In terms of characters I am going to be putting some pretty harsh limitations on them because of the nature of the world. In Old Man Logan it was revealed that the X-Gene was actually not the future of humanity and was just in fact a freak mutation. Mutants were dying out. Here I'm still going to allow metahumans, homo-magi (think Zatanna) and naturally skilled humans. But Atlanteans, Amazons, aliens and Lanterns will all be out.

This looks like enough interest to definitely post an OOC though. So I will aim to finish that up tomorrow night, I have most of it written it's just a matter of hammering out some more details about the setting and letting you know the who's who. There will be a set character sheet provided in the OOC as well so no need to submit a character until then.

I really wish I could join this, but I have too much going on. Instead I will watch and enjoy!

One question, what version of the Watchtower are you saying crashed? from what I have seen of the Watchtower it is a pretty hefty base and would cause little short of an E.L.E. specially in the case of the version from Young Justice. Just a thought.

That's a fair point. I will be sure to amend my OOC to reflect why such an event didn't happen.

I've got a character concept in mind to that effect: Basically just a low level crook who, during all the chaos, basically grabbed all the shit he could from Arkham's storage and made tracks. A suit made out of pieces of other super suits: Patchwork.

I was thinking of making a Dick Tracey/The Question-esque detective. Basically just a gunslinger with genius-level intelligence and a noir attitude who wants to bring order and justice back.
