{{ok so this is my first rp in like 4 to 5 years so please be patient with me!

In a distant future, man kind has evolved into a super human form. at least half of the population has, that is. roughly half of the worlds population has evolved far passed the boundaries set for the abilities humans once possessed. "super heroes" once believed to be that of fiction and cartoons had became a reality a long time ago. however, instead of being idolized by all ages for their superiority; they were treated as lower beings and were rejected by society. they were no longer considered human and labeled as "Hex", believing that they were cursed with special abilities in exchange for 50 years of their life. Those who didn't escape to the dense forests surrounding the cities; were captured, jailed, tortured, or enslaved by the police force.
Among the Hex's are a few handfuls of rebels who refuse to have their kind treated like trash. they make their stand by raiding the local military bases and prisons that contain the imprisoned and enslaved Hex's. Many lives both the humans and Hexs were lost during raids and many more will follow. the world is on the brink of war; but this time it isn't for something like religion or boundary struggles. the war is to determine the survival of both races or the extermination of life as all know it.

OK! Here's how your profile is supposed to look!
Name:
Age: (around the age of 13- 30 years preferably)
Gender: (yes this is required cause names can be misleading sometimes...)
Race: (Human/Hex)
Status: (like what kind of position is your character in Ex. enslaved/imprisoned or in police force or in rebellion or neutral or wandering the city/forests etc.)
Bio:
Powers/Abilities: (for those who are a Hex you can only have 3-4 abilities MAX and it can't be invincibility or immortality and such. for those who are human just put what skills you are best at like hand-to-hand combat or medicine or what ever gun you may be able to shoot. humans CANNOT have "super powers" like telekinesis or flight for example.)
Appearance: (you can type out a description if you want so everybody rping can get a vague idea of the character is supposed to look like. but it is much preferred to have a link to the pic of what this character looks like)

Bio: not much to say of her past. she was leading a normal life until the age of 10 years old when she discovered her abilities. for about a year she managed to hide them until she was found out by her parents when their house caught fire. immediately after she was released from the hospital; she was reported to the police by her own parents and was soon arrested and imprisoned. this caused Ace to lose trust and love for others, including those who truly want to help her. she built walls around her heart and became an emotionless empty shell so no one would hurt her again.
Powers/Abilities: Hydrokinesis (control over water), Pyrokinesis (control over fire), Areokinesis (control over wind/air), Geokinesis (control over Earth/dirt/rocks etc.)

OH! i forgot one thing! this rp has some certain rules you must follow if you break any of these rules you will be kick out! RULES:
1.) NO GOD MODING! YOU CAN'T JUST BE ABLE TO BATTLE AS MUCH AS YOU WANT WITHOUT TAKING DAMAGE IF YOUR CHARACTER GETS HIT!
2.) Let's keep this rp PG-13 guys... so that means no inappropriate behavior! that means you can swear but don't get too vulgar... and no sexual romance if there is any romance at all... and if there IS romance it has to be ok with BOTH rpers and let's limit it to like hugging and kissing and cuddling AT MOST....
3.) if i catch anybody or am told of anybody harassing (sexually or other wise) or bullying by anyone on the rp and is uncomfortable rping with them then they will be kicked out IMMEDIATELY, so play nice!
4.) anybody who decides to apply must keep in mind that they must be consistent when it comes to the rp and stay updated on the rp. so basically just finish what you've started!
5.) respect each other and have fun, you guys.... this is meant to be fun so please be kind and considerate to others...

You would happen to be able to give me a more detailed version of the plot could you? I am struggling to understand what is going on in this particular story. From what I gather I am thinking that there is a particular group of individuals who were blessed with super powers, but they were ridiculed and made nothing more then outcasts because of it? An now these Hex's are trying to fight to be free of this oppression?

Oh and CS simply means Character Sheet, or Profile as you referred to it as.

@The Undertaker what your saying basically sums up the plot the role play is meant to mainly be seen by the Hex's point of view but will also show the human's point of views (that is if any of the CS's end up being human). other than that i don't understand why your having a tough time.... could you maybe tell me you are struggling with? i will do my best to help you from there. :)

Oh ok I think that pretty much just answered my question, I was over thinking it too much haha, apologies. I think my head fell off my shoulder for a split second.

What's the max of characters? If it is 2+ I was thinking of making a human investigator trained to hunt the Hex'es and another who is a hex vigilante with... questionable methods.

A ight now that i used the heavy duty staples on my head to keep it on time to rock a CS

So exactly how advanced is all this? Distant future would signify a high advancement of technology... unless something has happened to make things otherwise and prevent colonization of other planets, etc. that would be in a futuristic setting.

@ArenaSnowi'm talkin a good 100 years or so. the police force got all the cool toys like laser guns, laser hand cuffs, shock collars, iris scanners, holograms, projected touch screen computers, you name it they probably got it! with the increase of Hex's in the world and the constant threat of raids and war, not many advances to space where made and during that time people found a more clean and environmentally friendly source of energy that would work for cars and weaponry but not space ships/ rockets, thus making plant life flourish creating the dense forests that surround the cities.

What country - or possibly even better, location within the country - is the RP based in?

If you want, I tend to flesh out environment of the character with CS's, so I would describe how things end up working in relevance to my characters - for example, if my character was police, the history of how it evolved to the point it is at and the associated technologies, manpower, etc.

@ArenaSnowit'd probably be in North America, in Michigan respectively because of the dense forests a large source of water would be required. so actually, the Great Lake region would be my best answer/example for location. this region not only has a large fresh water supply but plenty of rain/precipitation, salt deposits, timber,copper, iron, steel, and other assorted metals, a large population of sea life, deer, caribou, bear, squirrel, and rabbit, the land is also very fertile and can grow many crops from all of the rain. Thus making it an ideal chose for life.
