History/Goals: Born in Takigakure, Sora has had a live filled with tradition. Guarding the Hero Water is what the ninja of their village do. Only acting when there is a great need. And now as he trained and grew that need has shown its face. A fight against the most formidable of foes. The entirety of the Land of Fire. His goal, just as much as anyone else in his village. A fragile peace being far greater than that of a tyrannical rule that is called “peace”. (More to come.)

Strengths: He is relatively well suited with midrange combat, and is far more powerful near large bodies of water. Has hero water as a fallback. And will get up blow after blow. Hard headed and stubbornness pushes him further than he should be able to go. Extremely agile swimmer.

Weaknesses: Lightning release is the bane of his existence, as is forcing him on the defensive against an onslaught of fire users, as he will have a tough time keeping water from turning to steam. His hard headed stubbornness can quickly get him in over his head.

Personality: Hardworking and ambitious, but not without a sense of humor. Keiji has aspirations to become the Mizukage one day, and so he actively tries to make as many friends and allies as he can. He is undyingly loyal to his friends, and unyieldingly ruthless to his enemies. As a relatively new Jounin, he is always respectful to his seniors, but is not afraid to offer his input whenever any planning takes place. He is slow to anger, but dishonesty and betrayal are the two things he will not tolerate.

History: Keiji had always envied the Fire Nation. They had prosperity, prestige, power, everything a great nation ought to have. The lush forests of the Fire Country were so far removed from the depressing, misty land he lived in. It was no wonder that so many ninjas fled from Kirigakure; why should anyone be loyal to a brutal land that refused to take care of its own? However, nothing would change if nobody was willing endure a bit of hardship.

Kirigakure was wary of the Anjou clan, just as they were of all clans with kekkei genkai. As a survival tactic, Keiji’s family cautioned him to use his ability sparingly once it awakened. Keiji heeded his family’s advice, but also became motivated the alleviate his village’s fears of his kekkei genkai.

So, Keiji completed his academy training, showing unwavering respect to the authorities of his country, while at the same time analyzing everything wrong with Kirigakure so that when the time came for his voice to be heard, he would have the solutions that his people so desperately needed. On his missions, he sought to become friends with his fellow ninja, and also sought to represent his country well when traveling abroad, seeking to gain as many allies around the world as he could. After all, the best way to change his home would be to become its leader, but that would never happen without support. As he moved up through the ranks, he took pride in the fact that every member from every team he led had come back alive, and he eventually attained the rank of Jounin.

He devoted a good amount of time studying Konoha’s government and history, learning what he could from their example and thinking how he could apply their policies to his own land. Then, the pendulum of history began to swing. Konoha decided to cross the line from world leader, to tyranny. Keiji glared back at Konoha undaunted. If they wanted a fight, he’d give them one. He refused to accept the Land of Water's surrender and joined the allied forces with relish. This would be a chance to earn prestige for his own nation, to form new friends and acquaintances from around the world, and to grab a bit of Konoha’s prosperity by force.

Strengths: Keiji is a clever tactician that excels in team coordination. Give him any combination of shinobi, and he can assess their skills, jutsu, and demeanors to come up with the optimal team strategies. Likewise, he is able to remain calm under extreme pressure. His friends often call him fearless, but this is simply the result of his strong mental discipline. In a similar vein, he is particularly good at recognizing and dispelling genjutsu, and his own genjutsu is tough to resist. His personal combat abilities are what one would expect for a Jounin, but his is strongest on a team.

Weaknesses: Since Keiji has devoted much of his training to sharpening his mind, he sacrificed strengthening his ninjutsu. His chakra pool is not as large as other Jounin, and his techniques lack the “brute force” that many other shinobi pride themselves on. Likewise, he becomes fatigued in drawn-out battles and must pace himself throughout missions.

Personality: Rin has a personality that is unlike the stereotypical aloof Hidden Valley personalities one would assume to find. She has been faced with death, lost a few of those most close to her, and has spent many nights crying herself to sleep. Despite it all, Rin has managed to keep her same bubbly personality that keeps people wanting to know her. She is tough, determined, and stubborn. If she dosen't get what she wants right away, she will fight and fight, never letting up until she gets it. She hates few things and loves a lot of things. Though it once was easy to upset her, or get her to cry, it is much more difficult now. After years of trying to learn patience and control over her emotions, she had finally suceeded in such and is more laid back than she used to be. Rin is a quick thinker, unpredictable, and she hits hard everytime, never letting up when faced with tough challenges. She refuses to ever let down her teammates, villiage, sensei's, etc. and is extremely loyal. She can be trusted to follow through with tasks without hesitation, and no longer does she second guess herself. When she is not training, sleeping, or on missions, she can be found dragging often unwilling close ones out to eat before using her adorable charm to get them to pay. Not once has she failed with that.

