The old woman, Godmother Fey, started talking. Shocked Kyrin leapt to her feet, moving forward and joining the edge of the crowd around the lady. Kiy listened, shifting nervously from foot to foot. Paying attention, and filing the information away for future reference. When Godmother Fey finished and disappeared Kiy didn’t even blink, but having been disappearing for most of her life, it wasn’t really that weird for her. Heading inside she followed the dark haired girl from earlier, hoping she had an idea where she was going. Kyrin had heard a ruckus about a map earlier, but having never really even seen the letter itself, there was no way she would have gotten or even seen a map.

The Mad Hatter
Hatter watched as the lady appeared - no - She literally appeared out of thin air. He passed it off as his mind playing tricks on him. The woman - Godmother Frey - explained the daily situations in the academy. When she said "Roomates", Hatter swore aloud, and apparently a couple students had heard him, as they glanced at him. He ignored them his to the best of his ability. Roommates? Hatter sighed. The last thing he wanted was to share a room with someone again. At the orphanage, he'd earned his own room, being one of the older kids. He'd not shared a room with anyone for almost two and a half years. He prayed to dear God that it wasn't that magician kid or the overly-perky guy... The big, scary dude... that would be okay. Seemed like he didn't like talking - that's exactly what Hatter was wanting. When Godmother Frey concluded her speech, she vanished in a spew of purple mist and bubbles. So he hadn't been imagining her appearance... Honestly, the fact that the lady had just performed magic didn't bother Hatter. He'd always figured that magic existed... otherwise, how would he be able to explain that one time with his Hat? How else could he explain his hat being able to switch forms - Fedora, Beanie, Ball-cap, any kind of hat... When everyone pooled inside, Hatter pushed through the crowds, hoping to get to his room first. When he found his room, he looked at his room mate - Hatter almost cursed again... He slid his hand up to his fedora and straightened it... Oh joy. Overly-Perky boy...

Pirouette Stories Yet Untold

Things appeared to be heating up as an air of tension formed around the encounter of that beastly man and that magician. Elsa was sure that the big man was going to club the smaller man after weirdly touching the boy's hair. A low sounding chuckle that sounded more like a large primate grunting. But then nothing happened and the larger man walked away, which settled well with Elsa. If the first encounter she had with people was a brawl between two people, she'd probably just want to quit right now. So with the verbal squabble coming to a close, Elsa turned back to someone who appeared in charge. An elderly lady who had been quietly observing the conflict without interfering, which was another questionable thing. Why didn't she---?! Before Elsa could finish her thought a winged creature ran into the side of her head and squawked loudly in fright. Elsa also cried out in shock as she fell to her knees, covering her head in defense. A boy ran over and tried to assist Elsa back to her feet and she swatted his assistance away for his own good. "No! I don't need your help! Please..." She yelled in frustration, her thin Norwegian accent on display. She got to her feet, immediately feeling bad about yelling at this stranger. She took a deep breath and said in a much quieter volume. "Sorry. It's best if you just... Sorry." She turned away, wanting it this moment to be over and lucky for her, the older lady spoke and interrupted any and all interactions. After a quick briefing, the lady vanished in a flurry of bubbles... Elsa was quite surprised and despite some of the more "unique" attributes of some people here, she didn't expect that to happen. Elsa felt a surge of relief bubble inside, unfocused on the unnatural properties of what had just happened, because it meant that everyone else here might be in that same state. Maybe, just maybe, Elsa can let loose for once. But that was a dangerous thought and right now she just needed to step away as she already felt exhausted from everything so far. So Elsa was the first to step inside and immediately set out to find her room. Some clearly marked signs lead her straight to the girl's dormitory area but she wasn't the first one there. Another girl with red hair was already searching for her room and maybe she found it as Elsa approached and stood right next to the girl with the brilliant red hair. Above the door was a plague:
Elsa Muriel
Elsa took a glance at the red hair girl. She was a petite beauty who was about four inches shorter than Elsa. Her skin looked to be a healthy color and reminded Elsa of California, or what limited experience she had with it. The two couldn't appear more different. She looked down at her feet and thought of something she could say but couldn't think of something clever or funny, much to her own frustration. "Um.. Hi!" She eagerly said with a quick wave and a flimsy smile. "Are you Muriel?" She asked, gesturing her head and eyes up to the plague.

