Uh... Umichi wasn't looking at the swords
He already has the Anneal Blade
And you cannot buy it in shops
It is a quests reward and it isn't like most players would know it trumped the other weapons in stats

I'll make a post when you make the change
(I'll probably post the NPC, if you still interact with the NPC)

Well, I really wanted to post for others to have a quest
The quest right now isn't that great, but, I hope to do this again in the future with a better quest
