“Yah!?” Jäger exclaimed as she just barely dodged out of the way as a kid threatened to run straight into her, forcing her to hastily jump to the side to avoid getting knocked onto her rear. Once she regained her balance she turned to watch the kid as he weaved in and out of the students heading toward the school. For a moment she frowned irritably at him and was about to shout after him but relented at the last moment, instead sighing and smiling warming before heading in the same direction herself, effortlessly joining the throng of students that had rapidly started to gather. An obvious indication as to the time of day if there ever was one.

“I have made arrangements myself,” she said aloud in response to Aaron’s query, however that was all she offered him and carried on, smiling as she went. In truth she had used her resources to acquire, by slum standards, a very nice house that was not too far removed from the entrance to the school grounds. Of course she hoped that it would only be a temporary arrangement, however for the moment it would suffice for her needs. And it was there that she was heading now, calculating that she had plenty of time to at the very least deposit her belongings before school started. Because there was no way in hell she was lugging a suitcase around all day.

Kageta buckled the strap on his backpack over his chest, still running, not losing speed, nor his grin. He quickly neared a wall, he kicked forward and to the wall launching himself up a bit and, without missing a beat, grabbed onto the wall's top ledge and pulled himself up with a slight groan. He landed on the ledge and crouched to not fall off. The next platform was the roof of the house just in front of a gap. He leaned forward and sprang his legs down, his body now far up and enough to reach the edge of the roof.

He grabbed the roof and again, pulled himself up. He looked down as he perched, he saw that he wasn't that high up yet. He continued on forward, making way through the roofs as he neared one star territory. He saw a huge white wall separating the slum area and the one star area, with only one fairly guarded entrance. He decided against just climbing up the wall, both because that he doesn't get blacklisted, and because the wall was too smooth to do any climbing on.

Although this specific building he was standing on was a pretty good vantage point and was fairly high up, quite roomy too, well if no one minded. He unbuckled his strap and took off his bag and set in on the ground. He got his packed tent out. The bag was somehow larger on the inside than it made it look. He set the tent up, with a bit of difficulty. After a bit of work and a lot of sweat, he finally exhaled as he looked at the tent he had just set up and the familiar smile formed once more. He took off his shirt and sat on the roof. He preferred this over renting a room, this was really free after all. At the least the sun wasn't so harsh.

Eika had actually disappeared while everyone was talking. She was down and off by the side of a building staring down at a broken window. An empty building, seemed to be recently vacated, had a feel of something more like a warehouse than a home for a human being...So it was only logical for her to throw her belongings in there and start walking out and over to where the group was- apparently being threatened by a run-a-way kid that word turn them into roadkill sooner than he'd try to be late. A small shrug came and the girl popped up behind the group -- or rather, them minus one -- with her hammer still on her person and a small salute from behind.

"Sorry about that. I went to go throw my things to the side. So. Where did- oh. This place has tall buildings. Something like that, masturbating on a roof or the likes?"

A shrug came way and Eika hummed a tune of delight as she switched up her steps to match Miss Grumpy-Face's own as they walked to school. Time to enjoy day one of the new stage!~ With any hopes, as she slipped the chord on her arm back around her leg with a simple slapping motion of the chord against her skin, her hobby and traits would be able to make a solid entrance within the confines of the school that they were all going to call "home" for a while.~

“Ah, excuse me for a moment would you?” Jäger said as she spotted the building that would be her home for the foreseeable future. It was a poor excuse for a house, especially for someone like Charlotte Jäger Neumann who for the majority of her life had lived very well. However it was still significantly better than the majority of the local domiciles at this level of the social hierarchy. The windows were boarded up, as she had requested in her note, along with a new lock to which only she had a key. Not that either would stop any determined attackers but it was better than nothing. “Let’s see now,” she said as she unlocked the door and peered inside. As she had expected it was pretty run of the mill, though it would serve her purposes well enough.

She brought her luggage into the entrance way and looked around curiously, half expecting something nasty to crawl out of the shadows. Slightly disappointed she made her way to the main bedroom, lugging her luggage along with her. Once in what would be her bedroom she started to change her into her new clothes, specifically the no-star uniform that had been provided to her in anticipation of her arrival. Once dressed she place the headphones back around her neck and tied a large red bow into the back of her hair. She then sorted through her luggage to quickly extricate the essentials from the frivolous, packing into her school satchel not just the essential books and stationary but her first aid kit, supplies and her father’s hunting knife. Once ready she rushed back downstairs and locked the house behind her.

