The only person that could probably take on Alice is Sokolov. Because like Alice, Sokolov is composed of mostly steel and tough alloys

Even in modern prosthetics, steel is too heavy to be used except for small bits. Titanium seems more likely since even now it's the metal of choice for internal fixations and some prosthetics.

Alice is a different case, since she never had organic body parts to accommodate, but judging by the by the build of the endoskeleton from the Kara trailer, I'd guess some kind of advanced ceramic or plastic, especially as there are currently plastics in development to be stronger and more lightweight than steel, and give or take a millenium, similar materials could be perfected.
