SNAP OUT OF IT!

"So erm, you want to stay at my place for the night, the suns going to be down soon, so...yanno?" At first Thread sounded confident, but then he trailed of into plain stupid. Trying to take back some dignity he handed her a bar from the vending machine and offered her his coke. It really was getting dark, they'd have to start moving.

"I get that I'm a stranger, but you could probably slice me up faster than I could smash you up, so you don't need to worry. I mean, I wouldn't, of course I'm not that..kinda...never mind" Thread awkwardly laughed, pushing his hair out of his face his hood accidentally fell back to reveal his handsome features - as well a dark scar across the cheeky and up his crown.

"I have no where else to go. But if you try anything I won't hesitate to kill you." Kody said climbing onto her motorcycle and starting it. "Lead the way." Kody said revving the engine as she waited to get going.

WELL, SHES NICE

Hopping on his bike Thread cycled around the corner, weaved between the toppled van and body pile and through a wide alleyway, arriving in a dead end with only one house, a small two story house with white paint and dark boarded up windows, specks of red cover its walls.

"Here we are. You can pop the ride in the garage." Thread said this as he walked his own bike up the driveway and into the small metallic hut. Exiting he welcomed her into the house via the back door - after unlocking the three padlocks that held the door shut.@Kitty

Avery was putting his copy of the zombie survival guide in his right interior chest coat pocket one of these days I'm gonna have to write my own and get all the things that he managed to miss when he heard "This is Jazzy, Thank you Leaf for the reply. Hope you make it here safe and sound. There is a message board in the town hall right outside the gates. Sign in and stand by, I will be down when I can." "Got that jazzy if I might ask what kind of broadcasters setup do have?" And with that he continued packing muttering as he did so "I need a car."

HASTENING
Matthew was 33 meters away from the fabrication, suddenly when two cops came looking around, it looked like they already inspected the building. Matthew looked back, they searched, seeking for a troublemaker probably. Suddenly, they saw Matthew running. Matthew ran more faster, they called louder! Chattering in fear Matthew ran, dropping some canned goods out of his tote bag pockets. The cops wouldn't give up on seeking for Matthew, they just had to get him. Endeavoring on the hardest job ever, Matthew ran through the obstacles in fear, somehow one of the cop workers would find another way how to apprehend him for his sociopath suffering. Matthew kept running, as he ran he hastened with the paste he was in. Someone was hiding behind another corner, waiting for him to run past the trap. BAM! He was trapped, he tried to get loose being pulled into a hole with string. The cop succeeded to pull him in the hole. Closing it, the cop smiled. The other cop workers surrounded him in a big crowd. "Yeah, we're not suppose to torture him WE'RE SUPPOSE TO APPREHEND HIM FOR HIS CRIMES!" The head leader cop said. "Yes, Tuttle, I mean sir."
"Why can't we just drop in there and get him???" Frank asked. "Nope, I'm not dropping into that big sewer with that goo. Another way." Said Tuttle with a straight face, Frank thought Tuttle would be shy, Frank frowned. "Fine."

SEWER ESCAPING
Matthew was dropped into the sewers, with a tie on his leg, he had to find a way how to get it off! It looked like his tote bag with all the canned goods and electric items he found could probably do something even better. Meanwhile, cops found the way into the sewer. Matthew got up, chattering and in fear. He ran down the sewers splish splash! All noise! He walked down, more noise! SPLISH SPLASH! SPLISH SPLASH!
The more splashes he made into the water it was impacting that he was there. Tuttle landed down in the water, shoes wet. He groaned and he continued, he heard more noise. Meaning that there was suppose to be someone else. Matthew ran to the ladder, jumping onto it. It slowly tilted and fell down, even making more noise! Tuttle heard noise, running to the wrong direction.
A bridge showed up, Frank went a different way, alone, not with his other workers. Could he be doing something wrong? Tuttle was just not a reasonable leader, Frank was all alone. In the reasonable spot. Suddenly, Frank heard groaning. He left the bridge and suddenly.... Matthew appeared.

