Aya sighed as she gradually made it back to the base using the spear as a crutch she saw Harusame heavily injured and sleeping on a couch. "So I wasnt the only one attacked aya thought as she sat down holding the spear pointed at the fallen bound in chains all the while. Though injured she would fight and with the spear she might do a bit of damage as well she figured perhaps though Lorezno could track the owner if not a holy spear might be handy to have as bargaining and or in case rouge devils showed up she supposed. Calling her murder to her she nodded as she looked at her familiars before giving the only Yatagarasu(three legged crow) in her murder a message and telling it to find lorenzo to deliver it.

Rolling her eyes at his words she shook her head lowering her gaze down as she pulled her hand away from her middle her palm stained bright red with the blood that seemed to continue to seep out of her wounds reminding her that she would need medical attention at some time though whether this was sooner or later was something she really didn't care about,"The Queen... is not going to be... dying for the pawn... Just going to give... him time to get awa-..." Her words were cut off as she felt her body lift from the ground pressing flat against his back as he hoisted her up letting her know that no matter what it was that she said or tried to say there was no way in hell he was going to be leaving her behind, furrowing her brows together in confusion her soft pink lips parted slightly as she tried to figure out just why it was that he was trying to help her in the first place... First by transferring all the energy and power he had collected in his sacred gear, and now by carrying her all the way back to the club room even when he was injured due to her lack speed when trying her best to get to the scene to help him out, "Geez. Don’t be stupid. There’s no way you can fight in your condition. And what the hell am I supposed to do if you die because of me?" Shutting her eyes tightly as she felt pain shoot through her body she clenched her jaw forcing her words to come out stronger and less breathy though she realized that they had come out a lot harsher than she had originally intended them to be, "I can fight in this condition and worse, don't think that I can't. I've been taught since the beginning of my existence to be stronger than this... Heh, and I'm not going to die, don't think yourself that lucky Taiga..." Realizing that there was no way in which she was going to win this argument she turned her gaze away from him altogether her head lowering to rest softly in the nape of his neck and her body relaxing over his back while her wings lowered behind them dragging along on the ground leaving a trail of blood and black and white feathers showing where they had come from, closing her eyes she worked to try and slow her heart beating in her chest taking slow yet deep breaths in and out until his words pulled her out of her slight trance and back to reality causing her to turn her head to look back at him surprise written all over her face, "If you’re worried about someone else showing up, I’ll just get us out of here before that happens. And I’m gonna pay you back for this. The next time we’re caught up in a battle, I’ll be the one doing the protecting." "..Taiga..." Leaning in without so much as a second (or first) thought about it she closed the gap between the two of them her eyes fluttering closed as she pressed her lips softly against his cheek the work she had done to control the speed of her heart going out the window as it once more began to beat out of control with her action and with the pain pulsing through her thanks to the dying adrenaline in her veins, allowing her lips to linger against his skin for a few more moments she finally pulled back her cheeks a soft tinge of red as she turned her head once more away from his her eyes remaining closed as she went back to letting it rest against his neck her voice soft as she spoke the days events finally beginning to catch up with the young fallen, "..Thank you... Really, thank you..."

