No, I've read your whole posts, sometimes two or even three times to make sure I didn't miss anything. Everything I said still stands entirely, and I've read every word of your post in detail.

You promised.

So yeah, let's bury whatever imaginary hatchet we have here. Because I don't remember getting into a war with people to begin with.

A good choice to make. Just to be clear, I don't have anything against you as a person, I merely found your actions in ill-taste. That being said, I'm walking away from the prior issue, and hoping that we will both simply see it as a misunderstanding and strive to avoid such things in the future.

Oh, and @Hael since you're pretty close by, I imagine the Principality and your nation would likely be at the very least aware of each other if not openly trading. Kzechverin is sort of a foil to Eisenkreis, in almost every facet, and so they would have likely instigated friendly relations with your nation. Is up to you, however, as Kzechverin only has large amounts of grain and livestock products to their name. I mean, their navy is about three-hundred years behind .-.

The only people that seem to have actually voted are me, Hael, and Cyclone, and it's two for the islands and one for the trade.

Willy and Voltus have both expressed neutrality.

And I would maintain that having the two garrisons fight each other because of a bombing does not equate to full fledged war. It would certainly lead to tension as the two nations sort it out in diplomacy after the event.

Fair enough. I'll stop. I was only saying that because he spoke about it again after I stopped.

Alright, this time I double-super-duper promise. I'm genuinely apologize for talking about it again.

Does this switch it to three in our favor and two for the islands?

I was joking with my last post, but if you feel this way then we could actually go with the trade dispute
I thought I was the second person who voted for trade dispute.
Yeah, that sounds like a more conservative start.
Alternatively you can have the bombing incident escalating the tension but not quite resulting in anything close to a war.
Then the trade dispute which further worsens the relations.
Especially since I deliberately plan to ignore the embargo and approach Avaria via an air route from the north.

I choose bomb. Rewriting will be no bother.

Well, as far as votes go I still prefer the islands. But, as I said, I can go either way. Tension is good, and blowing things up is even better and yelling dramatically is even better.

You can go through Kataylabinsk, you know, right?

That's okay. We're not Eisenkreis.

You'd have to pass through Commieland or the windswept northern craggy mountains that is the north pole.

The choice is yours. :)

Give him a rest, I was kinda the cause of that.
Should've known better but I wanted to clear up the issue.

Yeah, if possible I wish to avoid confrontations.
Anyways, I think you can consider my radar-guided missile idea. That sounds hi-tech yet appropriate for the time and can solve the gaps in your AA defenses.

Yeah but then Hael kinda switched his vote and Willy did say he'd prefer the slow tension (which I presume to have meant not the island thing)...I don't even know which idea has more support now.

I'll stop being petty about it and trying to sway people to my side; if Willy and Hael clarify their positions then I'll just accept whatever that leaves us at.

My position is still island bomb, but -as I said- I don't care that much either way. They both sound like decent ideas.

Anyway, I gotta get my history up and you crazy people are distracting me.

I wasn't sure what kind of relations your nation has with Yllendthyr so I didn't risk it.
But yeah, I could.
Might be still better to avoid you just to save my nations from the heavy tariffs you're bound to be dropping on me.

I chose the trade dispute but I also proposed an alternative which allows both.
The bombing will be premature and it only raises the tension without resulting in a war.
Then the trade dispute will worsen the relations but it'll take a while.

Only slight ones, since we'll be friendly with Avalia by then and higher tariffs = higher prices for them.

And I venture to say air travel is already more expensive than sea.

Well, yeah. That's given.
Albeit huge airships make the difference less glaring.
As for price, we have a mutual trade agreement with Avalia so at least when it concerns the exchange of strategic materials we'll be even.
On the other hand Yllendthyr may use this situation to trade the super gas (always forget its name) to other countries for increased profits.
Basically Yllendthyr would be the distributor (probably along with Kataylabinsk) which means Tin's embargo will be filling elven pockets.
