Blake smiled at him, "So could I." She said scooting a bit closer to him. Then a gunshot rang out causing her to jump. She snapped her head in the direction of the beach and heard Decker yelling. Oh how much she wanted to punch that guy in the face. He is a hypocrite, he was drinking beer too.

Feon jumped a bit taking a step back from Decker. "I think that was a bit much." Feon said her hand to her chest as she was breathing heavily now. "You could have shot someone you know!" Feon added starting to get a bit mad at him. "Yelling would have gotten your point across! You should consider yourself lucky if you don't show up on the news and get yourself fired for unlawful use of a gun!" Feon continued to yell at him. The news had been on fire lately with Policemen who shoot people on accident and end up being fired for it.

Raleigh shot around and sighed. "What an idiot." He grumbled, wrapping his arm around her. "We don't need a babysitter."

Decker sneered. "Oh! Thats what you think! Well unlike those other chumps Ive got aim. What have you got, huh? Nothing you have nothing! You can shut the hell up!" He was fuming. Nobody tekls him what he can or can't do! "Im out!" Decker stormed off and threw his beer can at some unsuspecting bird. "Well, I suppose she does habe something. A cute smile. Thats about it." His motorbike roared off into the distance.

Jess looked at her watch and realized she was going to be late.Crap I am gping to be late to Adelisa's birthday party at the dock. I have to get her something and get ready. You should meet me there Ryan! Sometime after sunset is when it starts I think. Anyway I have to go I will see ya later Ryan!Jess hopped of the bench and waved bye to Ryan hoping she was not mad she had to leave so quickly but also knew she needed to hurry. She then walked as fast as she could almost running to get to her house. She got up the steps and went to her room to plan.

I hope Adelisa likes this drawing I drew of her animals. Jess just got to the dock. Her party outfit is just combat boots with chains on them with torn fishnet leggings and a black leather skirt. This was paired with a dark green crop top that has the words Live. Draw. Music. Printed in black. She happened to make this shirt out of an old shirt. She was stepping on the sidewalk when she became engulfed in the smell of alcohol and blaring pop music. She was looking for Adelisa when she ducked hearing a gunshot and saw the cop Decker with the gun and a cup of beer shouting. He was obviously drunk. She wants to going to report him later, but not where the cops will arrest all of these kids before the cop shooting up. She did walk over to his motorcycle and key it with the words "Hypocritical Piggy call 281-505-555 to find out who keyed your pigmobile" and Signed her signature knowing he would be too drunk to notice when he stormed off soon. she will explain it was her when she tells him she can prove it was him because she took a photo of him with his gun and beer. Now She will continue looking for Adelisa while guarding the drawing from all of the beer flying. She decided to text her:
Hey Adelisa I got invited to the party for ya where are ya? I gotta give ya something. :) See ya soon. If I can't find ya I'll give you your present tomorrow. Bye.

Decker stopped at the only place he could meditate. The shooting range. Strange but true he loved to go clay pigeon shooting. When he got off he noticed a sign on the back of his bike. "Hypocritical what now? Hypocritical WHAT?!" He roared. He pulled out his phone and simply texted Jess. "Underage drinking is a crime punk. Just doing my job. If you have a problem with that then come and find me at the shooting range. Oh and by the way, try not to get deafened by my rifle." He marched on and demanded he could go and shoot some clay pigeons. He was very good friends with the manager, Mikhail, who obliged. He grabbed a gun and just started shooting alone, basking in thought and anger. "Pigmobile my behind." He muttered.

Jess is still at the party wondering if Ryan will show up, and annoyingly cannot find Adelisa After looking for over half an hour. She vowed not to drink anything until she gave her her drawing fearing that in a non sober state it would get lost or stolen or damaged and that couldn't happen on her watch. She knew Adelisa would not et maany happy birthdays or presents at her party if people even knew because this type of party is just an excuse to get wasted and have a good irresponsible time.

Jess suddenly felt a vibration in her pocket. She figured it was Ryan or Adelisa but to her surprise it was Decker. Reading the text she laughed. She decided to text him back:

I take it this is Officer Decker aka Piggy.

