@Zoghor Is it wrong that my goddess won't really pick a fight with anyone? She's more the observation and reaction type.
And, can I post? Or should I wait?
I'm playing the God of Life, who cannot kill by his very nature. I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but I have no offensive abilities. I can just restore life and be a hippy... So no, it's not wrong at all! :D
Whether or not the Gods come into conflict, is up to them. I know I bang on about it a lot, but that's because for me it will be the most complex/difficult issue in this RP, so I refer to examples of it to reflect extreme cases of player conflict.

And yes, you can post, with all haste! :D
Vas is probably going to be the most confrontational God in the entire RP. Just throwing it out there. Honestly, he'll probably get his ass handed to him a lot...but The God of War is known to lick his wounds and strike back until the very end!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. The speed of light might be a bit insane, as you'd just go around the world so many times that you'd send us back in time to save Lois.
However, how about her having increased speed, strength, agility and vitality when in direct sun light? You know, so she's super scary during the daytime, but vulnerable at night? That'd be cool. That's just my thoughts on the matter though.
If you want her to be able to just move really quickly, then that's fine, but like I say, no speed of light nonsense because I don't know if that'd break things or not.
I thought I said not the speed of light but apparently I didn't! Wooooooops!
I was kind of aiming to have her be a more peaceful God but still capable of battle so that sounds pretty good! Maybe I could do something interesting and maybe say that during the day she's super scary and at night, she becomes a lot weaker but maybe more beautiful or persuasive?
And yeah, I'm pretty sure her going at the speed of light would break things!
Sooo, @Pie Flavor would you mind if my god is Fenox's half brother?
Also, @Agamous Devout would you mind if my god is your god's son? This may include my god sharing, or possessing a derivative of, the Abyss (aka his mother's realm if you're willing). @Zoghor I plan to make a god of the Eldritch and Paradoxical. Is this okay with you? I'm also likely to fill out not only the main CS, but put another, perhaps longer one, beneath that one in a hider so I can flesh out other details and/or limitations. Thoughts?
You better watch out Zoghor or this Potato'll roast ya! By the way, now that we're speaking, would it be ok for me to make my Goddess pretty fast? Her being the Goddess of Light, after all. See, I'm trying to make some powers without just saying that she can fire cool lazars at people.
Also, @Agamous Devout do you mind if we make a little backstory between our characters? I'd imagine they'd be rivals and I was thinking of maybe having my Goddess be blind after her eyes were were gouged out by your character and possibly another less than savoury character because she was the most beloved child of the creator or something?
I like this idea. Except that Cithra isn't so petty as to do that for jealousy or vanity. Cithra is however pained by too much light. Imagine if your goddess attempted to be friendly with mine and mine took it as an attack.
What do you think of that?

Well, I dont think my goddess could create divine children on her own. (And I don't see her accepting love from a god, either.) If @NarcissisticPotato's okay with it though, your god might have been created by my goddess blinding the goddess of light.

That very well could have happened! After all, Light would have been created by the Creator to banish Darkness so it would be understandable if she attacked her!
Also, that idea of @yoshua171's character being created by the blinding of the goddess of light could be very interesting! Maybe we could say that whenever she cut her eyes out, her true light bled into the abyss and this new God was formed?
Anyone made their god to be like The Joker in Batman? You know, fooling around but dead serious when doing something evil, and then causing chaos all over the place just for fun. I would like to have my god to have personality like The Joker. Something like this... ----- Ryujin approached the young lad who was throwing the waste dump into the sea from the high ground, and seems like he was enjoying himself. Little did the young lad knew, the ocean was where Ryujin lives. The young lad spotted Ryujin but did not get suspicious as Ryujin was in a form of a teenage boy.
"Hey, riddle time." It happened too fast, the lad was confused by what Ryujin said.
"You wear me every day but you never put me on. I will change colors if you leave me out too long. I will burn if you don't know the answer. What am I?"
"err.....I don't know?" The lad was still confused, but he sure did not stop dumping those wastes into the sea.
"Hehehehehe! Pffftt...Its' your skin." Just right after Ryujin gave the answer out, the young lad engulfed in flames, screaming in pain.
@hivekiller An interesting take on an Elemental. I would suggest that a Sky/Earth God be your Batman, but then ten year old kids might throw balls at you with weird yellow mice. Kidding aside, interested to see how things work out. If Ryujin ever decided to get a little genocidal, Vas wouldn't mind joining in.

Interesting thought.

Huh. Well, that might work considering the essence of light being mixed with the essence of something like the Abyss might have rather...paradoxical results (hence his abilities).
I feel like he'd need a bit of relation with life, corruption, and the void to be what he is.
Almost like The God of life's hated son, or something.
I say this because The Eldritch God is capable of creating, drawing forth, and altering himself into the likeness of Eldritch forces, abominations, or (at his strongest) manifesting whole locations of such nature.
Since the Eldritch beings are a sort of twisted form of life, I'd say chaos and the void are involved. Since htey are life, life would be involved. At least that's my reasoning...idk.
The Sun's Fury - During the daytime, when the sun makes it slow mile from east to west, I become a mistress of battle. My senses, strength and agility are heightened and I gain the ability to form weapons from the very light that I control. For this reason, the sun was always viewed as the harsher side of the Heavens as kings dreaded to anger the radiant Sun, fearing that I would wilt their crops and turns their lands into dunes of sand.
The Moon's Embrace - At night, when the sun settles down beneath the horizon and the scarred moon emerges into the night sky, my beauty becomes so prized that maidens around the world send a prayer so that they may emulate such a beauty and men beg that I grace them with my company. My words become a gentle lull and few can refuse my soft commands. My light is the barrier between the light and the dark; the last great bastion in the eternal raging of good and evil.
The Light's Maiden - I am capable of travelling faster than any being in existence. Although my speed pales in comparison to the light that I create, my speed allows me to cover great distances in a single day. It was always thought that this same speed is capable of matching the sun's climb through the sky as I was the Goddess who could answer the call of any of those worthy to receive me.
My Name Is: Illyia (Eel-ee-ya)
The People Who Devote Themselves To Me Are Called: The Lightbringers
I was the Creator's: Last and most beloved daughter. There was none that could match my beauty and my powers allowed life to flourish in my warming embrace.
I Gain My Strength From: With the Sun, I receive the power to wage holy battle upon my enemies. From the moon, I gain my beauty and my persuasion. And from the stars themselves, I used to gain the love of all beings who looked up in wonder and awe.
I am Queen of: The Heavens above.
My Realm is a Place of: Constant work. Those who I have created to maintain the immortal bodies work tirelessly to drag the sun up above the horizon and allow it to slip down again. Similarly, they guide the moon on its gentle path. When my vision was stolen from me, I used its dying embers to create the stars in the night sky so that all of existence would find use in my sacrifice. These stars are carefully balanced atop the Heavens. Those mortals whose sacrifice or great tale touches mine own heart, I pluck from the gardens of death and let them dance through my precious stars.
To Mortals, My Face Is: My appearance changes upon the time of day. The Dawn's Radiance:
The Moon's Maiden
I Carry These Relics, That Cement My Power:
Although I am the most beloved of all the Creator's children; his heart was filled with great sorrow upon the moment of my creation as I was cursed to forever be binded to Voswurn and the events that occurred there. The shackles, although broken, are unbreakable by even Vas with his unholy strength. They have forever kept be bound to this world and they will continue to do so until the end of its (or my) existence. When the Mage Lords last rose up, they used their magic collectively to reforge the shackles and imprison me. With them reforged, my powers became weak and incapable.