“Ah, sorry about that, wait for me!” she said aloud, satchel over one shoulder, bow case dangling from the other as she rushed to catch up with the others. They were not too far from the outermost school entrance now, evidenced by the mass of student’s jostling each other so as not to be late. Jäger had heard that tardiness was not something that was tolerated here. Not even in the slightest. She looked around to make sure they were not being observed by anyone wearing star-branded uniforms. “We should stick together, at least for the moment. Right now we’re vulnerable, obviously, so we can’t just go and start causing trouble.” Jäger knew she was stating the obvious but she felt that it needed saying regardless.

"Hey kid! Get the hell off the roof that sort of behavior isn't tolerated around here! By order of Chief of The Disciplinary Comity Kotaro Hojo I demand that you cease that rambunctious attitude and get to class!" shouted a one star kid as he glared up at Kegata. "Have no you shame?! Is this has you represent your school!? I hope you're a no star because anything higher is too good for your punkass! If your going to be climbing join the hiking club!" demanded the one star as a group of kids with batons came following up behind him. Whatever the case was it seemed the Kiryuin family had a strong hold in the city despite the absence of the main house hold. The rest of the crew didn't bother with Kegata instead they were busy berating one of the no-stars who were also late. It seemed there was a lynching mob sort of mentality among the glorified hall monitors.

===

Very much annoyed and very much aggravated that Kegata would simply ditch them Aaron decided to leave the parkour artist to whatever fate may take him for leaving the group on day one in the middle of a slum. Unsure about where he went and what to expect from the sudden absence any luggage that Kegata left on the ground would be left for the woods unless one of the others had the generosity to clean up after their 'friend'. "I see well at least you're willing to listen Eika that's more than I can say for our missing friend. Regardless let's just drop our stuff off really quick-" Disney began to say as one of the One Stars walked up to him and looked him in the eye, "All transfer students are to have their luggage taken to the school where Mr. Kiryuin will have people drop it off at their houses by Disciplinary Comity members. We will do a quick scan of your bags in which we will make sure you are not carrying anything unsavory into our school. Unlike Lady Satsuki we like to make sure our students have their proper equipment on day one and we do not risk the lives of our no-stars without reason. Now get to school." commented the one star as he smacked a nearby pole with his baton and kept walking. If they need to use force in the no-star districts like this that means there is a pretty big problem...or maybe it's just to show the new no stars that the big guy in charge means business. Disney thought to himself as he nodded and shoved his gear onto his back and sighed. "Well you heard our betters we need to get to school so hurry up Eika. Wait up Char we need to stick together for now." Disney commented with a false plain tone that expressed boredom as to not bring too much suspicion upon himself from the one-stars.

The group passed through the slums following along the road with various other no-stars and a couple of the Disciplinarian's finest one stars as they walked towards the school. He looked up at the tower which seemed to challenge him. It was a long sleek building that rose above all others into the mountain. It seemed to demand attention and it dared anyone who looked at it to take on it's obstacles in order to reach the top of the mountain. It also inspired a sensation in him he didn't expect...awe. It was so pretty with it's chrome paint and very professional. He could understand others not liking the building's look as it was extremely corporate but he admired such things. It spoke that it took itself seriously and it demanded that you did too. Slackers were not tolerated, weaklings were not going to go far, and only the most skilled (or those who sucked up the most or cheated unfortunately) got as far as they did. The building also was built into a mountain side which shouted that it was sturdy and very strong it wouldn't go down easy. But in contrast to that...they were still in slums. They were the lowest of the low. They'd need to work their way up be it in academics or in some sort of club. "I'm ready for you mountain and I'm going to scale you all the way to the top!" Disney said with quiet pride as he grinned slightly at the prospect only to be laughed at by a nearby no-star, "Oh yeah good luck with that kid. Trust me it ain't pretty." commented a girl with long dark hair next to him. "The day a no star reaches the top of that mountain into a three star uniform is the day I wear a pink dress and sing a song of how the world is beautiful and not dead inside." commented the girl further as she pointed out that the one stars could use buses instead of walking, the two stars could use tram cars, and the three stars could just get a limo driven right to the door step and take an elevator to the Kiryuin who ruled the school. Really the whole deal he just spoke about was a load of shit.

"Hey, sorry about that, I didn't know roofs were off limits. I'll be right down!" Kageta shouted out to the one star far below him. The kid didn't seem to notice the tent he set up, so he left it there, but pulled it back a bit. He walked to the far edge of the roof, and found an angle where he couldn't see the one-star's eyes, already expecting to be checked, he dug out his ninja gear from his backpack, the kunai, the smoke bombs, the baton, the swiss knife, and above all, the mask, and tossed all of the into his tent, though he made sure the smoke bombs didn't land too hard or they'd go off. As well, he brought one with him to keep in his pocket in case of anything.