Matthew was on the edge of the sewer, about to drown in big sewer poison water. Frank looked at Matthew, he sighed.

SEARCHING



Cops we're searching, all for Matthew! Matthew sighed. Frank looked at Matthew, and he sighed. Arrest Matthew or just kill? Or probably help him, the other cops never ever liked him really. Frank sighed, he helped up Matthew. Matthew staring looked at Frank and he was surprised.. In fear he looked for a minute,

"Why did you save me?"

Matthew asked.
Frank left and walked away, going to the other cop workers.

Zoe smirked when she arrived in Colorado. She was alright on the highway out of Kansas so Colorado was already one of her many destinations. And considering just how fast she drove(as fast as her baby could go.) She was confident she'd be there in less then 2 hours. It took a bit longer considering she ran into a few 'friends' she had to take care of. She grimaced glancing at the blood splatters on her combat boots.

Luckily it was mostly dried so no blood got into her baby. Yes, her car's name is Baby. Don't judge her, this car is her only companion. At least for now.

Her radio made weird noises for a few seconds causing her to fiddle with it in excitement. Maybe it was Jazzy again with an update? It was hard to catch onto a transmission while also driving. She managed though and did a fist bump when she locked on.

"-e reply. Hope you make it here safe and sound. There is a message board in the town hall right outside the gates. Sign in and stand by, I will be down when I can."

It appears she's speaking to someone else. Someone must've replied. She should probably do that to let Jazzy know she's coming. Sadly that's not really an option. Oh well, she'll get to that bridge she crosses it.

She pressed further on the acceleration trying to hurry and get to her destination.

Jazzy laughed when he asked about her set up. "Well its more than just radios and all that. I have full access to everything that uses technology. She said as she slid over to her computers typing on the keys. "Where are you located now Leaf? I can hack into a nearby new car and see if they have gas." She said as she released the mic button to wait for his answer.

@themadhatter420 Damien was pleasantly surprised by her appearance: a smoking hot girl, with a big ass gun, smoking a joint in the middle of a zombie apocalypse! "I am on my own, ma'am. Damn transmission busted a few miles back. Been walk-intill nightfall so I can smoke the last of mine and sleep through this hell."

Ashley thought about it as she looked around again for more Zekes. "If you fuck me over consider yourself fucked." She said as she pushed open her passenger door. She knew she was taking a major risk for doing this but she knew she would be better off in numbers than she would be alone. She hoped he would not bite her in the ass.

@themadhatter420 Damien just shrugged and climbed in slowly and peacefully. "I wouldn't dream of it. The only thing I dream of is a zombie free world and a safe home. How about you?" He asked, looking from her to the joint to the Zombie madness outside

Ashley passed him the joint to see if he would like to take a hit. "Just survive day by day at what ever costs." She said as she started up her truck again and headed back the way she was towards Colorado. "Trying to get to that city people keep talking about...they say they have power and running water." She said as she looked over to see his reaction.

ABSCONDING
Matthew Rollins had to leave, before the cops would find him. Matthew sighed, he hastened out with the cops trying to catch him, he ran out of the sewers in speed, fearing that he would be caught by the cops. He sighed, stopping for a minute he missed his family, in anger he ran out of the sewers. While he was, the cops heard noise and Tuttle decided if he was escaping, they might as well trap him inside of the sewers until he gave up. Matthew ran, almost close to the exit. Out of breath, the cops started to close up areas that Matthew might go in. Matthew was close to the ladder back to Earth, he climbed, a cop wandering finding Matthew. He heard a slow whisper, "Mat-t-t-t-hew? Is that you?" Matthew looked, it was his brother! In startle his brother chattered and ran away to probably go tell the cops, Matthew climbed up to the surface.
His brother went, chattering. Tuttle looked at one of the cops, slowly coming towards him. "I think we have someone to ditch, folks." Tuttle grabbed a rope, roping his brother inside of the sewers. Matthew went up in the air, in smile. But why would his brother betray him?

