For someone who regenerates fast but feels all the pain of her wounds, Anastasia is quite good at ignoring a broken rib and a stab in the back. A cracked rib means breathing is painful, a smashed rib (which is the case at this point) makes breathing almost impossible without painkillers. A stab in the back that touches the liver or kidneys makes a grown man faint from the pain. If it punctures the lungs, it's the same like the ribs only worse. Puncturing the heart is instant death. Since Anastasia is so skinny, there isn't much to hit other than internal organs.

How do you explain this?

I agree with @Peaceless. While she might not be able to die she should feel pain. She cant just walk away from those kind of injuries. You are going to have to edit that. You cant play a character like this without showing her weakness. Remember she hasn't had these powers long so her control shouldn't be perfect.

Realistic speaking, if the heart can be regenerated within 4 minutes, she lives. 10 minutes is a goner, with anything in between having variable levels of brain damage due to oxygen deprivation.
