@Caits
My daughter and I have been suffering migraines. She only ten. Im light headed all the time.

that sounds like moss/ fungus. You can go to any hard ware store, and you should be able to get a spray that gets rid of it, or makes it less threatening but you might have to get the house checked out, and see if there are any leaks. Is there any respiratory issues? Like colds and such?

That is what I was thinking. Our basement flooded last spring and it has been really rainy lately but I havent seen any signs. We have all have water eyes or coughs.

yeah that definitely sounds moss related. The trouble is, sometimes there might not be any signs of Moss. It can grow in such small spaces, and it could also be in the walls.

Well For moss to develop, it needs three conditions – shade, temperatures between 32 degrees Fahrenheit and 70 degrees Fahrenheit and moisture.

Do you have anyway of heating your basement? Like renting an industrial heater? Cause then you could kill it off that way. But as I said earlier a hard wate store might have sprays and chemicals (harmless to you but deadly to moss and mold(moss by itself is actually harmless but when there is mold the spores from it can make you sick)) that can help

First though, I would simply use bleach. Wateured down, you can spray it on the walls, floors in between crevices and such, as well as pouring it down drains and water outlets. Bleach is wonderful for Moss and mold. This is the cheapest option, so id go with that first-make sure though that you have a mask on, right now it sounds like you have mild forms of mold sickness although I don't like the fact you are having bad headaches, so wear a mask when you go to spray the basement, bathroom, drains, basically anywhere where it is damp and dark, and do it weekly until you move. If there's jo improvement using bleach,
Then move onto the other options I gave. But try the bleach first. Get a spray bottle, use 1 part bleach for every 3 parts water (I think that's right but it's meant to be 1/3 bleach in anycase with water), put the mask on and get spraying!

Also, when you get this headaches, go outside, or open a window and stick your head out. Take some deep breaths, and have a glass of water

Unfortunately there isn't any way to get more like down there but I will look into getting a heater. The bleach is an excellent idea. I thougthougt about the sprays but most of them arent pet friendly. I will keep looking.

I have a suggestion if it's not mold? I'm also studying health science (Kinesiology) so maybe I could give another perspective that may help?

You said that the symptoms were migraines and light headed-ness right?

Those are the most common. I have little to no energy. Sleep more then usual. My muscles ache too.

Based off the first two symptoms I had wondered if maybe you should see a chiropractor for a neck adjustment and maybe some muscle work. Sometimes, something as simple as that can really help! Especially when it comes to migraines. Depending on the root cause, it can also cause lightheaded-ness.

The last three sound like a vitamin/mineral deficiency if i'm to speak on physiological health terms. Maybe a multivitamin and a vitamin D supplement would help? Most people are vitamin D deficient at the very least. Sometimes, if needed nutrients are missing they can manifest as headaches, lack of energy, abnormal sleep patterns and muscle aches (not all from one particular deficiency).
If i'm to speak to more mental health terms, most of the symptoms mentioned can be physical manifestations of depression. That being said, I believe you said your daughter was also unwell with similar symptoms? In witch case I would potentially rule this one out.

Maybe one of these may help as well?

@Hidden LillyI hate chiropractors. I tried them a few years ago when I had thyroid problems that cause nasty migraines. They never helped just made things worse so I refuse to try them.

My daughter has low iron. We are treating that but the rest of us tested normal.

I know I might be depress but I have a hard time believing all four of us are.

I personally hate vitamin supplements. Honestly, the good of them are kinda outweighed by the fact that a majority of the supplement is excreted. If I'm every vitamin deficient, I'll simply change my diet and ifestyle to adjust for that. Much better then relying on vitamins.

rubs eyes

I'm just going on the fact that I have these same symptoms, as well as my nursing knowledge, and I have mold growing in my ceiling from a leaking hot water service and my land lord is being incredibly slow in fixing it, as well as the carpet.

Some times the simplest and most obvious thing is the right option.

@Caits I agree mostly but finding foods high in iron is hard. Getting my daughter eat them is even harder.

Is Katherin off the phone??

Egg. Egg. Egg. Egg. It helps to activate the iron stored in your body.

We doubt that Knight is coming back.

You can put up a character and we can approve it
