FAIRY TAIL: THE FAE CHRONICLES

Fairy Tail has been known to be one of the strongest guilds in Fiore. At it's prime the guild had over a hundred members to it's name. As generations passed and time grew on, it's members changed and leaders rose and fell, not only within Fairy Tail, but within the kingdom of Fiore too.

As of today the number of mages in Fairy Tail have dwindled but the trouble they cause has been the same or even yet has grown more. Each mage has a story of their own and talents of their own. Individually the Fairies are known to be strong and wreak havoc, but together they are known to change the world for both the good and the bad.

These are the new fairies and their stories.
_________________________________________________________________________________________

This RP is going to be semi-open and free. There is going to be a main storyline and sub-plots along the way, and I really want strong and heavy OC development. Our characters are each individually important and I'm even thinking of allowing for two or more characters a person, but at the moment we're looking at one a piece.

I've already got a guild master down and I'll post their CS up later on. The guild master is going to be more of a NPC but also an important and key character. This new Fairy Tail guild also has a few S-Class spots open. You can submit one if you want and I'll see if it's acceptable enough. Otherwise please submit a character and we can have some fun!
_________________________________________________________________________________________

GUILD MASTER

Full Name: Fredia Love; Goes by Dia
Nickname: Morgana le Fay
Age: In her 30's

Personality: Dia is a loud, brash, and brutish woman. She can be a handful and is very unpredictable in her actions. At times she can be senseable and calm, but the next minute she can become loud and vulgar. She is known be like one of the boys, having always having things go her way. Even though she can seem rude and loud, Dia is really a loving, nurturing, and motherly woman. She loves everyone in her guild, even though she has a tougher way of showing it. She really does care about everyone's well-being, willing to give up her life for just about anyone with the Fairy Tail guildmark.

Magic:
Heavenly Body Magic - Dia uses the power of the stars and space to gain light, holy, and astronomical properties to use as magic. Mainly offensive magic designed for powerful bursts.

Heaven's Eye - Eye magic that allows Dia to see through objects and long distances. It helps her scan for her guildmembers and keep them out of trouble.

CHARACTER SHEET
Name: Fisk Velox (Yup I'm doing it. 4th wall broken.)
Title: The Changeling
Age: 22

Gender: Male

Appearance:

(minus the gun)
He also has a human form that’s more or less the same, except without the animal traits and the insect claws. His disguise has lightly tanned skin and slightly darker hair, meaning if you’re familiar with one form, it’s really easy to call him out in the other. Fisk usually lounges around in his human disguise when he’s not in combat, but the illusion breaks easily when he’s surprised, or using magic. The guild mark is branded on the side of his tail, meaning it's hidden until his illusion breaks.

Personality:
Fisk is an open, lax person. Although he seems easy enough to approach, he usually goes out of his way to introduce himself to people he hasn’t met already. As a very social person, he’s also got a terrible habit of being too curious for his own good. He’s very good at picking out small details, and he blindly asks about things with no regard for sensitivity. His sociable personality shrivels when his disguise breaks unintentionally, however. Even if just his tail shows up, he makes an attempt to hide it, even if everyone involved already knows about him. Fisk has a wonderful bass singing voice, but insists that he only sings in his true form. Coupled with the fact that he's not comfortable being furred in public means that nobody really gets to hear him. He has massive identity issues, and takes most comments about his appearance as personal attacks, but he cools down quickly after this kind of aggravation. Fisk will always make time for a friend, and often joins teams benefit-free if they're in a tight spot. Not one to show off, he'll often only intervene if need be, and takes most of the time to get to know the guild members better. If he's not in the guild and not doing a job, he'll be found down by the docks, usually pacing back and forth, gazing off into the distance. Despite his trips to the harbor, he's never once boarded a boat while off-the-job. Because he’s so active with the members of the guild, he’s deeply attached to it, and would easily give his life for the guild if need be.

In combat, Fisk's abilities and demeanor agree on wearing down the opponent. He understands that the difference between him and most enemies is that he has near limitless magic resources, and they do not. His lax attitude comes in handy here, because when mixed with focus, it becomes patience with which to gauge the enemy's limits and weaknesses. He isn't too big on lethality, and he respects the sanctity of a duel. As such, his specialty is one (and a half) on one combat, and is most adept at live captures. Although his supply of magic is nearly limitless so long as he is unrestrained, the toll on his body is the only part he can't regenerate.

Predictably, Fisk can almost never turn down seafood.
Ironically, he can't swim by himself, and gets Armin to help him out when push comes to shove.