He descended almost as quick as he climbed. Landing from high falls with rolls to save himself from fractures. Until he finally arrived on the ground. And he glanced at the one-star who persistently glared at him. Kageta thought to give them a small smile and head on his way to the academy "HOLD IT." Came the stern statement of the one-star. "I need to check your bag." He didn't quite shout, but it was still loud enough to boom. Kageta handed it to him and the one-star saw his pen, notebook, and the uppers of his no-star uniform.

"Now what's that in your pocket?" The one-star demanded, Kageta revealed the smoke bomb from his left pocket. "It's just a ball. No trouble." He tossed it up caught it, covertly lessening the impact so that the bomb didn't go off. He was nervous, but he needed to not let it show, he was trained in ninjitsu after all.

"PASS. Now, wear your uniform and head to school. We will not tolerate tardiness!" The one-star dismissed him. Kageta nodded, and exhaled through his nose so as to not make it sound like a sigh of relief.

He jogged out of sight and put on the uniform as he walked, good thing he wore his current jogging pants over his uniform pants, they were fairly uncomfortable in that configuration, but still allowed to move free enough. He took off his jogging pants and put it in his backpack, as well as wore the uniform over his shirt. Once out of sight he grinned once more and hopped through to the roofs, on the way to Kyushu.

As he ran through the roofs, he saw three familiar faces brisk walking in the midst of the crowd of thousands of other no-stars. It was his classmates. He smiled again and looked for a route to descend, luckily, there was a gap in front of him, it was an alleyway. He jogged to the edge and held on the ledge as he dropped down from the roof, onto some window sills, he carefully brought himself down from there and once he was low enough, jumped off and rolled in the direction of the crowd. He stood up and dusted himself.

As he got out of the alley, he saw his classmates a little ways in front and made his way to them. He thought of surprising them, then hesitated. If he surprised Aaron, he was probably gonna punch him into oblivion, if he surprised Charlotte, she was probably gonna turn him into a pin-cushion, and lastly, if he surprised Eika, she probably wasn't there and would turn out to be a few meters off the ground, with her hammer over-head, waiting to just crush the living everything out of Kageta... for the lulz. This was a bad idea, He started to think that Eika was infecting all of them with her bad ideas sometimes. Like some sort of proximity zombie... so why not surprise all of them simultaneously?! Yep, definitely a zombie.

He walked behind them, not being noticed. And let out an energetic "Hey guys!"

Jäger watched a particularly mean looking bunch of one-stars berate a group of no-stars for being late, a vicious act considering they were only going to be late because of the one-stars harassment. Normally Jäger would intervene when such nonsense was going on right under her nose, however she was keenly aware of the current power difference between herself and even a lone one-star student, never mind a group of them. Even as a team Jäger and the others would most likely come off far worse in any such one sided encounter. So even though it was against her nature she turned a blind eye and carried on her way to the school entrance. She would remember their faces however, just in case.

"Hey guys!" Kageta suddenly called from out of nowhere, causing Jäger to jump in fright, so intently had she been concentrating on the one-stars. Before her brain could intercede she had already spun around to attack, however rather than her bow she used the bows case instead, swinging it around with surprising force. Any poor soul who connected with the carry case was going to have a bad time. “Kageta!? What the hell are you doing, sneaking up on me like that? Jeez! Time next I’ll turn you into a pincushion!” Jäger said, blushing slightly from the outburst. With a huff she turned around and headed into the school grounds with a look of annoyance that made the majority of the no-stars present jump out of her way.

If the exterior was awe-inspiring then the interior was even more so, a huge cavernous courtyard surround by high defensive walls. The place was more like a fortress than a school. It made her feel ever so small as she took a moment, simply standing in awe as she looked around the huge open space with wide eyed wonder. It was all so…excessive. A few no-stars bumped into her, dragging her back down to reality. It was only then that she noticed the man stood in front of her. Or boy? His height suggest one thing but his face another. He was wearing a plain one-star uniform that seemed slightly too large for him. His gaze was intense and made her back off slightly, his deep golden eyes boring into her like one of her arrows. However his expression was surprising friendly considering. He grinned at her with a deep rooted confidence.

“Impressive huh? Yeah, I remember that look. It was plastered all across my face the first time I saw this place as well. Don’t worry, you’ll get used to it,” he said as he raised a notepad and started to flick through it. On each page was a picture and a small data sheet. “Name?” he said without looking away from the pages. Jäger answered polite, causing him to flick forward a few dozen pages. “Stand over there,” he said, pointing to one end of the open courtyard where a group of cowed looking no-stars had already started to gather, marshalled by a tense looking group of one-star students. Before she could even think of asking his name the force of the crowd pushed her onward.

Worse still she seemed to have lost sight of the others in the sea of humanity. Feeling suddenly exposed Jäger forced her way to where she had been directed, the crowd thinning out as she got closer. That worried her slightly. It was as though she and these others were being singled out. But why? Was this how new students were introduced to the establishment? If the intent was to intimidate she would readily admit that it was working.

