Casper Warrick (KaelRavenheart)

Your slow and subtle transformation was only noticed when Keith had already dropped to his defensive stance. "I knew it! Werecats DO transform under the sun!"

Once you came at him, Keith swung his whip and circled around your neck. However, your claw attack was a success and now the mercenary has a nasty gash on his torso. "Oomph!" Keith yelped in pain. He recovered quickly though and squeezed his whip's handle. You suddenly feel a jolt of electricity run through you and with the whip still around your neck, Keith pulled your head down and into his knee. "Not bad, kitty. Not bad at all."

Having knocked you a feet away but out of the whip's grasp, Keith comes at you with his katana. Thrusting and slashing the blade with his whip in an idle position. You see his wounds have began to close up but a little counterattack should fix that.

Akai and Yamimori Kurokawa (Polaris North)

"Ah yes, Aqua Maria." Ant Girl replied to your question. "She disappeared one day and Susan said she was searching for another superhero team. I do not know where Maria would find one and I'm sure it would be quite difficult. I just wish she asked for our help but I think she wanted to do this alone so we may be able to continue our jobs." Elizabeth explained.

The fight continued. Casper has taken more beastly features which did not go unnoticed by Keith. "I knew it! Werecats DO transform under the sun!"

Ant Girl had a light surprised look on her face once she saw Casper's transformation but quickly calmed. Casper had inflicted a nasty gash on Keith but the mercenary braved it and with the whip around Casper's neck, pushed the beastman back. The whip seemed to conduct electricity but it was now off Casper's neck. Keith threw attack after attack and it's up to Casper how to handle that.

"I think I just had an advanced history lesson on what happened to Steel Fish." Yamimori said. "But thank you for answering the question." The red haired boy with white streaks said. "I suppose that is Aqua Maria's reason. Besides, it must have been dangerous and she wanted no one else to get hurt." He shrugged. "But that's just a guess." He looked back at the fight. "Werecats?" He muttered to himself.

Gradually, Yamimori's hair was turning to its original fiery red and the snow around Akai was melting. The boy didn't notice this, however, as he was focused on the fight. "Electric whips." He muttered. "Nice."

Casper had thought that Keith might capture some part of him in the whip, but the electricity caught him completely off guard. Though his claws found their mark, the electricity coursing through him caused him to howl in pain, and he was too dazed from it to avoid having his face bashed by Keith's knee. He glared intensely up at the man, his eyes locked onto the man's eyes while he held his nose, which was bleeding. A low snarl came from his throat and he spat at Keith, all of his good humor seeming to have been jolted out of him with the electricity. He was now out for blood.

"You're going to regret that, you maggot!" His eyes were full of hate now, but his mind was still sharp as ever. He dodged the katana and whip strikes, his movements even more catlike as he was now completely on all fours, his shoulders hunched and his legs bent at an almost unnatural angle, his eyes still focused on the target before him. Suddenly, as Keith came towards him, he was no longer where he'd been a moment ago, the katana and Keith's full weight crashing into the space he'd left, as he'd seemingly disappeared the split second before the katana and whip would have rended his flesh. Those watching would have noticed a moment later that he was now behind Keith, his teeth bared as he leapt on the man's back, his claws seeking to dig into the man's flesh and tear at it.

David chuckled a bit as he watched Keith and Casper interact. A little bit of pre-battle banter between them that also served as a psychological goading match to get the other person to hit first. Personally, David wasn't very good at that kind of thing, but it was always pretty cool to see someone else do it, especially if he succeeded. Here, it looked like Casper was the one who got the better of Keith, as the mercenary struck first, which may have been exactly what Casper was waiting for; the young man suddenly transformed and after narrowly dodging all of Keith's strikes, left some deep gashes on his chest.

David took stock of the newly transformed Casper. A werecat? David was just seeing all sorts of new things today. As for Keith . . . David narrowed his eyes. It looked like his regeneration really was top class. With an ability like that, it made sense that he would be the one testing them; if he could heal from roughly any injury, then going all out wouldn't be a problem, not for him, anyway.

That aside, the cavalier way that Keith acted despite being hurt led David to suspect that he wasn't even taking them seriously. He wondered exactly how good Keith really was.

Suddenly, the battle turned in Keith's favor as a sudden jolt from his electric whip paralyzed Casper, leaving him open to a nasty knee to the face. David frowned as Casper got up, looking completely enraged. It looked like as far as keeping your cool goes, Keith was definitely the better man.

