He keeps tickling her, and soon hug her. ".......Welp. This is the best day ever. Minus the dying bit." Gunner says.

Gunner than starts to go on a murder spree of quite a few people, sorta dragging theta along with him. A lot of these people he cuts the fingers off of, as if to identify them later.

In his lifetime, Matt had been many things.

He had been a genius, revolutionizing his entire world with his creations. A true prodigy, unmatched in his brilliance.

He had been a madman, utilizing insane inventions to battle ever more ridiculous battles.

He had been a warrior, fighting alongside his allies against the greatest evil he had yet to see.

He had been a God, brought beyond the realm of mortality by the power of his Magnum Opus, the Plot Hole.

He had been the power-crazed maniac, he had been the mighty conqueror. He had been the returning hero, he had been the grizzled veteran.

At a certain point, he had even been dead.

Sitting by himself in his chair, Matt thought back on all the roles he had played, all the battles he had fought. His hair was streaked with grey, and his empire spanned several universes. His body was old, and frail, worn from countless battles. And yet, his blue eyes still shone with that spark, that knowledge that his actions would change the face of the universe. In his posture one could see the fatigue that had crept into his bones, but he did not slump.

Which of his many roles would he play today? Odin's steady voice alerted him to the vessel's specifications as he observed the holographic model presented to him. It was lightly armed, lightly armoured, clearly designed as a scout vessel. Readings suggested a minimal energy output, the vessel had powered down all weapons systems - a universal gesture of peace. It was not equipped with the technology to warp between technology, which indicated a pre-Multiversal civilisation. However, the alloy it was composed of contained elements that were not catalogued in the Archive. This would certainly require study.

------------------------------------------
The Sergal captain looked out at an immense wall of metal, seemingly unending. The sheer size of the ship she was staring at was rather astounding. No vessel the Sergal had designed even came close to this gargantuan warship. It dwarfed most moons with ease, and far exceeded the scanner's capabilities to accurately predict volume. It's mass was so great that if the scout vessel were to come any closer, they would be grabbed by this mysterious vessel's gravity.

The scans launched showed that this ship was not really there. It registered as little more than static. No energy of any kind was being emanated by the vessel, there was no signature to lock onto. It was ridiculous to think that such a massive machine could show up as mere static, but that it did. Some kind of massive forcefield was preventing heat from escaping the ship, and scrambling scans.
------------------------------------------

After a few minutes, Odin found a hailing frequency the scout vessel responded to. While the Sergal technology was completely alien to the technology used in the construction of Babylon IV, there were only so many ways to transmit information. Matt had transmitters for most types, in order to account for alien species, and it was only a matter of time before communications were established. A large screen pops up in front of Matt's throne, revealing a large, heavily muscled humanoid. It was covered in fur, and heavily muscled. It also appeared to be a female, suggesting a sexually dimorphic species.

"Greetings. I am Matt, Emperor of the United Galaxies."

"hello emperor. you are speaking to the captain of the frigate class ship; archimedes. it is nice to find yet another space fairing civilization on this multi-planar journey. As you can probably tell, this is an expeditionary ship. We're searching for interesting life forms, colonizable planets, and possible allies. I must admit, you ship begets the fact that you've simply been at this for longer than we have." The captain says evenly, seeming oddly happy about finding matt and not at all intimidated by his ship despite the obvious gap in power between them. A quick glance over the captain's hologram would speak alot about their technology and culture; Her uniform was simple but functional, micro-force field emitters evident in the buttons showing that they had a long standing grasp of energy projection and manipulation, her face begetting many a scar but also a fair bit of youth showing a more warrior-centric peoples, the fact that they could transmit a hologram through babylon's shields, scrambling devices, and jamming devices showed that they were a fair bit more technologically advanced than this particular frigate let on, and finally; the fact that the frigate appeared to be old and worn by travel shows that it was perhaps an older model, the guns on it being fairly small in number but strong in firepower which in turn showed yet again their advanced grasp of energy projection technology. The final icing on the cake, however, solidified that they were more advanced than their ship's design would let on: the fact that the captain reffered to the journey as multi-planar, or in other words, multiversal showed that they did, in fact, have multi-dimesional travel at a point where it could be built into the ships or personal units for that matter.

"Greetings, captain. The pleasure is mutual." Matt leans his head on one hand, already bored of such pleasantries. He was not a politician, at heart, and never had been. The one thing that had caught his eye, however, was the technology utilized on the Archimedes. He had picked up the usage of Mana on the ship, a source of magic utilized by wizards. The manipulation of mana was usually performed by an individual, using the mind to form this energy into whatever spell needed to be cast. However, this new civilisation seemed to have created technology capable of manipulating mana without the presence of an individual mind, in fact it appeared to be their main power source. If he were able to adapt this technology, he might be able to develop a more efficient method of facing magic users. It might also assist him in fusing his technological advance with the arcane capabilities of some of the races he had conquered.

"Tell me, Captain, are you entitled to act as ambassador for your people?" Matt carefully used the term people, unsure whether whatever group this individual associated herself with solely consisted of a single species, and whether it identified itself as an empire, a republic, or what have you. Whilst it seemed a minor point, wars had started over stupider issues. "I am currently documenting the worlds in this universe, as well as establishing mining facilities for the ore in this solar system. If you have claim to these worlds, or any adjacent systems, then it is best that we resolve the issue with words rather than with weapons. If you do not, then I would like to form a mutually beneficial relationship."