Hansel and Gretel listened to the elderly woman obediently, but when they heard about dorms and stuff, both of their jaws dropped like it was the largest insult you could give to them. "What?!" Hansel demanded, outraged. "No!" Gretel protested, as against their seperation as her brother. But Godmother Fey already disappeared, and in quite a flashy way, they had to admit. They suddenly grabbed each other dramatically, as if each other's lifeline. "Heck no are we seperating!" Hansel stated, facing Peter. "We never ever split up!" Gretel piped up. Then they let go of each other reluctantly and clinged themselves to Peter. "Dude, we need your help!" The male half of the twins begged. "I mean, who would protect my sister!" Gretel rolled her eyes at this, but said to Peter. "I'm...not comfortable away from my brother much as well..." "Do you know any sort-" "-of loopholes or somethin'?"

Beast listened to the old woman, glad that things were moving along and he could get out of this crowd. He did admit that the woman 'poofing' shocked him, but not because of the magic. Hell, he spent the last few years with a tea pot as a head maid. Beast let out a long sigh, a tired look in his eyes. Entering the building, it did not take him long to locate his room as his things were sitting out in the hallway blocking the path of several students. Sighing once again, he mentally cursed the driver for being lazy and glanced at the door.
Adam Kovu
... ... Did they have to use his real name? Another sigh, this time with a hint of a groan behind it. He picked up one of his many bags and pushed the door open, apologizing gruffly to the other males in the hallway. It was a rather plainly designed room, just the basics as far as he could tell. That would soon change. He decided to take the room/bed nearest the window and began placing his things about the room and out of the hallway. He hung up paintings, changed the drapes, put down a rather elegant looking rug in the middle of the space, and on his desk he placed a small glass case. Inside was a single rose, glowing rather vibrantly. Where the hell was he supposed to put it? He wanted to hide it but... Sighing, he picked it up once again and walked over to his closet. He lifted the fragile thing and placed it delicately on the top shelf of his closet and pushed it to the back corner, out of the way. In this corner, he placed other such nick-nacks, old books, old photos of himself, a ribbon from his mother. Where and who was his roommate anyway? He didn't remember anyone introducing themselves as Kovu... He hoped to god it wasn't that slick haired boy from before with the magic tricks. Anyone but him. Beast sighed, looking at the bags of things on the floor before his bed when his mind returned to the plaque outside. He eyed the door before a small smile grew on his lips. Sifting through his bag, he located one of his sharper knives and walked outside and began the process of cutting his name out of the metal.

Kovu, like everyone else, was taken aback by the elderly woman disappearing in the manner she did. It was magic, of course they would be shocked, although Kovu wondered if he should have been as surprised as he was considering what he could do...but that wasn't magic, it was... normal. It wasn't magic, it was just the way he was, just the way his family are, just the way his old town was... Kovu picked up his bag and walked into the academy, he looked around staring at the intricate architectural details of the interior with wide eyes and a slightly parted mouth but stopped and composed himself when a white haired girl walked past him. It was then that Kovu realised he was about to walk to the female dormitory and turned to see the other males and followed them. Walking down the corridor, Kovu's head moved from left to right as he scanned each door trying to find his name. Kovu stopped a few feet away from the beastly man he had seen outside, on the door was the names 'Adam Kovu'. Kovu stared at the top name Adam...sounds....normal. Wait! What's he doing?! "Hey!" Kovu exclaimed, "I don't care what you're doing, but I wanna get into my room," He said bluntly gesturing to the door with a gentle flick of his head. As he waited for Beast to move he wondered whether he should be concerned that this beastly man was trying to scratch his roommate's name off. After all this Adam person was going to be living with him and he would need to find his room. What did this Adam even do to him, it's the first day he's already made an enemy...what if Adam is the guy who did the magic tricks outside