"Got you no-- wha?!"

Once you seemingly disappeared and appeared behind Keith, the mercenary failed to turn around in time and felt your claws sink into his flesh. "WAUGH!" Blood oozed from the wounds you inflicted but then you feel encircle your neck once more. It could only mean one thing and you probably guessed what came next. A jolt of electricity surged through your body once more but it also affected Keith. The light electrocution of the two made you let go of the mercenary.

"Forgot what that felt like." Keith said about his short electric therapy. "That was terrible." Looking at the spectators, the both of you noticed a certain green-suited girl talking to Elizabeth. "Whoo, hope that ain't about the civil war in the 'Pines. Things are wacky there, man." He remarked.

The mercenary then lunged at you once more, swinging his weapons at you for a lucky hit. You could easily evade his attacks but Keith can certainly take your attacks. What will be your next move?

Akai and Yamimori Kurokawa (Polaris North)
David Alexander Robin (TheHangedMan)

Casper, in a moment, appeared behind Keith and sunk his claws into the mercenary's flesh. "WAUGH!" Blood oozed from the wounds inflicted but Keith swung his whip and it encircled Casper's neck once more. It was no mystery what happened next though the electrocution happened to both fighters.

The two were separated and Keith resumed his attack. Casper could effortlessly dodge the attacks but Keith has shown that he could take on Casper's attacks. Ant Girl watched the fight with an excited smile and face. After all, anything could happen next.

As you all watched, a hand turned Elizabeth around. It was Disaster Lily and it seemed she needed a word with Ant Girl. "Lizzie, after this can you join me in the T.V.? There's something you need to see."

"What's it about, Rinko?" Elizabeth replied. "Is it an emergency?"

Rinko's face turned grim. "I can only hope it doesn't turn into an emergency." She said before silently leaving.

Ant Girl was now worried about what Disaster Lily had said and turned back to the fight.

So far, the fight seemed fairly even, although the scales were tipped slightly in Keith's favor. Certainly, the majority of Keith's attacks were avoided, but when they did land, the affect they had on Casper was noticeable. On the other hand, Casper almost always landed the hits he wanted, but in the face of Keith's incredible regeneration, they were rendered almost useless. The way David saw it, Casper either had to immobilize in a way were he couldn't get back up or retaliate, such as with the ice girl (he really had to ask for her name later) who encased him in a block of ice, or otherwise somehow outdo Keith's regeneration.

Considering none of them had any idea how deeply Keith's regeneration ran, David would have stuck with the former.

As the fight continued, a certain lily approached Ant Girl. David paused to listen in on their conversation. He frowned at the topic of their conversation. He wondered if he would be able to ask about the situation.

Akai suddenly woke up and then sat up. "What?" She muttered before looking at the battle. Casper seemed to have transformed. "Interesting." She said and continued to watch. When Yamimori noticed that his sister was awake, he smiled but made no sound as he knew Akai was watching. The two stood up and then continued to be silent.

When the two separated, Akai began thinking on what Casper would do next. If he would attack, Keith could take it given that he managed to heal fast earlier. Yamimori, on the other hand, was just watching in pure excitement on what was going to happen next. Her attention was caught when Elizabeth started to talk. It was Disaster Lily. When the girl left, she was beyond curious. “What was that about?” She asked Elizabeth.

Casper was far more prepared this time for the electricity that would come from the whip. He tensed his muscles and clenched his teeth together just before the electricity coursed through his body and Keith's. He wouldn't want to bit his tongue with his sharp teeth. That might cause serious damage. His attacks were landing, but they just weren't doing enough damage. He just wasn't used to fighting an opponent who didn't go down after his regular attacks got through. He was holding one arm, his cat like eyes fixed on Keith, his claws twitching with the remainder of the electricity leaving his body. He spoke in a low, growling voice, his body half hunched over. The anger was gone from his voice and manner, replaced with a steely seriousness that was almost even more frightening, though the others might not have picked up on it because they didn't know him very well yet. This was how he got when he believed his opponent was an actual threat. It meant that he was no longer holding back. Though the others might not know it, all thought of this being a mock fight was now gone from his mind, his sense all completely focused on the destruction of the threat.

