Day: Saturday February 23rd, 2047.
Time: 7:53pm. Past Sunset.
Weather: Cloudy with a slight sprinkle.
Anna looked up from her watch and out a dirty window onto a mostly abandoned street; few lights scattered down the road leaving it mostly dark. She sat in a simple metal chair facing the window, one leg crossed over the other. She wore a simple white dress shirt with it tucked into black slacks; her short red hair messily framing her face. From the desk to her left she found the file of their new recruit. Pulling it to her lap she flipped it open, quickly scanning it through and taking the information in full. She closed the folder and stood up from her chair. Checking her watch once more - 8:01pm. The new recruit, Alex, would be here soon.
She turned on her heels and headed out the dingy office and into the large warehouse; the loud sounds of machinery echoing through the metal building. She then made her way down to the main office where she took a seat in the lounge, grabbing a magazine and flipping it open to a random page. Her eyes idly glanced through the pages as she waited.
