"David you are in cabin one with Tony." They pointed again to the nearest cabin.

"Well, that's good. I guess that means that we can go explore or meet some of the others before the counselors call us." Kido bounced in place excitedly, already curious about what other kinds of people were around. He wasn't entirely sure whether or not he fully understood what Tony had said about his power, but it still sounded cool and made the smaller boy wonder what other kinds of powers he would get to see here. "Have you gotten to know anyone else here at all? I think you're the first person I've really talked to, so I don't know anyone else yet."

Tony looked at the boy. He certainly was a bit interetsting, Tony would check up on him frequently.
"Well, I haven't met anyone else yet, I believe that you are the first person that I have met today, Would you'd rather head to the councilors or meet everybody else, the rest of the campers?" Tony asked.

He was actually a bit impatient since he wanted to know how everyone controlled and used their powers. You could call Tony an Inquirer of sorts.

David thanked the counselors. Then he gathered his things and looked around for cabin one. After locating it, he entered the cabin and saw that someones things were already here. He assumed that Tony had already been here, so he set his bags on the only other bunk and set the box on the floor next to it. David climbed in the bunk and settled near his bags, he then laid down and closed his eyes and cleared his mind. David was trying to use telempathy, or the feeling of the emotions of others. He had been trying for weeks to master this skill. It works on individual people really well but with larger groups like this he has a hard time differentiating whose emotions are whose. He felt all different kinds of emotions; anxiousness, happiness, hunger, fear, uncertainty, but he also felt something else. He could only describe it as nothingness. David began to wonder who it belonged to, he had never felt this before and it kind of scared him. He opened his eyes and got up slowly, he always felt numb after going into a trance like that. Then he left the cabin and went to meet the rest of the campers.

The boy continued bouncing as he came up with his answer, actually kind of amused by the way the skirt of the dress bounced as well by this point. "I think I'd like to go meet some of the others first. I bet there are some other people who are already done with finding their cabins, so maybe we can go find them. Let's check around the cabins first before we head out, since that's where everybody's going to be coming from anyway."

With a plan in mind, Kido began skipping off in the hopes of running into some more people, turning back occasionally to make sure his new companion was still there.

Kyle picked up his and Ivy's bags again. He was glad that the commotion was over. He hoped that the event wouldnt keep people from making friends with her. His sister needed friends. She was a people person. He was hoping since everyone here had abilities that they wouldnt be afraid of Ivy's fire. It looked like he might have been wrong about that. He headed to Ivy's cabin first.

Tony nodded at the small boy's plan. He didn't feel like walking so he sat criss crossed and began to float in the air, following behind the young boy. He had thought a bit about the boy's powers, they we're interesting sure, but how did he use them in daily life or whenever he was in danger. He noticed that Kido kept turning around to check if he was still there, so he decided to tell him not to worry about him falling behind. "Hey Kido, you don't have to worry about me falling behind, you just keeo walking." Tony said.

As Tony walked behind Kido, he saw a figure up ahead. He didn't kniw his name, but he had the ability to Manipulate Water, he touched Kido:s shoulder. "What About him, we should talk to him."

After saying his goodbyes, Roy walked over to the councilors. Hey name's Roy, here to get my cabin number.

Kido giggled a bit at the other boy's reassurance. "You should come up here and stay next to me, then. It'll make it easier to talk to you if we're closer." When Tony touched his shoulder and pointed out the other camper carrying the bags up ahead, though, he turned and looked curiously toward him. "Him? Okay then, let's go!" Quickly, he ran up to the taller boy with the soft-looking brown hair and waved when he got close. "Hei! My name's Kido! Oh, and this is Tony over here. Are you still looking for your cabin?"

Kyle was surprised when the two boys approached him. He hadnt been expecting anyone one to approach him until the second day. Because of his quiet people tended to over look him. He smiled shyly at the two boys."Hello. It is nice to meet you both. My name is Kyle."

Tony sighed as Kido sped up to meet the boy. Once he caught up he looked at the young boy. "....Hmm...Nice to meet you too Kyle, My name is Tony Gamma.."
Tony floated around the boy, he had a similar Aura to that of the girl with the ability to manipulate Fire. It seemed that they were related.
Fire and Water? A good combination, I might go as far as to say that they are the same as their powers, they negate each other and cannot live without the other..Just some ranting..

"It's nice to meet you too, Kyle! Do you need help with your bags? Or finding your cabin? Tony and I already finished." The short boy didn't circle as Tony seemed to be doing, but stayed in place swaying side to side. He didn't really feel like staying still with the excitement of the first day at camp and all. "Have you met any of the others yet? I only know Tony so far, so I don't really know anyone else at the moment. I bet they all can do really cool things, though. There was someone by the bus who made flames before, but I didn't really get to talk to them. She was cool, though. I hope we can talk later or something, I want to see it better next time." Even though he had only glimpsed it for a second, he was happy to have seen someone use their ability already.