History: Much like the Demons of Galuna Island, there is a community of Anima, Fisk’s kind, that live dual lives. Their natural appearances range more commonly with felines, canids, mustelids and marsupials. Their island has some contact with the Fiore continent, but they mostly live out their lives in their human forms for fear of marginalization. It was on this island that Fisk was born…

...And where he was accused of murder a short few moments later.

An anomaly amongst anomalies, Fisk was born with insectoid appendages that seemed to appear and disappear at will. His eyes were half green and half orange, but both of his parents had green eyes. His delivery was so difficult that his mother had died upon giving birth, and while they could not condemn a newborn on its own for a crime, they could reasonably blame it on whatever parasite had claimed him at conception. His own father, the chief, couldn’t bear to have his own son killed, and pleaded the justice system to rethink their decision. Mercy won the day, and the newborn child was instead exiled, and to never return.
Fisk’s father took his son out to the Fiore continent and raised him for half a decade, until Fisk could hold his own disguise. They lived a few leagues away from Magnolia, and lived a secluded, happy few years. After Fisk’s father found that he could return to the island, confident his son could live a happy life, he carried him to the front of the nearest guild, and by dawn, he was gone.

Fisk was confused and heart-broken, with nothing more than a letter promising that his father would visit, and the chief’s scarf left as souvenirs. The letter explained that the guild was to be his new home, and that he’d already spoken to the guild master about Fisk’s arrival. Disoriented and disheartened, he wandered into the building. The sun had just barely begun to rise, and the place was empty; save for the guild master. He was raised like family to each of the guild members, and as the years went, he grew as a wizard and a person. On one of his jobs, he learned that his insect appendages were from a parasite, who, with its own personality, lives inside of him. Fisk also learned that his name is Armin. How he came to be, even before Fisk was born is still unanswered, but as the two came to learn to communicate with each other, together, they reached heights that Fisk could never have reached on his own. With nothing but his lineage and a scarf as clues, Fisk lives on to find answers to his past. A return trip home may not be what he'll really want, though...

Magic Type: Caster Type
Magic: Static Electricity – Static works for both senses of the word. Fisk can recharge his magic through static and friction, and the lightning he generates is stationary, much like make magic—just with a strange element. He's very adept with his magic, and can superheat materials with his lightning to turn them into weapons, which he can then overcharge with static. His favorite weapon, notably his signature weapon to make is turning rock or sand into glass daggers.

Bonus character sheet:

Name:
Armin

Gender: Male (assumed)

Appearance:
Armin can manifest himself outside of Fisk’s body as he pleases. Neither of them have access to their Parasite Soul magic while separated.
Armin can technically take any form he wants, but he always manifests himself as an anthropomorphic deer with a suit and tie. The one thing he can’t manipulate is that, besides his clothes, he’s colored a pale green. The guild mark is branded on his back.

Personality: Armin is snarky and straight-to-the-point, and claims to be the only reason Fisk ever makes any good decisions. As a parasite, although he never skips a beat to insult him, he’s very loyal to his host, and will do anything to protect him. He's a stickler for rules, and since the two separate while they're relaxing in the guild, Armin usually takes the place of the 'anchor of sanity'. In perspective, a green-colored humanoid deer with orange eyes would be pretty scary if he were threatening you. Because Fisk is so casual about his demeanor, Armin takes it unto himself to set Fisk straight. Armin’s analytical and decisive, and so long as the two aren’t arguing, Fisk and Armin both cover for each other’s weaknesses. When he's far away from his host, Armin becomes insecure and unnerved, and although it doesn't happen often, he loses his calm and insightful thoughts if they separate for long enough. He teases Fisk a lot about not knowing how to swim.

Magic Type: Caster Type
Magic: Earth Make Magic – Armin is a novice wizard at best, and could never beat anyone on his own. As such, if he IS using magic, it’s usually to support Fisk, or if the situation calls for it, his allies. He runs out of magic very quickly, and if he uses too much, will need to return to Fisk to rest.
Aside from magic, while Armin is fused with Fisk, he can mutate extra limbs such as the well-known claws out of Fisk's back, as well as insect wings used to give him a speed boost. Armin can also drain his stamina to help Fisk regenerate faster, but the more tired he is, the less mutations he can maintain, on top of being unable to separate from Fisk. When exhausted, his only way to regain his stamina is to recover naturally with his host.

Still hoping to get into S-Class.