Another one-star, far more annoyed and tense looking than the man with the board saw her heading in his direction and guessed rightly that she had been told to head over this way. He made his way toward her and grabbed her roughly by the arm. “Go on! Get in line! Quickly!” he said as he pushed her toward the other no-star students. She offered no resistance. Firstly because it would draw unwanted attention to herself. Secondly, because as much as she was ashamed to admit it she was suitably intimidated.

The girl next to Disney was apparently named Jessica Albatross because he caught a glimpse of her suit case as she left his side. Where she came from and why she was here she didn't say but she left Aaron's side However it seemed she held a bleak outlook in life. How heart warming...well then she'd better get use to have him in charge because by the end of the year he intended to be a three star if not at least a two which meant that he was going to out-rank her sorry pessimistic butt. "So Kegata's back from whatever he went? Whatever..." Aaron mumbled to himself as he entered the building where it was clear from that moment how big this school really was. The hallway was massive as if it was in the middle of a small mall. Well made stair cases covered in dirt were to the left and the right and the middle with two doors branching left and right. Two doors in the middle meaning the doors he just came in from where for entrance use and the other two doors must've been for other rooms in the school. Some of the rooms may even be in the mountain. Who knew what this school held but before he knew what was going on a brown haired man in a suit walked up to him, "Are you lost? The boards are over in the corner if you don't know your room placement. The rooms are placed in order from left to right. Simply find what grade you're in and get to class. Before that though you should drop off your lugg-SASAKI GET TO CLASS YOU IGNORANT BUM!" the man suddenly roared as he noticed the squirrelly looking kid from earlier panicking as he suddenly had the eyes of one of the teachers walk up to him. "SORRY SIR SORRY! I'LL JUST GET MOVING GOTTA GET TO CLASS OR THE SCIENCE CLUB WILL MAKE ME GREEN AGAIN! I MEAN BEING GREEN IS WEIRD ON A NORMAL DAY BUT THEN IT INTERFERES WITH GOING TO SLEEP WHEN I'M GLOWING LIKE A LAMP. Come to think of it when was the last time I got a good night sleep...BUT THAT'S BESIDES THE POINT! WHEN I HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING I CAN'T DO WORK! I MEAN I GOT NO PROBLEM WITH HELPING OUT WITH SCIENCE BUT-" the boy shouted in a panic making various strange spasms with his hands and feet as he was suddenly kicked up the stairs by a certainly different looking man. Must've been a two star since the man had red lining inside of his jacket and two stars were boldly hanging from the left and right side of the jacket. "I'll deal with you later Sasaki now get moving!" growled the two star in disgust as the kid ran back upstairs tumbling over himself. "

"Hi Guys!"

The moment poor Kageta was whacked by Charlotte, the poor boy only saw the glimmer in Eika's eyes as she descended upon his head with her hammer. Her full strength was what would be used to crater the poor boy into the ground before tilting her hammer back up against her shoulders and dusting off her hands after she'd landed. With a small hum, Eika chose to turn her attention to all of the shouting figures about getting checked in and getting to class before they were late. It seemed like a normal little thing at this point -- but who the hell cared? Her attention focused on-

Okay, now there was yelling. And people being kicked and flung like ragdolls! Oh god, this looked fun!~ Regardless of the shenanigans occuring around him, Eika followed Disney in order to watch where he went to look and- ah, alright. There was her room number. Seemed she got to be in a room alone for the time being? Or perhaps that was how it was meant to be. Regardless, the scary chipper voice of hers came out with a raise of her hand as she laughed and waved to Disney -- of course, the only one she could see at this point.

"Okay! I'm gonna go and throw my hammer at someone and get to class! I think we're in the same one, so hurry up or it's a hundred trapeze line miles for you, kay?~"

...She was quite serious as she bounded off, pushing her way through the crowd when needed (kinda easy when people saw a girl with a hammer bigger than her) and made her way off. She was apparently going to be the first of them all to not give a single fuck and leave them behind to their activities. Hey, at least they would all be able to see the massive hammer poking out of the crowd if they needed her for anything!