"I'll admit, you are more formidable than I originally took you for, North. I think it's time for me to stop playing. You'll regret making me get serious." There was no trace of humor in his voice, only the cold, calculating, intense stare of a beast deciding how to make the killing pounce on it's prey. He stared at North for a long moment, then suddenly he doubled over, as if in pain, though it actually didn't hurt, but was simply uncomfortable. His arms flew out straight, his clawed fingers curling viciously and his face hidden by his hair. Thick and coarse, but sleek and shiny black fur erupted all down his arms and legs, laying flat against his body, the hair on his head receding into the new fur as pointed ears sprang from his head. He fell to his knees, and suddenly two extra feet burst from his sides, as if spat out fully formed from his stomach, then quickly his hands, feet, and the new feet all melted into the small, but deadly clawed feet of a big cat. Out from his shoulders grew the two long tentacle like appendages, snaking their way out from his shoulder blades slowly, like snakes emerging from the grass. His body stretched to accommodate all of these new parts, his muscles rippling as they grew to the size of his powerful beast form. His face stretched at the same time, his teeth filling up his mouth even more and his nose and mouth becoming the muzzle of a big cat as his tail crept from behind him. Finally his form was complete, both the transformation and the finished product frightening to behold, though it took only about 10 seconds for the entire thing.

He circled Keith, like a beast stalking his prey, his feline eyes wary and focused entirely on his opponent, then suddenly he was three feet to the left of where he'd been, but closer to Keith, then 6 feet to the right of that and closer, his form running as he teleporting, his claws extending as suddenly he was to the side of Keith, slamming the man to the ground and raking him with his massive claws, the full weight of his powerful muscles and large body behind the attack.

Keith was silent about your transformation though it seemed not because of awe but of something else. "Damn right, thoughts." The mercenary told himself before assuming a combat stance.

Your lightning-fast movements baffled and startled Keith, his reflexes simply could not catch up. Before he knew it, he was slammed to the ground by your huge claws. "GRAGH!" The mercenary cried, dropping his weapons. With your heavy claws on him and with no weapons to retaliate, Keith quickly yelled. "I give up! Tap out! Tap out!" The mercenary tapping his hands on the ground.

"My Keith, how unmanly of you." Ant Girl remarked at the surrendering mercenary.

"That's not true, real men know when to fold 'em." Keith retorted.

"Well then, I believe the fight has reached its end. No thanks to Mr. North." Elizabeth announced.

As you got off Keith and went back to sidelines, Ant Girl smiled at you. "An impressive alternate form. May I ask what creature you are? I am fairly sure you are not a 'Werecat' as Keith had said." She asked but then her face looked like she made a mistake. "Ah, forgive me. I assumed you were not human. Could you perhaps be a human that can transform?"

Meanwhile in the battlefield, Keith got up and picked up his weapons. His body repairing his body as he did so. "Alright then. Who's left?" He asked.

Akai and Yamimori Kurokawa (Polaris North)
David Alexander Robin (TheHangedMan)

After Keith had thrown off his opponent, Casper underwent a transformation into another form that resembled a black cat with six limbs and tentacles. It was clear Casper had thrown off all restraints and was out to for some North blood. Ant Girl does not seem overly concerned at Casper's increased ferocity. Instead, she continued to watch with anticipation.

Casper, with breakneck speed, came up to Keith and slammed him into the ground and made the mercenary drop his weapons. With Casper's heavy claws on him and with no weapons to retaliate, Keith quickly yelled. "I give up!

Ant Girl went to talk to the returning Casper while Keith got up and picked up his weapons. His body repairing his body as he did so. "Alright then. Who's left?" He asked.

"Awesome." Yamimori said with a smile as he and his sister continued to watch the fight. Both of them were more impressed than scared when it came to how Casper looked. The speed was amazing as well considering how even Keith did not manage to react to it. The twins doubted they can work around that. Once Keith tapped out, Akai let out a faint chuckle.

"At least this time, he managed to admit defeat." She said with a smile and looked at Elizabeth who was clearly impressed by it.

"Now I'm pretty embarrassed since I think I was the only one who couldn't beat him." Yamimori said, head looking down in disappointment. "Damn teleportation device." He muttered under his breath as Akai patted his back.

"You'll get your chance." Akai reassured him. "So don't worry alright?" Yamimori just nodded and then looked back at Keith as he asked for anymore challengers. There was only one remaining and that was the guy with them. He forgot his name... David was it? He wasn't sure.