Man, I can just taste it... *salivates*

Name: Rainsworth Homunculus Serial Number 10032
Nicknames and Titles: "Index", "[The] Last Order", "Faker"
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Appearance:

Personality: Index is an odd one. His personality is quite the mess of contradictions, most likely resulting from the conflicting ideals and teachings of the two places where he grew up. He's thoroughly goal-oriented, pragmatic and dead set on completing whatever objective is assigned to him. What makes him particularly odd in this case is that he tries to keep the notion that he is nothing but a tool to be used, first and foremost. To this end, he is unwilling to show emotions, as he has chosen to suppress them so strongly and views himself as a 'heartless soldier who can kill his own desires to achieve an ideal'. However, as a direct result of this, he's often bewildered by the steps Fairy Tail mages take to preserve their 'nakama' and often wonders why his fellow members would give their lives for someone like him. Although, even though he thinks he's found his 'purpose', he can't help but feel that something's missing...

On the other side of the spectrum, Index isn't as cold or distant as he's often made out to be. While he is thoroughly sardonic, probably gained from his time with Fairy Tail's more rowdy members, and speaks with the same bored indifference to everyone, he's at the same time devoted and protective of his allies... even if those emotions manifest themselves in a way that's counter-intuitive to the intent. He means well and is definitely capable of being nice, but often ends up being sarcastic, especially so when he dispenses cryptic advice.

Combat-wise, well-meaning or not, Index does not fight with any sort of honor or pride. He's a firm believer in 'washing away disgrace with results', and takes that belief to its logical conclusion: fighting as dirty as possible, using underhanded tactics and thought out plans, and always keeping a trick up the sleeve. Not really the 'Fairy Tail way', but when you don't have any of the inherent physical power of human mages - leaving you with nothing but subpar physical attributes, extremely analytical aptitude, and good enough magical ability - you'll take what you can get.

History: The Rainsworth family is a lineage of mages that date back a few generations after the establishment of guild system, but rather than having their members join a guild, they were unaffiliated and almost completely anonymous to anybody outside of the locals in the town they lived outside of. It wasn't that they were afraid of adventure or camaraderie, quite the contrary, it was that guild work would detract from their main goal: achieving the One Magic.

To help facilitate this, the Rainsworths did two things: 1) research and seek different types of magic, and 2) manufacture artificial mages - 'homunculi' - and train them in the previously mentioned magics. Eventually though, one of the heads of the family thought it a good idea to consult with some dark guilds in order to get extra, and not necessarily legal, resources for use. It was also around this era that they finally developed a magic known as 'Mystic Eyes'. However, naturally, the Magic Council ended up cracking down on them, and the family lost their research, all of their homunculi, and the only known user of the newly birthed magic - the 10032nd Rainsworth homunculus, the final production, the Last Order. That was around 18 years ago.

Cut a few years later, and you'd see a child in a young adult's body being trained to become a weapon for the newly re-founded Magic Council, a Rune Knight. Not necessarily a suitable environment to raise a person with the mental maturity of child, but the Council wasn't necessarily responsible for making a mistake on age. Nothing quite spectacular happened during training, mostly run of the mill stuff one would expect. However, even after going through all the effort training and quite a few missions, he ended up opting out of the position 12 years prior.

Thus, with nothing to do the lone homunculus just decided to wander Fiore, pulling odd jobs to get by in life, mostly ones nobody wished to take due to danger or some other sort of threat to livelihood. Coincidentally, one of these odd jobs, one concerning the rescue of a villager from a group of monsters, would end up intersecting with a group from Fairy Tail taking on the same operation. The two forces allied together and quite easily accomplished their goal. He would have just left it at a simple 'goodbye' before departing on his own merry way, but the Fairies would be having none of that. After learning of his state of living, they decided to give him a name, Index, after his nigh-encyclopedic knowledge garnered by a side effect of his magic of choice, and take the liberty of dragging him back to the Guild. AND THUS BEGAN A LIFE OF ADVENTURE!

Magic Type: Caster
Magic:
    [*]Mystic Eyes (Activated)

A one-of-a-kind and rather queer form of Eye Magic that allows the user to analyze the 'structural composition' of a magical object or spell within eyesight, store its 'blueprint' within his mind, and then use it at will. Although, despite the similarities, it differs from different types of mimicry-based magic like Memory Make or Mimic by virtue of its ability to copy even enchantments from Holder-based magic as well as the ability to make alterations to a given spell's 'blueprint'. These alterations can be anything from 'enlarging' to 'adding spikes' to 'reverting to original state' and everything in between.

