If you're referring to my character, Cole, then I'll inform you that his abilities are heavily watered down. So in terms of strength of the abilities, his are probably weaker. Though Cole is dangerous by the way he uses his abilities, not the strength of them (Just in case anyone reads this and gets any funny ideas <_______>)

Also can't really tell how weak your powers are since you only provide links instead of describing how strong and what limitations you have for your powers.

First of all, you are right, there are no rules adressing this. Also, I honestly have bo idea what else to write there. So if you decide to actually be helpful, I am open to suggestions. I'm sorry for being mean.

P.S. All my posts will definitely not be this short, I just wanted to see how things would play out from there before posting further.