I do not feel like meeting you at the shooting range when I have one I prefer and I am not obnoxious enough to go spend all of the money to go shoot clay pigeons instead of targets, and i am sure I shoot louder rifles than what I am guessing you are using. Maybe a .22 long rifle? I don't know. Anyway I will let you know I was not drinking when I keyed your motorcycle. You do not have any crime on me because the key I used is completely generic. Now I will get to my point. You committed several crimes at the docks during the arty. You did drink which is by itself not a crime, but you indeed let minors drink under your influence while knowing they where minors, and did not stop them. You have many witnesses to that crime. You also took your weapon, I am guessing a Glock 19 or 17 9mm or a .40mm maybe or a standard issue firearm, and shot it. Now if you where aiming at an assailant of some kind that would be different but you were not. You shot it at nothing in particular in a public place to show off, which is a crime. Also you had alcohol in your system adding to the offenses of shooting while drunk. Then you where harassing the girl you where with then walked off cursing and grumbling as you got on your motorcycle with alcohol in yours system clearly drunk enough to miss my obvious and large key marking. I am sure was over the civilian legal limit of .08 blood alcohol level, and you being a cop on duty the punishment would be more severe, especially with a motorcycle. So I committed one small crime. Look how many you committed.

Now for the fun part. I have several pictures of you drinking at the party with minors, pulling out your weapon, shooting your weapon, yelling at a girl, storming off, and riding off on your motorcycle drunk. All while in uniform by the way.

I have too much proof on you to get away with this. Also I can use the fact you just noticed the outragous mark on your motorcycle now as another example of how under the influence you where. So what should I do. Report you or monitor you to keep you from doing more pig like stunts?

Jess snickered and giggled as she went back to searching eagerly for Adelisa to give her her drawing.This will be an interesting journey. Very very interesting.Jess thought as she continued walking, searching for Adelisa.

Adam played his guitar by the waves as Adelisa stood up looking for Jess. She spotted the brunette and grinned. "Jess! Over here!" she shouted. Adam stopped playing his guitar for a brief moment as Adelisa called Jess's name. Was that the girl she vandalized buildings with? Adam looked up at Adelisa and frowned. He thought their illegal days were far behind them, but apparently Adelisa never stopped.

Adam chuckled silently to himself. How could he expect, of all people, Adelisa to change? She was who she was and he hoped her soulmate appreciated it just as much as he, her brother, did. Adelisa took out her phone and text Ryan to hurry her behind over to the beach before Adelisa went over there to beat her.

Caden had sat in silence for a little while after Decker had left. He never knew what to make of the guy, one minute complaining over an ex and then the next trying to pick up a new girl. The boy sighed at the thought. "I'll never understand how we ended up friends." He mumbled to his dog, who simply yawned and lowered his head for a nap. Taking that as his cue, Caden decided he might as well do something with the rest of his night. From what he had heard, there was a birthday party going on. He hadn't been invited personally, but the invitations had already gotten a bit out of control. No one would notice one extra guy. Throwing on his beanie and converse, Caden tucked in his necklace and grabbed a soda to go, shutting to door softly behind him.

Hopping into his parents' car, Caden jammed out to his favorite bands up until the point he pulled up to the party. There were various faces he recognized, but none particularly stood out as anyone he'd spend the party with. Too nervous to interrupt anyone's conversations, Caden began to wander around, sipping his can of soda as he walked.

Jess continued to search for Adelisa when she started hearing her name from over near the docks. She turned her head swiftly hoping it was Adelisa and thankfully it was.
Hey Adelisa! Can I borrow some money? Kidding! Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday to you too Adam! Also you know I don't tell anyone about me and Adelisa's art so don't worry tonight is all about ya'll. I am guessing most of the drunken fools here don't know that though huh? Well here you go Adelisa.

Jess takes the carefully wrapped box and hands it over to Adelisa hoping she likes her hand drawn drawing of Adelisa's animals.

And Adam for you well I had no clue whatsoever what you wanted so I decided to give you this.

Jess hands Adam a box filled with guitar magazines, with a one dollar bill in each page, and there are two hundred and fifty pages exactly, and hand wrapped guitar pick she found with Adelisa's name on it because she knows how much they like to sing together.

I know I havent known yall very long but I felt it was right to get yall something, and not one of the twin gifts like matching sweaters which is despicable. I hope ypu both like your gifts.

Adelisa jumped and hugged Jess with a small squeal. "Oh thank you! Atleast you remembered our birthday! It seems no one else did or cared! I mean, this isn't even our birthday party. It was just a party we crashed." Adam's jaw was dropped and he said "wow, this is amazing!" He grinned at Jess and said "thanks, Jess. You're really awesome." Adelisa stepped back and said "do you want to hear us play? We owe you atleast that. Right?"

Adam chuckled softly and started strumming his guitar, keeping his hands busy so not to show how nervous he was.