She tried to argue one more than one occasion. Taiga understood why. He got at least that much. Pride, orders, duty. She had all of it and then some. At one point her tone became rather harsh, but he thought nothing of it. She put up with him all the time. There was no reason he shouldn't be able to do the same. He also chalked it up to the queen trying to sound tougher than she would be perceived in her current position. Still he couldn't help, but comment himself. "Don't get cocky. I mean I really expected more to be honest. If that was the extent of the strength you were taught to hold since the beginning of your existence, then the queen'll be surpassed by this pawn in no time." He chuckled a bit, partially trying to lighten the mood. The tension and feeling of imminent danger, had decreased exponentially. That was good. Kaelani was relaxing. Resting, even. At least that was as far as Taiga could could tell. Which he prefered as opposed to her straining herself. Though it might have been favorable if she could have possibly reverted to the more human form. He had to be careful. He was moving as quickly and quietly as possible avoiding public areas and remaining in the shadows. Luckily he knew the quickest ways too and from the school, that were accessible to a human. If only he could fly. But he wasn't as adept with his new demonic appendages and wondered if he'd ever properly be able to. It was quiet. Calm. A favorable mood as he traveled with the queen on his back. However, that mood quickly changed. At least for Taiga it did. It was all but shattered, in fact. For a moment, he hadn't even realized that she'd closed the gap between them. It wasn't until he felt her lips on his cheek that he noticed. His eyes widened, but he didn't stop moving. He could feel the blood rushing to his face. Where Kaelani bore a slight tinge of red, his bore a bright crimson shade along his cheeks comparable to that of his imitation Welsh Dragon blade. He opened his mouth as if to speak but nothing came out. Why had she done it? What was her reason? Being who he was, the shock had made Taiga completely forget about the conversation, if even for a second. When he finally realized it they were back at the clubhouse. "D-don't get all sentimental on me." He managed to choke out as he entered the building. "A-all of this doesn't change how I feel. I'll pay you back, but only because I owe you and because you're a member of my new family." Part of him was actually in denial and still a bit in shocked. But he wasn't going to just flip his entire point of view. At least, not yet. "Medical attention!" He finally called out as he kicked the door open. He was panting, obviously exhausted, and bleeding a little more now, but definitely not as much as Kaelani was. "Hurry!" He didn't take notice of anything else in the room, focusing completely on the fact that the family's queen needed medical attention.

Lamia nodded at harusame as she pulled a long pipe out of her corset as she changed from her slithering snake form to normal legs as she proceeded to walk back to the club room. lamia couldn't speak so everything was either a yes or no answer for her as she got back then waited for the master to come back and when taiga called out for medical attention she moved over and held Kaelani putting her on a couch as she started to bandage her up. Lorenzo soon saw the familiar and held out his arm as the crow landed and handed him the message and while he was relieved that everyone was okay that meant this was no accident and someone was trying to start something with his house and he wasn't going to have that. Lorenzo soon got to an alley way and used his magic to teleport back to the club room and when he got back seeing all of his pieces hurt or in pain and even the state that his loyal queen was in just made him feel worse. Lorenzo went to his desk and kicked it hard leaving a sizable hole in it Damn it! someone tried to attack the members of my house like this. I swear to god they are going to pay for this Lorenzo growled and even lamia chan started to back away from him as she turned back into her snake form and hid in a corner waiting for Lorenzo to calm down...

"D-Don't get all sentimental on me. A-All of this doesn't change how I feel. I'll pay you back, but only because I owe you and because you're a member of my new family." Turning her head on his shoulder so that she was looking up at him with what could only be seen as sleepy eyes she gave him a small and weary smile a soft and slightly breathy laugh escaping through them, thinking back on her previous actions she knew that it had been stupid to have kissed him in the manner that she had (or at all for that matter) though she also knew she couldn't change the past and that one small action such as the one she had offered him wasn't going to change how he felt about her, "What we need now are heroes and heroines, about a million of them, one brave deed is worth that of a thousand books. Sentiment without action is the ruin of the soul... If it is going to be a world with no time for sentiment, it is not a world that I want to live in." Wincing in slight pain as she felt her wings scraping against the door-frame of the club-room she turned her gaze to glance around the room at everyone else that was already there the state of each of them telling her that this was not an ordinary attack but rather one that had been orchestrated over time, "Medical attention! Hurry!" Feeling another pair of hands on her body she relaxed her arms around Taiga's neck letting them slip completely as she was pulled away from him only to be carried over and lain down on the couch she could always be found on, turning her head to the side she kept her eyes closed her body relaxing though her chest heaving up and down quickly with each breath she took as she let the master's familiar begin to work on her wounds slowly bandaging them up starting with the larger and more serious ones. Feeling the light brush of fur against her fingertips she dropped her gaze down to her own familiar giving him a gentle scratch behind the ear as she heard the unmistakable sound of wood shattering from the other side of the room alerting them all to the fact that their King had returned to the club-room and causing the only one who was trying her best to help her to cower away leaving the bandage half wrapped around her middle, "Damn it! Someone tried to attack the members of my house like this. I swear to god they are going to pay for this." Twisting her body slightly she pressed her palms on the couch her arms shaking as she pushed herself up the once clean bandages becoming stained with red as her own familiar shoved his pride aside shifting into his more humanoid form so that he could continue to tend to her wounds, "Lorenzo... Olani ladnah oiad gassagen ds as sman-r capimali oiad..." Enochian. The language of the Angels (which she hadn't used in a few years now) melded into her speech the words slipping out of her mouth before she could even stop them knowing that the only ones in the room that would be able to understand what she was saying was herself and the other fallen that was tied up and struggling to get away, "Cael. I took care of him... But there will be others, this is not over... It's barely beginning..." Dropping her head as she felt Mahiro lightly tap his fingers against her elbow she turned her gaze glancing over at him for a moment before she winced lifting her arm up her back hunching over slightly as she rested her other elbow on her knee his hands working to loosen her corset like armor before he slipped his hands under her top working with difficulty to wrap the bandage over her shoulder her voice softer now as she spoke only to him, "Get me clothes and I'll change... It'll be easier than fighting against my armor..."