"What are you doing Miss? Aren't you supposed to be going to class..." said one particularly handsome gentleman with long flowing blonde hair and blue eyes. Something about his presence nearby made the other students hurry up and move. He wore a long white coat with a tie and a blue shirt underneath that matched his eyes. He was slim but fit and he carried himself with a clear authority. His tone indicated a sense of professionalism that matched his clear voice. He looked at her hammer and frowned but said nothing about it. "Just make sure you keep that weapon away from other students unless they wrong you. Or unless you can back people up. Things such as that carry a lot of wham power behind it." The man said as he walked away without another word. He strode up the steps as confident as anyone else. An announcement came out of the loud speakers and a feminine voice rang throughout the halls, "Attention all students and faculty find your class rooms and report to your home room teachers. Leave your baggage designated rooms or spots. Theft of any and all clothes and other personal effects will result in immediate punishment and stars will be taken away. This is an orderly school, a proper school, a strong school. We will not allow personal theft on campus however it is up to you students to protect yourselves out of school. This is student council member and resident Three Star Mami Ikari, President of Announcements and Public Information and Head of the Digital Media Club signing off have a good school day peons." the woman's voice stated with flat plainness.

Seeing someone he clearly shouldn't be messing with conversing with Eika, Aaron decided he should go look at his assigned room quickly and since he was A and or D it was rather easy to pick among the names of Japanese students there. He was in year two Class 3-A. No-Star Class which meant first floor out of twenty. The first five floors were there for no stars. The one stars got another five with better equipment. Two stars got three floors as there were few of them and undoubtedly had better everything in them. The rest of the floors were filled with other stuff such as storage, club rooms, and of course the three star's own area where Nero Kiryuin was most assuredly at right now or at his own floor at the very top of the tower. His home room teacher was Mr. Chang Song...Chinese name meant that he was foreign and was brought here by the Kiryuins themselves. Fun for the whole family...Aaron took his first steps onto the steps...and was abruptly pushed into a wall by incoming American Football team. Strange that a Japanese school would have that but hey...whatever. Brushing himself off he went upstairs into a long plain and boring hall way that looked very old fashioned meaning no new technology. They'd get the bottom of the barrel stuff. Wonderful. Entering into his room he found the majority of his class was already there preparing for their little meeting. Their teacher was a big man with a scruffy looking beard and a mean set of eyes hidden under glasses. But he knew a tough guy when he saw him and Mr. Chang was certainly that. He had tanned skin and black hair with a hard jaw. He wore normal teacher's outfit which betrayed his muscles. "You're probably that international student I was told I'd get huh? Take a seat kid." grumbled Chang as Aaron nodded and headed to his seat.

...Eyes focused in on the blonde male addressing her. A tilt of the head came as she looked up to her hammer and promptly moved it to the side -- accidentally slamming it in to the face of a student unfortunate enough to be ascending up the stairs at just that time, promptly sending the poor soul back down and colliding with three other males as she went deep into thought. ...Hnn...

...He was cute. She'd decided.

A sudden take-off from her position and Eika used to weight of her hammer to propel herself up quicker -- pushing it to the side in order to ensure she didn't hit her new target, but instead went moving right past him and getting up with a dusting of her uniform -- which she'd ended up changing into while on the way upstairs, to the horror and awe of some of her classmates to be. Now, she was going to get his attention in the best way that she knew how to get her attention for boys that had long pretty blonde hair and looked really cute in her sociopathic eyes-

This wasn't going to end well at all! ♥
"Say, what's your name- wait! Doesn't matter! I've found my target and it's you! The claim is there now! And I'll try to behave! I can't promise much though, so try to lecture me regularly, King!~"

...And what followed that?

Eika outright stepping forward to plant one on the unknown man's lips and steal that kiss away without a care in the world.

And off like a rabbit she went, bouncing back up the stairs with her hammer in tow and laughing all the way to class with a cheerful glee. Who cared about being concerned with some big stupid mission? This was her chance to have more fun than she could have ever had in the other academy! And she was going to enjoy every single second of this free time that she got -- especially with that blonde-haired boy that had caught her interest now thanks to his simple manner of coming up to warn her about carrying blunt weapons around the school -- well, more about using them on people, that was.

"...Wait...Wasn't I supposed to not stand out...? TOO LATE!"

And into the classroom she was by the time that that thought process ended, plopping down in a seat next to Disney and patting him on the back with a serious look on her face.
"...Hey. So. Uhm. I think I fucked up already. That's okay, right?"
Nevermind the solid "THUMP" as she dropped her hammer down to her side and stretched her arms out. ...Was she supposed to introduce herself when she got in? That's what international students did as far as she cared to recall...Ah, who the fuck cared. She was alive!

