Personality: Akiko is very energetic and high-spirited. She gets over-excited about things she's passionate about, and tends to obsess about them. She gets frustrated easily when other people aren't as enthusiastic. Overall, she means well; as an extrovert, she thrives on interaction with others, and likes making people happy. However, she often accidentally annoys them. She's very optimistic, and always wants to believe the best in people, which often leads to cases of extreme naivety. She's also very stubborn, and doesn't give up on things easily. Unfortunately, as a dreamer with her head in the clouds, she either has no goals, preferring her inner fantasies, or her goals are almost larger than life and extremely difficult to accomplish.
Bio: Akiko lives with her single father and 11-year-old sister Haruhi. Their mother died shortly after Haruhi's birth, leaving their father as the only caregiver for his five-year-old and infant daughters. He took on the job with zeal, performing the best he could in every aspect of parenting without losing his cheerfulness. Akiko turned out much like he did; bright and happy, with a never-give-up attitude. She helps to look after her younger sister, who's much more quiet and demure than her family members, and wanted to get a part time job to help support the family, but her father wouldn't allow it. He would always just tell her that she needs to focus on her school work, which isn't her best achievement. It's not that she's not intelligent, but she has a hard time focusing on school; her mind is always preoccupied with exciting dreams and ideas. She used to get lost in daydreams, imagining fantasy worlds bright and exciting to match her enthusiasm. But when the magical girl craze started, she was pulled out of the clouds and down to Earth. Finally, there was something as amazing as the things she could imagine in the real world.
Unlike others who waited for a convenient time and viewed the powers in a casual way, Akiko went to the fountain the very day she heard about it. She was overjoyed with her new abilities, and with the concept of magical girls themselves. When the Mahou Shoujo League was formed, she was an avid follower from the beginning, watching every match she could and learning about all the competitors. When teams were formed and specific groups started becoming famous, she was on the frontline of their fandoms. She became a bit of a magical girl geek, obsessing over their abilities and battle tactics, along with their characters and stories. Along the line, she decided that that was what she wanted: to become a big shot magical girl team leader and get to go toe-to-toe with her idols. Now she's passionately searching for other girls to form a team with, optimistic that they can make it no matter how rag-tag they are.

Stage Persona: (as written by Akiko, smilies and all) Hikari was the littlest angel in the Heavenly Cloud Kingdom. She meant well, but always seemed to get into some kind of trouble. One day, when she was playing too close to the edge of the clouds, she tripped and fell all the way down to Earth! Her wings burned up on the way down, so she had no way to fly back to her angel friends. :( Now, to get her wings back and return home, Hikari must make new friends and get their help to fight evil and spread happiness. It may take a while, but Hikari knows that with her pure heart and shining smile, she can spread the powers of love and friendship and earn back her wings! :D

Weapon: A winged, golden wand
Abilities:
- Holy Bolt: Fires a piercing arrow of light at the target.
- Cross Barrier: Large crosses rise out of the ground. They can be used to block an attack or to encase and opponent.
- Shining Flare: A blinding flash of light emanates from Akiko, damaging all enemies within a ten-foot radius. It only harms those who she wishes to harm, but it decreases visibility for everyone nearby while in effect.
