@KriticalKrab So I know the Justice League has split up but I'll admit this is where I start getting a little confused.

First off, which Justice League? 8-member original JLA, JLI, Zero Hour JLI, Infinite Crisis JLA, Final Crisis JLA, or Blackest Night JLA? I'm assuming it isn't New 52's because you mentioned only one league.

Second, the league has disbanded, but has every superhero in it disappeared, or only the big 7? Are Steel, Black Panther, Aztek, Rocket Red, Firestorm, Plastic Man, Blue Beetle, etc. still holding down their home turf?

Third, while the Titans haven't come about yet, what about the other super-teams? Are the Metal Men, JSA, Doom Patrol, Super Young Team, Outsiders, Suicide Squad, and the like still operating? Could I get some sort of timeline?

I think you misunderstand. All the established heroes have disappeared without explanation. Nothing was disbanded they have just vanished. So now all the unknowns are coming out and needing to pick up the slack.

How are, for example, Gotham and Vanity City still functioning in the slightest? Has Atlantis been taken over by Orm? How have the Thangarians not enslaved the human race? Is Paris still a giant warp in space since nobody was able to stop the Brotherhood of Dada?

And one can't just retcon out the b-listers. That fundamentally changes the entire setting to the extent that it lacks even the most tenuous links to the DCU. Without Steel making Eradicator reform the entire world would be wiped out by the second iteration of Doomsday, for example. In short, without b-listers, the setting doesn't work and the world gets exploded several dozen times over.

So, Barry Allen doesn't exist in this RP? Does that mean the Speed Force could find a different avatar? :P

Personality: Charles' defining aspects are undeniably his strong sense of justice, and a penchant for theatrics. This isn't too surprising, given that he grew up in a world where superheroes with silly outfits fist-fought moon gorillas on a weekly basis. The accident in question involved a stick of butter, a PT Cruiser, and at least three very angry badgers. As a result, he was exposed to X-rays in a hospital, where a terrible secret was revealed. Charles Osso was in fact, part man and part skeleton, a skeleton man, so to speak. Now, you're probably wondering: which part is the skeleton part? Well, it's quite obvious, the answer is the skeleton part, which is inside him.

Now, Osso had to make a choice: either to hide his true nature, or to utilize this newfound power in the pursuit of ensuring public safety. Naturally, he chose the latter, and after being discharged, immediately went about constructing a suitable disguise. He wouldn't want to reveal the existence of a Human-Skeleton hybrid to the general public, after all. A couple of quick trips to the thrift-store and local graveyard later, and Skeleton Man was ready for action. Evildoers beware, for justice has a bone to pick with you!