Peter
"Sorry, guys," he says quietly. "I've never been here before and she seemed pretty adamant that girls should not room with boys. I'm sure your roommates will be nice." He smiles at them before picking up his bag. "I'm going to find my room, but if you need me, you can always track me down. See you later!" He gives them a little wave before heading inside. He looks around toward the doorways and sees his name on a little plaque above the doorway. He pulls to a stop and looks up at it, seeing his roommate.
Peter
Hatter
What an unusual name Peter thought to himself as he sees the Hatter already inside their room. He feels super awkward suddenly as he walks in and sets his stuff down on his bed, opposite of the Hatter's. He sucks in his cheeks and looks around, not making eye contact, before he looks straight at him and says, "Uh. Hi?"
Belle
Belle walks down the hallway her eyes scanning the plaques of the girls' rooms. Her eyes finally see her name and she smiles.
Belle
Gretel
She had yet to meet this Gretel but she did hope that she was nice. She looks across the hallway to a room that was kitty corner to hers and saw Beast using a knife to scrape a name off one of the plaques. She could barely make out the name "Adam" that he was scraping off... Huh, that must be his real name. She stops looking immediately as his roommate comes over and yells at him and she walks inside her room, setting her things down. She walks over to her bed and she notices a strange book on it, right on her pillow. She tips her head to the side and picks up it, reading the cover. Tales from the Academy She narrows her eyes at the front of the book, not recognizing the title. She shrugs and flips it open, looking to read the first page... It's completely blank though. She sighs angrily and sets it down next to her bed before she plops down on the bed of her own and begins to flip through her other book, the one she had been reading earlier.

Having followed the pretty dark-haired girl to the dorms, Kyrin looked up and down the hall scanning the metal plaques, looking for something that looked vaguely like her name, in the end she just looked at each meaningless word and discarded it if the first letter looked wrong. The first one she found that looked vaguely right had K…O…V…U. which was wrong, not to mention there seemed to already be two people at that room even it Beast wasn’t actually in it; he was busy mutilating the door plaque, which had made it rather hard to understand the letters. Beast himself seemed calmer now and Kyrin realized that really she should apologize for earlier. “Ummm…” she murmured, “Uh, I’m sorry for my behavior earlier.” She then wandered off, glad to have gotten that off her chest, tail swishing softly behind her. She had to walk up and down the corridor a few more times before she finally found it. Pausing she slowly, painstakingly spelt it out, “K…Y…R…I…N………C…H…E…S…T…E…R.” And above it was, “R…E…D………S……M…A…Y” Really Kiy thought, I should get someone to read it to me.

@ScarlettWaters16 "Huh, she seems nice," Hansel commented as he studies Gretel's roommate when he decided to walk his sister to her dorm. Gretel agreed, before facing his brother. "C'mon, we're here now, go to your room," she chided him, reluctantly closing the door to his face. "Okay, okay. Ring me up when something happens!" Her overprotective brother reminded before the door shuts him up. "Got it!" Gretel turned around and faced the girl who seems absorbed into her book, a mischievous plan forming into her mind. She sneaks out quietly behind Belle, grinning playfully before she's just an inch behind Belle's head. And with a creepy and startling voice, she said loudly, "Yo, what're you reading?"