After the fight, Miria returned to the club room. She wasn't injured, luckily, the girl didn't think about hurting her instead of hurting her shikigamis. The mental exhaustation was still pretty bad. She walked back to the club room, trying to keep her head in one place and it not splitting into two, as she felt it would anytime soon. Lamia also turned more human-like while they were walking, though Miria did not notice. She was quite some ways away from the school, though. Maybe it'd be better to use a shikigami to carry her all the way there, but that would just tire her out more. She just coped with it until she could eventually reach the club room.

After a long, long way, Miria finally arrived to the school and, eventually, the club room. She looked pretty bad, even though she wasn't physically damaged. She slowly went to the sofa and sat down, with a hand on her head. "Boss, thanks about that." She simply said, before returning to her headache. "And can... can I get an aspirin. It's pretty bad, my headache. I also need to rest like, for, a pair of days." She said. Well, at the very least she still had the energy to be snarky.

She giggled when Lorenzo let out his anger. "You shouldn't say that boss, or you will get a headache worse than mine." She said to him. It seemed she wasn't the only one being pretty banged up, for what she was seeing. "I hope eeryone in the peerage is all right. Mine just tired me out, but I dunno about others."

"Sorry boss I failed" Aya said I let them get away forgive me "though it was not a total lost I managed to snap up some pictures of her with help from one of my familiars and I managed to capture her weapon". Aya chimed in "though with that fight I am sorry to say that I will be out of commission the injuries are going to take time dang holy water dipped weapon." Grabbing her camera she took out the memory card and handed it to Lorenzo. "The pictures are on here managed to get a few pictures of her face and profile though cant say anything about quality sadly also the spear is by the wall over there" Aya pointed out with a tilt of her head showing the spear leaning against the far wall.

Taiga sighed as everything played out. It didn't look like anyone was dead, which was good in and of itself. But most were injured, mentally if not physically. Blood had stained the upper layer of his clothing and it was started to drip onto the floor. The cut along the length of his arm was bleeding the most. That was the source of the blood dripping to the floor. His chest was bleeding, but not nearly as much. Even if it was it was drenching his shirt and would be spilling onto his pants next. The back was the least worrying. There was barely any blood, despite the large stain caused from Kaelani. It stung more, being more burn like due to the spear of light.

Part of the young devil wanted to sleep. Just pass out and collapse right there. But he wouldn't. Instead he grabbed a small bottle of aspirin and a water bottle and brought it to Miria, who just recently arrived. "Well it's good to see everyone is okay." He chuckled slightly. He was upset. Deeply upset over the events which had just transpired. But he found it best to try to laugh it off and lighten the mood so they could move on. If they dwelled on this rather than getting better they couldn't properly fix the problem and counter later. At least in his mind... Based on video game experience... But never the less!