However, despite its power, this magic is not without its downsides and limitations. The first is the power in relation to the original. While many other mimic magics have equal power to the original, this one does not. The exact level of difference is around that of a class down in a Guild, i.e. the power of a spell copied off an S-Class would be roughly equal to that of an A-Class spell, and so on, unless the user is extremely familiar with the original, like having been struck by it or seeing it in action several times. Additionally, the Eyes can only store knowledge of visible 'external' and 'original' spells, meaning that things like other eye and mimic magics, sound-based magic, Celestial Spirits, teleportation, bodily transformation-type magic, telepathy, Requip, etc. are unavailable for plagiarism. Nor can it affect enchantments specific to one object rather than one type of object, like Card Magic or Organic Link. In the case of spells with one technique that can be used in a variety of ways, i.e. Reflector reflecting and an ice enchantment, the user can only bring about the concept that it was witnessed doing, i.e. Reflector reflecting fire and an ice enchantment on an axe.

In regards to the limitations on alteration of a spell, the user cannot change the spell to be unrecognizable from the original. An Ice Make Shield can't be turned into a Fire Make Shield, nor can an enchantment recorded to be specific to an axe be transferred to a sword. Essentially, it still needs to retain the same element and purpose/shape. Additionally, alterations must be prepared beforehand as the changing process would take too long to be efficient for combat.

Also I'm gunning for S-Class too

CHARACTER SHEET

Full Name: Ormin Rendal
Nickname: Yang
Age: 24
Gender: Male

Personality: Ormin is a person who prefers silence over speaking, he never spoke that much when he was young and spoke even less after his teacher, Yasugio, died. He's friendly against strangers and guild members, but unforgiven to those who break the law. He likes music, art, books, actually everything that shows some kind of deeper thought and makes you think is something where Ormin would like to waste his time on. When he's not reading, looking at art, listening or writing music or is training, he sleeps. He likes to sleep, mainly to fill his Magic Power up again, having more than a normal magic wielder isn't always a pro. Guess it isn't.

History: Ormin was the only child of Milo and Lests, beter known as Light and Dark. Their relationship was anything from normal, Milo was a user of Lightning God Slayer Magic, while Lests was a user of Darkness God Slayer Magic. They were a pretty famous duo when they were young, but due to the guild they were working in got wrongly flagged as a Dark Guild. Their fame slowly faded away and soon they found themself in a small town called Lengtinter. This is where Ormin was born. Not long after they settled, his father Lests found out Ormin's Darknes God Slayer Magic and learned him how to use it. They trained every day, when the sun rose they started and when it went down they stopped. When Ormin turned 7, his parents took home a kid who they found wandering around the town. Not knowing who the parents were, they tried to find out but never did. They raised him as their second son and found out that they could learn him a form of Lightning God Slayer Magic art. It took some time, but he learned it. Ormin, better known as Yang, and Yitau, his brother and better known as Ying, trained with eatchother and became a good strong duo. Until one night, when the small town got attacked and Milo and Lests went out to protect it. But the raid on the town was too strong, both Milo and Letsts got fatal injuries and before they passed away they casted a spell on Ormin and Yitau, an Organic Link Magic spell. They shared their Magic Power Capacity between Ormin and Yitau, hoping they would find new use in it. After the spell was cast, strange markings appeared on Ormin and Yitau, a bond that, if one of them died, the other would get their Magic Power Capacity. Yitau and Ormin both fled the town and after a couple of days came acros a town where they got taken care of. But Yitau, who was full of anger and hate, wanted to find revenge on the guild that killed his parents and ran away in the middle of the night. Leaving only Ormin behind. Ormin continued his training alone and thought that the best way to find new hope in life was to join a guild. A guild is a mage's second family, as he recalled. The town didn't had a Guild, but there was one Guild in the area, that Guild was Fairy Tail. When he turned 18, he joined Fairy Tail, where he trained every day with his new friends. Now, 6 years later, he's a force to be reckoned with and one of the only to use a type of God Slayer Magic.

Full Name: Beauregard Love; Goes by Beau
Nickname: Prince, used mostly by his sister in order to tease him; Love, by a few of his friends in the Rune Knights.
Age: 27
Gender: Male

Personality: The most seen face and personality of Beau is that of a sweet, compassionate man. He is your down-to-earth friend who always has a shoulder you can lean on. Known for being the center and rock for most of Fairy Tail, he is also known to be one of the faces of the guild too, appearing on the cover of many Sorcerer Magazine issues.

Beau could be considered uber-friendly, meaning at times he can be a little too nice, smothering almost to a lot of his guildmates. Also known for being fatherly and overly-protective, trying his best when it comes to the well-being of others. Again this can cause some tension with others because of the fact that he wants everyone to stay in-line. He acts a lot older than he really is, being known as a stiff and strict man.