Red frowned. Apparently no one here has a map, she thought, exhaling in defeat. Guess I'm doomed to being forever lost. She could see it now. Running down endless halls and corridors, climbing the same staircase up and down over and over, realizing she was running in circles the whole time. She'd never find her class. There was a ton of commotion, various people falling and bumping into eachother, chatting and a bit of awkward mumbling. It was so much to take in. No one looked quite like the folks at home. There was a chick with bright blond hair, almost so blond it was white, and a huge guy that couldn't be quite human. In addition to those was what looked like a bookworm, twins, and a redheaded beauty. Red tried to take mental photographs of the scene, but things were happening too quickly. Suddenly the old lady spoke. She must work here or something. The principal? She missed most of the speech, besides the dinner part. After the woman had spoken, bubbles burst from her, and Red strained to see what was going on over all the heads of the others, to no avail. By the time she could see, the old lady was gone. The homeless shapeshifter blinked in confusion. She hadn't imagined the lady, had she? She surely hadn't imagined hearing that dinner was in an hour. Everyone started filing into the building, and Red headed after. As she entered the building her breath stopped. Her new school was gorgeous, and--as she'd figured--totally capable of sucking her up into its abyss. The boys were separating from the girls. Red followed the girls to the girl's dormitory. She read the names of each door, feeling dread for the first time in awhile. What if she doesn't like me? What if she thinks I'm weird. Oh wait, I am weird. I'm definitely not normal. But no one here is normal, either, right? What if she's weird like me? Am I dressed okay? Oh God, my outfit is horrid. She's so gonna-- Red's thoughts stopped as she came upon her dorm, and another girl standing in front of it. The girl was wearing her hood, as if it was cold. She was also dressed rather casually. The gray hoodie was a big contrast to Red's crimson coat. Her blue eyes met the other girl's cat-like ones. Silently, she glanced at the girl's name. "Kyrin Chester," she read with a nod. With a smile she held out her hand. "Yo, I'm Red."

“Red?” Kyrin rolled the name round her mouth, “is that what this says?” She pointed to the plaque. “I’m Kyrin” she looked blankly at the hand, why was the girl offering her hand? Surely she didn’t want Kyrin to sniff it? Etiquette was good and all that, but how did she know Kyrin was a cat? It took her a few seconds to realize that it was probably some human custom, Alice might have mentioned at some point, uhhh… shake? ……Paw……shake?…… Handshake. That was it; handshake, which was probably how it sounded, the shaking of someone’s hand. She took Red’s hand, seriously hoping she was right. Letting go, she turned and pushed open the door too their room, “Do you want some help with any luggage? ‘Cause I’ve only got this.” She said lifting the small messenger bag slung across her shoulder and dumping it on the floor, “You want first pick of the beds?”

Belle
Belle nearly jumps three feet in the air when the young girl asks her what she is reading. She looks over at her and takes a deep breath. Oh, this must be Gretel. "Nothing big. It's just a fantasy book," Belle tells her, putting her bookmark back in place and sitting up on her bed. She looks at the girl. She seems nice... looks like a bit of a troublemaker, but nice. "I'm Belle Sinclair. You must be Gretel?" She holds out her hand for a handshake.

Muriel | M&M
Muriel continued to walk around the beautiful home then came to a sudden gasp, when she stared out one of the windows and seen a group of kids gathered around. 'Am I suppose to be out there?' She thought to herself, leaving her luggage in the middle of the floor and running in her converses towards the outside. She stood on the top step but got there a little bit too late. With a soft sigh, she turned heel and walked right back inside but was still confused about the lady that poof into bubbles. With her lips quirked to the side, she went back over to her luggage and started to wheel them around, again. She walked up the stairs and walked around then saw a plaque with the her name on it and some girl named Elsa. Her eyebrow raised up as she wondered who it was. Muriel shrugged her shoulders then eyed the blonde headed female that appeared next to her. "Uhm, yes, yes I am." She smiled and turned her body fully towards her now and extended her hand for the female to shake. "You must be Elsa?" When or if the female, named Elsa shook her hand, she would drop her hand and arms back by her side. "So, shall we go inside and see what awaits us?" She'd snicker while reaching out and turning the doorknob, pushing the door forward. "After you." She waved her arm inside, insisting that Elsa go in first. There is absolutely no telling what could jump out or fall down and she didn't want to be the culprit of anyone of those disasters.