"Anybody need anything else?" He asked as he walked away from the group and removed the upper layer of his clothing. He through it into the sink. He could clean that better and easier than the floor if he through it there. He wasn't the type to admire himself or anything like that, but he did notice the small changes in his body. Unlike his life before where he went to school and played games with little more activity other than eating, sleeping and bathing, he was much more active. He trained himself to a degree when he wasn't working here or at the small family restaurant. He was a good deal more muscular and somewhat more defined than he had been before. The skin wasn't as soft or fleshy. He was happy about that. It was progress, but apparently, it still wasn't enough. Maybe the boss could train him some. Kaelani? No... Better stick with the boss if at all possible. He wasn't looking at anyone. He felt ashamed at losing so easily and allowing Kaelani to get hurt.

He ripped part of the dry cloth of his shirt and began to wipe his blood. He'd swiped a few bandages before so one things were clean enough he began to disinfect and wrap his own wounds. His arm, being the primary cause of blood loss, was first. He winced a bit though. It hurt. Even just the disinfecting stage of the wrapping, but he got through this rather quickly. Though he was noticeably struggling a bit with the wrapping of the arm being that he was working one handed. "Boss... I know this is bad, but you should try... Ugh..." He stopped for a moment and fixed a little mistake in his wrapping. "Try to calm down. Before we do anything rash, I think it would be best to rest and then maybe focus on getting stronger before trying to make anyone pay." This was the Pawn's opinion. Nothing more nothing less. And he left it at that as he continued to work on bandaged his arm so he could get to his torso next.

Lorenzo heard everything each one of them had to say and just as taiga suggested he needed to calm down. He had to look at the positives which was that they had a fallen who his queen actually knew in their possession and the weapon off a priest that was dipped in holy water. if nothing else they could be bargaining chips further down the line at best they will lead him to whoever was stupid enough to attack every member of his house in one go. Lorenzo took a deep breath and soon calmed down at least enough that he wouldn't curse gods name again considering that it may give him a headache. Lorenzo took a seat in his chair Alright everyone right now we are in code red, nobody goes home without at least one other person with them. Everyone goes home in pairs so to avoid this happening again. I will use what we gathered being the fallen in chains let me out of here before I kill you! as if on cue the fallen cursed out then Lorenzo sighed and continued and the spear used by the priest to figure out who is trying to take us down and why. I will talk to lord Lucifer if I must to get his permission to hunt if need be. I proud of all of you for holding your ground today but your injuries are a sign that everyone needs to train harder so tomorrow after class your going to train as much as you can. Kaelani will supervise since I will be out trying to figure things out, if nobody else has anything they want to say your all dismissed. Remember nobody goes home alone for a while.

the sun started to shine through a small apartment. the sun got reflected by a some snowboard that are hanging on the the ceiling and walls of the apartment on the face of a young 16 year old student that was sleeping calmly in his bed with his arms and legs spread all over the bed. his shiny jewel quartz grey eyes slowly open up before he turns his head so he does not look straight into the sun "ugh why is the sun always so bright in the morning" he said towards himself before he calmly rolls towards the edge of his bed before he places his feet onto the soft. he pushes himself up form his bed making him stand up to his 5.10 inch or 1.87 centimeters height . he walks out of his room calmly before he walks straight toward the next door that leads towards the shower .

10 minutes later he walks out of the shower still water drop sliding over his contours of his athletic muscled body. he grabs a white towel from a bar that is attached to the wall and dries off his short to medium black messy hair before he dries of the rest of his body. he grabs a black boxer short with the Adidas logo and name written over the band of it and puts on on followed by a pair of black pants from his school uniform. he walks barefooted and bare chested through the door of that leads him back into the hall and walks calmly towards the kitchen where he grabs 2 bread slices and puts them in the toaster that lays on the kitchen worktop. while the bread was slowly getting made into toast he was walking back towards his room to get further dressed into his white buttoned shirt although he left the 3 upper buttons open and black jacket school uniform. he closes the closet in his room and looks into the mirror that is attached to the door going with his hand through his hair to get it a bit in model although it still looked messy while it was modeled.

