It's because "bronies" started putting my main OC onto shit lists, and using images of her without my permission, and then going onto my deviantArt account and being verbally abusive towards me when I demanded that the mods remove said images. All because she's a black unicorn with wings; even though her back-story (which nobody bothers to read) explains why she has wings (She is not an alicorn. Doesn't stop people from being verbally abusive towards me for having an alicorn OC, which should not matter anyway). I've even already stated that she wouldn't exist in her main form in the canon setting. One of a couple of reasons why I don't call myself a pegasister, despite liking MLP.

And no, they are not "onto something." People who throw the term Mary Sue around are all idiots who don't even know the definition of the term.

I'd rather not. I've had more than enough people judge me based entirely on early drafts of the character who has probably gone through the roughest development stage for me.

If you're not prepared for judgement, then don't bother commenting on the judgement already given. Judgement is going to happen regardless of what you do, and whether you decided to listen to it and improve or ignore it and regress inwards is up to you.

Apparently it's possible to improve upon the way I create characters by listening to people call me a fucking retard for making a black character. There's a word for it, actually, it's called being a push over, and letting other people walk all over you. I COULD stop people harassing me by completely changing her appearance or ripping out entire segments of her back-story (i.e. all the things that people I RP with LIKE about the character). But that wouldn't be a real improvement, now, would it? Of course, judging by the way you have spoken to me thus far, you would probably believe that it would be. Because creative freedom takes a MAJOR back seat to conforming to other people's (Even people you don't RP with) draconian standards in the RP community. Quite frankly, though, it's none of your business. Sure, go ahead, look down on me because I don't want to listen to your quote-end-quote "Judgement", I don't give a shit.
