a blast playing it but not as much as Skyrim. Still need to play ESO, but from what I hear most people are badgering that it's a broken mess.

ESO is rather bland. Not much to it. But it's coming out as f2p I believe, well you buy the game and you don't pay the subscription fee

That's what kinda turned me away from it first was the fee. Main reason I don't play WoW anymore, couldn't afford it :/ Blandness is kinda typical of MMORPGs honestly.

I find MMORPGS hard to get into. Most of them are overwhelming

Also Morrowind had a Xbox, but I do admit you'd be hunting on eBay for a while. Morrowind will very likely run on your laptop though, at least as long as it's newer than 2002. Morrowind is not an exceptionally pretty game to a modern eye but it's still near unarguably the best of the Elder Scrolls series. Though Oblivion did make some gameplay improvements, it also had a much less interesting environment and world (didn't help that they decided to draw heavily from generic English folklore and general fantasy literature).

On PC, some modders are doing a remake of Morrowind's graphics to be similar to Skyrim.

Well now I really wanna look for it! Also graphics don't matter a whole lot to me. There's just one period of game graphics that I don't like.

Some people don't play games unless the graphics are nice. I just hope the gameplay would be smoother due to the overhaul.

If you've used Steam at all, it's on there for a relatively cheap price, as I understand it. $20 for all the DLC and the game itself. Which is basically Solstheim but with more Nords and snow and Tribunal which ties up the game's plot to a degree. And yeah, they're making Morrowind in the Skyrim engine. Not necessarily porting mechanics though and such.

So wait. Are they making a remastered version or somthing for morrowind in the Skyrim engine? Is that what your saying? Also would wineskin work instead of that other crossover program?

It's just a graphics overhaul. Morrowind would have the graphics that Skyrim does.