skating on a pair of roller blades from spitfire he skates towards school until his phone suddenly rings. he takes it calmly up "he Steven sawp? remember you have a autograph session of your last snowboard competition later this week so keep that part clear in your schedule. owh and i maybe got you a new sponser named DC shoe" a man said on the other side of the line "yea sure no problem i be there cya later dude" steven said before he was hanging his phone up and skates further. a few miles further he sees a magic circle pan flat hanging on the wall with a magic circle on it. he takes it off the wall while chuckling and saying to himself "hehe it looks cool" before started to ride in an alley way which is a short cut towards the grocery store although suddenly a few guys around the age of 25 are suddenly standing in front of him with drawn knives “give me your money” one of the men said. Steven calmly shakes his head although while he shakes he suddenly feels something getting smashed into his stomach. It was one of the men slamming a knife into his stomach before a few other start to hit him with their bare hands until the all suddenly run away leaving Steven lay move less on the ground fully bruised and with a few knife stabs into his abdomen slowly bleeding to dead "man i wish i was the best sports person in the world having sponsers beg for me to join there crew getting bigger then tony hawk, shaun white, matt hoffman and marc mc morris together being the greatest off all time and being and raising myself to the top and then it ends by being stabbed and robbed." although he the last few worlds were just mumbling attempting to move and get up although he fails misserble in it "no it cant end like this it cant i have to continue no matter what" that where his last thought before his eyes shut down and leaves him laying there

Things should really be kind of bad, given that eeryone was attacked and boss seemed so distressed about it. He wouldn't hear protests from Miria, that much was for sure. Now, who should she go back home with? She wasn't on extra friendly terms with anyone in the club, but still, there was someone who definitely worried her. Aya, the tengu youkai. The enemy also had onmyouji on their side, and Aya would be an even easier target now that she was part demon, part youkai. She swallowed up the medicine given to her by Taiga, though she wasted no time. With her decision made, Miria stood up from the sofa she was sitting in and rushed over to Aya, who seemed pretty banged up from the last fight.

"Aya, you okay? It seems you didn't find someone like my opponent, that's a relief, to be honest." Miria even let out a relieved sigh at the thought of it, before going on with what she actually wanted to say. "Want to go home together? The enemy also has onmyoujis on their side, and right now, it doesn't seem like you can fair well against them, and I bet you could use a person that can actually tell a shikigami apart from something normal." Miria said, while smiling at her. Well, that much was true, and Miria could also use someone she could support, given that she was more of a support mage, not really suited to go against someone who's specialty would be close fighting. Having anyone at all would help her a lot. Besides relieving her wories, that is.

Lorenzo felt one of the seals become active so Lorenzo knew someone was begging for a new life which is what Lorenzo would give. unfortunately considering he isn't able to sacrifice any of his pieces he will need to sacrifice a soul, which meant he would need to let someone sent to hell to end their suffering and give the new piece the soul of the fallen. This requires magic only Lorenzo had access to being the last member of the Amadeus family which were originally jailors of hell get ready for a new comrade guys Lorenzo said to them before putting on a smile and taking a soul from hell as he appeared before the boy his black wings opened and holding out his hand to the boy while holding the soul of the damned soul in his other shame you didn't add learn a martial art to that list. If you want that second chance then you will need to pledge your life to my service above all else. Think you can handle that? Lorenzo asked waiting for the boy to make his choice of whether to be a part of his house or not...

steven eyes open one more time when someone appears right in front of him although he saw everything blurry and couldn't recognize the guy standing in front of him and what he had in his hand "i can do martial arts. in only need to practice. and i can handle that i am gone try to be the best in what ever i do" steven said mumbling softly while smiling a bit before his eyes closed fast and his muscle shut down completely making him lay like a lifeless person on the ground in a puddle of blood

"Ah Miria yah we should head out together don't want to run into a exorcist and or an onmyouji" Aya replied "though let us wait for a bit to see the new recruit that boss is picking up" she quickly added upon hearing that they will have a new member of their little family. Thinking back she was kind of glad that she did not run into anyone who practiced onmyodo if she did she would have been in a bad situation youkai are weak naturally to onmyodo magic due to their nature it was now that she was part devil. Shaking those thoughts from her head less she get into some gruesome thoughts on what her fate might have been. "its good to see that you managed to get out well alive despite the situation" Aya threw in trying to start small talk till the boss arrived.