Percy grumbled, tapping his foot on the floor of the cab. The driver was horrible. Couldn't seem to go faster then thirty-five miles per hour, and got them lost multiple times. What good was he? After several more minutes, he finally arrived at the academy, stepping out with his backpack. He had a look of amazement on his face at the sight of the building. He stole for what he wanted, he wasn't use to this type of thing, having grown up in a very poor area. He shook his head, stepping forward, spying the last group of people slipping inside. At least he wasn't too late. He continued forward, the soles of his knee length, black boots lightly touching the ground as he walked. He had a graceful walk, green eyes scanning the area. Bouncing slightly against his left leg is his sword, the scabbard of which is attached to his belt. It probably wasn't a normal sight, someone carrying a sword, but he didn't bother with it. He adjusted his hat on his head, the design slightly off for people of this time, but it was a prized possession, black with a red strip along the edge, and a large yellow feather sticking out of the side, the side of the hat folding up to the top. He entered the building, gazing around in amazement, before following the sound of male's talking, gazing around. Thankfully he had a decent literacy level, not one to brag about, but he could read things. He entered a hallway, supposedly of dorms, eyeing the people in the hallway. A small smile formed on his face, glancing at the doors, and began searching for his name. At the sight of his name, noticing the name Rylan paired with it, he went inside, gazing around, not spotting his room mate. He glanced down at himself, studying the dark attire, assuring it was neat. A tight fitting black t-shirt, and black, also tight pants that disappeared under his boots. It was his normal outfit, and would be a shock to find him in anything else but this. Pleased with the state of it, he sat his bag down on his bed, temped to shift into his cat form, but deciding against it so to probably talk to his roommate as a human, even if he is capable of that as a cat.

Meanwhile, Cedric was flying through the halls with Graham following. The walls as usual were covered with various posters and pictures made to make new guests feel at home. Some such posters were not held done correctly with the right amount of adhesive, Graham took advantage of this and began sticking some posters and condoms into his bag. Always need to be safe! Graham exclaimed. Cedric stopped at one of the doors with an owl on it. OOHH! Graham! I think this is supposed to be our room! Let's go inside! Cedric you could never be more right. Graham took a key out of his pocket and unlocked the door, heading inside the room. The room was the same as any of the other rooms, except maybe a foot longer to accommodate for an extra person being added. (That extra person of course being Cedric. There was a large bird cage in the corner of the room. Cedric scoffed at the sight of it. OOOOH! A Birdcage! How Disgraceful! Now Cedric, I truly think the academy was kind in supplying a bed for you. Graham opened his sack and began placing his belongings all over the room. (Not counting the items he's already collected along the way). I'm not sleeping in there! I get claustrophobic and have several nightmares! OOOOH! I'd rather sleep outside. Suit yourself. Graham stated, he opened the window and Cedric flew out. However, you never know when a birdcage may come in handy. Graham unscrewed the birdcage from it's stand and placed it inside his bag.

@ScarlettWaters16 Gretel laughed out loud when she managed to surprise her roommate. She held out her hand and shook Belle's. "Yep. Gretel Thomas, nice to meet ya," she introduced herself cheerfully. She suddenly went to her bed and threw her stuff on it lazily before plopping on the bed herself. "Ah, a soft warm bed..." She muttered thankfully, and then faced Belle. "Hey, wanna help me unpack my stuff?" She offered. "It's not much, but I'll help unpack yours, too. Deal?"

Konrad
Konrad frowned; he was late, but that wasn’t what was bothering him, rather why did he even have to go to this school in the first place? Sure his mother said it would teach him what he needed to know, but really what more could they teach him? He already knew how to muck out stables, what to feed the horses, much of cat etiquette, and all sorts of useful stuff like that, not to mention his knack for creating things, so why did he have to go here? Talking of creating things Konrad was busy fiddling with copper wire and some bells, threading the bells onto loops of wire and weaving them in with other loops. “Sir? We’re here.” The driver jolted Konrad out of his thoughts. Looking up he spotted the school, small but pretty, or that’s what his mother would have said, Konrad himself reckoned the school looked like a nice enough place, somewhere that would be good for causing mischief. Clambering out of the car, he realized, quite suddenly, that he was late. Not a good first impression, …but he would live. Grabbing his bags, all three of them, and his collapsible ‘workshop’, Konrad thanked the driver, and shooed him off, before heading up towards the school, hoping secretly that he wasn’t too late. It totally wasn’t his fault that the dogs had gotten lose and he was a mud monster by the time they were caught. No it totally wasn’t his fault that the night before he had tested out his self-unlocking latch on the dog kennels. Nope not his fault, not his fault at all. Climbing a stair case he followed the sound of voices, managing to move all his stuff, and keep tinkering with the wire and bells.

