Still seriously questioning the no arms thing, actually. Seems a bit unnecessary, but that's just me.
(a bit hypocritical, actually, I have an entire team with various physical disabilities. though that was the theme...)

After realizing that the only injuries aside from his arms and eye that would stay with him forever were the mental scars of watching his loved ones be torn into something similar to the pulled-pork sandwiches they ate for lunch that day, Moss' life became as expendable as tissue paper.

By the way, in case you were wondering, the reason why his arms and eye don't regenerate when he dies is because his injuries were healed off before he discovered his semblance, making that the "norm" for him. Kinda like like how the hydra had its neck stumps cauterized, except that the people were trying to save Moss and not kill him by cutting off his head.

Didn't even know about that game before just now, so no.

i guess he paints but that's with the blood of his enemies so they're still pretty different

I was actually going to say having a semblance that could regrow entire limbs is a bit on the severely OP side for a basic power.