"That was my sister. Ivy doesn't have the best control. She wont hurt anyone. I promise. Aslog as I am close I can put out her fires." Kyle assured them. It that the odd boy I the dress seemed worried about the fire. Maybe there was hope yet. He wanted his sister to have one good summer."I know where my cabin is but if you want to help with the bags I would appreciate it. Most of these are Ivy's."

Tony looked at Kyle. Tony was right that girl and Kyle were related.
"So you do have the ability to manipulate water. Interesting, althogh I wonder how the sister got fire and the brother got water. Sorry, Sorry I won't pry on." Tony said as he walked to Kido and touched his shoulder, motioning him to help him with Kyle's and Ivy's bags. Of course, he would help as well.
Tony walked towards Kyle and grabbed one of the bags. "'Kay, now where to?"

After receiving his cabin number, Roy rushed to cabin nine and threw his stuff down. He did not want to stay here to long. He wanted to meet more of the other campers and see the camp grounds. Once he was done settling in he wanted to try his powers again. So he pulled out a black duffle bag and inside was a car battery. He then place his hands on the negative and positive receivers. Then he drained the battery of its contents. He felt the numbness flow through him as he drained the electricity. Only electricity made him numb like this. After he was all charged up he left his cabin and as a he was talking back he saw David and went to talk to him.

Tomo was no longer interested in following the others. Actually she felt a bit depressed. Her clumsy mouth had gone and screwed up a possible friendship, again. It was the first time. Back home most people her age ended up disliking her too. She really just didn't know what the 'right things to say' were.

Instead of going to any cabin she might find her things in, she headed past them and into the forest. She needed to clear her head. Walking, or stumbling rather, on and on she kept going till she was too far away for anyone to really hear her. Was it far into the forest? She didn't think so, but how could she know? What was far for her was too far for some and not far enough for others.

Finding a good smooth rock to sit on, she was finally able to relax. Peeling off her shoes, she pushed her feet to the soft ground. The forest was thrumming with gentle sound waves. It was easier to concentrate when there was no pressure to talk and play to social norms. Instead, she just let herself melt into the sounds.

Sound bounced about in the forest, hitting tree after tree, branch after branch, leaf after leaf. It painted a vivid detail image in her mind. She could see everything. The subtle after images of moving squirrels and flying birds. The rippling water that gave off a more steady stream of waves than any creature. Even the wind painted the picture in her mind with more detail than any cityscape could give her.

The tranquillity of it was what made it all so clear. Those 'colors' that people spoke of, she didn't need. Not when she could see every leaf and branch and blade of grass in the so-called 'still' forest. Smiling to herself, Tomohina continued to listen.

A deer and its young peacefully ate in a small clearing. A few moles burrowed deep under the fertile soil. A hummingbird's wings showed shapes of flowers as it flew from blossom to blossom for nectar.

This was how she 'saw'. Now if only she could figure out how to do this all the time... Then she wouldn't need her white cane or anyone's help getting to places. She could just be...normal.

"Oh, she's your sister? And her name's Ivy...that name is cute! I'll definitely remember it." The auburn-haired boy nodded as he repeated the name in his head once more to be sure, along with the other two names he had gotten so far. "You sound worried. Don't be worried! I'm pretty sure we all have strange abilities here, but that's just interesting. Maybe there will be chances to practice more freely, since we don't have to worry about people finding it weird."

Humming cheerfully, the short boy leaned forward and took ahold of one of the bags Kyle carried before moving to stand right next to him and facing where he seemed to be heading before. "Alright! Let's get to those cabins! We can say hello to your sister if she's there, too. Do you want to go explore afterwards or something? We could familiarize ourselves with the campsite or find other people if we have time."

Kyle lead the two boys to Ivy's cabin first. Mostly because most of the bags were hers. He wasnt surprise to see that his sister wasnt at her cabin. She wasnt good at staying put. Which of course meant that he had to chase her all over the place. She had more energy than anyone he had ever met. "I am worried. Ivy's power isnt something that people accept easily. Even others with powers are nervous around her. I believe there are a couple of events a day that encourage use to use our powers so that we can learn better control."

Sol ran crazily to catch up with everyone and he ended up last in line to get his cabin, he didn't really care for this silly place but he knew he was stuck here because his parents were always frantic to get rid of him.

Sol cursed under his breath then he looked around to see everyone going to there respected cabins and he looked at the person who had been directing the rest of the people he approached and it was a struggle because of his bags when he got close enough he said.

"Let's cut to the business the names Solis just call me Sol and which cabin am I in!?"

Solis had his mind on other things like getting settled in, not talking to someone forever.

Tony looked at Kyle. Is his sister's power really that dangerous? That makes her an even more interesting organism... Tony thought. He then dropped off Ivy's bags in her cabin, and turned around to look at Kyle. "So, Ivy, she has the power to manipulate Fire, right? I can see why that would be dangerous, but have you tried to seek help from someone? Someone that might teach her how to use her power full time, not just here, that's only for the summer."
