Exactly what is allowed on the terms of 'strange' magic users, gifteds, vampires? Need this info before proceeding with a CS. Also what form of intro/CS is accepted. List, paragraph, both?

As long as your powers aren't too OP, they should be fine.

List or paragraph? Both are accepted.

As for species, you can be whatever you want.