"Miss I must insist that you calm yourself. This is the first day and-" The blonde haired guy started to say as suddenly he felt the lips of the new student on his lips and half of the one stars and even two of the two star students flat out stopped what they were doing to stare at what just happened. The man left utterly speechless by the sudden kiss didn't stop her but stared after her confused and surprised by the girl's boldness more than anything. The moment she got into the room she was greeted by a blunt hello by Mr. Chang. When Aaron looked over to her he stared at her with frustration. "Why...why of all people would you sit next to me and bring the attention directly too me too?" He whispered as he groaned. "I trust that it wasn't something catastrophically bad on your part unless you flat out said your intention to be in this school was something interesting...this ain't some sort of side show second hand bull shit school. Look JUST for the love of fucking Buddha don't you dare screw us please Eika! Look do you at least have your stuff ready? We got to go to that announcement meeting soon!" Aaron said as suddenly the boy named Sasaki from earlier came up from behind Eika and leaned over her shoulder, "Well aren't you a pretty piece of work? Wanna go out sometime pretty lady? What no? Maybe friends?! Could always use more friends! Right how about that? Names Ranmaru Sasaki but I'm normally called Sasaki! Nice to meet you!" The boy said completely ignoring Aaron who sunk his head into his hands.

"This is serious, Disney! I think I have a crush on someone. Well. You know. After I kissed him. How do I deal with having a crush on someone? I THINK the hammer isn't involved. Also. Uh. He might be one of the guys with a starred uniform-"

And in came trouble -- though to her it looked like a grand opportunity as she slowly grinned and pat the guy on the head. Poor kid was the one she saw get kicked right up the ass but a few minutes ago. Oh? Asking her out? Calling her pretty? This seemed like one of those Shounen Dating Sims someone tried to introduce her once (did not go well, at all). A pat on the kid's head and she took mercy on the poor soul, absolving him of his sins without taking hammer to face and nodding with a cheery expression.

"Of course, Ragdoll! You don't mind if I call you that, do you? My name is Eika Munashii, and I would love to be friends! Sadly, I've found a terrible crush on someone so I don't think we'll be able to date for the time. However, I'll be sure to bop you on the head with my Banhammer if it ever comes to it. Disneyland, whatcha think? More friends makes things easier if you truly consider it."

She was right, wasn't she? More friends meant more allies at the end of the day. More people inclined to do favors if asked of them, more people to put on the stage and play with like puppets! She couldn't be more excited to begin this school life, could she? Hell, she didn't even mind the gruff and bored look of their teacher as she put Sasaki into a headlock and pet his head like a dog while waiting.

"I don't see the problem in being myself. If you expected me to be 'average', then there would be no chance to do anything productive in this school. Seriously. Why don't you look at he big picture of anything? You're always so busy punching things both metaphorically and physically- wait...does that phrase count as a metaphor...? Anyways, lighten up. If it's a dull day, my whole job is to make it shine. And that's what I'm doing- oh right. Yeah. About that guy...Didja happen to see him? Blonde hair, blue eyes, white jacket? He seemed kinda like a deer when I cut him off..."

She wasn't even aware of what she'd done...All she was aware of was the Ragdoll under her arm and the raising of her hand when attendance came to be called in that same lifeless tone that everyone seemed to have.

"Didn't see him." Aaron grumbled simply as Sasaki grabbed a seat in front of the two of them and pulled it around and grinned widely at them. "Well I'm called dirt bag, shit head, punk, loser, degenerate, piss ant, pervert, moron, and various other things so yeah not anything I'm not use to. Well hey how about you big guy!? Wanna be friends?!" the boy asked shaking him frantically as Aaron glared at the boy and would broken his head with a well placed haymaker if he didn't fucking stop. Thankfully Mr. Chang told them to be quiet. "Uh yeah sure what the fuck ever just bug her got it? I'm kind of lamenting my shattered dreams over my friend here's crush." commented Disney as he decided it was for the best not to answer Eika questions. "Uh blue jacket, white shirt, and some sort of tie? Never heard of that sorry. Our school is all white. If you thinkin' about the school colors though white and blue in that order that means you could've kissed some sort of club member they usually wear jackets. Other than that no one wears any ties unless they have to which is mandatory for some female students who don't like the more girly uniforms. Sorry can't help you much there!" Sasaki said as he smiled at her with a cartoonishly large and happy smile as he rubbed his messy chestnut hair.

Kageta came to, he was inside the busy halls. His head hurt and he asked himself what hit him mentally as he put his hand on his head. He remembered now. The frantic swing of the bag from Charlotte was easily dodged, but something blew him out of consciousness, he was sure that was what the planet would feel like if an asteroid were to crash into it, an asteroid summoned by hell itself, more so if that asteroid came in the form of a girl with red eyes and black hair.

He half mentally scolded himself, half laughed at his predicament and stood up and dusted himself off. He wondered why he had been brought inside already since he passed out outside the campus. It was likely the tsunami of a crowd that now thinned off as the kids went to their respective classrooms. It didn't matter much anyway. He stood up and dusted himself off.

He realized that no one was in the halls anymore and frantically looked around. He looked out the windowed wall and saw everyone gathering in the courtyard. Try as he might, but he didn't see any of his classmates. He looked around again, no one was there, not even one-stars. He looked at the window once more and saw a handle to open the window. He reached for it and- No. Bad. We already saw what happened with our previous bad idea. He thought to himself and retracted his hand. Instead, he ran down the hall and looked for the stairs... that he just passed. He skidded himself to a halt and backtracked a bit. He went down the stairs and out into the courtyard.

