Name: Gam-Shei Rudsimwar Augusdesh
Appearance: Argonian
Bio: He is a typical looking Argonian. Somewhat anyhow. Tall, skinny, sneaky. He is a lonely Argonian that has a hard time fitting in with his fellow kind surprisingly. He is defensive though despite his rough upbringing about being a Argonian and will defend them if needed. He has a hatred of Khajits and a mistrust of humans but will trust them if he finds a really nice one. He is trying to establish himself in the world but doesn't know what direction he wants to go in. He is a young man and believes in a pre preemptive strike.
Age: 22
Skills: Excellent at sneaking, planning and weapons.
Personality: Quiet. Loyal but can have massive mood swings. Very good on the tactical but horrible from a strategic standpoint. Always planning
Faction: Independent for now.

Balgruuf the Greater
Jarl of Whiterun

Skills: A novice understanding in the way of the voice. An honourable warrior.

Jarl Balgruuf is a man who holds firm loyalty to the people of Whiterun. He has denied multiple requests from the Imperial Legion to garrison troops within his city because of the view this would hold in his people. During the Dragon Crisis, rather then let himself be distracted by the civil war, Balgruuf recognized the true threat; Alduin. Balgruuf aided the Dragonborn in securing peace from the World Eater. Balgruuf loathes the Thalmor and worships Talos, yet he resents Ulfrik Stormcloak for throwing the Empire into chaos. Nevertheless, casting Whiterun into the war is something he is hesitant to do, but ultimately believing that a united Empire is the best course to resist the Thalmor Dominion.

Real Name: Dra’chess Daer’ra Barnre
Name: Ilthallan Dakaar

Appearance: Tall, chiseled, beautiful, androgynous.
Height: 6’2”
Weight: 240lbs
Hair: Long wavy (Dark Brown Almost black)
Eyes: Dark Brown Almost Black
Sex: Male
Almost like this

Originally his hair and eyes were so white that some thought them silver. But that tied him to his family so with some dye and magic he changed his appearance.

Bio:
Wrong place wrong time. Isn’t that how it always happens? He was just walking into town when a group was harassing the townsfolk. Usually he wouldn’t have looked at it and would just keep walking. But something nagged at him… probably the fact that these men were harassing children, which was the thing that set him off. He tried to help the children but as an outsider he just looked like another person starting crap. It was strange that the guards showed up just as he looked like one of them.

After that the guards took them all away and tossed them in a cell. Somehow he convinced the guards that he should be prosecuted in his own lands. With a well-known representative from this area to accompany him to his “trial.” They had agreed with him and sent him on a small merchant-like vessel. When in reality there wouldn’t be a trial just an execution once he arrives… This is because his family was of a powerful ancient bloodline supposedly tied to the ancient Ehlnofey. This bloodline gave his family terrifying abilities and powers.

They wanted this bloodline destroyed and attacked his family… killing almost everyone. He escaped and thanked the gods that he was alive. He figured that vengeance would be something out of his grasp but nothing is written in stone. He has hopes in proving his ability and knows that his family had a scapegoat for him. The other nobles assume that he was killed in the attack and thus allows him to be “free.”

Although that is digressing from the point. As they were voyaging they were attacked and he moved from being a prisoner to being… you guessed it… a Prisoner! This entire week was looking somewhat bleak as he was brought before the king or whatever they called themselves in this land.

This was where things became interesting. He was actually released because of the fact he was a prisoner of the imperials. He was given a few tasks and did them as quickly as he could to leave those lands. After a few months of travel he ended up becoming a “traveling merchant.” His small covered carriage now puts up dust plumes, well more like snow… on his way to Whiterun.

Those that do stop him he presents with his merchant guild emblem and it mostly allows him to pass through the lands. He works for almost all of the guilds throughout the lands as well and has contacts within each. Although the dark brotherhood contacts him when they need his help.

Age: 23 human equivalent for Altmer. I’m not sure if the ages are different in this world… never discussed from what I can remember.

Skills: Novice, Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, Master, Grandmaster, Secret Grandmaster

Personality: Helps those in need if he can. Although doesn’t usually throw himself in the way of danger.

Nation: The Kingdom of Daggerfall

Location: The Kingdom of Daggerfall is composed of two regions; Glenumbra the westernmost region of High Rock, encompassing most of the large peninsula separating the Iliac Bay from the Eltheric Ocean, and Betony a heavily fortified island at the mouth of the Iliac Bay. Daggerfall borders Wayrest (more on Wayrest later) to the east and the Kingdom of Shornhelm to the north, however Shornhelm and Daggerfall are separated by the King's Guard mountains.

Total Military Numbers:
Knights of the Dragon; 10,000
Knights of the Owl; 2,500
Knights of the Wolf; 1,500
Levies; 30,000
Naval Forces; 6,500

Icon: The Crest of Daggerfall mimics that of the former Daggerfall Covenant which had united the various factions in the Iliac Bay region during the Second Era.

History: The Kingdom of Daggerfall, founded in the first era, is not only the oldest of Kingdom in High Rock, but the staunchest supporter of the Empire. The City of Daggerfall is the de facto "capital" of all the Imperial Province of High Rock and it is perhaps due to this that it serves as a headquarters for the various guilds within the region, including the East Empire Company. In fact, Daggerfall has been the location of such prosperity that it seems to have escaped entirely the turmoil other regions have seen since the end of the war. There are multiple reasons that Daggerfall has continued to prosper where other nations have suffered be it through strength of arms or their own diplomatic resourcefulness.

While Daggerfall has always been a force to be reckoned with, boasting the largest and most powerful naval force in High Rock, it often preferred expanding through diplomacy rather than force of arms. The Kingdom of Daggerfall ever interested in maintaining peaceful relations with their neighbors former multiple bonds of marriage with various kingdoms in the Iliac bay area. This act would eventually lead to particular success with the Kingdom of Camlorn which would eventually find itself in union under Daggerfall towards the end of the Third Era. The union continued until the Kingdom of Camlorn was integrated into Daggerfall as a Duchy, the position of Duke of Camlorn typically being given to the heir-to-be.

In more recent history the neighboring Kingdom of Wayrest has fallen after having its capital city of the same name sacked and taken by a coalition of criminals, bandits, and pirates. This coalition has styled itself the Corsair Republic of Wayrest, using the city as a base to which raid outlying territories in the Illiac bay along with towns directly outside of the city. The King of Wayrest still maintains control over the majority of territories outside of Wayrest, but his forces are scattered and demoralized after failing to regain control of the city. An influx of refugees from Wayrest has been steadily filing into neighboring kingdoms including Daggerfall.

Daggerfall stands ready to defend both her territory and that of the Empires as it has steadily expanded its military might since the integration of Camlorn. An already formidable navy has only become stronger, along with an expanded force of knightly orders and levies that may be called upon if needed. The island of Betony has been transformed into a fortress to safeguard the mouth of the Iliac Bay from both the Dominion and Corsairs. Should Daggerfall decide to make war, it will surely be a force to reckon with.
