Everything looks good on her sheet except for the first ability of her kekkei genkai. How does that relate to a doujutsu? Granted some argument could be made that it relates a much as susanoo or amaterasu do to the sharingan. Just trying to get why it isnt just a high cost standard ninjutsu.
Also for being a Kekkei genkai the vision through eagles could been more powerful or extended to a seal to see through more creatures or even leaving spy cams of sorts. Just running my mouth.
Anyway that's my issues with it for now. Will look into it further when I get off work. Thanks.

I just followed what was on the wiki for the kekkei genkai so i didn't make that up. haha though some of it seems a little silly, thats the naruto verse for ya! i did leave a link to the clan page just in case you did have any thoughts about it. thanks for the feedback. ill slave away over that history after i get some food in me.
Guess I missed that link. Though since it is from the fanon wiki you can feel free to take some liberties. I'll have more thoughts after work was just checking in at the end of lunch.
Its not nessicarily underpowered, I just thought the KG was a bit off and offered a suggestion to help the sensory part of our sensory tokubetsu jounin should the part I dissagreed with be cut/moved in the long run. On my way home soon. Work sucks.
@Shadowcatcher After further thought, your accepted. Just add this to your CS (And feel free to modify it if you want divebomber eagles.) and move it over.

Name of Jutsu: Summoning Technique: Eagles Rank: B Range: Close Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): N/A
Description: Summons eagles, these eagles are highly trained and responsive to their master. Quite useful for recon and sensory applications.
Weakness: They are eagles. Therefore they are fragile and have very little combat use.
Just throwing it out there to everyone, I'm planning on posting the IC saturday morning. (East Coast Usa) So please try and have your characters at least useable by then. Of course life happens and time constraints are a bitch so no worries if you don't have them done. Just trying to keep everyone in the loop for my plans.
A few questions for my character. In case I chose to forgo having a kekkai genkai can I replace it with a weapon/jutsu/fighting style specialization in the character sheet? Currently bouncing between an exiled konohagakure hunter-nin or a summoner specialist.
to answer your question. yes you can forego having a KG and explain abspecialization. The exiled konoha would've have to have been exiled before the war path started. as exile now would be more likely to be execution.
Draft of completed character sheet. Ignore grammar/spelling/phrasing errors. All jutsu are canon except for the last one. Feel free to slap me with all changes that need to be made.
Name: Tsubaki Gender: Female Age: 23 Chakra Affinity: Earth
Village: Konohaguke (formerly)
Rank: Hunter-Nin, A
====================
Name of Weapon or Item: Katana Description: Tsubaki’s weapon of choice is a masterfully forged katana made from high quality steel and other materials. The blade is strong enough to repel all but the most determined, powerful attacks with little to no damage sustained. There is a thin steel wire that allows Tsubaki to draw the blade back to her should she be disarmed. Appearance: Silvered Steel with a crimson hilt and sheath.
Personality: Tsubaki is a bright, curious and intelligent young woman with something of a ‘flexible’ approach to ethical and moral considerations. As such she tends to see the world in terms of cause and effect rather than in terms of outright good and evil. Because of this she is able to consider courses of action that to others might seem unethical, irresponsible or outright reprehensible to those with a more rigid sense of morality. However she is not a ‘bad’ person and is in fact very loyal and protective to those that she cares about. This is especially true when it comes to those under her command. Her unrequited affection for a certain lord makes her sombre at times and prone to drink. She loves steamed buns something fierce.
History (Short Version): Tsubaki is a former Konohagakure Hunter-Nin that now serves the Alliance cause in the same capacity that she once served Konohagakure. She leads a small team of individuals with similar skills to herself who focuses on the elimination and abduction of important targets on and around the battlefield. As expected she is a high priority target for Konohagakure Hunter-Nin due to her knowledge.
History: Tsubaki like many others in the Alliance is a victim of the Fire Nation’s aggression, only not in the way that one might first assume. She is no refugee, nor was she an enemy kunoichi whose village was crushed beneath the Fire Nation’s heel. She was in point of fact an agent of that very same aggression, a kunoichi from Konohagakure, a Hunter-Nin responsible for the deaths and abductions of many Alliance Ninja as well as the execution and disposal of traitorous elements. However that changed with one single but ultimately defining moment. Tsubaki fell in love. She didn't mean to but alas no one ever chooses to.
Following a routine elimination assignment behind enemy lines Tsubaki was issued with an order closer to home. Her mission was to infiltrate and investigate the ruler of a small allied nation rumoured to be acting as a base of operations for clandestine Alliance activity. Simply put she was to investigate these rumours while acting at her own discretion to eliminate any identified threats. She was required to determine the loyalty of the loyal warlord to determine his complicity in any Alliance activity in the area. To this end she inserted herself into his household in the guise of a servant. It was during this time that she became close to the warlords son, a charismatic and idealistic young man as well as a brilliant swordsman.
Unfortunately she also identified the presence of several Alliance ninja operating in and around the lord’s manor. However she found no evidence that the lord or his retinue were in collusion with these elements and that their presence was something that could be dealt with without collateral damage. Her report stared as much. Her superiors disagreed with her assessment and ordered that the nation be purged at once. Tsubaki was ordered to await the arrival of addition Hunter-Nin before carrying out her orders. The Lord and his retinue would be removed, along with his immediate family and most loyal soldiers, replaced by puppets sent from Konohagakure.
Unable to see these orders carried out Tsubaki warned the warlord of his impending assassination. The Warlord knew at once that his only realistic chance at survival was to flee, bringing with him only those that he trusted implicitly. Meanwhile Tsubaki confronted the infiltrators and made them a deal. In exchange for the chance to keep breathing they would lead the warlord and his men to the nearest safe Alliance stronghold. They agreed, if not simply because they believed her. They were in no position to fight a single Hunter-Nin, especially with a large host on the way. The evacuation was swift and well executed. Tsubaki did not go with them.
Instead she prepared a false trail for her fellow Hunter-Nin to follow, using herself as a target. She knew that her attempt at deception would be short lived before the truth was discovered, however any time that she could buy them was worthwhile. She knew that she was acting like a fool but for the first time in her life she did not care. Once her ruse was uncovered her life was forfeit, her fellow Hunter-Nin given leave to eliminate her at all costs. With nowhere else to turn she headed toward the Alliance nations with many Hunter-Nin in pursuit. Battered, bruised and exhausted she was happened upon by an Alliance patrol and brought behind the safety of their walls. And was at once interrogated. They were not gentle.
Tsubaki had no reason to withhold information and was forthcoming. However it was not her willingness to talk that bought her freedom but the intervention of another party, the one in charge of the agents that she had spared. With word of her betrayal and the aid that she subsequently provided it was reluctantly decided that she was to be set free, albeit under close supervision. However with the balance of power as it was her skills could not be allowed to sit idle. In exchange for her continued freedom she would join the allied nations in their fight against the land of fire and its allies. She was in no position to refuse.