He pushed himself through the crowd of students... and ended up falling, not just merely falling, but falling on a fellow student, and not just any fellow student, it was Charlotte! They both tumbled to the ground, but Kageta took the moment in his hands and propped himself up and stood quickly before the awkwardness seeped in. "Wup. Sorry there, Lotte. ehehe" He laughed sheepishly as he offered her a hand.

“Don’t move, not a single one of you! Hey! You! Get back in line!” one of the one-stars shouted in response to the announcement over the loudspeakers, shoving a petrified looking no-star back into line. There was no doubt in Jäger’s mind now that the group she was with was indeed being singled out from the rest of the other students, with the majority of no-stars heading unmolested to their designated classrooms. This was bad. Really bad. The fact that she saw no sign of the others only made her even more concerned as to the purpose of this little gathering. Had they been separated in a similar manner or was it just her?

The guy who was doing the shouting turned to one of his fellows and nodded. Jäger recognised this guy as the one-star with the clipboard, the guy with the intense eyes but friendly expression. He flipped through his clipboard and shook his head in response. “No, we’re still missing one, let’s see,” he said more to himself then to his subordinate. He sighed and rubbed the side of his head in mild annoyance. “Well that sucks, if we can’t find him soon we’ll just have too…”

He was interrupted, along with Jäger’s concentration by the arrival of Kageta from one of the ground floor entrance ways as he stumbled straight into the unsuspecting Jäger, sending them both tumbling to the ground in an undignified heap. “K-Kageta!? What are you…Ah!” Jäger started to say before realizing that the boy was still on top of her, his hands somewhere they really shouldn’t have been. Her face flushed red and she fell silent. Luckily for Kageta he seemed obvious to the fact and pushed himself upright almost at once. He offered her his hand but she was too embarrassed to respond. She bit her bottom lip, contemplating serious physical assault. Luckily for all concerned her train of thought was interrupted by the sound of laughing.

The guy with the clip board was bent over in laughter, his subordinates standing by patiently with a look that said they were used to this kind of thing. This only turned Jäger an even deeper shade of red as she silently took Kageta’s hand and stood back in line. She looked toward the floor and nowhere else. Once he managed to regain his composure the one-star stood up straight and checked his clipboard. He smiled and checked something off with a flick of a pen. He smiled in satisfaction.

“And that makes everybody. So glad that you could join us!” he said with dangerous cheer as he looked directly at Kageta. He clicked his fingers, causing a rush of hands that would forcefully place Kageta into the lines of assembled no-stars. The one-star threw the clipboard over his shoulder. Behind him another one-star performed a heroic leap to catch it before it hit the ground. His face hit the ground instead. “Let’s begin!” he said cheerfully, flashing the assembled no-stars a warm, cheerful smile. His fellow one-stars lined up behind him with militaristic precision.

“Welcome, one and all, to our humble little institution. Congratulations! Now I bet your all wondering what it is that you did to be singled out like this? Yes? No? Don’t you fret kittens! You’re not in trouble, not yet anyway. In fact, that’s the reason you’re all here! Ah, where are my manners, an introduction is in order!” As if on cue music started to emanate from an unknown source.

“My name is Kisuke Nagato, hall monitor and soldier of love! The pleasure is all mine~” he said with an overly dramatic flourish, his subordinates clapping in unison in response. He brushed a hand through his hair. His face seemed to sparkle all on its own. “And you have all been randomly selected to take part in a little exercise that we like to call…wait for it…compatibility testing!” he said theatrically, throwing his arms into the air. Either side of him one-star’s pulled party poppers sending a stream of colourful confetti into the air.

“Any questions, kittens?” he said, inviting a response from the speechless audience of no-star pupils.

"I'd recommend not hazing the new bloods and bothering the old kids Kisuke Nagato." grumbled a plain voice from the shadows. A kid with silver hair and a kendo stick tied to his back with a two star tapped to the sides of his blazer. It was Yoshi Kanada, Captain of the Kendo Club from year three and he was expected to accept this year. He was a former three star but was demoted to three star for some deed or another. He looked over the assembled crew and spit on the ground. "I'll make sure Kotaro doesn't hear of this from my mouth if you stop now. You know Nero wants all these kids at that assembly and not fucking themselves on day one. He wants everyone to see him and he wants everyone to hear him. And Kotaro has been working his ass off to make that happen. What do you think he'll do with your pretty little face if he finds out about this hm? I wouldn't want to know." Yoshi grumbled as he got up from his shadowed location and proceeded to stalk off with one more thing to say on the matter. "I'm going to go and visit the head of discipline now saying that I heard something was going on with the no-stars. I'd say you got...four minutes maybe six if I go for a stroll."