The magician is very humble when it comes to his looks and magic, often believing that he is nothing special but pretty average in both departments. He doesn't like attention and tries his best to stay out of the spotlight in most cases, but that never happens because of the destructive force known as Fairy Tail. Beau carries an innocent demeanor too, not having done anything scandalous and crazy before like most members of Fairy Tail are known for. Being more of the innocent one of the guild makes him the perfect target for a lot of the darker jokes and pranks, plus him being oblivious doesn't help his case at all either, often falling for the jokes and pranks.

The less, almost never-seen and hidden face of Beau, which is hidden by the happy and humble facade, is that of a serious, darker, and more stiff man. His hidden visage is known to be more vain and proud, knowing full well how strong and beautiful he is. His real demeanor is often seen in a real dangerous and combative situation when he is tested or taunted with strength or beauty. Those who have faced this Beau before have stated that the humble gentleman who once was turned into an arrogant, narcissistic ass, but not many people have lived to tell their story.

History: Born and raised into magic, Beau has always been surrounded by it. His parents were both magicians of high calibur, but were known solely as independent mages. They took up jobs until they decided to settle down and create a family, that's when both Beau and his sister came into the picture. His sister, Fredia, came first actually, being a good decade older than him.

Being the second and last child Beau was always the baby, being protected by each of his family members. His parents thought both his sister and him to be more experiments and research at first, but then grew into their new positions as parents. The family grew with love, until Beau was about ten. His parents, still active mages, went off on a job and never returned. It was said that the two were killed in a storm at sea and not much else was ever discovered. Fredia at that time had been a part of a guild known as Fairy Tail for a few years. The sister worked through the ranks, taking jobs, and making money for the two of them. Beau was known around the guild but never joined. His skill with magic grew as the disappearance of his parents went by, becoming a skillful mage in his own right.

At the tender age 15 Beau joined the Magic Council's military, the Rune Knights. With joining in the knighthood, he trained everyday to become a better man and mage, vowing to find out what really happened to his parents. At the age of 20, being in the knights for five years, Beau was faced with a difficult decision. The Rune Knights were to be deployed out to capture a few Fairy Tail members for their outbursts and destruction of a town during a job. Beau knew the mages personally, having a tie with them as his sister was making her way up the ranks of Fairy Tail. He pleaded with his superiors to allow the to be let go this time from their offense, he did everything he could to convince them but their minds were made. The Rune Knights were deployed and took in four members of Fairy Tail, placing them under-arrest, and with that Beau chose to leave the knighthood. He believed that all his hard work and trust in the knights would of had some effect in their decision to not capture the Fairy Tail mages, but it didn't. He felt betrayed and felt that his family he once had double-crossed him.

Fredia and the rest of Fairy Tail opened their arms to Beau, having seen and helped him grow up since a child. It only was right that he would join in his other family as a member of Fairy Tail. He took his guild mark on the back of his right hand, in a shade of blue. He has since been a proud member of Fairy Tail, being known as a less destructive member.

Magic Type: Caster Type
Magic:
Light Magic - The manipulation and utilization of the Light element in many ways, Beau has learned how to master it and use it for any purpose he feels necessary. Often seen used as light rays, bolts, and orbs, Beau's magic is mainly seen as offensive, but he does carry a wide variety of supportive and defensive light magic too.

Archive Magic - During his days as a Rune Knight Beau picked up the ability to use Archive Magic. It was his time as a Rune Knight that he had to deal with and process a lot of information, that in turn allowed him to reach and tap into a bigger resource and usage of magic. That is where he first picked up and learned about archive magic. It isn't too advanced or near perfect at all, with Beau still learning and trying his best to get better at the magic.

Name: Timothy "Tim" Wolfe
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance:

Tim is somewhat short for a young man his age, standing at exactly 5'4". Despite seeming weak and fragile, he is actually stronger than he looks. He has an athletic build and is physically fit due to having lived in a small town all of his life, and spending a lot of time running around outside. He spends a good amount of time in the sun so his skin is lightly tanned as a result, not pale but not bronzed either. He has messy black hair on top of his head, and his bangs go to his eyebrows. He has big brown eyes, a small nose, and a round "Babyface", which give him a youthful appearance. His face is clean-shaven, and his upper body is free of any hair except the top of his head and eyebrows.

Tim prefers to dress simply and casually. He doesn't want to have to fuss with his clothes, or worry about ruining them, as well as being comfortable in them. His usual outfit usually consists of a T-shirt, shorts, and sneakers. His favorite shirt is a loose-fitting dark blue and white striped T-shirt. He wears a pair of khaki cargo shorts on the bottom that are held up by a black leather belt. His footwear of choice are a pair of comfortable grey sneakers and short white socks. He carries a blue backpack to store whatever essential items he might need to have at the moment.