Strengths: Rin has advanced chakra control after years of practice. She has the ability to project her wind chakra outwards and produce powerful ninjutsu without using weapons like many others with this nature type. Being an adept sensory ninja, she can detect enemies that are even well hidden and can feel the smallest gusts of wind caused by the slightest movements.

Weaknesses: Rin can be a bit of an air head at times. She is clumsy and sometimes fails to recognize the seriousness of some situations. She is very much immature at times, though she can't help it really. Being forced to stay within her home village makes her kind of overly excited when out on missions, and she always wants to have fun.

Description: A simple technique that when Rin's hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human or something much larger. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Weakness: The gale dissipates fast depending on the amount of chakra used. Typically only lasts a few seconds before the winds are gone. As a result, the attack does little but waste up chakra if it doesn't hit the target.

Description: After clapping her hands together, Rin holds them together for a moment to gather chakra. When her hands are open and thrust forward, a giant gust of sharp winds are released. This severely damages the target on contact, easily snapping small to medium trees in half. There is no way to escape after being caught in it, and one must wait until the winds fade away.

Weakness: Due to the destructive nature of the attack, Rin has little control over the winds. If an ally is caught in them, they can be injured just as severely as an enemy. There is no way to stop the jutsu until the chakra dissipates the winds.

Description: Tsubaki’s weapon of choice is a masterfully forged o-katana made from high quality steel and other high quality materials. As a result the blade is strong enough to repel all but the most determined, powerful attacks with little to no damage sustained. There is a thin steel wire connected to the base of the hilt that allows Tsubaki to draw the blade back to her should she be disarmed in combat.
Appearance: Silvered steel with a crimson hilt and sheath.

Personality: Tsubaki is a bright, curious and intelligent young woman with something of a ‘flexible’ approach to ethical and moral considerations. As such she tends to see the world in terms of cause and effect rather than in terms of outright good and evil. Because of this she is able to consider courses of action that to others might seem unethical, irresponsible or outright reprehensible to those with a more rigid sense of morality. However she is not a ‘bad’ person and is in fact very loyal and protective to those that she cares about. This is especially true when it comes to those under her command. Her unrequited affection for a certain lord makes her sombre at times and prone to drink. She loves steamed buns something fierce.

History (Short Version): Tsubaki is a former Konohagakure Hunter-Nin that now serves the Alliance cause in the same capacity that she once served Konohagakure. She leads a small team of individuals with similar skills to herself who focuses on the elimination and abduction of important targets on and around the battlefield. As expected she is a high priority target for Konohagakure Hunter-Nin due to her knowledge of their methods, tactics and identities.

Strengths: Though essentially a speed type Tsubaki is able to temporarily increase both her attack and defence via skilful use of her Earth Release Techniques. This makes her very versatile as she is able to engage a wide range of opponents effectively by taking their abilities into consideration and reacting accordingly. Also due to her use of two specific jutsu she is very hard for sensor types to detect while submerged beneath the earth as this is generally considered to be a blind spot.

Weaknesses: Regardless of any knowledge she might have as to her elements fundamental strengths and weaknesses she is still bound by them. As such her exclusive use of Earth Release Jutsu becomes an undeniable disadvantage when facing skilled Lightning Release users. Her versatility is artificial in that it depends on her chakra to maintain. Once depleted her versatility is effectively negated.

Description: This technique causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

When combined with clone techniques, the user can use the clone to lure their enemies into a trap or false sense of security before launching a surprise attack from below.

It also seems that this armour is heavy and makes the user less quick, as seen when Sadai took the armour off and immediately increased his speed.

Description: By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: A jutsu that raises five pillars from deep within the earth, arranged in a circle around the user with each pillar denoted by the elemental symbol for one of the five primary elements. These pillars once risen and subjected to the users chakra emit a dampening field throughout the immediate area within and around the pillars. This field severely weakens the ability of those within its sphere of influence to make use of jutsu that DO NOT correspond to their primary elemental affinity, effectively decreasing their rank in terms of power while increasing their chakra requirement. Justu that correspond to the users primary elemental affinity will remain unaffected.

Weakness: The pillars influence can be escaped through relocating. Each individual pillar can be destroyed through the use of attacks that make use of the opposite element to the one denoted on the pillar. Once a pillar is toppled its effect on that element is negated.