Strengths: Though essentially a speed type Tsubaki is able to temporarily increase both her attack and defence via skilful use of her Earth Release Techniques. This makes her very versatile as she is able to engage a wide range of opponents effectively by taking their abilities into consideration and reacting accordingly. Also due to her use of two specific jutsu she is very hard for sensor types to detect while submerged beneath the earth as this is generally considered to be a blind spot.
Weaknesses: Regardless of any knowledge she might have as to her elements fundamental strengths and weaknesses she is still bound by them. As such her exclusive use of Earth Release Jutsu becomes an undeniable disadvantage when facing skilled Lightning Release users. Her versatility is artificial in that it depends on her chakra to maintain. Once depleted her versatility is effectively negated.
=========================================
Tsubaki's Jutsu:
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Antlion Technique Rank: Unknown Range: Medium/Long Type of Jutsu: Offensive Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: This technique causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Rank: D Range: Short Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth Description: This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom. Leaving them completely unable to move after they're underground. In addition, they can start another attack.
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique Rank: C Range: Personal Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.
When combined with clone techniques, the user can use the clone to lure their enemies into a trap or false sense of security before launching a surprise attack from below.
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Subterranean Voyage Rank: C Range: Short/Medium Type of Jutsu: Offensive/Supplementary Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: A technique that transforms the earth surrounding the user into a fluid, allowing them to close in on the enemy with high speed by swimming underground. Since being under the ground is a blind spot, the target has no warning; allowing the user to launch a surprise attack. By using this technique in conjunction with a weapon, it also gains great effect as an "assault ninjutsu".
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release Armour Rank: N/A Range: Personal Type of Jutsu: Defensive Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: This technique coats the user's body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks. While using this armour, the stone layer can be manipulated to form blunt weapons for stronger attacks. One can also change their appearance with the stone layer. It also seems that this armour is heavy and makes the user less quick, as seen when Sadai took the armour off and immediately increased his speed.
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld Rank: A Range: All Ranges Type of Jutsu: Offensive Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Fist Rock Technique Rank: Unknown Range: Personal Type of Jutsu: Offensive Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: By encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power.
====================
Name of Jutsu: Earth Release: Pillars of the Earth, Pillars of Heaven Rank: A Range: Spherical Area of Effect (Medium) Type of Jutsu: Fuinjutsu/Ninjutsu Element Affinity (If Applicable): Earth
Description: A jutsu that raises five pillars from deep within the earth, arranged in a circle around the user with each pillar denoted by the elemental symbol for one of the five primary elements. These pillars once risen and subjected to the users chakra emit a dampening field throughout the immediate area within and around the pillars. This field severely weakens the ability of those within its sphere of influence to make use of jutsu that DO NOT correspond to their primary elemental affinity, effectively decreasing their rank in terms of power while increasing their chakra requirement. Justu that correspond to the users primary elemental affinity will remain unaffected.
Weakness: The pillars influence can be escaped through relocating. Each individual pillar can be destroyed through the use of attacks that make use of the opposite element to the one denoted on the pillar. Once a pillar is toppled its effect on that element is negated.
@Sagittarius Your character is neat, though I am wary of the immunity to genjutsu, Can you explain Kurogane more in depth please, the other three puppets are fine, but i'm not going to accept kurogane being seven puppets basically making things a 10v1 quite easily.
Get back to me on this And we'll see about accepting you. That puppet is my only problem.
@Constantine Accepted, really like the Pillars of Earth/Heaven ability.
It's not necessarily immunity to genjutsu, more just that it's easier to break out of. If none of the consciousnesses see anything wrong, then none of them will be trying to break it.
As for Kurogane, he has no outstanding abilities aside from being made out of earth and his mobility; he's tougher depending on the materials he takes, and can regenerate as long as he's touching the ground. If any part of his body loses contact with the core, it will return to its normal state. As a result, unless the material is stone, he cannot throw his sword without it turning into simple dirt or sand. With his "teleportation", he moves through the ground by taking the material in front of him as his body and immediately replacing it as he moves. Therefore if his destination is boxed off by something not made of earth, like wood, and there isn't a hole that the core can fit through, Kurogane will not be able to reach said location. Number-wise, I've reduced it to one.
