Well, considering Snow Brutes don't have natural armor or great senses... I'm not sure why you put "just" there.

That's why there was "" around just. 'Cause it's far from just considering what it included.

While the ashen may come to respect a creature so clearly made for war, they may find their extreme aggression as too much of a threat to consider them as something you could love, let alone mate with.

I've got three species:

Ferf: A species that would look like a anteaters head stuck on a wolfs body. It's trunk is handy for sucking brain matter and bone marrow. Native to forest area's, but are now beginning to show up in deserts.

Thith: A rodent species that has little meat. Looks like a cross between a rat and a hare. Native to forest environment, but are also moving to the desert.

Semph: A bush plant that has a density that humans would recognize as tomato-ish, but with an apple flavor. Domesticated by the Herenthor and a favorite food of the Thith.

To be honest, I have no idea where to put Uaru at, since they're simply humans with wings. They can qualify as a Mammalia easily.

Please ease my aching sensibilities by making them different in other ways besides the physical from humans at least (I believe they already are, but just to reinforce). I'm not going to force you to change anything; I already accepted you, but I'd appreciate a level of originality that distinguishes you from being a carbon copy of humans plus wings.

@NerevarineAwesome chart! I don't mean to sound all full of myself, but I would consider the Herenthor to be mammals, they breed the same way as humans. Sorry if I sound rude, teenage awkwardness. Don't feel you have to change the chart if you don't want to, or I if am wrong.

Your GM is an awkward teenager, so he understands

Species duly noted.

Haha, well if you'd like me to elaborate - they're more of the less fantasy side of the D&D races - like dwarves and elves. Height of a dwarf but the agile and fleetness (weak-physical strength too) of an elf. Think of them being a cross of dwarf + elf + harpies. I apologize if I'm not able to make them a little more unique D;

I'm the kind of person that likes to stick in bits of realism - as much as possible - in any sci-fi/fantasy things I come up with. :(

Their culture I try to imitate real birds as much as I can, in reference to how males love to look pretty (males are always the more colorful/vibrant ones in the bird-kingdom and all)

EDIT: TBH, I'm having a tough time trying to think of a story of an introduction to dyes with a similar format like my previous posts :X

Arr, having a lack of knowledge in the field truly limits my capability >< Perhaps I should think of an alternate method of coming up with color dyes D;

I see, yeah that looks quite good~

Realism is definitely a high priority here, but not to the point of being a buzz kill if at all possible.

Her height was noticeably shorter than of the elder one now that they walked side by side, but both equally effeminate looking.

@Nerevarine

Ah by the way I edited a little at the end of my older post (highlighted in bold) to clarify it a little more, so it'd be cool if your people have had troubles with identifying their genders XD It's fine if they were able to deduce it as well, so long that they weren't able to catch on instantly.

...Their facial features are effeminate and childlike, leaving it quite hard for many to idenfity an Uaru's gender.

...Both genders share the same variation of voices, making it that much harder to differentiate a male and a female.

^ As per my character sheet :D

@orangebox
no problem, as far as the scouts are concerned both of the hunters are female to them, but they might start to wonder once they reach a settlement with nothing but feminine people everywhere; that or think the Uaru are hermaphrodites.

@Mihndar Not sure if this has been asked before, but are we still allowed to 'slightly evolve' our races a little more? I have plans on having some move to the west (into the tropical area) and eventually they gain a little more variation of colors on their wings.

I intend to start something along the lines of 'inter-species squabbles' of sorts in the future haha

That's just a regular forest area, the rainforests are east, and south of the desert

I don't see why not. Humans are certainly varied as they spread out, hence why we have a concept of ethnicity.

You could also certainly introduce the concept of intra - species racism, tempered as it may be by the presence of other species (Zenophobia will likely influence many species much more).

If Elitestpotato doesn't post soon I'm just going to skip interaction with him and do other stuff.
