Biography: Taiki has been a student in Academy City since he was very young, like 10-year-old young, developing his abilities mostly because he enjoys it. The choice to enroll in the academy wasn't his though... It was his father's for the sake of his benificial interests, for the Mishima group's interest, a 'Yakuza' clan. In exchange for the benefits the Mishima group recieved, Taiki and his siblings were given to Academy city as something like bargaining chips. They went under the Power Curriculum Program, developed powers and became pawns of Academy city. Taiki currently manages a portion of the Mishima group, he has his own men, his own properties, he has 'influence', he does this work while he does the jobs given by the academy along with his siblings that make up the group 'TASK'.

Taiki is mischievous but he is also spontaneous, pranks are good sometimes but it gets boring, so most of the time he does whatever he can to prevent boredom, to make things interesting as long as it's still ethically acceptable... sometimes it's okay if it's not... when he's desperate enough. Taiki also has bit of a short fuse but he's normally very tolerant, you just need to push the right buttons and he becomes very irritable, it's obvious when he's like that after looking at his obviously frustrated face. (Sleeping is for Suckers!!! )
All that said, he can be serious when it comes to masters and sometimes even adopts a militaristic mind in certain situations.

Signature Move:
Absorption and Morphing = Taiki can absorb any sort of material and energy, and change their properties and composition. For example, he can turn his own hand into steel, absorb more materials to make his hand bigger. He can also transform his whole body into elemental energies, like fire, water, electricity, air and his favorite element, light, though he has a hard time completely transforming into light, he can only use it at bursts to go from here to there or concentrate it to fire laser beams, he can change his body structure at will, he can transform into anyone as long as he knows that person's body structure.
Disadvantages:
Taiki's powers make him almost invincible, he doesn't need sleep as he can just rejuvenate himself, he doesn't need to eat because he can nourish himself on his own with any accessible material but his main weakness is mental attacks. (Mind powers like Kiyoshi's are his bane.) (If you think about it a little, it's obvious)
Management - Taiki has complete control over his body and materials that are under his control. He can make a huge arm out of a normal chair and make it move like a real arm even though it's not physically connected to his main body by flesh (though not perfectly) but it does have to be linked through his dominion. (for example, Imagine Taiki and the arm made from the chair, a small thread of air between Taiki and the arm has to be 'part of Taiki'.