Personality: Tim is a shy and quiet individual by nature. He was always this way, and being bullied as a kid didn't help. He is very sensitive, and he fears being bullied. He usually speaks with a quiet voice, and occasionally a stutter when he's nervous. He also becomes very apologetic when someone shows any hint of being upset. He has a thing for animals, and he usually prefers being with animals than with people. Animals will listen without judgement, and only expect a little kindness in return. He is gentle and softspoken, which seems to be the reason why he has such an easy time with animals. He gets scared easily, his worst phobia being stage fright. He gets really nervous when having to speak or perform in front of an audience. He really wants to be the brave, but it's harder than it looks.

Despite being shy, he is by no means antisocial. If you talk to him, you'll find he's quite friendly, and polite. He can laugh and make jokes like any other kid. He is always happy to have to new friends, because his shyness makes it difficult to make them. He is very affectionate and loyal to those he likes. He hates it when people are angry around him, so he tries his best to keep the peace. In conversations, he is usually more of a listener than a talker, and he has no problems being a sounding board when someone wants to vent (As long as they don't hurt him.) Tim is very kind to others, often to a fault. He is very trusting of people, and is willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Tim is usually very difficult to anger, and is very quick to forgive someone when he does get mad. However, during the times when he is not in a good mood, he can be quite scary if you do catch him at a bad moment. He doesn't want to burden others with his problems, and he fears being made fun of, so he keeps them to himself. This causes him personal frustration. When it gets to be too much, he'll lash out at the target, and let out his pent up rage. He dislikes bullying (towards himself or others,) as well as people being needlessly cruel to animals. Doing one of those things is the best way to get him upset.

Tim is very careful and calculating. He always thinks before he speaks, and prefers not to wrecklessly jump into danger. However, due to his insecurity he is often uncertain if the choices he makes are the right ones. He can easily be convinced to change his mind. This leaves him with some anger when the plan fails and he knew his original idea would have worked. He also doesn't like violence all that much, having been a victim of it most of his life. Although he doesn't look like it, Tim has a big appetite. He likes eating many different kinds of foods, and has the cooking skills to match.

History: Tim was born in a small town by the ocean. Tim's parents weren't rich, but they did all they could to give their son a good life, and give him every advantage. While they expressed having high hopes for their son's success, they tried not to put too much pressure on the boy. For the most part, his life was normal. Tim was often a target of bullying because of his shyness, tendency to get scared easily, and because he was clumsy. No matter what he did to get them to stop it, it always failed or they found something else to give him crap about. It gave him self-esteem issues, resulting in him becoming even more timid. As a result, he had very few friends growing up. He didn't tell anyone about the bullying, lest it become worse. He saw other kids get beaten up much worse after they snitched, and he didn't want that to happen. So he kept it all inside and let his resentment build.

From an early age, he always had a special talent for caring for animals. They seem to be fond of him due to his softspoken nature. He often finds sick, or injured animals and cares for, plays with, and feeds them when no one else will. Around animals, Tim felt much more like himself. He found relief from the stresses of life, and he's found they are the best friends he could ask for. He always knew he wanted to do something with animals when he gets older. He just wasn't sure what.

At the age of ten, Tim showed signs of having magic. When a stream of cold water that seemed to come from nowhere blasted a bully in the face after he stuck his foot out and caused Tim to trip, then teased him about his clumsiness. Tim giggled at that, which caused the bully to think Tim was to blame, and so he punched the boy in the face, resulting in a black eye. While his parents were concerned about his injury, they were thrilled at the confirmation that their son was indeed a Mage.

Nothing spectacular happened after that, and life continued as normal until Tim turned thirteen. It was then that his parents felt he was ready to hone his magical powers. He was taught by the Mages in the area. He spent many years studying, and practicing his techniques. Tim did well with his studies and showed great potential. However, although the bullying had stopped, he didn't really talk to any of the other students because of his experiences when he was younger. A few months after his eighteenth birthday, Tim completed his training and was invited to join Fairy Tail. He wasn't expecting to be invited to join such a prestigious group, but humbly accepted because he agreed with their ideals, and because it would make his parents proud.

I'm always up for a Fairy Tail RP.

Expect a CS soon, if I manage to find ol' Glenn Ledgermain somewhere on the archives.

Here we go, the best that I could find from another forum:
Name: Glenn Ledgermainn
Alias/Nickname(s) Steel Striker
Gender: Male
Age: 33
Birthplace: Earthland, at the base of Mt. Hakobe.
Guild: Angels of Shadow ex-member.
Focus: Anything offense related: attack speed, strong attacks. As side training, Glenn practiced martial arts (especially Capoera) to add techniques to his sword style and magic arts.

