Physical Appearance: Although Evangeline is small her physical appearance makes her stand out. She is short with a skinny build and has long hair down to her lower back and big green eyes. She walks with confidence which really shows off her big and bouncy personality. She knows she is a bit on the skinny side but she has never had to try hard to watch her weight. She has a small oval face with a sharp jawline, a button nose and small but full lips. Evangeline is half English and half German and she takes after the German side with her pale skin and ''meant'' to be blonde hair. Evangeline hair was meant to be light blonde but due to a birth defect and lack of pigments in her hair it came out a whitish/ silvery colour. However this doesn't faze her and it links nicely with her overall look. Her ears stick out but she keeps them hidden behind her hair.

Evangeline has multiply piercings on both ears and two tattoos. One of a silver and red dragon on the back of her neck and one of the Japanese symbols of 'Strong' on the inside of her left wrist. Evangeline enjoys to run, not for weight loss but to help her think and keep her over excited powers in check. Evangeline can't seem to build muscles so her legs and arms are very skinny. Evangeline's hair is usually straight with a side fringe coming over from the left side of her head over her right eye. Although it's a strange colour it's well kept and shiny. Evangeline has an undetectable accent, it's a bit American with a slight hint of English.

Attire: Evangeline style can vary from day to day, but usually her style is Steampunk mixed with a hint of Vintage. Evangeline likes colourful clothing and is inspired with clothing from anywhere between the 1950's to the early 2000's. As well as that she enjoys the industrial Victorian fashion of steampunk is is never afraid to have clockwork and other bits and bobs on her clothing. Evangeline is a hat person and will wear anything from a Gangster fedora to a Top hat anytime and anywhere. She is also the type that can pull off the whole dressing up thing. Don't be surprised if she's looking a little to much like the mad hatter from Alice in Wonderland

Innate & Outward Personality: Towards other people Evangeline is kind, adventurous and isn't afraid to crack a joke when it's needed. She's outgoing and creative and isn't afraid to show it. Be careful though, she doesn't take kindly to unnecessary unkindness, snobbiness and comments about others appearances. She enjoys talking to anyone and everyone no matter who they are of where they come from. She is the kind of person who will have a nickname for everyone. However she knows when it's time to get serious and do some hard work.

Deep down, Evangeline is a thinker and always analyses everything before she acts to speaks. She has a different way of looking at the world and tries to see the beauty in everything and everyone.

Hobbies/Interests: Evangeline loves to run and and draw everything in sight. She also likes to go and try to talk to a new person everyday, and listen to their stories. She's a big fan on anything horror related, so she also spends them collecting vintage horror books. She doesn't tell much people but she does enjoy her fair amount of video games.

Skills/Talents: Evangeline loves playing the piano even though she is not professional. She is a very skilled at taking photographs and she can take a picture of anything and make it look stunning.

Prized Possession: Evangeline values her camera above anything else in the world, anyone who touches it without her permission is toast. Closely second is her favorite Top Hat covered in golden chains, purple and black velvet and little bits of broken pocket watches.

History/Bio: Evangeline was born in Munich, Germany to a German mother and an English father. Throughout her childhood she kept to herself because of her unnatural hair color, although her parents were good people they told her that she would probably scare other children if she played with them.

Her and her parents lived in Germany for 6 years before moving to England, because of her parents jobs. They were both high ranked employees at they're jobs so they became workaholics. They would usually leave the already alone Evangeline by herself for hours causing her to decline more into herself. After a while she just stopped speaking and no one knew why.

What her parents didn't know is something strange was happening to her. She would find that electrical devices would spark around her and light bulbs would get too bright and sometimes even explode. She managed to keep this under control by herself for a while but after the age of 10 she had a power surge and suddenly she could no longer control anything. Her powers would make any electrical device fry and sometimes explode, while other times electricity would spark from her finger tips and melt whatever she touched. She noticed that it got worst when she became emotional while speaking, so she just stopped speaking and became mute for a few years.