Jess squirmed as she tried to wiggle her way out of Adelisa's hug with minimal force knowing Adelisa is a hugger.You are lucky it is your birthday Adelisa or I would have squirmed like crazy during that hug of yours, but it is ok today. And yall do not owe me anything it is your birthdays! I swear i want to grab everyone by their ear and kick them in the but straight into the ocean to sober them up then make them sit in the shore of the ocean with water washing over them as punishment for treating you this badly. I thought this was a party for both of you? Anyway I would love to hear a song but not hear or people will come bother you. I walked here knowing I would drink too much to drive but didin't want to drink till I gave yall the gifts. Now I will be right back to grab myself a beer. Do yall want something to drink, or eat?
i mean yall are coming back to my house in a little while because im giving yall ice cream and some of my classic awesome sandwiches because i am unprepared for guests, And my mom is at her boyfriend's house tonight. But anyway ive been looking for yall for about an hour so i need a drink.

Adelisa smiled and nodded. "Then we'll head over to your place. Can you get me a beer too? Adam can't drink, he's the DD, but I need one." She grinned. Adam looked up at Adelisa and said "you're lucky you're my sister." He continued playing his acoustic.

You know what Adam, if you want a drink I will get you a drink. I will be yalls designated driver and yall can stay the night at my house and i can make coctails for all of us. I should not have been so selfish it is both of your birthdays today. I need to be nice and kind to yall. So Adam would you like me to grab you a beer also before I drive you and Adelisa home? I will wait and drink at home yall can stay the night, but yall need some beer before I drive ya.

Adam chuckled and shook his head. "No thanks. I'm good. I'm not much of a drinker anyways." Adelisa smirked and said "I don't know how we're related." Adam laughed and said "ditto." Adelisa smiled at Jess and said "but we'll definitely be sleeping over at your place."

Well I will grab you a beer Adelisa, and I will grab you one incase you change your mind Adam and if you don't ill pour it in the ocean and still be a designated driver.

Jess then smiled, and said she would be back in about ten minutes and turned and walked around and left with her long stride filled walk to go get the beers.

After searching for the keg for about ten minutes Jess finally found the fountain of irresponsible youth and got 2 red solo cups filled with beer for Adam and Adelisa. Then She turned to find her way to the docks again praying she would not run into any of the drunkards and spill beer on anyone fearing a fight would occur and she would annoy people.

She was about halfway back to the docks as she was dodging the outskirts of the party people and of course ran into someone but unknowingly managed to only spill all of the beer on herself.

Oh your are Caden right? I am so so so sorry I did not mean to spill the beer the beer. I am so sorry for spilling it on you. Here is my number: 281-505-555, Jess wrote the number and this message on his hand and on a paper and slid it in his hand. I am Jess I am very sorry.Call me and I will Pay you back how ever much you need and extra. I am very very sorry, I promise of you call me I will pay you back.

I have to go Im giving my friends these beers but I have to get two more. I am so so sory please forgove me and call me so I can repay you! Jess shouted as she left to go get two more beers nervous hoping she did not get in too much trouble and feeling terrible for the accident and hurrying trying to get the beers. Sorry Caden!

After five minutes of trekking back to refill the beers, and trekking back slowly and carefully to get the two beers fully to Adelisa and Adam without needing to fill the cups again, She finally made it back to
adelisa and Adam.

Here..are..your..beers..Jess slowly bent down and handed the beers to the twins. Then she took a step back or two and then dropped down and explained,
I know Adam I said I would dump it but walking through that crowd is hard and I got both beers all dumped on me when I ran into someone so if I have to dump it I will but wait a sec while I catch my breath, and then I will and then drive both of you home.

Adelisa smirked slightly and said "no no it's fine! I'm fact, I've got this." She took his beer and started sipping from both of them. Adam looked at Jess, concerned. "Adelisa, go get Jess some water. She looks like she needs some after all that." Adelisa nodded and continued sipping on her beer while making her way over to the drinks. She accidently bumped Caden as she walked and she looked up to him, saying "Oh gosh! I'm sorry about that!" She only took a glance at his necklace and almost gasped. They had the same color? She looked back up at him and said quickly "um… yeah… sorry!" before rushing over to the cooler next to the beer.

She hid behind a few drunkards as she dumped out Adam's beer and grabbed a water. It was the least she could do.

As Adelisa walked away, Adam said "are you okay? Do you want to borrow my shirt?" He glanced down at her drenched clothing and back up at her. She was a very pretty girl, but Adam had found his soulmate already. He wasn't going to hurt Lola like that even if they were just friends.