TORTURE
His brother was inside of the prison, mouth bleeding. He looked up at the light, with the other cops. Tuttle smiled. "You LET MATTHEW LOST! I KNEW IT, I HEARD YOU! I KNOW YOUR HIS BROTHER." Tuttle pulled out a gun, shooting Matthew's brother. Matthew finally got out, sighing.

PACKING
Matthew ran to his camp, in relief. He took off his hoodie, so he couldn't really be known, inside of his tent he had his TV. In relief he had a tote bag, looking at the ground. No water, he looked at the tote bag, looking inside. "UGHHHGH NOOO!" Matthew frowned. Matthew sighed, he looked at the TV.

Jazzy laughed when he asked about her set up. "Well its more than just radios and all that. I have full access to everything that uses technology. She said as she slid over to her computers typing on the keys. "Where are you located now Leaf? I can hack into a nearby new car and see if they have gas." She said as she released the mic button to wait for his answer.

Turning back to the CB radio he said "sure I am at apartment complex in Oklahoma City, god knows what street because some gang painted over all the street signs and maybe you could make your own radio station using your equipment" he reasoned while he put the last of his supplies in his pack If I find a car battery then I might be able to power this radio on the run. he thought.

Jazzy clicked away on her laptop instantly finding a map of OKC tracing his location. "I can see there is a parking garage just outside your complex...am I in the ball park of where you are? Its the best I can find from your CB frequency." She said into her radio as she looked at all the cars she could see by the running cameras. They were running on batteries so they would work as long as they had juice in them.

@themadhatter420 Damien was stumped as he took the joint and hit it delightedly. "Are you serious? I'm heading there now! Got a lot of family there with an even bigger weapon bunker." Damien looked around for zombies before handing her the joint back. That was one habit he wasn't going to break, ever.

"I'm Damien," he said, stretching out his right hand. "I really can't thank you enough for picking me up. I don't even know if I could have picked up a lone stranger on my own."

Ashely smiled when he said he had family up there. "Im Ashley. I just want to go to Colorado because of the moutain top houses. It would be harder for the zombies to get up there with out falling off." She said as she waited for him to pass it back. "That and tk rob a smoke shop. Thats just to make the time a smoother wait."

Once he heard this Avery had a sudden rush of inspiration and said "can you hold on one momentnt I have to grab some stuff in this apartment" and not waiting to hear an answer he grabbed the following stuff from the apartment: 20 random music CD's, one CD player, about 200 AA batteries (know this sounds like a lot but it's not), one headset (headphones with a microphone) one car battery(for powering the radio during travel, 5 fiction books, and 6 non-fiction books. He then returned to the radio and said "okay all ready I might be able to talk to you on the way" I might miss this place once I'm gone. he thought as he said this.

Kody followed behind him, barely reaching any sort of speed on her motorcycle as she followed him. When they reached the house she looked up at it and shrugged. "Not as bad as where I stayed a few nights back." She noted to herself as she turned off her bike after parking it in the garage. She then followed him to the back door and into the house. "Nice place you have here. How long have you been here?"

Thread closed the wooden door behind them, moving the old table back up against the door for security. The place was clean and well kept, he knew that was what his mother would have wanted - that and to be alive to do it herself.

"All my life. This is my home, used to have company but you know...shit happens." He spoke very quietly.Thread pointed over towards the kitchen, with white walls and just as medically shiny floors. "If you want to store any foods there is a working fridge right there. It's the only thing that gets electricity from my generator." with this remark Thread whipped out the cans from the café and put them into said fridge, taking a sandwich from the top shelf and biting into.

Quickly thread ran over to the door and did up all the locks. "Phew. Do NOT want to forget about them" Thread laughed awkwardly.

Jazzy smiled. "Alright. Would you like me to guide you to the cars I have in my sights?" She asked as she was still typing away into the different hacks to break into the cars. Everything that had a computer part was able to be hacked into with the right programs. She waited for his response as she wrote down license numbers on the cars.