"to a degree, however i can only speak of the terms for planetary coloniztion issues, this ship, and those under my command. i can garuntee nothing outside of these. We do have a few colonies in the nearest solar systems, but none in this particular one so we have no dispute over planets here. i can however suggest a trade agreement with the colonial sergeant of... this solar system" she replies evenly, a small packet with the co-ordinates to the next solar system he'd planned to establish bases in, with the map showing all planets, moons, and large enough asteroids within the goldilocks zones to have colonies after terraforming, while all other planets in the system either had automated mining facilities for the non-gaseous ones or elemental coalesence factories for the gas giants, entire planets that were uneeded for their purposes being harvested for resources, showing just how powerful the empire behind the captain was, though, despite being a warrior peoples, she seemed to be quite happy with peaceful negotiations.

Some of the crimson color in Malice's face drained, as she saw the large fleet appear. "...Well....." She says, choking on her attempts at speaking. "....You can leave....and I'd suggest it before you wake up the dark lord..." She says, rather scared. Whatever kept her grounded there would let the sergeant leave now.

"Ahh. Well, what's your favorite flavor? I'll make sure to have some prepared in case you need to put me in my place again, and come over." Shepard says, grinning, before taking a large gulp of his drink. Soon, some of the clones began to fight, but in a oddly well mannered, civil way...as if part of some sorta tradition. Shepard even joins in on this, body slamming, and throwing his fellows about.

"your planet will be marked and a communications satellite left in orbit. if my people ever arrive here again and the satelite is still there, they'll continue on and leave you alone. pull the satelite down and we turn the planet to dust. clear?" the captain says evenly as she types away at her bracelet, giving the sith just enough time to reply before she left.

"it's something of a winter planet delicacy so you don't acually have it on this planet" she replies evenly before he goes, sipping at her shake as she watches and waits for him to come back before asking evenly "is a trade agreement still out of the question?"

That was a bad choice of words to use, as whatever had been willing to let her go tightened its grip on her once again. Slowly, the ground shook, as something began to approach. Malice knelt, as slowly, floating up to the landing pad, a warrior clad in armored robes, their face covered with a mask arrived.
"....I, am Darth Raiden, Dark lord of the sith. You, are the one foolish enough to think you'd be able to destroy this planet..allow me to show you how foolish that idea is." Raiden says, his voice mechanical, as he slowly closes a hand, as if crushing something.
He was. Slowly, the weapons on the sergal ships could crumple like cardboard in a car crusher, being left useless. This would leave the ships defenceless, but still able to fly without any hull integrity lost.
"you're going to leave. You're not going to leave any satellite, and if you try to, I'll personally ground the next of your ships to fly near here, and use their internal organs to give it a new paint job." Raiden says, the eyes behind the mask glowing an eerie red.

"Unforntunatly, yes. Our trade deal with the genoneans would need to be dissolved, and they would react...badly, to that." Shepard says. "Just like our sith allies would. Red skinned people out to the far right of us on your galactic maps...rather...brutish people. Red skin, sadistic, tends to have odd powers that normally start with telekinesis, and gets more destructive from there..." Shepard says, before upper cutting a soldier into a table. "Also, we have machines on this world to make it from normal ice. That kind you have there, we mass produce." Shepard says, before round housing another challenger, sending them out a window.

"the satellite is meant for communications and to tell our future ships 'stay away from this planet'. do you still wish for us to not leave a satellite in orbit?" the captain replies evenly, the ships already being repaired in orbit, though, raiden could sense a lack of hostility from them since their weapons had been unpowered during the exchange. "Also, when a race contacts you for diplomatic reasons; it's generally not a good idea to imediately pull their ships from orbit and then try to kill/enslave one of their commanding officers. it tends to lead to situations like this" she adds dryly, looking more at malice with the last part.

The sergeant recieves a call and steps outside briefly before returning and saying evenly "it appears we've run into the 'sith' you're talking about. they tried to attack one of the commanding officers attempting a diplomatic meeting so we're trying to avoid destroying the planet to neutralize hostility" with a sigh, obviously annoyed with the development as she sips at the milk shake.

"Ah, that reminds me.....just a moment, please, I'll have that problem fixed..." Raiden says, before attacking Malice in such a way, with such violent aggression, and destructive fury, she's left, reduced to a pile of gore and shattered metal fragments. The sheer disgusting gory nature of it leaves me as an rper unable to post it to role player guild. Raiden slowly leaves the blood to dry from his hands, as he looks back to the sergeant. "Now, your satellite may be left, but if it holds any scanning equipment to spy on us, it'll be one of the last things your kind sends out here...." Raiden says.

Shepard pinches his nose. "....God damn it....." He says, seeming extremely annoyed. He chugs some more booze, and lets out a deep sigh. "I'd get some ice cream to go, this is gonna be a long night for everyone"

"the scanning equipment is just for metals and precious gems. it's specifically designed so that anything happening within your buildings is voided from it's sight. is this acceptable?" she replies evenly, not even bothering to wipe the blood stains off her sleeve, though she does kick the eye ball off her foot.

"appearently not. the problem solved itself" she replies evenly, recieving a text this time before sipping at her milk shake. "who are these 'genosians' you talk about so much?" she asks evenly after deleting the text

"Fine.....now, I'm returning to my nap. The next person to awaken me gets a worse treatment..." Raiden says, walking away.
Malice's former guards walk with him, making sure to make no noise as they walked......But he then stops, and snaps, Malice's tore apart body reforming, leaving her cowering on the ground. "Take her with you, drop her off at the clones. Shepard will take care of her..." Raiden says, before vanishing in a poof of darkness.

"Erherm......Leave us be, annoying furry things." Shepard says, doing a spot on impression of the insectoid race the sergals ran into a while back. "They tend to isolate themselves from others, but our aid to them is rather useful, so they put up with us...." Shepard says.