She decided to distance herself from everyone and not let anyone touch her. Staying away from everyone meant no one would get hurt, including herself. Of course that couldn't last forever and after a certain ''incident'' her thought to be loving parents sent her away to her aunt in California. After years of being alone and unheard her crazy, artistic aunt managed to bring her out of her shell. It took hard work and a very long time but after a while Evangeline started speaking again. Her aunt thought her to see everything as beautiful even if it was difficult to see from the outside. Evangeline learnt to love herself even if she has never felt like she was loved by anyone else.

Little did she know that her powers were not some random crazy accident. There were others in her family like her, she just has to figure out who they are.

Power: Electricity. . Evangeline has the power to control and manipulate electricity, which can be in electrical devices, lights and even in the weather itself. She is able to create electrical currents in her hands which will create a sparks of electricity which can be anywhere from non-fatal to deadly. She can form static currents on her skin which will shock anyone who touches her, this only occurs for self defense or when emotional. She can manipulate the electrical currents in the air, if this happens around you, the air will be heavy , full of electricity and will smell of burning. In this state any electrical devices will burst into flames or simply explode. During thunder storms Evangeline can control lightning to a certain extent. This is a new development in her powers but at the moment it is seriously unstable for her and anyone that happens to be around her at the time.

Limits: Evangeline becomes severely dehydrated after using a large about of electricity or messing around with lightning. This is due to the tiny electrical currents in her body burning up and evaporating some of the body's natural water supply. She can experience severe headaches, nausea and fainting.

Weaknesses/Drawbacks: Straining the control she has on electricity can be very dangerous and a wrong move on her part can do significant damage to her brain and her heart. Evangeline doesn't have good experiences with her power, so using a large amount of if can be traumatic and even painful for her.

Other: Evangeline loves dogs and has a loyal border collie who answers to the name Xander. He liked this one the most after not answering to his previous 6 names.

Evangeline looked out at deep black clouds that were approaching her and she allowed herself to take a deep breath. This was going to be her second time attempting to handle lightning. The first time didn't go so well, she forgot to take off her heavy metal belt and ended up blown back against a tree...such fun. She stood up and looked herself up and down before being satisfied that she had nothing on her that would potentially disrupt this session. She glanced behind her and gave a annoyed sigh.

''Xander! I told you to stay where I put you. That is not where I put you.'' Evangeline said and she marched over to the border collie sitting stubbornly close to her.

Xander wagged his tail and tilted his head slightly to her words but refused to budge. Evangeline knew by his actions that she was forgetting to do something very important. She sat down next to him and frowned slightly. ''I know im forgetting something, but this would be a lot easier if you could talk and tell me what it is im forgetting!''

Xander gave a slight bark and snatched something off Evangeline head. With this done he happily trotted back to a safe distance and Evangeline slapped her head. ''Of course! My Top hat...i should really stop wearing them at times like this.'' She mutters to herself and stands up. She turns around and spots Xander sitting a distance away, her hat placed neatly beside him. ''Thank you Xander! You're the only reason i haven't blown myself up yet.'' She screamedd and with a small smile she walked back to her original spot.

She could now see and hear the thunder and lightning inching its way closer to her. She could feel the currents drawing together in her skin and buzzing around in the air above her. She closed her eyes and with all her might she began drawing the heavy electrical currents from the dark clouds towards her. The sky erupted with the crackling lightning and blinding light and so did she.

Cartoon Constructs: This ability allows him to create solid cartoon objects and beings which he can use in many different ways. These constructs can have the physical qualities and abilities of whacky cartoon characters, and they also have personalities like cartoon characters and can speak.


Limits: Despite their versatility his constructs do have a limited time for how long they can be maintained and will start to deteriorate, or will shatter if too much force is put against them. Also the bigger his constructs are, the more energy he uses up to make them and keep them strong. The strength of his constructs are determined by how positive his emotional state is, if he is too negative then his powers will weaken.


Weaknesses/Drawbacks: any chemicals that can destroy or remove ink can destroy his constructs. also in order to maintain the constructs, Walt has use up more energy to keep his constructs from disappearing, and he will start to feel fatigue if he uses up too much power. Ten minutes is the maximum he can maintain a single construct before he starts to tire out. Another slight weakness is that his constructs can act on their own on occasions and have a few times fought with each other instead of attack his enemies, this is why he doesn't have Tom and Jerry appear together because the last time he did, it was total chaos.