Lorenzo said proudly finally being in a good mood after this whole ordeal with having his second knight filling the space...

"Yeah, I was just thinking the same thing. It should be interesting enough." Miria said, after seeing the boss disappear to go search for a new part of their family. The peerage. It was somehow more recomforting to have a family like that than her actual family. Not that any of them thought she was still alive, though. "Yeah, I can say the same to you. That was unexpectedly tough. I'm just glad all of us got out with just minor scratches and wounds. What was yours like? Mine was an onmyouji just like me, though she had more experience. If it wasn't for Lamia-chan's help, I might not have gotten out unscathed." Miria said to Aya. Well, it was the truth, saying that she felt it was a close one. A little more and it could have been fatal.

And then, boss came back. He brought a guy with him. Well, more actual MANpower would be appreciated in their peerage. "Oh, a Knight!" Miria approached the guy, ready to welcome him into their family. "So, we got ourselves another Knight-san? Isn't that great, Taiga? You aren't the only Knight now. She said.

"Um... Two things Miria." Taiga spoke as he finished the wrap around his arm and was now focusing on his back. He'd been quiet mostly, offering grunts and groans as he listened to the others. "One... Because of me our queen over there ended up with more than just a few minor injuries." He said calmly though he wasn't in the best shape himself as he tighten the wrap a bit. "Two... I'm a pawn. Not a Knight. Aya is our knight. Or... Well... I guess our first knight would be the proper way to say it now." He said as he walked to grab his bag. He'd left it here earlier before they went out to hand out fliers.

"Boss... I really think I should be fine going home alone. Besides, pairing up would mean we'd need to spend the nights at each other's houses." He had room, but he wouldn't really be used to it. It felt a little weird. "And you should probably keep an eye on Kaelani. She didn't ask him to say that, and she might not have wanted him too, but he did anyway. Thought it was good to have another member. That was reassuring. And a knight no less. He was putting his uniform shirt back on since his favored short was ruined and stained. "Now if nobody minds, I'm gonna go home." He added.

Sure boss had given an order, but he saw it as more of a suggestion. And unless Lorenzo stopped him and made someone go along with him that would be the end of it. Of course, there was always the chance someone would voluntarily go with him, but he wasn't banking on it. "By the way, if the new guy wakes up, make sure to make him feel extra welcome in my stead." He laughed a bit as he walked out the door clutching his bag, the somewhat poorly wrapped bandages on his arm and torso growing slightly stained as he moved.

"The enemy got away sadly though she was a overzealous priestess going about how I should return the life I stole back" Aya mentioned and was about to say about how she was the knight before Taiga beat her to the punch. Looking around she saw that the new member was knocked out and Harusame was also in a similar state though going by her injuries she was almost on death's bed. This worried her she knew that as a person Harusame didn't have a strong weapon and or sacred gear hers only allowing her to manipulate gravity to a small degree. Also if she was not mistaken her enemy was a fallen putting her at a even greater disadvantage. Shaking those thoughts from her head she wished that things would settle down again soon.

Waking up and hearing the part of how they shouldn't go alone and all that Harusame continued to lay down feigning that she was still sleeping. She failed and had to get boss involved for her to survive the battle that was what pissed her off she wasn't strong enough to fight her own battles she need to train more she was determined to push through this failure and come out on top. Slowly sitting up as to not push her injuries any more she blinked as she noticed the new piece. "Boss so this is the new piece huh?" She asked as looked at the person who remained knocked out huh "Guess your not the only male piece any more Taiga" She called out as she fumbled around for her eye patch and put it on.
