@OneEyedChurro, yes I'd be fine with Dal increasing his skill to journeyman.

@Blubaron45, yes we are indeed closed, but thank you for the interest.

@drummer-dan Hello Drummer old friend, I haven't seen you since... Guildfall..? I think? I'd love to play favorites, but alas, we are indeed full up and closed.

@Inlaa, well, I usually do put "closed" up at the very top in big green letters, but I'd thought that "Join Status: Full" at the top, with the tooltip "Roleplay is not accepting new players" would do. Maybe I'll have to fix that like I did with my other RPs.

Also, now that we have everyone's characters up, its time to start the IC. I lied, we still need @Vesuvius00 to post her character.

Huh. So, both mages are good at making protective barriers and such?

Should I change Gabby's specialties to avoid redundancy? I'm fine with that. I had been sitting back and cackling "Yeees, I shall make the selfish mage that whips up protective barriers!" like a maniac before, but I'm totally fine with changing my character's focus slightly.

I could reduce Abjuration and increase Acid, for instance, or increase both Acid and Light. Something like that. Backstory changes would be pretty negligible. If I could, I'd only increase Acid or Light by 1 or 2 notches and NOT decrease Abjuration, but Gabby's toting a lot of useful Adept skills already, so that's me asking permission.

Otherwise, I'm 100% ready for the IC too, yeah.

Sure, that'd be an okay trade. In anycase, I'm writing up one major NPC, and then we'll get started.

Alright. I did the following:

Abjuration went down from Adept to Journeyman. Still her preferred form of magic, but it's going to need training.
Light and Acid went up from Novice to Journeyman. She's better at melting faces and can make basic illusions and blinding flashes of light.

Alrighty, the IC has been started. You guys can start off doing many things- goodbyes to your parents, travelling to the caravans, you can start already on the caravans if you'd like. These are just intro posts, so no one should move the caravan until we're all present and accounted for.

I hope Gabby's personality is coming through clearly enough. I also hope it's clear that italics without quotes are thoughts. The color I chose might make things hard to read?