Magic: Blade Make Magic
Glenn specializes in a wicked form of magic that creates blades out of steel, out of thin air or even his own body. Despite creating blades out of nothing or transmutation is as normal as any kind of magic, most wizards consider its use forbidden when blade creation takes a toll on the caster’s body. Most of Glenn’s spells are safe for him to cast, but some uses of his arts injure him.

- (Insert weapon name here):Creates one or two weapons. Those weapons do not possess any special abilities.
- Dancing Fury: Creates up to four weapons to levitate around him. With extreme focus, Glenn can manipulate all four blades telekinetically to render his opppenents' flesh.
- Throw: Creates one weapon and propels it at a target.
- Hail: A variant of Throw, it creates a multitude of daggers to rain down on the opponents.
- Storm: The ultimate form of creating blades, Glenn creates dozens of sharp weapons at his side, then propels them altogether in an area.
- Edge Armor: Blades protrude from Glenn’s body. Usual places it occurs are from his palm, elbows, shoulders, knees and back. This is a dangerous spell, for both Glenn and his foe, as it tears the flesh from where the blades protrude.
- Transmute: Creates a bladed weapon out of steel objects. The larger the object, the bigger the weapon can be.
- Spike: Creates bladed protrusions from steel surfaces.

Weapon(s): Most of the times, Glenn uses the two katanas fixed to his belt. These swords aren't so much special, except for being masterfully crafted, durable and extremely sharp. He can also use efficiently any weapon he can create using Blade Make Magic.
Appearance: Click here

Personality: Glenn is uncaring for anyone, minding his own business and his own advancement as a sword mage. At most time, his face is clad in an everlasting serious expression, head raised high and eyes staring forward. There is rumors among the few who interacted with the swordsman that he can get into the mood for talking when he spends a lot of time at the tavern. Some say it is pointless to try starting a discussion with him when he is sober, but others affirmed he is more likely to speaks when he's enjoying his drink and cigarrettes and recently finished a job he liked.

Glenn isn't one to show mercy to anyone, He has his own set of rules and doesn't like to be bothered by preachers about his mentality, and what he should and should not do. However, the swordsman showed sometimes in the past that he can laugh and can tell or appreciate a joke, although he prefers using sarcasm when he's by himself.

Likes: Glenn has a knack for sharp things, especially masterfully crafted blades. Axes, spears and other crude or basic bladed objects except swords do not interest him. If he passes by an exotic weapon-making blacksmith, curiosity will take the best of him and make him investigate and examine the weapons' curious design and their quality.

Glenn also likes smoking and relaxing at the bar, drinking peacefully as he is most likely to make cigarettes. When he’s relaxing at the bar, he is sometimes whistling and enjoying himself. This is one of those rare precious moments he cherishes.

Dislikes: As a crude man and used to having a rough life, Glenn is revolted by fragile-looking people. He despises weakness (especially physically). He also seems to not like sweets.

Relationships: Glenn cast away all that is tied to him. He is a loner.

Background: It is said that one who greatly influenced Glenn into becoming what he had become is his father, a mercenary. Having a rough childhood, the young adult developed a crude personality. Eventually, Glenn managed to leave home as soon as he realized he had powers that could help him survive in the wild.
To survive in a hostile environment, where he was left all alone to his fate, Glenn murdered many rich individuals, stealing what little riches they had on their corpses. After a few notable murders, the sword mage quickly became a wanted figure. To escape the local authority, Glenn often disguised himself when he went around town.

Eventually, the murderer retreated to an underground society of thugs, murderers, drug-dealers and the worst kind of people found in the city to lay low for a while. There, he joined a dark guild called Angels of Shadow. In this guild, he was able to pick several jobs that required a man of his skills, either assassinations duties or slaying a group of rivals. With the money he earned through these dark jobs, he was able to live by himself without killing ruthlessly for stealing on corpses and left the city to lead an adventurer’s life. The life of a dark guild was no more fit for him, he believed.

Despite having lived in the shadows of a dark guild, he was made infamous for his tremendous skills and efficiency. He was known as “Steel Striker” for both his allies and foes. One day, he would be captured as he was trying to get resupplied after a long journey. Brought into prison, he would’ve been executed if it wasn’t for his skills that called the higher-ups of the Magic Council to make use of his abilities and his knowledge of Dark Guilds. Instead, they would offer him a second chance, as long as he fulfilled their proposal. They would set him free to participate in the Dark Guilds hunt, and would remain a free man after his purpose fulfilled, should he survives the encounter against the Dark Guilds. Having no qualms about killing some underground guilds, Glenn accepted without hesitation the Coucil’s proposal, and thus was placed under the gaze of Fiore's most successful guild, Fairy Tail.