Kisuke turned his head toward a voice that was unfortunately far too to him and glowered momentarily at the interruption. The voice belonged to one Yoshi Kanada, captain of the Kendo team. The former three-star was full of himself, as per usual. Kisuke spun around toward him and smiled confidently at the senior. “Yeah, yeah, that’s right, everything I do is a joke to people like you huh? What, did you really think I would be doing something so despicable to the peons? Really?” Kisuke said with no malice or annoyance in his voice as he addressed Yoshi. But really, was that how the stuck up bastard saw him, as some horny pervert intent on debauchery? Well, it didn’t matter either way, an order was an order.

But unfortunately that meant that he had failed in his task, at least to an extent. In truth it was his own fault. Had he bypassed his usual theatrics he could have been done with his task by now, instead of getting reprimanded by this close-minded fool. He sighed and nodded in affirmation to Yoshi’s orders. Kisuke spun around back toward the assembled no-stars and grinned at them. “Sorry kittens, looks like we’ll have to do this another time,” he said with a very convincing apologetic tone before casually walking away, his subordinates following in his wake.

Jäger sighed in relief as the crowd started to rapidly disperse toward the assembly hall. “That was just…weird,” Jäger said as she headed in the same direction as the others. She was getting a whole load of mixed signals about the people in this place. Some of them seemed like genuinely bad people, others however she wasn’t so sure about. Kisuke for example. Despite what the two-star had said she simply didn’t get that kind of vibe from him at all. “So what was the point of all that?” she said more to herself than to anyone in particular. He had had her picture in that file of his, along with pertinent data. She assumed then that the same was true for everyone else assembled. What had his purpose been? Whatever it was it had clearly not been official business.

As the starred students began to argue amongst themselves, Kageta kept quiet, idly looking around at the different students in line, he looked for Charlotte again and spotted her just a ways off to the front. Once the assembly was disbanded, everyone started to go their own way and he lost sight of Charlotte in the crowd. He groaned to himself.

He spent a few minutes pushing through the dense crowd, but when it grew thin, he could finally see her at least. He made his way over to her and almost fell into her... again. Close. "Jeez, almost crashed into you again. And on that note, why you gotta leave without me? He looked back at where the assembly was before they dispersed. "What was that about anyway?" He asked not really expecting any sort of answer.

He then realized that he had no idea what his class number is. Though, since he was in the assembly with Charlotte, they were probably classmates. "So uhh, if you don't mind, I'm gonna go ahead and follow you to class... ok?" And with that he smiled sheepishly.

Jäger gracefully side stepped just as Kageta reached her, just in case of another collision. She looked at him quizzically for a moment before smiling. “Kageta!? I wondered where you had gone, you keep disappearing on us. I was getting worried that something had happened to you,” Jäger said as she motioned with a tilt of the head for Kageta to follow her. His suggestion that the two of them must be in the same group because of the unofficial meeting that they had been caught up in was a simple one that she had not considered. “Sure, I don’t mind. At least you’re not as unsociable as that brain dead oaf,” she said as she headed toward the room that she had been assigned too.

“As to what that was about I have no idea. Recruiting for a club maybe? Could have been some kind of random security thing I suppose. Who knows in this place. As to the guy himself I’d like to say that he weirded me out but to be honest he kind of reminded me of someone that I used to know. A lot, actually,” she said solemnly as the two of them approached the classroom. Outside the door was a one-star hall monitor, however he didn't give them any trouble other than a mean eyed glare. Jäger guessed that the reason for their lateness was already known to him. She wondered if the one-star Kisuke, a hall monitor himself had arranged it as such.

Jäger entered into a mainly empty room, save for one or two no-star students already in their seats and a unenthusiastic looking teacher who barely even glanced her way. Never the less she walked over to him and bowed politely, showing him one of her best smiles. “I'm sorry for my lateness, it won’t happen again. My name is Charlotte Jäger Neumann, it’s a pleasure to meet you sir,” she said in a warm tone that matched her warm expression. Both of which seemed to take the teacher a little off guard. Clearly he was not used to such courteousness for his students. In fact he looked a little confused.

“Me?” he said as if not understanding the situation. Momentarily confused Jäger returned his confused expression. He stared at her for a moment before simply sighing. “Anyway, don’t make yourselves comfortable, once the rest of you slackers get here we will be heading to the assembly area.” He didn't bother getting up as he spoke, nor did he bother introducing himself afterwards. Not even as an afterthought. Both of these things annoyed Jäger far more than they should have. Her brow twitched in annoyance. “Thank you sir,” she said very politely.