Personality: Quiet, lethargic, and not terribly prone to conversation. Not very good at communication due to lack of practice, Kurai is easily flustered. He is intelligent, but would prefer not to exercise his brain in favor of just lounging about and letting others do his work for him. Masochistic, with some sadistic tendencies. His smile, a twisted grin, is usually indicative of some new method of torture he has devised.

History: Kurai was on a mission in Takigakure when the declaration of war was made. Realizing that if he returned to his country, he would be forced to battle, he decided that he'd rather sit this one out and feigned his own death and took up permanent residence in the Land of Waterfalls. He really doesn't want to be involved in a war, and would just as soon let Konoha conquer and pillage, so long as he doesn't have to get involved. All he wants his to be able to settle down and do what it is he enjoys. There...is something he enjoys right? After so long working as a shinobi, it's hard to remember. Since he began to live in the Land of Waterfalls, he has been taking on odd jobs, most commonly as a commissioned artist.
Contrary to all laws of Naruto, he actually doesn't have an eye underneath his eyepatch; it was lost on a mission as a chunin after it took the sharp end of a kunai. It was lucky that he wasn't killed, so the loss of one eye hasn't bothered him too much, although it does throw off his depth perception at times.

Strengths: Kurai is intelligent and calculating; a planner. His chakra cells allow him to continue battling even if he would have depleted his own chakra reserves, simply by setting it aside for later use. He is extremely skilled in genjutsu, and is relatively good at detecting it due to his own proficiency. He has two change in chakra natures, fire and water, though he specializes in fire and is significantly less competent at water jutsu than most Amegakure ninja.

Weaknesses: His personality can make him difficult to form a relationship with or work alongside, though his jutsu pool is largely support and would benefit from the addition of teammates. His taijutsu is lacking: he'd likely lose to a chunin or even a skilled genin in hand to hand combat. Additionally, he is reticent to fight or become involved in conflict, and detests wasting his energy, so he is more easily ambushed or hit with attacks that have a large radius. Furthermore, nearly all of his jutsu are nullified by Water Style.

Name of Weapon or Item: Fūma Shuriken

Description: A shuriken Amon was gifted as a child, it is his main weapon of choice in difficult battles and summons it with a sheet he keeps wrapped in his bandages. The Fūma Shuriken is large and folds and unfolds during battle for different situations and for easy storage.

Description: A large Katana Amon received from an unknown source which he keeps on his person at all times, he cannot wield it as skillfully as he can his Fūma Shuriken however he still believes it holds its benefits to him.

Personality: Amon is a quiet relaxed boy who views the war as something that stops him from being lazy, to his dismay. He views tragedy as just another occurrence and seemingly bottles up all emotions which could burst his relaxed bubble. Inside of himself he seems to freak out a lot and is extremely stressed, but only shows in in extreme situations where he would find himself having an anxiety attack, which isn't good in the middle of a battle. He loves the company of others, but only if they don't pressure him to do things, he'll do them in his own time apparently. Amon often over-estimates or under-estimates a situation, resulting in some difficult times for the Chunin, however he refuses to admit he is in trouble, stating that it will be fine. He is not above giving up when a situation gets too tough and needs constant pushing from others to keep going in rough times.


History: Growing up in Amegakure, Amon had a nice childhood with his clan, even if he was born without their praised kekkei genkai, being a very excited child he was a terror for those who had to look after him, however that would not stop young Amon, he believed he was bullet proof, until he got his left eye gouged out by a wild dog at least which absolutely killed his wild spirit, resulting in young Amon becoming a recluse as his eye healed. Amons' father, extremely distraught by the sadness his youngest son was now experiencing opted to sacrifice his left eye for Amon, implanting it into the child so that he could see and also gifting him with the kekkei genkai he was born without, effectively curing Amon of his sadness, which was now replaced with an extreme anxiety over the whole incident. As Amon grew older and the war started his anxiety became a huge problem, as his clan was out fighting and getting murdered by the Fire Country, Amon ran away, disgusted in his fear but too scared to do anything. As he traveled he did his best to bottle up the fear that plagued him, finding comfort in a relaxed 'mask' he wore for those around him, eventually becoming the default personality he presented.

Strengths: Amons' single Kyōbōnagan gives him an unique advantage those in his clan would need extreme training for, partial releases of his chakra which allows him to enter berserk mode more than once a day. His experience with the Fūma Shuriken is also vital to his survival and rivals those of the Fūma Clan.


Weaknesses: Amons' anxiety may be fatal in a battle as he becomes incapacitated if he has an anxiety attack or simply gives up the battle once it becomes too hard. If Amon pushes it with his Kyōbōnagan his whole body will become devoid of chakra resulting in extreme exhaustion or in extreme circumstances, death.