CS REPOSTING!

Name: Vocalia Lac Ciel

Nickname: Vocalia or Voc

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Appearance: (Commissioned picture drawn by Zefiar from DA.)

Vocalia stands at 5'5" with a slender physical frame, peach cream skin, chocolate brown hair and copper brown eyes. What she lacks in strength, muscles and power, she makes up in flexibility and agility thanks to years of dancing classes, courtesy of her parents. Her chest is barely noticeable, mostly due to how small it is, but she prefers her chest that way. Her long brunette hair goes down her thighs and is normally tied up into a simple ponytail.

Personality: On the positive side, Vocalia is rather pacifistic, kind and somewhat energetic. Her trust can be easily won and she's eager to please. She takes her responsibility and any task at hand seriously and does her best to use her powers responsibly. She has the tendency to look at things from different perspectives in order to form an opinion or decide on a course of action despite the tediousness of the process. For what is worth, she has a good deal of patience when dealing with other people's antics so as long as they don't go overboard.

On the negative side, however, she's often reluctant to speak out her mind in the midst of conflict or unfamiliar scenarios for fear of exacerbating her situation. Her pacifistic nature makes her reluctant to fight unless the situation desperately demands her to and she would often push aside her own opinions in favor of keeping the peace. She also comes with a good dose of naivety and gullibility, often making her easy to manipulate. Having developed what most people would describe as a maternal instinct, she could be a pushover in regards to what she would do for the sake of the people she cares about and she may neglect her own well-being in the process.

When Vocalia's seemingly non-existent anger is provoked, nothing short of death, loss of consciousness or subjugation of the provoking factor would stop her.

History: Vocalia is an only child born to an upper class family in the heart of Fiore. She led a rather sheltered life with her parents who were eager to raise her to be a prim and proper woman with all the wealth they had at their disposal. While riches and luxury didn't corrupt her good nature and she was often eager to share them, much to her parents' chagrin, her sheltered life contributed to her naivety about the world around her. Nonetheless, she grew up as an obedient and polite daughter, an ideal child to her parents' eyes. Her family held a strongly negative view of magic and kept her away from anything that could expose her to it.

Things took a different turn during a dinner party her mother hosted to celebrate her sixteenth birthday. An associate of her parents brought with him a deck of cards he had recently purchased. Curiosity got the better of her and, as she freely examined the deck of cards, one of the party attendants decided to make a lewd go for her dress. Instinctively, Vocalia tried to keep the man away, but accidentally threw one of the cards at him in the process. Said card promptly glowed moments before it flew from her hand, then exploded in a fiery glory upon impact with his face, resulting in a charred, but thankfully alive, party attendant fainting on the floor.

It was the moment she discovered her connection to magic, but her parents were less than pleased regarding this revelation. From that day, they did all in their power to distance herself from magic, but Vocalia's curiosity and desire to learn were unstoppable and she would study and train in secret behind her parents' backs. As a last resort, her father tried to arrange her into a marriage with a nobleman's son, partly to secure their status and wealth and partly to keep her away from magic for good. Finally showing open defiance in the face of what she saw as an unfair decision on her behalf, Vocalia was disowned for her disobedience and for freezing her father solid in a fit of rarely-displayed anger. She began to do odd jobs to live her life while saving up her money to obtain Magic Cards until she was invited to join Fairy Tail after accidentally burning a thief to crisp with her Magic Card. Although hesitant, Vocalia knew very well about Fairy Tail's reputation and decided that giving the guild a go wouldn't harm her.

Fisky! *Glomps*

Just wondering, since Vocalia's going to be very new to Fairy tail, I'm assuming that everyone else is already a member, S-ranked or otherwise?

unless someone else writes themselves in as a new member, that's a safe assumption, yes.

Also, the beginning looks like it's going to be a gigantic mess. As it should be.

"My body is made out of swords
My blood is of iron and my heart of glass
I survived through countless battles
Not even once retreating
Not even once being victorious
The bearer lies here alone
Forging iron in a hill of swords
Thus, my life needs no meaning
This body is made out of infinite swords"

'Blade Make', huh? Personally I'd have gone for Metal Make, but to each their own.

Also: JAYSUS MAYN. SO MANY MALES.

I feel the need to make a female character.

EDIT: Oh, and seeing that Index and Beau are both former Rune Knights and were apparently around in the business during the same time zone (12 years before), is there gonna be some connection there?

Hmm... I don't see the problem. Personal preference?

Also, 1:6 Holder to Caster Magic ratio... Well, Vocalia'd better start adapting fast. XD