Rylan "Rumple" Stiltskin
Rylan walked into the hallway, his eyes wandering the plaques for his name. He saw the big dude, Adam apparently, scratching at his name plaque with a knife. He applied deliberate self-control to prevent himself from doing something rash to the guy... but he decided to let it be. He'd let the guy think he had won - let him think he'd actually scared Rylan. Of course, he hadn't. Not at all. Rylan wasn't afraid of anyone... Oh, if only tall, dark and ugly knew what he was capable of. As Rylan passed Adam, he waved his hand indiscreetly, focusing on the door. On it's own, the door slammed shut and the knob locked from the inside. Oh how I love magic.... He'd instantly known magic was present in this place... He could - feel it, almost. When Godmother Frey had used her showy little appearance and disappearance, Rylan's presuppositions were confirmed. She had to be a magic user of some kind. Rylan knew he wasn't the only one. He didn't wait for Adam to notice his door had been shut and locked, but rather he found his room and went inside. He found himself looking at an ginger-haired guy sitting on his bed. Why couldn't I have a room alone... He didn't speak to the guy, but rather plopped his bags down on the bed. He turned abruptly and curtly to the guy and said. "My name is Rylan. Rule numero uno - don't touch my stuff. Rule numero dos - Don't touch me. If we live by these rules, I'll do my best not to hate you and you can live throughout this year without waking up with your hair on fire. Pleased to meet you."

Percy
Percy looked up quickly at the appearance of another male in his room, if he were to assume it was Rylan, the other name on the door. He stood up from his bed, about to open his mouth to talk and introduce himself, only to stop once he started talking. So he was correct, that it was his roommate. His eyebrow rose slightly at the feeling that was given off, slightly hostile and standoffish. Once his new room mate finished talking, an easy smile formed on his face. He was used to this type of person, and dealt with it a lot. He said calmly, a slight lift to his voice, showing his upbeat attitude," We should have no problem then, eh? As long as the same applies to me, dude. That your stuff, this is mine. The name's Percy by the way." He took his hat off, running his hand through his hair, before one more thing came to mind. "Oh, also, you're not allergic to cats are you?" His right eyebrow was raised higher then the left, accompanying his question, securing his hat back on his head. He rested his left hand down on the pommel of his sword as he waited for the reply, his body posture relaxed, showing no threat at all.

Konrad
Finding the dorms, Konrad worked his way long the corridor skirting round anyone else and searching for his room, glancing at the doors he noticed that every room had two people’s names on the plaques on the doors, but when he finally found his name right at the end it was on it’s own, no other name. Which meant, no roommate. Konrad wasn’t sure whether to be pleased or sad. He settled for pleased, plenty of time to be sad later. And any way they hadn't used his real name, but rather his alias of Konrad Tinker. Pushing his way into the room he found it was set up for two, smallish and plain, with simple, practical, furniture. Flinging his bags on a bed, Konrad pulled at his ‘workshop’ and expanded it a size, making it possible to access some of his more basic tools. Grabbing a pair of pliers he plopped onto the bed and started tying in loose ends of wire, weaving the anklet together. Snatching a thread from his shirt Konrad wove that in as well, brilliant blue mixing with the copper and gold. Thinking of that, time to change. His mother had made him dress in ‘fine clothes fit for a prince’ but to Konrad they were just unnecessarily bright and gaudy, almost announcing what he was. Riffling through one of his bags he pulled out his usual worn dark tee-shirt and three quarter pants. Closing his door he discarded the royal blue tasseled something-or-other-else his mother had decided on and pulled on the comfortable normal clothes.
